Description

Auxiliary instrument for rectal operation
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rectal surgical instruments, and particularly relates to an auxiliary instrument for rectal surgery.
Background
Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract, the morbidity and mortality of which are increased year by year, and the incidence and mortality of which are all arranged in the first five malignant tumors in China. The modern minimally invasive surgery technology is rapid in development and is widely applied to the radical treatment of the colorectal cancer.
When performing a laparoscopic rectal cancer operation, a patient needs to use a lithotomy position with a height of head and feet, and female patients, especially women in childbearing period or women with hyperplasia and hypertrophy of uterus, often block the rectum due to the relationship between the lithotomy position and the uterus, so that the exposure of the rectum is influenced, the operation difficulty is increased, and the smooth operation is influenced. The usual solution is for the assistant to lift the uterus by lifting Gong Qituo or to pass in and out from the abdominal wall by a needle with a cord to achieve uterine suspension. However, the existing uterine manipulator needs an assistant to lift the uterus all the time, and the assistant needs to fix the posture and exert force continuously, so that the assistant is easy to fatigue, the investment of the number of operators is increased, and medical resource waste is caused. The uterus suspension mode needs to suture the uterus and the needle head to penetrate from the abdominal wall, so that the uterus and the abdominal wall are easy to damage and bleed, and the uterus is fixed to a certain point of the abdominal wall by the uterus suspension, so that the uterus cannot swing left and right like a uterus lifter, and the full exposure of the operation vision is also influenced.
In order to increase the exposure effect of the operation visual field in the process of removing the rectum lesion during the low-level rectum operation and reduce the operation difficulty, an assistant is required to lift the anus in the perineum area so as to shift the pelvic floor muscle and the distal rectum forwards and upwards. Digestive tract reconstruction is required after excision of the diseased intestine. When suturing, the cut intestinal canal needs to be in butt joint and anastomosis again, the conventional common solution is to insert a circular anastomat through the anus to complete intestinal fixation and anastomosis, and after anastomosis, in order to prevent the occurrence of postoperative anastomotic stoma leakage, reinforcement suture embedding of the anastomotic stoma is often needed, but the anastomotic stoma is deep in position and difficult to expose during low-level rectal surgery, and an assistant is still needed to lift the anus in the perineum area. The long-term fixed posture lifting makes the assistant tired easily and increases the consumption of surgical personnel.
