the block power utilization monitoring module is used for acquiring the total real-time power utilization amount corresponding to a public block and an enterprise block, monitoring the power utilization safety of the public block and the enterprise block according to the total real-time power utilization amount, generating a block power utilization judgment result and outputting the block power utilization judgment result;
and the park power utilization monitoring module is used for acquiring the park power utilization total amount, analyzing the real-time power utilization total amount according to the park power utilization total amount, generating a park power utilization judgment result and outputting the result.
