The functions that can be implemented by each device in the application scenario shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 will be described together in the following method embodiments, which are not described here again.
Based on the design ideas and the application scenarios, the method of the embodiment of the present application is specifically described below.
In the embodiment of the present application, since a plurality of users such as a mail sending user and a mail receiving user are involved, and a terminal device used by each of the plurality of users, an application installed by the terminal device, and the like are also involved, the information sharing method in the embodiment of the present application is described for convenience.
In the embodiment of the application, the mail sending user edits the sending mail through the mail application client, and sends the sending mail to the instant messaging application client used by the mail receiving user.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the sending email may be any email, that is, the email sent by the email sending user to any email receiving user is a sending email, or the setting email is used as a sending email, for example, an email to be examined or other emails that need to be processed in time.
In the embodiment of the application, the common email does not need to perform the sharing operation, so in an alternative embodiment, the sharing operation is performed after responding to the sharing operation triggered by sending the email.
In an optional embodiment, the email sending user can determine that the email to be sent by the email sending user is a sending email by adding a sending email tag, namely triggering a sharing operation; specifically, there are various ways of adding the tag of the mail, which may be adding the tag by voice control, or may be adding the tag by setting an action, or may be adding the tag by a gesture of the mail sending user, or may be adding the tag by a combination of a plurality of control keys in the terminal device used by the mail sending user.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the mail sending user may add a sending mail tag to the email to be sent by triggering a sharing operation on a setting control displayed in the mail application client.
By way of example, fig. 3 is a display interface of an exemplary mail application client, where a "set to send mail" control is included in the display interface, and when the mail sending user triggers the control, that is, triggers the sharing operation, it is determined that the mail information sent by the mail sending user is a sending mail. Of course, the control in fig. 3 is only an alternative example, and information such as attribute, style, etc. of the control is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In another optional embodiment, a "send" control and a "quick reply mail send" control are included in the display interface of the mail application client, and when the mail sending user triggers the "quick reply mail send" control, the sharing operation is triggered, and it is determined that the mail information that the mail sending user needs to send is a sending mail. As shown in fig. 4, the display interface of the mail application client includes a "send" control and a "quick reply mail send" control, where the mail sending user may select to click on the "send" control, and then determine that the mail information sent by the mail sending user is the mail information that does not need to be quickly replied, and when the mail sending user may select to click on the "quick reply mail send" control, trigger a sharing operation, and determine that the mail information sent by the mail sending user is the mail that needs to be quickly replied.
In another alternative embodiment, the mail application client has different mail editing areas, which can be at least divided into a common mail editing area and a quick reply mail editing area, and when the mail is sent, the mail edited by the user in the common mail editing area can be considered as the mail information which does not need to be quickly replied; when the mail sending user edits the mail in the quick reply mail editing area, the mail information can be considered as the sending mail needing quick reply, namely the sharing operation is triggered.
As shown in fig. 5, the display interface of the mail application client in fig. 5 includes a common mail editing area and a quick reply mail editing area, and when determining that the mail sending user edits the mail information in the quick reply mail editing area, the sharing operation is triggered, and it is determined that the mail sending user edits the sending mail.
Further, in this embodiment of the present application, it may also be determined that the mail sending user edits the sent mail by other manners, for example, as shown in fig. 6, the display interface of the mail application client includes a two-dimensional code, and the mail sending user pops up interface information shown in fig. 7 by scanning the two-dimensional code, where, by way of example, the content of the interface information in fig. 7 is "confirm that the email is sent mail", and a "confirm" control is displayed, and when the mail sending user triggers the "confirm" control, it is determined that the sharing operation is triggered, that is, that the mail sending user edits the sent mail.
Or further, in the embodiment of the present application, a URL may be further included in the display interface of the mail application client, where if the mail sending user clicks the URL, it is determined that the mail sending user edits the mail, that is, the sharing operation is triggered.
Or when the mail sending user clicks the URL, the interface information shown in fig. 7 is popped up, a 'determination' control is displayed, and when the mail sending user triggers the 'determination' control, it is determined that the mail sending user edits the mail, namely, the sharing operation is triggered.
