The electronic device may be a server, and the server may be an individual server or a server cluster.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flowchart illustrating a method for processing a credit line according to an embodiment of the present application. The specific flow of the method for processing the credit line provided by the embodiment of the application can be as follows:
101. and for each enterprise to be credited in the supply chain system, evaluating a first credit line of the enterprise to be credited according to the asset data of the enterprise to be credited.
In the embodiment of the application, an enterprise graph is constructed for a supply chain system, wherein multi-tenancy is formed by customer groups with direct trading on and off at the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, and the group relationship of the multi-tenancy is a grid. The enterprise graph includes a plurality of multi-tenant grids, each multi-tenant grid including one first level enterprise in the supply chain system and multi-level downstream enterprises of the first level enterprise. These multi-tenant grids are collectively managed by the platform. The platform can be a financial institution such as a bank, the tenants refer to each enterprise in the supply chain system, and one tenant is one enterprise.
For each multi-tenant grid, the enterprises are classified from top to bottom and are composed of levels 1 to M, wherein M shares the same instance service, and the instance service refers to a computer program for executing the processing method of credit line in the embodiment of the application.
In a multi-tenant grid, the first level enterprise with the highest hierarchy is responsible for upstream overall maintenance and downstream overall orchestration, including but not limited to join, exit, merge orchestration transactions directly downstream. The first-level to M-1-level agents are respectively responsible for enterprise relationship maintenance and management of downstream customer information, prepayment, deposit and the like. In addition, the export of the trade data for the businesses in the multi-tenant grid is managed by the first level business, that is, data for businesses other than the first level business in the multi-tenant grid is sent to the platform via the first level business.
In practical applications, a multi-tenant grid may correspond to a region, for example, a platform may spread services nationwide, and for its nationwide customers, a multi-tenant module may be constructed according to the relationship between multi-level enterprises in a province or a city, in such a way that the platform can construct a plurality of multi-tenant grids nationwide. In addition, the platform can also give corresponding weight to each multi-tenant grid according to the data such as the scale and the flow of each multi-tenant grid, and the larger the scale is, the higher the weight of the multi-tenant grid with larger flow is, and the higher the weight is, the higher the credit granting amount which can be acquired by the multi-tenant grid from the platform is.
After the enterprise map is determined in the above manner, the credit line of the enterprise in the supply chain system is determined in the following manner.
In the embodiment of the application, the credit lines of an enterprise are classified into two categories, including a first credit line and a second credit line. The first credit line is a conventional credit line, is mainly related to the production and operation of the enterprise, and includes but is not limited to the following subclasses: purchase, sale, storage, consumption, etc. The financial resources that the enterprise applies for from the platform based on the first amount of credit may be used in several categories as described above. The second credit line is a mobile credit line, and can also be a temporary credit line, and the temporary credit line can be used for credit increment of downstream enterprises with direct trade relations of the enterprise. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a scene diagram illustrating a multi-tenant grid and credit delivery within the grid in the method for processing credit line provided by the embodiment of the present application. For ease of illustration, only 1 level M-1 enterprise is shown, and there may be one or more in practice. The specific credit transfer will be described in detail below.
For an enterprise to be trusted, when determining the credit line of the enterprise to be trusted, first, evaluating and obtaining a first credit line of the enterprise to be trusted according to the asset data of the enterprise to be trusted.
102. And determining downstream enterprises of the enterprises to be trusted according to the enterprise maps of the supply chain system.
And then, determining the downstream enterprises of the enterprise to be credited according to the enterprise map. Specifically, a multi-tenant grid where the enterprise to be trusted is located is determined, and then the downstream enterprise of the enterprise to be trusted is determined according to the upstream-downstream relationship of each enterprise in the multiple groups of grids.
Here, the downstream enterprise here refers to a downstream enterprise having a direct trade relationship with the enterprise to be trusted.
103. And evaluating a second credit line of the enterprise to be credited according to the trade relation between the enterprise to be credited and the downstream enterprise, wherein the second credit line is used for transferring between the enterprise to be credited and the downstream enterprise.
And after determining the downstream enterprise of the enterprise to be credited, evaluating a second credit line of the enterprise to be credited according to the trade relation between the enterprise to be credited and the downstream enterprise.
According to the above, the second credit line can be used for transferring between the enterprise to be credited and the downstream enterprise. The second credit line has no direct transaction property and is a credit voucher. And the method does not have the circulation and transfer effect outside the multi-tenant grid, the transfer can only occur in the multi-tenant grid, and the transfer can be performed between upstream and downstream enterprises with direct trade relations in the multi-tenant grid.
