Instant messaging may be used for communication between users or for communication between employees of an enterprise. A client that can provide an instant messaging service is called an instant messaging client.
An instant messaging interface: refers to an interface for displaying messages in the chat process in the instant messaging client. The instant messaging interface may not include any messages if the user is not bored with the contact.
The design concept of the embodiment of the present application is described below.
With the development of internet technology and intelligent terminal technology, the application of instant messaging clients is becoming more and more popular, and the conversation frequency and conversation content repetition rate of users communicating through instant messaging clients are becoming higher and higher.
In the prior art, users usually adopt operations such as copying, pasting, re-editing and the like to repeatedly reply similar problems to the same or different chat objects. However, the communication efficiency is low because the operation steps for editing the message are complicated.
For example, in the customer service field, customer service personnel are required to have a huge number of conversations with different users each day. In the conversation process, a user may repeatedly present similar problems, and in order to avoid replying the same conversation to the user and improve the user satisfaction, customer service personnel usually need to copy, paste, re-edit and then send each selected historical conversation message in sequence. However, the complex message editing operation causes the workload of the customer service staff to be large and the working efficiency to be low.
Therefore, a technical solution for controlling message sending is urgently needed, so that the operation steps of message editing are simplified and the communication efficiency is improved when a message is sent.
In view of batch selection and editing and sending of multiple historical conversation messages, the embodiment of the application provides a message sending control scheme, in which a terminal device selects multiple historical conversation messages in a chat interface of a user according to an instruction of the user, combines message contents of the selected multiple historical conversation messages, displays the combined message contents in a conversation input box in the chat interface, and re-edits and sends the combined message contents.

The method comprises the following specific processes:

Step 303: the instant messaging application determines whether to confirm the re-edit, if so, proceeds to step 304, otherwise, proceeds to step 309.
Specifically, if the instant messaging application responds to the triggering operation for the function control for confirming editing, re-editing is confirmed, and step 304 is executed, and if the instant messaging application responds to the triggering operation for the function control for canceling editing, editing is canceled, and step 309 is executed.

For example, referring to FIG. 7, an exemplary diagram of a shortcut prompt window is shown. In fig. 7, the input information in the input box is "sorry", and the recommended session information related to "sorry", such as "hello", is displayed in the shortcut prompt window.
Step 604: and the instant messaging application program responds to the selection operation of the selection control aiming at the selected recommended session information, and combines and displays the selected recommended session information in a session input box of the chat interface.

In practical application, the re-editing, the withdrawing and the re-editing, and the re-editing based on the shortcut prompt information may be applied to different application scenarios, or may be applied to the same application scenario in any two or all of them, and the execution sequence of the re-editing, the withdrawing and the re-editing, and the re-editing based on the shortcut prompt information is not limited.
Assuming that the number of the history session messages to be retransmitted is n, in the conventional technology, m operation steps such as corresponding copying and pasting need to be performed for each history session message, and when the n history session messages are displayed in the session input box, n × m steps need to be performed. In the embodiment of the present application, each historical conversation message may be selected in batch and then displayed in the conversation input box, and when n historical conversation messages are displayed in the conversation input box, only k + n steps need to be executed. Wherein m, n and k are positive integers, and k is less than m. Obviously, k + n is smaller than n m, and the larger n, i.e. the larger the number of historical session messages, the larger the difference between k + n and n m.
In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of historical conversation messages can be selected in batch, and the historical conversation messages are spliced and displayed in the conversation input box, so that the mode of repeatedly inputting the same file through a keyboard or copying and pasting input information is avoided, the complex steps of message editing are simplified, the message communication efficiency is improved, the message quick reply is realized, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a device for controlling message sending, and because the principles of the device and the apparatus for solving the problems are similar to a method for controlling message sending, the implementation of the device can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for controlling message sending according to an embodiment of the present application. An apparatus for message transmission control includes:
a display unit 801, configured to, in response to a re-editing operation for a history session message displayed on a chat interface, display a selection control corresponding to each history session message in the chat interface;
a merging unit 802, configured to, in response to a selection operation of a selection control for the selected historical conversation message, merge and display message contents of the selected historical conversation messages in a conversation input box of the chat interface;
an editing unit 803 for displaying the edited message content in the conversation input box in response to an editing operation for the message content in the conversation input box;
a sending unit 804, configured to send the edited message content in response to a sending operation of the message content for the session input box.
