Description

User equipment connection method and user equipment
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a connection method for a user equipment and a user equipment.
Background
In recent years, multi-USIM card apparatuses have become increasingly popular. For example, a user installs two USIM cards on a mobile phone supporting multiple USIM cards, one of which is used to subscribe to private services and the other is used to subscribe to office services. The existing equipment supporting multiple USIM cards is realized based on manufacturers and is not standardized by 3 GPP. Different manufacturers adopt different implementation modes, and the behaviors of the user equipment UE are different. In the existing implementation, if these USIM cards are registered with networks respectively (may be registered to the same network or may be registered to two or more networks respectively), the UE needs to receive pages from these networks, and based on the transceiving capability of the UE, there may be a case where the UE receives a page of the current network and initiates a page to another network, or the UE is communicating with one network and initiates a page to another network. One result that may result if the UE switches between different networks is that the UE is no longer able to receive data from the current network when the UE switches to another network. This would impair network performance, for example, if the network sent a page to the UE but the UE did not receive the page by switching to another network, or if the UE switched to another network and could not receive the scheduling of the current network. Some manufacturers propose 3GPP standardization research on the behavior of a UE with multiple USIM cards to access a network and related networks, which is advantageous in that the network performance can be improved based on predictable UE behavior.
Based on the above reasons, in 12 months 2019, at the third Generation Partnership Project (3rd Generation n Partnership Project: 3GPP) RAN #86 club, vivo proposed a work item for the Multi-SIM card device of Release 17 (see non-patent document: RP-193263: New WID: Stupport of Multi-SIM devices in Rel-17) and approved. One of the goals of this work item is to define a mechanism for the UE to notify network a when leaving network a, where network a is NR, network B is LTE or NR, and UE Single-receive/Single-Tx or UE Dual-receive/Single-Tx.
The present disclosure discusses related problems involved in achieving the above-mentioned operational goals.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a connection method for a user equipment and a user equipment, which are capable of efficiently and timely instructing a base station to release a current RRC connection when the user equipment is operating in a network a and in an RRC connected state but needs/wants to establish an RRC connection to a network B.
The invention provides a connection method of user equipment, wherein the user equipment establishes RRC connection with a first network through a first USIM card, and if the user equipment needs to be connected to a second network through a second USIM card, the user equipment can send a UEAssociation information message containing a release preference to a base station or the first network without meeting the condition that a timer is not operated.
In the above method for connecting a user equipment, the method for connecting a user equipment includes: the first step is as follows: performing a second step if the user equipment is configured by the base station through the RRC message to provide the release preference; the second step: if one of the following conditions 1-2 is met, starting a timer, setting the value of the timer to a releasepreference prohibittimer, and starting an easessinformationprocess for providing a release preference, wherein the condition 1 is that: the timer is not running; condition 2: the user equipment which establishes RRC connection with a first network through a first USIM card triggers to send a UEAssessitationinformation message containing release preference to the first network because the user equipment needs to be connected to a second network through a second USIM card; or the user equipment hopes that the first network releases the current RRC connection immediately; or the user equipment with the multi-USIM capability needs to leave the RRC _ CONNECTED state; or the user equipment needs or prefers to leave the RRC _ CONNECTED state immediately; or the user equipment prefers to quickly release the current RRC connection; or the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference sent to the base station last time is not because the user equipment needs to switch to the second USIM card or communicate with the second network through the second USIM card; or the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference sent to the base station last time does not contain the immediate release indication field immediateRelease or the release reason field releasecaase; or the upper layer triggers the user equipment to send a UEAssessionalinformation message containing the release preference; or the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference sent to the base station last time is not upper layer indicated/triggered; or the transmission prohibition flag field indicates permission to transmit the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference; or the release reason value provided by the upper layer is a value corresponding to the current RRC connection which is indicated to be immediately released; or the release cause value provided by the upper layer is a value corresponding to the current RRC connection indicating immediate release and the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference, which is sent to the base station last time, is not sent because the release cause value provided by the upper layer is a value corresponding to the current RRC connection indicating immediate release.
In the connection method of the ue, the base station configures a message for enabling the ue to instruct the first network to immediately release the current RRC connection or report the release preference to the first network, where the message is configured as the ue with multiple USIM cards.