In an embodiment, a computer program for executing the method for processing a credit line in the embodiment of the present application provides a credit transfer medium, and the credit transfer medium may also be understood as a part of the computer program. And the upstream and downstream enterprises in the multi-tenant grid carry out credit transfer through the credit transfer medium. For example, the enterprise B is a downstream enterprise of the enterprise a, after the confirmation of the real will of both the enterprise a and the enterprise B, the application is initiated to the platform, a part of the second credit line of the enterprise a can be transferred to the enterprise B through the credit transfer medium, and after the transfer is completed, the enterprise B can request the financial resource from the platform based on the transferred credit line.
104. And determining the integrated credit line of the enterprise to be credited according to the first credit line and the second credit line.
For an enterprise to be credited, determining a first credit line and a second credit line of the enterprise, wherein the sum of the first credit line and the second credit line is an integrated credit line of the enterprise to be credited.
In some embodiments, after determining the integrated credit line of the enterprise to be trusted according to the first credit line and the second credit line, the method further includes: and for each multi-tenant grid in the enterprise map, determining a total integrated limit corresponding to the multi-tenant grid according to the sum of the integrated credit lines of the enterprises to be credited in the multi-tenant grid and the weight coefficient corresponding to the multi-tenant grid.
For a multi-tenant grid, after the integrated credit line of each enterprise to be credited is determined, the total integrated line of the multi-tenant grid can be obtained, and the platform can give the total integrated line to the multi-tenant grid through the first-level enterprise of the multi-tenant grid and distribute the total integrated line to each enterprise to be credited.
Furthermore, as described above, in some embodiments, the platform may set a weight coefficient for each multi-tenant grid according to information such as the scale of each multi-tenant grid, for example, the weight coefficient of the multi-tenant grid C1 is 1, and the weight coefficient of the multi-tenant grid C2 is 0.9, so for the multi-tenant grid C2, the total credit line k given by the platform may be 0.9 × the sum of the integrated credit lines of the enterprises to be trusted within the multi-tenant grid C2.
In an embodiment, any enterprise in a multi-tenant grid can be used as an enterprise to be credited, and the integrated credit line is determined according to the above manner.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, for businesses in the multi-tenant grid that are located at a leaf node, i.e., at the end of the supply chain, these businesses are typically small to medium sized businesses that do not have their own downstream businesses and therefore do not need to pass credit to other businesses, but may request that credit be obtained from the transient credits of their upstream businesses for their own operations. Therefore, in this embodiment, only the enterprise that is not a leaf node in the multi-tenant grid may be used as the enterprise to be trusted, and the integrated credit line may be determined according to the above manner. For small and medium-sized enterprises with leaf nodes, the two types of credit limit calculation are not required to be classified according to the mode, but the credit transfer credit limit is directly applied for daily operation from the upstream enterprise, and the integrated credit limit is not calculated independently for the small and medium-sized enterprises.
In some embodiments, after determining the integrated credit line of the enterprise to be trusted according to the first credit line and the second credit line, the method further includes: determining a target transfer limit according to the credit transfer application, and a credit transfer enterprise and a credit receiving enterprise of the credit transfer behavior, wherein the credit receiving enterprise is a downstream enterprise of the credit transfer enterprise; and transferring the target transfer limit to the account of the credit receiving enterprise from the account of the second credit limit of the credit transfer enterprise.
The embodiment provides a specific implementation mode of transferring the credit line between upstream and downstream enterprises. For example, enterprise B is a downstream enterprise of enterprise a, and enterprise B is located at a leaf node, with no direct credit line given by the platform. The enterprise A and the enterprise B achieve an agreement that the enterprise A transmits the credit line of 100 ten thousand RMB to the enterprise B through the confirmation of the real wishes of the two parties, and then the enterprise A initiates an application to the platform based on the agreement. The platform determines that the target transfer amount is 100 million RMB according to the credit transfer application, the credit transfer enterprise of the credit transfer behavior is an enterprise A, and the credit receiving enterprise is an enterprise B. And the platform determines that the enterprise B is a downstream enterprise of the enterprise A according to the relationship among the enterprises in the multi-tenant grid. Then, the platform transfers the target transfer amount to the account of the credit receiving enterprise from the account of the second credit line of the credit transfer enterprise. After the transfer, the account of the second credit line of the enterprise A can be reduced by 100 ten thousand, the account of the enterprise B can be increased by 100 credit lines, and after the enterprise B obtains the credit lines, financial resources can be applied from the platform according to the credit lines for production and management of the enterprise B. By the method, the client can express a more real credit intention based on the industrial chain, the efficiency of the industrial chain is improved, the credit can be better transmitted to small and medium-sized enterprises in the downstream area, and the virtuous circle of the industrial chain is promoted. And the application provides a management method of discrete customers on the supply chain, and the customer acquisition cost of a platform side is reduced.