Preferably, the editing unit 803 is further configured to:
responding to the withdrawing operation of the historical conversation messages displayed on the chat interface, and displaying a selection control corresponding to each historical conversation message in the chat interface;
responding to the selection operation of a selection control aiming at the selected historical conversation message and the trigger operation of the function control for confirming the withdrawal, displaying an editing selection popup, and displaying the function control respectively used for confirming the editing and canceling the editing in the editing selection popup;
and in response to the triggering operation of the function control for confirming editing, displaying a new chat interface, and combining and displaying the message content of each selected historical conversation message in a conversation input box of the new chat interface, wherein withdrawal prompt information for prompting that the selected historical conversation message is withdrawn is displayed in the new chat interface.
Preferably, the editing unit 803 is further configured to:
responding to an input operation aiming at the conversation input box, and acquiring input information in the conversation input box;
determining a plurality of pieces of recommended session information corresponding to the input information according to the acquired preset session information and the acquired historical session information;
displaying a quick prompt window based on a plurality of pieces of recommended session information corresponding to the input information, and displaying a selection control corresponding to each piece of recommended session information in the quick prompt window;
and in response to the selection operation of the selection control for the selected recommendation session information, combining and displaying the selected recommendation session information in a session input box of the chat interface.
Preferably, the merging unit 802 is configured to:
responding to the selection operation of a selection control aiming at the selected historical conversation messages, and acquiring the identification information of the selected historical conversation messages;
acquiring message contents correspondingly set by the identification information of the selected historical conversation messages;
splicing the message contents corresponding to the selected historical conversation messages by adopting designated characters to obtain spliced message contents;
assigning a value to the text label of the session input box according to the spliced message content;
and displaying the spliced message content in the conversation input box based on the text label.
Preferably, the sending unit 804 is configured to:
responding to the triggering operation of a sending control in the session input box, and sending the edited message content; or responding to the triggering operation of the forwarding control in the session input box, displaying the interfaces of the communication friends, responding to the selection operation of the selection control of the selected communication friends, forwarding the edited message content to the selected communication friends, and displaying the selection controls corresponding to the communication friends in the interfaces of the communication friends.
In the method and the device for controlling message sending, in response to a re-editing operation on the history session messages displayed on the chat interface, the selection controls corresponding to the history session messages are displayed in the chat interface, in response to a selection operation on the selection control on the selected history session message, the message content of the selected history session messages is combined and displayed in a session input box of the chat interface, in response to an editing operation on the message content in the session input box, the edited message content is displayed in the session input box, and in response to a sending operation on the message content in the session input box, the edited message content is sent. Therefore, a plurality of historical conversation messages can be selected in batches according to the instruction of the user, and the selected historical conversation messages are edited and sent, so that the complex steps of message editing are simplified, and the communication efficiency is improved.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic configuration of a control device 9000. Referring to fig. 9, a control apparatus 9000 includes: a processor 9010, a memory 9020, a power supply 9030, a display unit 9040, and an input unit 9050.
The processor 9010 is a control center of the control device 9000, connects respective components by various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions of the control device 9000 by running or executing software programs and/or data stored in the memory 9020, thereby monitoring the control device 9000 as a whole.
In this embodiment of the present application, when calling a computer program stored in the memory 9020, the processor 9010 executes the method for controlling message transmission provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
Optionally, processor 9010 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 9010 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor may not be integrated with the processor 9010. In some embodiments, the processor, memory, and/or memory may be implemented on a single chip, or in some embodiments, they may be implemented separately on separate chips.