In the connection method of the UE, the UEAssistanceInformation message including the release preference means that the message includes a preferredRRC-State field for indicating an RRC State preferred by the UE.
The user equipment establishes RRC connection with a first network through a first USIM card, and if the user equipment needs to be connected to a second network through a second USIM card, when a message containing release preference is triggered to be sent to the first network or a base station, namely a UEAssistant information message containing a preferredRRC-State field needs to be sent, an indication mark, namely an immediateRelease field or a releaseCasase field, is contained in the UEAssistant information message to indicate the network to release the current RRC connection.
In the connection method of the user equipment, if the user equipment initiates ueassistance information message transmission to provide release preference of the user equipment, a releasereference field is included in the ueassistance information message, and a predicted RRC-State field included in the releasereference field is set to be an RRC State expected when the ueassistance information message is transmitted;
or if the ue assistance information message containing the release preference is triggered by the ue device satisfying condition 2 as set forth in claim 2, setting the immediatererelease field or including the immediatererelease field in the releasereference field or setting the immediatererelease field to a value for instructing the network to immediately release the current RRC connection, so as to instruct the network to immediately release the current RRC connection;
or if the ue triggers a UEAssistanceInformation message containing a release preference due to the condition 2 as claimed in claim 2 being satisfied, setting a releasecoase field to a value provided by an upper layer or a value corresponding to a corresponding release reason;
or if the upper layer triggers the user equipment to send a UEAsistanceInformation message containing the release preference, setting the releaseCalase field to a value provided by the upper layer;
or if the upper layer triggers the user equipment to send the UEAssistant information message containing the release preference, setting the immediateRelease field or setting the immediateRelease field to a value corresponding to the network to immediately release the current RRC connection or containing the immediateRelease field in the releasePreference field to indicate the network to immediately release the current RRC connection.
In the connection method of another user equipment of the present invention, the user equipment establishes RRC connection with the first network through the first USIM card, and when the user equipment needs to connect to the second network through the second USIM card to trigger sending a message containing a release preference to the base station or the first network, that is, to send a UEAssistanceInformation message containing a preferredRRC-State field, the UEAssistanceInformation message contains an indicator, that is, an immediatereleasereference field, to indicate the network to release the current RRC connection.
In the above connection method of the ue, if the ue triggers sending of a ueassitanceinformation message including a release preference to the first network or the base station due to satisfaction of condition 2 as set forth in claim 2, an immediateredeleference field is included in the ueassitanceinformation message, and a value thereof is set to an RRC State setting desired when the ueassitanceinformation message is sent, otherwise, a releasereference field is included in the ueassitanceinformation message, and a preferredRRC-State included in the releasereference field is set to an RRC State desired when the ueassitanceinformation message is sent.
In the above connection method of the user equipment, if the imediatereleasereference field is contained in the releasePreference field as the preference rrc-State field, the imediatereleasereresereference field and the preference rrc-State field may not be simultaneously present in the same ueassistinginformation message, and if the imediatereleasereferrence field is not contained in the releaseference field, the imediatereleaserereseference field and the preleaserepference field may not be simultaneously present in the same ueassistinginformation message.
The user equipment of the present invention includes: a processor; and a memory storing instructions; wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, perform any of the methods described above.
Effects of the invention
The user equipment and the connection method thereof can efficiently and timely realize that the user equipment instructs the base station to release the RRC connection of the current network A so as to meet the performance requirement of the service to be performed by the network B, and the base station can immediately release the RRC connection between the UE and the network A when receiving the UEAssistant information message indicating the release preference.

Detailed Description
The present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the present disclosure should not be limited to the specific embodiments described below. In addition, for the sake of brevity, detailed descriptions of well-known technologies not directly related to the present disclosure are omitted to prevent confusion of understanding of the present disclosure.
Some terms related to the present disclosure are described below, and specific meanings of the terms are described in 3GPP latest relevant documents, such as TS38.300, TS38.331, TS36.300, TS36.331, and the like.
NAS: non-access stratum.
AS: access stratum.
RRC: radio Resource Control, Radio Resource Control.
RRC _ CONNECTED: RRC connected state.
RRC _ INACTIVE: RRC inactive state.