It was described above that the second credit line of the enterprise may be used to increase credit for its downstream enterprises. In some embodiments, the second credit line of the enterprise can also be used for supplementing the first credit line of the enterprise. For example, the enterprise D acquires 1000 ten thousand first credit lines and applies for 300 thousand second credit lines. However, if the actual production operation finds that 1000 ten thousand first credit lines do not meet the requirements of the production operation place, the first credit line can be applied to transfer part or all of the second credit line to supplement the first credit line.
In some embodiments, the target delivery amount is determined based on a second credit line of the credit delivery enterprise and an affinity factor between the credit delivery enterprise and the credit receiving enterprise. After transferring the target transfer line to the account of the credit receiving enterprise from the account of the second credit line of the credit transfer enterprise, the method also comprises the following steps: and updating the affinity coefficient between the credit transfer enterprise and the credit receiving enterprise according to the credit transfer behavior.
In this embodiment, when determining the required target transfer amount between the credit delivering enterprise and the credit receiving enterprise, the determination may be made according to the second credit line of the credit delivering enterprise and the closeness between the two enterprises. The target transfer amount cannot exceed the second credit amount. In addition, the affinity coefficient of the two enterprises may be set by the credit delivering enterprise according to the trade relationship between the two enterprises or through information such as asset assessment of the credit receiving enterprise, and the higher the affinity coefficient is, the higher the credit line transferred from the credit delivering enterprise to the credit receiving enterprise may be. In addition, the credit transfer behavior itself can be used as an affinity event, and after the sequential credit transfer between the credit transfer enterprise and the credit receiving enterprise is completed, the affinity coefficient between the credit transfer enterprise and the credit receiving enterprise can be updated according to the credit transfer behavior, for example, the affinity coefficient is increased. In other embodiments, the credit receiving enterprise may also transmit the purchasing behavior of the odd enterprise to the credit, etc. as an affinity event.
In some embodiments, after transferring the target transfer amount to the account of the credit receiving enterprise from the account of the second credit line of the credit transfer enterprise, the method further comprises: monitoring the use information of the credit receiving enterprise on the target transfer limit; when monitoring that the use information of the credit receiving enterprise on the target transfer quota meets the non-preset condition, determining a rotation quota according to the use information, wherein the rotation quota is less than or equal to the target transfer quota; and turning the turning credit line to an account of a second credit line of the credit transfer enterprise.
In this embodiment, after transferring the target transfer amount to the account of the credit receiving enterprise from the account of the second credit line of the credit delivering enterprise, the credit receiving enterprise needs to use the transfer amount according to a certain condition, otherwise, the platform returns the credit line not meeting the use requirement to the credit delivering enterprise. Through the management of the credit line using mode, effective risk control is achieved, and loss of upstream enterprises is avoided. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating credit transfer and rotation in the method for processing a credit line provided by the embodiment of the present application.
For example, as an alternative embodiment, when it is detected that the credit accepting enterprise does not initiate a loan application within a preset time interval, the target transfer amount is determined as the return amount.
After the target transfer limit is transferred, the credit receiving enterprise needs to use within the appointed time, if the credit receiving enterprise is not used within the appointed time, all the transfer limits are determined as the rotation limit, and the rotation limit is transferred back to the account of the temporary credit limit of the upstream enterprise through the original path.
Or, for another example, when it is detected that the loan amount of the credit receiving enterprise initiating the loan application within the preset time interval is smaller than the target transfer amount, determining the remaining amount of the target transfer amount excluding the loan amount as the rotation amount.
After the target transfer amount is transferred, the credit receiving enterprise needs to use within the appointed time and use the credit receiving enterprise at one time in full, if the credit receiving enterprise is monitored to initiate the debit and credit application within the preset time interval, the remaining unused credit line is used as a rotary line and is transferred back to the account of the temporary credit line of the upstream enterprise through the original path when the debit and credit line is smaller than the target transfer amount.
The above two examples of the preset conditions are only for illustration, and in other embodiments, the preset conditions may be set by the platform or the credit transfer enterprise as required.
In particular implementation, the present application is not limited by the execution sequence of the described steps, and some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously without conflict.
As can be seen from the above, in the method for processing credit lines provided in the embodiment of the present application, for each to-be-trusted enterprise in the supply chain system, a first credit line is evaluated according to the asset data of the to-be-trusted enterprise, a downstream enterprise of the to-be-trusted enterprise is determined according to an enterprise map of the supply chain system, and then a second credit line of the to-be-trusted enterprise is evaluated according to a trade relationship between the to-be-trusted enterprise and the downstream enterprise, where the second credit line may be used for transferring between the to-be-trusted enterprise and the downstream enterprise; and determining the integrated credit line of the enterprise to be credited according to the first credit line and the second credit line. Through the scheme, part of the credit line in the integrated credit line of the enterprise to be credited can be transmitted to the downstream enterprises in the supply chain system, so that middle and small-sized enterprises at the tail ends of the chains can obtain higher credit line, the utilization rate of financial resources is improved, and the virtuous circle of an industrial chain is promoted.
