As shown in fig. 7, the display device search interface includes a search bar, an input area, an associated content area; a user can operate the display device through the control device or the intelligent device to click the full keyboard/T9 keyboard in the input area, and input pinyin, characters, english or initial letters in the search bar to search media materials; the association content area associates according to the content input in the search field, for example, the user wants to search for "pop; thus, the first letter "TM" of "protruding something" is typed in the search field, the associated content area displays associated content according to "TM", such as "please" talk about "," listen to "talk about", "talk about" D "," flee about "a rabbit", "jump about" a video "," jump about "a child", "talk about" a act "etc. medium with" TM "as the initial. The user may click on his subjective willingness to search for assets in the associated content area to view the assets.
It should be noted that, the user's viewing interest in the media asset searched by subjective intention is far stronger than that of the recommended media asset by random browsing, and the application is based on merging the subjective intention search of the user to make the recommendation of the media asset.
Step S602, responding to the search instruction, and acquiring a media resource full log.
In some embodiments, the total media asset log is used to record various data operations and usage of the display device by the user, and the total media asset log is used to record the user ID, the media asset name, the number of media asset plays, the media asset play duration, the media asset play type, and the like. The media asset total log comprises: a media asset search log and a media asset play log; the media resource search log is used for recording the user searching media resource; the media asset playing log is a log for recording media assets played by the user. In a specific implementation, exemplified by the media during 2022, 1 st to 2022, 1 st 5 th, user "123" at 2022, 1 st 8:00 clicking "burst" from the recommended content area of the global interface to watch the first set of "burst", wherein the media asset playing duration is 0:00-0:55; the playing behavior is recorded in a media asset playing log; user "123" at 2022, 1 month, 2 days 8:00 searches the "burst certain" to watch the second set of the "burst certain" through the search interface, and the playing duration of the media asset is 0:00-0:15; at this time, the search behavior is recorded in the media search log, and the media play behavior is recorded in the media play log.
It should be noted that, the total media asset log may store the log in the preset period, for example, the preset period is set to 30 days, and then the total media asset log may store all the history search logs and all the history play logs in 30 days. The preset period in the present application may be set according to actual use conditions, and is not limited to only setting the preset period to 30 days.
FIG. 8 illustrates a flowchart for acquiring a full journal of a media asset in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, in the process of acquiring the media asset full log, the display device includes a log reporting system and a log storage system; when the controller receives a search instruction or a play instruction sent by a user, the controller reports the formed media resource search log and media resource play log to a log storage system (such as a data warehouse tool (hive)) through a log reporting system (such as a high-throughput distributed publish-subscribe message system (kafka)); the controller acquires the media asset full log from the log storage system. Wherein a high throughput distributed publish-subscribe messaging system can process all action flow data operated by a user in a display device, which is typically solved by processing logs and log aggregations due to throughput requirements; data warehouse tools may be used to perform data extraction, transformation, loading, and capable of storing, querying, and analyzing large-scale data.
Step S603, determining a first play log and a second play log according to the media asset total log; the first play log is a log of media assets played by a user through searching; the second play log is a log of media assets played by the user without searching;
the controller performs the step of determining a first play log and a second play log from the media asset aggregate log, and is further configured to:
acquiring a media resource search log;
determining a first play log according to the media resource search log;
and determining the logs except the first play log in the media asset play logs as second play logs.
It should be noted that, the first play log and the second play log are part of the media asset play log; wherein the media asset content in the first play log corresponds to the media asset search log. By way of example, taking the media assets during 2022, 1 st to 2022, 1 st 5 th, user "123" at 2022, 1 st 8:00 searches "TM" in the search interface; and selecting 'Suo' which is desired to be played by the subjective intention of the user according to the associated content of 'TM'. The searching behavior of the user searching for the TM is recorded in the media resource searching log; the playing behavior of the user playing "pop-up" is recorded in a first playing log; the media assets played without searching by the user may be watched by the user by random clicking of the home page recommendation, and the playing behavior of the media assets is recorded in the second play log.
It should be noted that, the first play log and the second play log have no obvious region division of system configuration in the media asset play log; in a specific acquisition process, the media asset playing logs are screened according to the corresponding relation between the media asset searching logs and the first playing logs.