RRC _ IDLE: RRC idle state.
RAN; radio Access Network, Radio Access layer.
USIM: universal Subscriber Identity Module, global Subscriber Identity card.
Tx: transmitter, sender.
Rx: receiver, receiver.
NR: new RAT, New radio access technology.
In the present disclosure, the network, the base station, and the RAN may be used interchangeably, and the network may be a long term evolution LTE network, an NR network, an enhanced long term evolution LTE network, or other networks defined in subsequent evolution releases of 3 GPP.
In the present disclosure, the user equipment UE may refer to an apparatus that physically supports multiple USIM cards (two or more USIM cards) to which two or more USIM cards are mounted, each USIM card being associated with one network. The multiple USIM cards may be from the same operator or different operators. From the network perspective, different USIM cards correspond to different UEs, and each USIM card corresponds to one UE. This disclosure does not distinguish between them, unless specifically stated otherwise. Those skilled in the art can easily determine whether the UE refers to a UE supporting multiple USIM cards or a UE corresponding to each USIM card in an apparatus supporting multiple USIM cards according to the context. The user equipment configured with the multiple USIM cards can receive and/or transmit data from multiple networks by using single-receiving single-sending or double-receiving single-sending in a time division multiplexing mode and the like, and for the UE with two Rx, the data can be received from the two networks at the same time. Further, the USIM of the present disclosure may be a physical SIM or esim (USIM can a physical SIM or esim).
The embodiment of the present disclosure takes the example that the UE configures two USIM cards, and those skilled in the art can easily extend to the case of multiple USIM cards. The user equipment UE with two USIM cards has at least Single-Rx/Single-Tx or Dual-Rx/Single-Tx capabilities. Different UEs corresponding to two USIMs may share a pair of Tx and Rx or share one Tx but have respective Rx.
In the present disclosure, the UE operating in one network (network a) means that the UE is in an RRC connected state or an RRC inactive state or an RRC idle state in the network a, and monitors (receives/sends data or signaling from) the network a while leaving the network a periodically or intermittently to monitor another network (network B), for example, to receive a paging message from the network B or to measure the signal quality of a serving cell of another USIM card. The UE may indicate to network a the time information of leaving network a (e.g., the UE receives a paging message of network B or measures time information of a serving cell of another USIM card) so that network a does not send data to the UE or does not schedule the UE for the period of time the UE leaves. Network a and network B may be different networks or the same network. The time information of leaving the network a is a scheduling interval of the UE in the network a, and in the scheduling interval, the network a is not expected to schedule the UE, the UE stops data transmission and reception in the network a, and the like. In other words, the time information that the UE leaves the network refers to that, when the UE operates in the current network, the current network will not schedule the UE or the UE does not receive data from the current network or is not expected to be scheduled by the current network in the time period indicated by the time information that the UE leaves the network.
A scenario of a connection method of a user equipment of the present invention is explained with reference to fig. 1 as follows. Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating an application scenario of a connection method of a user equipment. The UE is in RRC connected state in network a, but the UE needs/wants to establish an RRC connection to network B (step 001). At this time, the UE needs to send indication information for releasing the RRC connection of the current UE to the network a or the base station (step 002). In the prior art, the UE may send a ueassistance information message to the network a, where a preferredRRC-State field (filtered) is carried to indicate the UE preference (preference)/desired RRC State (indicated the UE's preferred RRC State), i.e. the RRC State to which the UE prefers to release from the RRC connected State. For example, if this field is set to IDLE, it indicates that The UE prefers to release from The RRC CONNECTED state to The RRC IDLE state (The value is The estimated if The UE preferences are from RRC _ CONNECTED and transition to RRC _ IDLE).
In the prior art, before the UE sends the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the preferredRRC-State field, it is determined whether the timer T346f is running, and only when the timer is not running, the timer is started and the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the preferredRRC-State field is generated/sent. If T346f is running and the UE wants network a or base station to release the UE's RRC connection with network a because it needs to switch to network B (i.e. connect network B with another USIM card, for example, establish an RRC connection with network B or send data to network B), according to the prior art, the UE can only wait for T346f to expire/expire at this time to send a UEAssistanceInformation message containing the preferredRRC-State field to instruct network a or base station to release the current RRC connection. This may result in failure to meet the quality of service or performance requirements of the traffic to be performed by network B.
