Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a flowchart of a preferred embodiment of a method for automatically controlling devices by using an automatic control device system according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the automatic control device system includes an authorization management platform and a device terminal, the authorization management platform includes a super management account and a common management account of a user terminal, and further includes a third-party database, the third-party database stores databases of all brands of the user terminal, all stores under each brand, and all devices under each store, the authorization management platform further includes an authorization management platform database and an account management module, the super management account of the user terminal can create, modify, delete, create, delete brands and stores, generate and activate authorization codes for the devices in the authorization management platform, all functions that can be operated, the common account of the user terminal cannot see the account management module after the authorization management platform logs in, only the brand, the shop and the equipment list corresponding to the shop under the organization structure can be checked, and an authorization code cannot be generated for the equipment; and only the devices under the store to which the rights are assigned can be viewed and activated.
The method comprises the steps that a device side sends device registration information to an authorization management platform in real time, a user side needs to send a device number, namely a channel number, a machine code, an authorization code and a new expiration date of an authorization code band to the device side when the authorization management platform activates the device and needs to reactivate the device; then, the equipment terminal compares the received new expiration date of the equipment sent by the authorization management platform with the current actual date of the equipment, and if the expiration date of the equipment is not less than the current actual date of the equipment, the equipment can continuously operate normally; if the received expiration date is less than the current device actual date, the device continues to be in the expired non-operational state.
The method comprises the steps that a device end sends a request to an authorization management platform in real time or at intervals of set time (preferably 1 hour), machine codes and expiration dates corresponding to devices and the devices of the platform are obtained, a judging module of the device end judges whether the devices are overdue or not, a control module of the device end automatically controls starting of the devices which are not overdue and stopping of the devices which are overdue, a user side can visually see and manage the running state of the devices on the authorization management platform, and the authorization management platform and the device end keep synchronization in real time.
In one embodiment, the authorization management platform comprises an organization architecture module, a brand is created in the organization architecture module, information of the brand is saved in an authorization management platform database to a brand layer, a shop is created under the brand of the organization architecture module, information of the shop and the corresponding relation of the shop and the brand is saved in an authorization management platform database to a shop layer, and information data of all brands and all shops under the brands and all shops at all brands/shops/equipment ends in a third-party database are synchronized to a current authorization management platform database and displayed in the brand layer and shop floor. The mode realizes the automation of brand and shop addition in the authorization management platform to a great extent.
In one embodiment, the authorization management database obtains the list of devices at the brand level, specifically: calling a brand query interface of a brand layer, querying an authorization management platform database, acquiring, calculating, counting, and returning all shops under a certain brand and in the authority, a list of all equipment under the shop (equipment numbers/channel numbers, expiration time, information on whether the equipment is expired or not), the number of residual authorization codes, the number of activated equipment and the number of expired equipment to a page.
In one embodiment, the authorization management database obtains a list of devices at the store level, specifically: and calling a shop query interface of the shop floor, querying an authorization management platform database, acquiring, calculating, counting and returning a list (information such as equipment number/channel number, expiration time, expiration date and the like) of all equipment under a certain shop, the number of the residual authorization codes, the number of activated equipment and the number of expired equipment to a page.
When the authorization management platform acquires the equipment list, calling an interface to inquire date values in expiration date fields of corresponding equipment in the database equipment list, comparing the date values with the current actual date, transmitting the current actual date to a front-end page to perform unexpired identification, and displaying that the equipment is in an activated state in the equipment list on the page at the moment; when the current actual date passes the expiration date, the current actual date is transmitted back to the front-end page for 'expired' identification, and at the moment, the device is displayed in a device list on the page to be in an 'expired' state;
two types of devices that can be activated at the authorization management platform are devices that have expired and devices that have not expired but have a current actual date that is less than or equal to 90 days from the device expiration date.
When the expired equipment is activated, the expired equipment is activated by binding the authorization code again, and the equipment is endowed with a new expiration date after the activation, so that the equipment can be continuously used.
Upon activation of the unexpired device, the device is reactivated with the binding authorization code again to give the device a new expiration date.
The number of the devices activated by the authorization management platform at each time can be activated individually or in batch, for example, the individual activation is performed at the front end through an "activation" button behind the corresponding device in the device list, or for example, 2 or more than 2 devices in the device list are selected, and then the multiple devices are activated simultaneously through an "activation authorization code" button.
When the equipment information is sent from the equipment end to the authorization management platform in real time, the equipment is initially activated, that is, when the new equipment is installed and set, the information such as the shop code, the equipment number, the channel number and the future expiration date of the equipment is filled in the configuration file, and the default of the equipment is the registration information of the activation operation state.
