In the above beverage supply device, the predetermined beverage that can be supplied is associated with the operation input buttons, and the user can select the beverage associated with the operation input buttons by selecting a desired beverage from among the operation input buttons. Therefore, the beverage supply device has the following problems.
That is, when the user has an allergic disease, there is a possibility that a beverage containing an allergic substance is selected by freely selecting a beverage associated with the operation input button. In addition, when the user is a minor adult, the user may select a beverage associated with the operation input button to select a beverage containing alcohol.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a beverage supply device capable of suppressing selection of a beverage that a user should not ingest.
Means for solving the problems

In the beverage supplying apparatus, the recording medium is provided by a facility that supplies the beverage.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, the reading unit reads the assignment information assigned to the recording medium and recorded on the recording medium from the recording medium placed in the reading area of the reading unit itself, and the control unit causes the display operation unit to display a plurality of types of beverages selectable in accordance with the assignment information when the assignment information is read by the reading unit, and therefore, the following effects are exhibited: selection of a beverage that is not ingested by a user can be suppressed by using a recording medium that can select beverages other than those that are not ingested by the user.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the beverage supply device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of a beverage supply device as an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a block diagram schematically showing a characteristic control system of the beverage supply device as an embodiment of the present invention.
The beverage supply device 1 illustrated here is a beverage dispenser installed in a food and drink providing facility such as a restaurant or a food and drink area, for example, and the beverage supply device 1 includes a device body 10, a reading unit 50, and a control unit 60.
The apparatus main body 10 is a box having an opening on the front surface (hereinafter also referred to as a front surface opening), and a plurality of adjustment legs 11 for adjusting the height are provided on the bottom of the box. The apparatus body 10 opens and closes the front surface opening through the front surface door 12. The front door 12 is a door body having an insulating structure of a size sufficient to cover not only the front opening but also a part of a lower region of the front opening, and the front door 12 is provided at one side portion on the front side of the apparatus body 10 so as to be swingable around a central axis of a shaft portion, not shown, extending in the vertical direction.
The front surface of the front door 12 constitutes a passenger side, and a display operation unit 13 is provided. The display operation unit 13 is configured by, for example, a liquid crystal touch panel, and the display operation unit 13 displays various information and performs an input operation by a touch operation. When the touch operation is performed, the display operation unit 13 transmits the input signal to the control unit 60.
The apparatus body 10 includes a supply table 20 and a beverage producing section 30. The supply table 20 is configured by providing a recess in a lower portion of the front surface of the apparatus main body 10, that is, in a lower region of the front surface opening. The supply table 20 includes: a mounting plate 21 having a mounting surface 21a on which the cup C is mounted; a rear wall 22 covering the rear surface of the carriage plate 21; and a top wall, not shown, facing the placement surface 21 a.
A cup guide 21b that is a positioning member when the cup C is placed is provided on the placement surface 21a of the placement plate 21, and a drip tray 21C that collects splashed beverage and the like is provided. The top wall is provided with a beverage nozzle, not shown. The beverage nozzle is provided in a region directly above the cup C that is guided by the cup guide 21b and placed thereon.
The beverage producing unit 30 is connected to the slurry tank 40, the carbon dioxide gas tank 43, and the water tank 44 by respective pipes, and includes a pump group 31, a valve group 32, and a sensor group 33.
The slurry group 40 includes a plurality of (e.g., 2) bags in a box (hereinafter also referred to as BIBs) 41 and a plurality of (e.g., 6) slurry tanks 42. BIB 41 is a bag-like container in which a slurry (e.g., sugar-free slurry: stock beverage) is sealed, and is further contained in a box-like container, and is constituted by, for example, a plastic bag container in which a slurry is sealed, and further contained in a cardboard box container. When the slurry sealed in the BIB 41 is poured out, the bag container is contracted inside the tank container to prevent air from entering the bag container, thereby preventing oxidation of the slurry. The plurality of BIBs 41 are housed in a state of being cooled by a cooling box inside the apparatus main body 10.