It should be noted that, a value of the timer T346f (which may be referred to as a first timer) is configured for the UE by the base station through a releasepresentationpromibittimer field carried in an RRC message sent to the UE, where the releasepresentationpromibitter is a Prohibit timer (Prohibit timer for releasing a preference association information reporting), that is, is used to Prohibit the UE from frequently sending a UE association information message containing a preferredRRC-State field to the base station.
In addition, in the present disclosure, the UE establishing a connection with the network includes the UE sending an RRC connection establishment request RRCSetupRequest message and sending a Resume (Resume) suspended RRC connection rrcresumererequest/RRCResumeRequestl message to the network.
The present disclosure will provide embodiment 1 to solve this problem.
Example 1
Embodiment 1, when a UE that establishes an RRC connection with a network a through a USIM card a needs to connect to a network B through another USIM card (denoted as USIM card B) (for example, the USIM card B establishes an RRC connection with the network B or sends data to the network B), and thus triggers to send a ueassistance information message containing a release preference (i.e., needs to send a message containing a preferredRRC-State field) to the network a or a base station (i.e., a base station corresponding to the network a), a condition that the timer T346f is not running does not need to be satisfied.
Specifically, the UE establishing RRC connection with network a through USIM card a (i.e., in RRC connected State at network a) triggers sending of a ueassisionstationlnformation message containing release preference (i.e., containing preferredRRC-State field needs to be sent) to network a or a base station due to the need to connect to network B through USIM card B, or the UE wants network a to immediately release the current RRC connection, and performs the following procedure. This process is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a connection method of the user equipment of embodiment 1. In step 101, if the UE is configured by the base station through RRC messages to provide its release preference, step 102 is performed. Specifically, the base station may instruct/configure the UE to report its release preference through a releasereferrence Configuration field carried in an RRC message (e.g., an rrcreeconfiguration message), where the releasereferrence Configuration field is used to configure the UE to notify the network (or the base station) of a preference of the UE to leave an RRC _ CONNECTED state through reporting auxiliary information (Configuration for the UE to report association information to information about the gsb about the UE's preference to leave the RRC _ CONNECTED state).
In step 102, if one of the following conditions 1-2 is satisfied, a timer T346f is started, the value of the timer T346f is set to a value configured by the base station for the user equipment, for example, a value specified by a releasepresencereferenceprohibitter field contained in the releasepresencereferenceconfig field (start timer T346f with the timer value set to the releasecereferenceprohibitter), and a ue assistance information message transmission procedure providing a release preference is started. Wherein, the releasepreference prohibittimer field is contained in the releasepreference config field, and the base station configures the UE through the same RRC message.
Condition 1: timer T346f is not running;
condition 2: (A1) UE establishing RRC connection with network A through USIM card A triggers to send UEAssistant information message containing release preference to network A or base station because of need of connecting to network B through another USIM card B; or (a2) the UE wants the network to release the current RRC connection immediately; or (a3) the UE with multi-USIM capability needs to leave RRC _ CON CONNECTED state (transition out of RRC _ CONNECTED state); or (a4) the UE needs (or prefers) to leave the RRC _ CONNECTED state immediately; or (a5) the UE prefers to quickly release the current RRC connection; or (a6) the last UEAssistanceInformation message sent to the base station containing the release preference is not because the UE needs to switch to another USIM (USIM card B or communicate with network B through USIM card B); or (a7) the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference, which was sent to the base station last time, does not contain the immediate release indication field immediatererelease or the release cause field releasecaase; or (A8) the upper layer triggers the UE to send a UEAssistanceInformation message containing a release preference; or (a9) the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference that was sent last to the base station is not upper layer indicated/triggered; or (a10) transmitting a prohibit flag field (denoted as preferredRRC-StateAllowed) indicating that a UEAssistanceInformation message containing a release preference can be transmitted (or allowed to be transmitted); or (a11) the release cause value provided by the upper layer is a value corresponding to an instruction to immediately release the current RRC connection; or (a12) the release cause value provided by the upper layer (i.e., the cause for which the UE desires to release the current RRC connection) is a value for indicating immediate release of the current RRC connection and the UE assistance information message including the release preference, which is transmitted to the base station the last time, is not transmitted because the release cause value provided by the upper layer is a value for indicating immediate release of the current RRC connection. The specific meanings of the immediate release indication field immediateRelease and the release cause field releasecaase are shown in example 2.