When the equipment terminal runs, the registration information is read, and the shop code, the equipment number-channel number, the equipment name, the machine code and the initial expiration date corresponding to the equipment are sent to the authorization management platform in real time; and the authorization management platform receives the information and stores the information into an authorization management platform database equipment list, and the corresponding equipment is in an activated state on the authorization management platform. If the same equipment/channel number repeatedly sends registration information to the authorization management platform, the authorization management platform receives the registration information and then verifies the registration information, and if the same equipment/channel number is received, the registration information is refused to be stored in the database of the authorization management platform.
The method is realized by that on a device list page, a single device or a plurality of devices can be bound again to authorization codes in batches, each authorization code automatically carries a new expiration date, and the new expiration date is stored in an expiration field of a device list in a database of the authorization management platform.
The activated device is in the authorization management platform: the "expired" status of the corresponding device disappears in the device list page, and the expiration date column displays the new expiration date. The number of remaining authorization codes is automatically decremented by one, the number of activated devices is automatically incremented by one, the number of expired devices is decremented by one, and all three return results to the front end and display on the page. Then, the channel number, the machine code, the authorization code and the new expiration date of the corresponding equipment are sent to the equipment end from the authorization management platform, and then the equipment is reset to be started and continuously operated if the equipment is later than the current actual date of the equipment after the equipment end receives the new equipment expiration date.
If the expiration date of the authorization code used when the authorization management platform is activated is earlier than the current actual date, the authorization management platform and the device end can be judged to be in an expired state, and the device can still not run.
When the equipment is activated, the number of the remaining available authorization codes in the shop where the equipment is located is more than or equal to the number of the equipment to be activated; if the number of remaining authorized codes is insufficient, a sufficient number of authorized codes are regenerated.
The authorization management platform generates authorization codes in batches, in one embodiment, a shop floor under a brand can generate authorization codes in batches for shops where equipment is located, and all authorization codes can be uniformly set to expiration dates during generation; and when the generation interface is called, storing the brand number, the shop number, the authorization code quantity and the expiration date which belong to the generation interface into an authorization code table of an authorization management platform database of the authorization platform. In one embodiment, authorization codes can be generated in batch at a brand layer or under the brand layer where the equipment is located, one or more shops under corresponding brands are selected, the number of the authorization codes to be generated is set for the shops, and expiration dates can be set for the authorization codes in a unified mode during generation; when the generation interface is called, the brand number, the shop number, the authorization code quantity and the expiration date of the equipment are stored in an authorization code table of an authorization management platform database of the authorization platform.
When the equipment end automatically controls whether the equipment is started or stopped, the equipment end sends a request to the authorization management platform in real time (with interval time: one hour) to request to acquire the equipment number-channel number of the platform, the corresponding machine code of the equipment and the expiration date. The authorization management platform obtains the request, and if the network and the interface connection are normal, the authorization management platform wants to return information to the equipment side. The judgment module of the equipment end judges whether to continuously start or stop the equipment according to the acquired equipment number, the machine code, the authorization code and the expiration date corresponding to the authorization code and the current actual date of the equipment: if the expiration date returned by the authorization platform is later than or equal to the actual date of the current equipment, judging that the expiration date is not expired, and continuing to start the equipment; if the expiration date returned by the platform is earlier than the actual date of the current equipment, the equipment is judged to be expired, and the equipment stops running.
The invention solves the problem that the passenger flow equipment management platform in the prior art can not automatically control the equipment to operate, and in the automatic control equipment system, after one equipment is installed and configured, the equipment end automatically sends the equipment information corresponding to the authorization management platform to the corresponding customer brand and place, the activation state is defaulted, and the equipment use expiration date is provided. The device automatically stops running when running to the initial expiration date, and the status automatically displays "expired" in the authorization management platform. If the device is required to continue to operate, an authorization code operation can be directly generated for the corresponding client brand or the corresponding place in the authorization management platform, a new expiration date can be set when the authorization code is generated, then the device is activated again to be the binding authorization code, the device has a new expiration date after the activation, and the device can automatically continue to operate. The device may be reactivated in advance when it is still less than the set time (90 days) to expire. The device activation can be single or batch. Therefore, the initial state information of the equipment operation, automatic calculation and display whether the equipment is expired, batch generation authorization codes, single activation and batch activation of the equipment for continuous operation and use can realize the management and control of digitization, automation, batch operation and rapidness. The equipment operation and maintenance management cost and the communication cost with the client are greatly saved.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
