The intelligent shared financial management method based on role management according to claim 1 wherein after the steps of performing an initialization sorting on the financial shared storage space to obtain an initialization sorting result, generating a first access key according to the initialization sorting result, and configuring the financial shared storage space at different types of storage media according to the initialization sorting result, the method specifically comprises:
acquiring the calling times of the financial query path corresponding to each first classification set;
if the calling times of the financial inquiry path trigger a key updating condition, sequencing and updating the financial shared storage space according to the calling times of the financial inquiry path to obtain an updated sequencing result;
allocating the front preset amount of financial sharing storage space of the updated sequencing result in a first type of storage medium, and allocating financial sharing storage space except the front preset amount of financial sharing storage space in a second type of storage medium;
and generating a second access key according to the updated sequencing result, and sending the second access key to the role in the first classification set.

if the number of times of calling the financial inquiry path triggers a key updating condition, then the step of sequencing and updating the financial shared storage space according to the number of times of calling the financial inquiry path to obtain an updated sequencing result specifically comprises:
if the calling times of the financial inquiry path are greater than the preset times of the secret key, judging that the calling times trigger a secret key updating condition;
respectively acquiring the calling times of the roles with the management type level dimension information and the roles with the non-management type level dimension information to the financial inquiry path, and obtaining a sorting coefficient of each financial sharing storage space according to the calling times of the roles with the management type level dimension information, the calling times of the non-management type level dimension information, a weighted value corresponding to the management type level dimension information and a weighted value corresponding to the non-management type level dimension information;
and updating the descending order of all the financial shared storage spaces according to the ordering coefficient to obtain an updating ordering result.

in the step of generating a second access key according to the updated ranking result and sending the second access key to the role of the corresponding first classification set, the method specifically includes:
acquiring first random letters distributed to each financial sharing storage space, and sequencing the first random letters corresponding to all the financial sharing storage spaces according to each updating sequencing result to obtain a first letter sequence;
and generating a first number sequence according to the current time information, and fusing the first letter sequence and the first number sequence to generate a corresponding second access key.

and the path generating and sending module is used for classifying the roles matched with the same financial information to generate a first classification set, configuring a financial query path for querying the financial shared storage space for the first classification set, and sending the first access key to the roles in the first classification set so that the roles acquire the financial information based on the first access key and the financial query path.