Optionally, to achieve the above object, the base station is configured to configure the ue with multiple USIMs to enable the ue to instruct the first network to immediately release the current RRC connection or report a message of a release preference of the ue to the network a, for example, configure a releasereferenceconfig.
It should be noted that, starting the timer T346f in step 102 is an optional operation; in addition, the UEAssistanceInformation message including the release preference in the present disclosure means that the message includes a preferredRRC-State field for indicating an RRC State preferred by the UE. Further, it is possible to form a plurality of embodiments having different condition 2 by taking one or more of (a1) to (a12) described in condition 2 as condition 2, and if two or more of (a1) to (a12) are taken as condition 2, the relationship of "and" therebetween, that is, two or more of (a1) to (a12) must be satisfied at the same time to be regarded as satisfying condition 2. If the condition 2 is included (a9), the transmission prohibition flag field preferredRRC-StateAllowed is initialized to a value, e.g., TRUE, indicating that the UEAssistanceInformation message including the release preference can be transmitted (or transmission is permitted), and the transmission prohibition flag field preferredRRC-StateAllowed is set to a value corresponding to not permitting transmission of the UEAssistanceInformation message including the release preference when transmission of the UEAssistanceInformation message including the release preference to the base station is triggered due to satisfaction of the condition (a 9). Optionally, at the expiration/expiry of T346f, the transmission prohibition flag field preferredRRC-StateAllowed is set to a value corresponding to a permission to transmit the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference.
It should be noted that USIM card a may be referred to as a first USIM card, and network a may be referred to as a first network; USIM card B may be referred to as a second USIM card and network B may be referred to as a second network.
In addition, the UE in the related art indicates to the base station the UEAssistanceInformation message for releasing the preference for the purpose of power saving. After receiving the message from the UE, the base station determines whether to immediately release the current RRC connection according to the downlink service information of the current UE. In other words, in this case, if the UE has downlink data, even if the base station receives the UEAssistanceInformation message including the release preference from the UE, the RRC connection of the current UE is not necessarily released immediately. However, in a multi-USIM, since a UE in an RRC connected state in network a needs to communicate with network B (e.g., switch Rx and/or Tx to network B), it is desirable that the base station immediately release the RRC connection of the UE with network a upon receiving a UEAssistanceInformation message indicating a release preference. How the UE instructs the base station to immediately release the RRC connection between the UE and the network a when receiving the ueassistanceinfo information message indicating the release preference is a problem to be solved.
The present disclosure will provide embodiment 2 and embodiment 3 to solve this problem.
Example 2
The method of example 2 is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing a connection method of the user equipment of embodiment 2. A UE establishing an RRC connection with network a via USIM card a (i.e., the UE is in an RRC connected State at network a) triggers sending of a UEAssistanceInformation message containing a release preference (i.e., needs to send a message containing a preferredRRC-State field) to the base station or network a due to the need to connect to network B via another USIM card (step 201). At this time, an indication flag (e.g., immediateRelease field or releasecaase field) is included in the UEAssistanceInformation message to instruct the network to release the current RRC connection (step 202).
