the wiping unit (20) comprises a wiping piece (21), an applying piece (22), a first gear (23), a second gear (24), a third gear (25) and a driving piece (26), wherein the wiping piece (21) and the applying piece (22) both comprise a sliding rail (201) and a moving block (202), the moving block (202) is arranged in the sliding rail (201) in a sliding manner, the wiping piece (21) further comprises a wiping ball (210) and a connecting rod (211), the applying piece (22) further comprises a wax gun (27), one end of the connecting rod (211) is fixedly connected with the moving block (202) of the wiping piece (21), the wiping ball (210) is arranged at the free end of the connecting rod (211), the wax gun (27) is arranged on the moving block (202) of the applying piece (22), and the wiping ball (210) and the wax gun (27) are arranged in the extending direction of the first gear (23), the slide rail (201) of the wiping piece (21) and the slide rail (201) of the smearing piece (22) are symmetrically arranged on the first gear (23) by the central axis of the first gear (23), the second gear (24) and the third gear (25) are sequentially and rotatably arranged on one side wall of the transverse plate (141), the first gear (23) is arranged close to the free end of the transverse plate (141), the first gear (23) is meshed with the second gear (24), the second gear (24) is meshed with the third gear (25), the driving piece (26) drives the third gear (25) to rotate, and the driving piece (26) is arranged on the other side wall of the transverse plate (141);