The memory 9020 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, where the program storage area may store an operating system, various applications, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the control apparatus 9000, and the like. Further, the memory 9020 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device.
The control device 9000 further comprises a power supply 9030 (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to each component, and the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 9010 via a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system.
The display unit 9040 can be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user, and various menus of the control device 9000, and the like, and in the embodiment of the present invention, is mainly used to display a display interface of each application in the control device 9000 and objects such as texts and pictures displayed in the display interface. The display unit 9040 may include a display panel 9041. The Display panel 9041 may be configured by a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like.
The input unit 9050 may be configured to receive information such as numbers or characters input by a user. The input unit 9050 may include a touch panel 9051 and other input devices 9052. Among other things, the touch panel 9051, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect touch operations by a user (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch panel 9051 using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a touch pen, etc.).
Specifically, the touch panel 9051 may detect a touch operation of the user, detect signals generated by the touch operation, convert the signals into touch point coordinates, send the touch point coordinates to the processor 9010, receive a command sent from the processor 9010, and execute the command. In addition, the touch panel 9051 may be implemented by using various types such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. Other input devices 9052 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, power on/off keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
Of course, the touch panel 9051 may cover the display panel 9041, and when the touch panel 9051 detects a touch operation on or near the touch panel 9051, the touch panel is transmitted to the processor 9010 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 9010 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 9041 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 9 the touch panel 9051 and the display panel 9041 are implemented as two separate components to control the input and output functions of the device 9000, in some embodiments the touch panel 9051 may be integrated with the display panel 9041 to implement the input and output functions of the device 9000.
The control device 9000 may also include one or more sensors, such as a pressure sensor, a gravitational acceleration sensor, a proximity light sensor, and/or the like. Of course, the control device 9000 may also include other components such as a camera, as needed in a particular application, and since these components are not the components used with importance in the embodiments of the present application, they are not shown in fig. 9 and will not be described in detail.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 9 is merely an example of a control device and is not meant to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes. Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be substantially implemented or portions thereof that contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device executes the control method of message transmission control in any of the above-described method embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A method for message transmission control, comprising:
responding to the re-editing operation aiming at the historical conversation messages displayed on the chat interface, and displaying a selection control corresponding to each historical conversation message in the chat interface;
in response to the selection operation of the selection control for the selected historical conversation messages, combining and displaying the message content of each selected historical conversation message in a conversation input box of the chat interface;
displaying the edited message content in the conversation input box in response to an editing operation for the message content in the conversation input box;
and responding to the sending operation of the message content aiming at the conversation input box, and sending the edited message content.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to displaying edited message content in the conversation input box in response to an editing operation directed to message content in the conversation input box, further comprising:
responding to the withdrawing operation of the historical conversation messages displayed on the chat interface, and displaying a selection control corresponding to each historical conversation message in the chat interface;
responding to the selection operation of a selection control aiming at the selected historical conversation message and the triggering operation of the function control for confirming the withdrawal, and displaying an editing selection popup window, wherein function controls for confirming the editing and canceling the editing are respectively displayed in the editing selection popup window;
and in response to the triggering operation of the function control for confirming editing, displaying a new chat interface, and combining and displaying the message content of each selected historical conversation message in a conversation input box of the new chat interface, wherein withdrawal prompt information for prompting that the selected historical conversation message is withdrawn is displayed in the new chat interface.