Step S604, determining a target preference media asset according to a first preference of a first media asset in a first play log and a second preference corresponding to the first media asset in a second play log; the first media asset is the media asset played by the user after searching; the first preference is a numerical value used to characterize subjective preferences of the user; the second preference is a numerical value used to characterize the user's passive preference;
in some embodiments, the controller performs the step of determining the target preference media asset from the first play log and the second play log, and is further configured to perform steps S901-S904 as shown in fig. 9;
step S901, acquiring a first preference of a first media asset from a first play log;
preferences are rational, tendentious choices made by the user when considering goods and services, and are a combination of economic trade-offs of user cognition, psychological perception and rationality. The user can assist in selecting relevant decisions by preference. The degree of preference of the user to select the relevant decision may be approximated by a numerical value. Taking the example of the media assets selected by the user for viewing, the media assets played by the user through searching can be regarded as the media assets selected by the user through subjective preference, and the media assets played by the user through the first page recommended click can be regarded as the media assets selected by the user through passive preference, namely the media assets selected by the user without subjective preference for viewing will of the media assets are strong.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of obtaining the first preference of the first media asset from the first play log, and is further configured to:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a forward excitation value of a first media asset, the number of times of watching the first media asset in a preset period, the duration of watching the first media asset each time in the preset period and the total duration of watching the first media asset in the preset period from a first play log;
calculating a first preference of the first media asset through a forward excitation value of the first media asset, the number of times of watching the first media asset in a preset period, the duration of watching the first media asset each time in the preset period and the total duration of watching the first media asset in the preset period; the formula is as follows:
wherein A represents a first asset; p is p s (A) A first preference representing a first media asset; a (a > 1) represents a forward incentive value for the first asset; n represents the number of times of watching the first media asset in a preset period; t (i) represents the time length of the ith watching of the first media asset in a preset period; t (i) represents the total duration of the first asset viewed the ith time within the preset period.
It should be noted that, the step of obtaining the first preference of the first media asset from the first play log is used for evaluating the subjective preference degree of the user on the media asset played by the user through searching in a numerical manner, so the step of obtaining the first preference of the first media asset from the first play log is not limited to the step of calculating the first preference through a formula shown in the above embodiment; the first preference may also be calculated in a variety of ways, such as a preference mining algorithm, a preference matrix, and the like.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of obtaining the first preference of the first media asset from the first play log, and may further employ a preference mining algorithm by:
acquiring the access times and the access frequency of the first media asset from the first play log, and acquiring the weight value of the access flow in the first play log;
comparing the access times, the access frequency and the access flow with weight values preset by various indexes;
and if the weight value of at least one index is larger than the corresponding preset weight value, acquiring the first preference of the first media asset according to the weight value of each index. In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of obtaining the first preference of the first media asset from the first play log, and may further employ a preference matrix by:
establishing a preference matrix according to the access times and the access frequency of the first media assets and the weight value of the access flow in the first play log;
and acquiring first preferences of the first media asset according to the preference matrix.
In the above embodiment, the setting of the indicators may be set according to the actual situation, and the number of the set indicators may be changed to achieve both accuracy and simplicity of calculation.
Fig. 10 illustrates a first playlist graph according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, taking as an example the media assets between 2022, 1-1 and 2022, 1-30, the first play log includes: user "123" at 2022, 1 month, 1 day 8:00 play a first set of 'burst certain', wherein the play time is 15 minutes; user "123" at 2022, 1 month, 2 days 8:00 play a second set of 'burst certain', wherein the play time is 15 minutes; user "456" at 2022, 1 month, 3 days 8: a first set of 'Tianqi' played by 00, wherein the playing time is 15 minutes; user "456" at 2022, 1, 4, 8: the second set of "some day" played by 00 has a playing duration of 15 minutes … …, and the first playing log within 30 days is sequentially obtained.
It should be noted that, in the process of obtaining the user preference, a small amount of data cannot reach a better calculation result; a better calculation result can be obtained by counting data in a certain period, and for example, a preset period can be set to 30 days to obtain a first play log in 30 days for calculating user preference. The preset period includes, but is not limited to, 30 days, and can be set according to actual situations under the condition that the system memory of the display device allows.
Meanwhile, in the process of acquiring the user preference, the controller can screen the first play log according to a plurality of indexes such as the user ID, the media asset play date and the like. For example, the controller may obtain user preferences of user "123" or user preferences of user "456" according to the difference in user IDs; to realize recommendation of different media assets to different users according to user preferences on the same display device.
It should be noted that the first play log includes at least one first media asset; the controller can acquire first preference of each first media asset to calculate; the controller can simultaneously calculate the first preference of at least one first media asset under the condition that the system consumption allows, and can also calculate the first preference of the recently played first media asset preferentially according to time sequence. For example, the first play log includes a play log of "Su-somewhere" and a play log of "Tian-somewhere"; when the system consumption allows, the play logs of two media assets can be obtained simultaneously and two first preferences can be calculated simultaneously; if the system consumption is not allowed, if 'some' is the recently played media asset, first calculating a first preference of 'some'; the first preference of "day somewhere" is recalculated.