Specifically, if the UE initiates a UE assistance information message transmission to provide the release preference of the UE, a releasePreference field is included in the UE assistance information message, and a predicted RRC-State field included in the releasePreference field is set to an RRC State (set predicted RRC-State to the desired RRC State on transmission of the UE assistance information message) that is desired when the UE assistance information message is transmitted; if the UE triggers the UE assistance information message containing the release preference due to the condition 2 in embodiment 1 being satisfied, setting the immediateRelease field to instruct the network to immediately release the current RRC connection, for example, setting the immediateRelease field to TRUE, or including the immediateRelease field in the releasereferrence field or setting the immediateRelease field to a value corresponding to the network to immediately release the current RRC connection (set immediateRelease to network to release the RRC connection immediate) to instruct the network to immediately release the current RRC connection; or if the UE triggers the UEAssistanceInformation message containing the release preference because the UE satisfies the condition 2 described in embodiment 1, setting the releasecoase field as a value provided by the upper layer or a value corresponding to the corresponding release reason; or setting an immediateRelease domain, for example, setting the immediateRelease domain to TRUE or setting the immediateRelease domain to a value corresponding to an instruction for the network to immediately release the current RRC connection; or if the UE is triggered by the upper layer to send a UEAssistant information message containing the release preference, setting the releaseCalase domain to a value provided by the upper layer; or if the UE is triggered by the upper layer to send the UE assistance information message containing the release preference, setting the immediateRelease field, for example, setting the immediateRelease field to TRUE or setting the immediateRelease field to a value corresponding to the indication that the network immediately releases the current RRC connection, or including the immediateRelease field in the releasereference field to indicate the network immediately releases the current RRC connection.
Example 3
The method of example 3 is described below with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing a connection method of the user equipment of embodiment 3. Embodiment 3 a UE establishing an RRC connection with network a via USIM card a triggers sending of a UEAssistanceInformation message containing a release preference (i.e. containing the preferredRRC-State field) to network a or a base station due to the need to connect to network B via another USIM card (step 301). At this time, an indication flag (e.g., immediatereleasereference field) is included in the UEAssistanceInformation message to instruct the network to release the current RRC connection (step 302).
Specifically, if the UE triggers sending of a ueassitanceinformation message including a release preference to the network a or the base station due to satisfaction of the condition 2 described in embodiment 1, an immediateredeleference field is included in the ueassitanceinformation message, and the value thereof is set to the RRC State expected when the ueassitanceinformation message is sent, otherwise, a releasereference field is included in the ueassitanceinformation message, and a preferredRRC-State included in the releasereference field is set to the RRC State expected when the ueassitanceinformation message is sent.
Wherein the immaterreleaseprereference field may be contained in the releaseprereference field as the preferredRRC-State field, when the immaterreleaseReleasePreference field and the preferredRRC-State field cannot be simultaneously present in the same UEAssociation information message; in addition, the immatereredelespeference field may not be included in the releasePreference field, and the immatereredelespeference field and the releasePreference field may not be present in the same ueassistentinformation message at the same time.
Embodiments 1-3 address the problems of the present disclosure based on the existing manner of introducing the preferredRRC-State field for power saving purposes. The problem described in the present disclosure may not be solved based on the following embodiment 4 of the related art.
Example 4
A UE having the capability to provide assistance information to leave (transmission out of) the RRC _ connected state immediately performs the following operations:
in step 201, if the UE is configured by the base station through RRC messages to provide its immediate release preference, step 202 is performed. Specifically, the base station may instruct the UE to report its immediate release preference through an musiresperefferenceconfig field carried in an RRC message (e.g., rrcreeconfiguration message), where the musiresperefferenceconfig field is used to configure the UE to notify the network (or the base station) of a preference that the UE wants to leave the RRC _ CONNECTED state immediately by reporting the auxiliary information. The UE has established an RRC connection with network a through USIM card a, but needs to connect to network B through another USIM card (denoted as USIM card B) (e.g., USIM card B establishes an RRC connection with network B or sends data to network B). The musimreleasepresenerenceconfig field may include a usimresecreferenceproshibittimer field. The usimrelesrelesreferenceprohibittimerry field is a prohibit timer or a prohibit time for immediately releasing the preference assistance information report, and is used to set a value of the second timer.
In step 202, if the second timer is not running and if the UE determines that (priorities) the preference is to leave the RRC connected state immediately, the second timer is started, setting the value of the second timer to the value set by usimrelesperpreferenceprohibittimer or usimrelesperperenceprohibittimer. A field usimpreffered RRC-State for indicating the UE to release the preference immediately is included in the ueassisinceinformation message, and its value is set to an RRC State (indicated as UE's preferred RRC State) for indicating the UE preference/desire, i.e., an RRC State to which the UE prefers to be released immediately from the RRC connected State.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the immediate release preference means that a UE that has established an RRC connection with the network a through the USIM card a needs to connect to the network B through another USIM card (referred to as USIM card B) (for example, the USIM card B establishes an RRC connection with the network B or sends data to the network B).