3. The method of claim 1, prior to displaying edited message content in the conversation input box in response to an editing operation directed to message content in the conversation input box, further comprising:
responding to the input operation aiming at the conversation input box, and acquiring input information in the conversation input box;
determining a plurality of pieces of recommended session information corresponding to the input information according to the acquired preset session information and the acquired historical session information;
displaying a quick prompt window based on a plurality of pieces of recommended session information corresponding to the input information, wherein selection controls corresponding to the pieces of recommended session information are displayed in the quick prompt window;
and in response to the selection operation of the selection control for the selected recommendation session information, combining and displaying the selected recommendation session information in a session input box of the chat interface.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein in response to a selection operation of a selection control for the selected historical conversation message, merging and displaying message content of the selected historical conversation messages in a conversation input box of the chat interface, comprises:
responding to the selection operation of a selection control aiming at the selected historical conversation messages, and acquiring the identification information of the selected historical conversation messages;
acquiring message contents correspondingly set by the identification information of the selected historical conversation messages;
splicing the message contents corresponding to the selected historical conversation messages by adopting designated characters to obtain spliced message contents;
assigning a value to the text label of the session input box according to the spliced message content;
and displaying the spliced message content in a conversation input box based on the text label.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein sending the edited message content in response to the sending operation of the message content for the conversation input box comprises:
responding to the triggering operation of a sending control in the conversation input box, and sending the edited message content; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
responding to the triggering operation of the forwarding control in the session input box, displaying a communication friend interface, responding to the selection operation of the selection control of the selected communication friend, forwarding the edited message content to the selected communication friend, and displaying the selection control corresponding to each communication friend in the communication friend interface.
6. An apparatus for message transmission control, comprising:
the display unit is used for responding to the re-editing operation of the historical conversation messages displayed on the chat interface and displaying the selection control corresponding to each historical conversation message in the chat interface;
the merging unit is used for responding to the selection operation of the selection control aiming at the selected historical conversation messages, and merging and displaying the message contents of the selected historical conversation messages in a conversation input box of the chat interface;
an editing unit configured to display edited message content in the conversation input box in response to an editing operation for the message content in the conversation input box;
a sending unit, configured to send the edited message content in response to a sending operation for the message content of the session input box.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the editing unit is further to:
responding to the withdrawing operation of the historical conversation messages displayed on the chat interface, and displaying a selection control corresponding to each historical conversation message in the chat interface;
responding to the selection operation of a selection control aiming at the selected historical conversation message and the triggering operation of the function control for confirming the withdrawal, and displaying an editing selection popup window, wherein the editing selection popup window displays the function control for confirming the editing and canceling the editing respectively;
and in response to the triggering operation of the function control for confirming editing, displaying a new chat interface, and combining and displaying the message content of each selected historical conversation message in a conversation input box of the new chat interface, wherein withdrawal prompt information for prompting that the selected historical conversation message is withdrawn is displayed in the new chat interface.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the editing unit is further to:
responding to the input operation aiming at the conversation input box, and acquiring input information in the conversation input box;
determining a plurality of pieces of recommended session information corresponding to the input information according to the acquired preset session information and the acquired historical session information;
displaying a quick prompt window based on a plurality of pieces of recommended session information corresponding to the input information, wherein selection controls corresponding to the pieces of recommended session information are displayed in the quick prompt window;
and in response to the selection operation of the selection control for the selected recommendation session information, combining and displaying the selected recommendation session information in a session input box of the chat interface.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the merging unit is to:
responding to the selection operation of a selection control aiming at the selected historical conversation messages, and acquiring the identification information of the selected historical conversation messages;
acquiring message contents correspondingly set by the identification information of the selected historical conversation messages;
splicing the message contents corresponding to the selected historical conversation messages by adopting designated characters to obtain spliced message contents;
assigning a value to the text label of the session input box according to the spliced message content;
and displaying the spliced message content in a conversation input box based on the text label.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 6-9, wherein the sending unit is to:
responding to the triggering operation of a sending control in the conversation input box, and sending the edited message content; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
responding to the triggering operation of the forwarding control in the session input box, displaying a communication friend interface, responding to the selection operation of the selection control of the selected communication friend, forwarding the edited message content to the selected communication friend, and displaying the selection control corresponding to each communication friend in the communication friend interface.