In the above embodiment, the first media is taken as "burst" as an example; setting the forward excitation value of the first media asset to 2; the number of "pop-up" views was 20 times within 30 days; the time length for watching the media asset from the 1 st time to the 20 th time is respectively as follows: 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, … …, 20 minutes; the duration of the first set of "burst" is 45 minutes, and the duration of the second set of "burst" is 42 minutes; when the first media asset watched for the first time is "sudden certain" in the first set, the total duration of the corresponding first media asset is 45 minutes. After corresponding data meeting the above formula in the first play log is obtained, a first preference of the first media asset can be obtained according to the above formula.
Step S902, obtaining a second preference corresponding to the first media asset from a second play log;
it should be noted that, not only the media assets played by the user through the home page recommended click can be regarded as the media assets selected by the user passive preference; the media assets played by the user through the play modes such as the history record, the collection page, the user front page waterfall stream, the user detail page skip and the like can also be regarded as the media assets selected by the user passive preference.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of obtaining a second preference corresponding to the first media asset from a second play log, and is further configured to:
Acquiring the time length for watching the first media asset and the total time length of the first media asset from the second play log;
a ratio of a time period for viewing the first asset to a total time period of the first asset is determined as the second preference.
In some embodiments, taking as an example the media assets during 2022, 1/month 1/day to 2022, 1/month 30/day, the second play log includes: user "123" at 2022, 1 month, 1 day 12:00 play a first set of 'burst certain', wherein the play duration is 20 minutes; user "123" at 2022, 1 month, 2 days 12:00 play a second set of 'burst certain', wherein the play time is 20 minutes; … …; wherein the first set of "burst" is 45 minutes long and the second set of "burst" is 42 minutes long; … …; the duration of viewing the first asset is 20+ … …; the total duration of the first media asset is as follows: 45+42+ … …; a ratio of a time period for viewing the first asset to a total time period of the first asset is determined as the second preference.
It should be noted that, the step of obtaining the second preference of the first media asset from the second play log is used to evaluate the passive preference degree of the user on the media asset played by the user without searching in a numerical manner, so the step of obtaining the second preference of the first media asset from the second play log is not limited to the above embodiment, and the method of determining the second preference by calculating the ratio of the time period of watching the first media asset and the total time period of the first media asset may also be adopted as the method of calculating the preference mining algorithm and the preference matrix adopted by the first preference. Step S903, calculating a third preference of the first asset according to the first preference and the second preference, wherein the third preference is used for representing the overall preference of the user.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of calculating a third preference for the first asset based on the first preference and the second preference, and is further configured to:
obtaining a first product of the first preference and the subjective weight and a second product of the second preference and the passive weight;
determining a sum of the first product and the second product as a third preference for the first asset;
in a specific implementation, the above embodiment is expressed as a formula:
p(A)=p s (A)*p s +p t (A)*p t
wherein p (A) represents a third preference for the first asset; p is p s (A) A first preference representing a first media asset; p is p t (A) A second preference representative of the first media asset; p is p s Representing subjective weights; p is p t Representing passive weights.
It should be noted that, the sum of the subjective weight and the passive weight is 1, and the subjective weight is the product of the ratio of the number of times of watching the first media asset in the preset period in the first play log to the total number of times of watching the first media asset in the media asset play log and the first constant.
In some embodiments, the subjective weight is calculated by the formula:
wherein p is s Representing subjective weights; m represents a first constant, and the default value of the value of m is 1, which can be set according to actual conditions in specific implementation.
Taking 2022, 1 st to 2022, 1 st 30 nd day as an example, the number of views of the first asset in the preset period in the first play log is 15; the total number of watching times of the first media asset in the media asset playing log is 30; the value of m is set to 1; at this time, p s =1/2; since the sum of the subjective weight and the passive weight is 1, p is t =1/2; it should be noted that m is used to adjust the subjective weight.
It should be noted that, calculating a third preference of the first media asset according to the first preference and the second preference, where the third preference is used to evaluate the overall preference degree of the user on the first media asset played by the user in a numerical manner; the overall preference level is obtained by integrating the first preference and the second preference of the first media asset, so that the step of calculating the third preference of the first media asset according to the first preference and the second preference is not limited to the manner shown by the formula in the embodiment, and other algorithms can be used to integrate the first preference and the second preference to obtain the value of the third preference. In step S904, when the third preference is within the first threshold range, the first asset is determined as the target preferred asset according to the third preference.