The slurry tank 42 is used for storing slurry (e.g., syrup liquid: stock beverage). The carbon dioxide gas tank 43 is used for storing carbon dioxide gas, and the water tank 44 is used for storing cooling water.
The pump unit 31 is configured to include a plurality of tube pumps. These tube pumps are provided for pumping out the slurry sealed in the BIBs 41, and are provided for each BIB 41. The pipe pump is attached to a pipe, not shown, connected to the corresponding BIB 41, and is driven by a built-in motor to squeeze the pipe using a plurality of rollers or the like to draw the slurry from the BIB 41 and discharge the slurry from an open end of the pipe to the cup C.
The valve block 32 includes valves provided in pipes connecting the respective slurry tanks 42 and the drink nozzles, valves provided in pipes connecting the water tank 44 and the drink nozzles, and valves provided in pipes connecting the carbon dioxide gas tank 43 so as to merge with the pipes connecting the water tank 44 and the drink nozzles. The valve block 32 having these valves opens the respective valves to supply any one of the slurry and water (dilution water), the slurry and carbonated water (dilution water), carbonated water only (including dilution water), and water only (including dilution water) to the beverage nozzle, and to discharge the slurry and water from the beverage nozzle to the cup C.
The sensor group 33 is configured to include a sold-out sensor for detecting the presence or absence of the slurry in the slurry group 40 and the presence or absence of carbon dioxide in the carbon dioxide gas tank 43, and a flow rate sensor for detecting the flow rate of each pipe. These sensor groups 33 transmit the detection results to the control unit 60 as detection signals.
The reading unit 50 is a device called a so-called card reader, and when a card 100 as a recording medium is placed in a reading area of the reading unit 50 itself, the reading unit 50 reads information recorded on the card 100. The card 100 is given by a practitioner of a food service facility by, for example, ordering a "drink bar" as a user of the food service facility. In the card 100, assignment information assigned to the card 100 is recorded.
Here, as the "dispensing information", there are information on the provision of beverages other than allergen beverages containing an allergen substance, information on the provision of non-alcoholic beverages other than alcoholic beverages, and information on the provision of beverages including alcoholic beverages. In addition, as other distribution information, there are various kinds of information such as information on provision of a low-priced beverage and information on provision of a high-priced beverage including the low-priced beverage.
The control unit 60 is electrically connected to the display operation unit 13, the beverage production unit 30, and the reading unit 50, and controls the operations of these units in a lump based on programs and data stored in a storage unit 61 that is also electrically connected, and the control unit 60 includes a display control processing unit 60a and a beverage production processing unit 60 b.
The display control processing unit 60a controls the display of various information in the display operation unit 13. The beverage generation processing unit 60b controls the supply of the beverage to the cup C by the beverage generation unit 30.
The control Unit 60 may be realized by software that is a program executed by a Processing device such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), or may be realized by hardware such as an IC (Integrated Circuit), or may be realized by a combination of software and hardware.
The storage unit 61 stores a display table 61 a. The display table 61a has a plurality of display information items related to display of the beverage corresponding to the dispensing information read by the reading unit 50. More specifically, there are non-allergen beverage display information related to display of a plurality of types of beverages other than allergen beverages, non-alcoholic beverage display information related to display of a plurality of types of non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverage display information related to display of a plurality of types of beverages including alcoholic beverages, low-price beverage display information related to display of a plurality of types of low-price beverages, and high-price beverage display information related to display of high-price beverages including low-price beverages.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing the processing content of the beverage supply control process performed by the control unit 60 shown in fig. 2.
The operation of the beverage supply device 1 will be described while describing the processing content of the beverage supply control processing. In the following description, the card 100 is given by a person in the beverage providing facility in accordance with the order of the user, and records distribution information corresponding to the order content.
In this beverage supply control process, the control unit 60 determines whether or not the dispensing information is read by the reading unit 50 (step S101). That is, it is determined whether or not the assignment information recorded on the card 100 is read by the reading unit 50 after the card 100 is placed in the reading area of the reading unit 50.