In some embodiments, when the third preference of the first asset is obtained, the overall preference level of the user for the first asset may be determined, and the first asset may be determined as the target preference asset. In a specific implementation, since the first play log includes at least one first media asset, the first media asset includes: for example, "burst", "Tian Zhi", "Tian Zhi", the calculation in the above embodiment can obtain the third preference of "burst" as 10, respectively; the third preference of "some of the days" is 5; the third preference of "Tian some" is 1; when the third preference is within the first threshold range, the controller determines a target preference media asset according to the preference degree of the third preference. For example, if the first threshold is greater than 6, only "sudden" is the target preference medium, and the values of the third preference listed in the embodiment are only used to describe the preference degree when the description is needed, and are not actual values, the first threshold in the embodiment is merely an example, and the specific setting is set according to the actual situation. Step S605, determining the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset of the target preference media asset as the target recommendation media asset.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of determining the target preferred asset and the associated preferred asset of the target preferred asset as the target recommended asset, and is further configured to perform steps S1101-S1104 as shown in fig. 11;
step S1101, obtaining a second media asset; the second media asset is provided by a media asset provider;
step S1102, calculating the similarity degree of the second media asset and the target preference media asset;
in some embodiments, the controller performs the step of calculating a degree of similarity of the second asset to the target preference asset, and is further configured to:
acquiring a first tag vector of a target preference media asset and a second tag vector of a second media asset;
calculating the similarity degree of the second media asset and the target preference media asset according to the first label vector and the second label vector; the formula is as follows:
wherein A represents target preference media assets; b represents a second asset; sim (a, B) represents the degree of similarity of the second asset to the target preference asset;representing a first label vector; />Representing a second label vector.
Labels are often arranged in the existing media asset application for indicating the characteristics of the media asset; the media asset tag can be used for indicating the media asset type, the media asset showing time, the media asset actor lineup, the media asset provider and the like; for example, a tag of video "burst" may include: "City", "2021" reflects "," "and" love ". The label vector is a feature vector, and the specific statistical method is as follows: extracting all media assets containing the tag from the Internet; word segmentation, feature word extraction and word frequency statistics of feature words are carried out on the extracted media assets; and carrying out related ranking on the characteristic words, and taking a certain number of words as tag vectors. The number of the words can be set according to the requirements. Further, a tag vector may be understood as a particular value to which a vector corresponds, the specific content of which may be specified by a user.
Illustratively, taking the target preference medium as "sudden-certain" as an example, the feature vector of the label " -certain" thereof may be the first label vector; taking the example of the associated preference media as "wulin" and the label of "" as well, the feature vector of the label "" may be the second label vector. When the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset only comprise one tag vector, the similarity degree of the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset is 1. However, in order to ensure the accuracy of discrimination, a plurality of tags are often set in the medium; i.e. the target preference medium comprises at least one first tag vector; the associated preference medium includes at least one tag vector. In calculating the degree of similarity, it is necessary to calculate the degree of similarity in combination with a plurality of tag vectors.
Step S1103, judging whether the similarity is within a second threshold range; if the similarity is within a second threshold range, determining that the second media asset is an associated preferred media asset;
if the degree of similarity is not within the second threshold, the second fund is not an associated preferred fund.
After determining the target preference media assets of the user, indicating that the user is interested in the type of media assets; therefore, the associated preference media assets with a certain similarity degree with the type of media assets can be recommended to the user; the similarity degree of the target preference media assets and the associated preference media assets can be subjected to numerical judgment; in specific implementation, taking the determined target preference media asset as an example of "sudden something", if the similarity degree between the nominal value of the associated preference media asset and the sudden something is 0.8; the degree of similarity of "Tianqi" and "Zhuqi" is 0.1; the degree of similarity of "Tian some" and "Zhou some" is 0.2; setting the second threshold to be greater than 0.75; only "some nominal" is "outstanding" for the associated preference medium. The second threshold may be set according to the recommended actual situation according to the recommended amount.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of determining the target preferred asset and the associated preferred asset of the target preferred asset as the target recommended asset, and is further configured to:
when the second media asset is determined to be the associated preferred media asset, acquiring a fourth preference of the second media asset according to the similarity degree; the fourth preference acquisition method is as follows:
wherein p (B) is a fourth preference for the second asset; p (A) is a third preference for the first media asset; sim (a, B) is the similarity of the first and second assets (i.e., the similarity of the target preferred asset and the associated preferred asset of the target preferred asset); q is all media assets in the media asset play log;
and determining the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset of the target preference media asset as the target recommendation media asset according to the third preference and the fourth preference.