When the allocation information is read (step S101: yes), the control unit 60 reads the display table 61a from the storage unit 61 (step S102), and selects display information corresponding to the allocation information read in step S101 (step S103).
That is, when the dispensing information is information relating to the provision of a beverage other than an allergen beverage containing an allergen substance, the non-allergen beverage display information is selected, when the dispensing information is information relating to the provision of a non-alcoholic beverage other than an alcoholic beverage, the non-alcoholic beverage display information is selected, when the dispensing information is information relating to the provision of a beverage containing an alcoholic beverage, the alcoholic beverage display information is selected, when the dispensing information is information relating to the provision of a low-priced beverage, the low-priced beverage display information is selected, and when the dispensing information is information relating to the provision of a high-priced beverage, the high-priced beverage display information is selected.
Then, the control unit 60 displays the beverage included in the display information selected in step S102 as a plurality of selectable beverages by the display control processing unit 60a (step S104). Here, the display control processing unit 60a displays each beverage as a beverage selection unit. The beverage selection unit is an operation input region for selecting a beverage.
After that, the control unit 60 determines whether any of the beverage selecting units is touch-operated (step S105). If no beverage selecting unit is touch-operated (step S105: no), the control unit 60 repeats the determination process of step S105.
On the other hand, when any of the beverage selection units is touch-operated (step S105: "YES"), the control unit 60 causes the beverage generation unit 30 to generate and supply the beverage associated with the touch-operated beverage selection unit through the beverage generation processing unit 60b (step S106).
The control unit 60 that causes the beverage producing unit 30 to produce and supply the beverage determines whether or not the beverage supply by the beverage producing unit 30 is completed by the beverage producing processing unit 60b (step S107). If the beverage supply is not completed (step S107: no), the control unit 60 returns to step S106 to continue the beverage generation and supply.
On the other hand, when the supply of the beverage is completed (step S107: "YES"), the control unit 60 causes the display operation unit 13 to perform a supply completion display indicating that the supply of the beverage is completed, by the display control processing unit 60a (step S108), and ends the present process. In addition, the user gives the card 100 to the practitioner at the time of accounting.

In the above-described embodiment, the reading unit 50 is a device called a so-called card reader, and when the card 100 as a recording medium is placed in the reading area of the reading unit 50 itself, the reading unit 50 reads information recorded in the card 100, but in the present invention, the reading unit may read information (assignment information or the like) associated with a graphical code such as a QR code (registered trademark) displayed on a display unit of a portable terminal device such as a smartphone as a recording medium.
The control unit 60 causes the display operation unit 13 to display a plurality of selectable types of beverages corresponding to the dispensing information when the dispensing information is read by the reading unit 50, but the control unit 60 may cause the display operation unit 13 to display an item of work or the like when the information read by the reading unit 50 is identification information of a worker who performs maintenance work or the like of the beverage supply device 1.

1. A beverage supply device for supplying a beverage to a cup placed on a supply table, the beverage supply device including a display operation unit for displaying various information and performing an input operation by a touch operation, the beverage supply device comprising:
a reading section that reads, from a recording medium placed in a reading area of the reading section itself, allocation information allocated to and recorded in the recording medium; and
and a control unit that causes the display operation unit to display a plurality of selectable types of beverages corresponding to the dispensing information when the dispensing information is read by the reading unit.
2. The beverage supplying apparatus according to claim 1,
in the case where the dispensing information recorded in the recording medium is information relating to provision of a beverage other than an allergen beverage containing an allergen substance, the control unit causes the display operation unit to display a plurality of types of beverages that can be selected other than the allergen beverage.
3. The beverage supplying apparatus according to claim 1,
when the dispensing information recorded in the recording medium is information relating to the provision of nonalcoholic beverages other than alcoholic beverages, the control unit causes the display operation unit to display a plurality of types of nonalcoholic beverages that can be selected.
4. The beverage supplying apparatus according to claim 1,
when the dispensing information recorded in the recording medium is information relating to provision of a beverage including an alcoholic beverage, the control unit causes the display operation unit to display a plurality of selectable types of beverages including an alcoholic beverage.
5. The beverage supply apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
