In the business process of selling and repaying the certificates, the default handling system acquires a repayment command of the sold pledge certificates sent by the incentive client system, sells the pledge certificates and generates corresponding data, and sends the data to the stock pledge system, and the stock pledge system carries out corresponding processing according to partial repayment and all repayment. In the flat warehouse business process, the default handling system sells the shares of the pledge unit, feeds the results back to the stock pledge system, and the stock pledge system terminates the transaction. In the interest-bearing business process, the stock pledge system bears the daily financing bank right information and settles accounts due.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the management system includes an exchange system and a default handling system in addition to the centralized trading system and the equity management system. In the default handling business process, the stock right management system keeps staring at the city after initial trading, declares default after two days are lower than the flat warehouse line, adds default handling identification to innovative business authority, and sends default results to the centralized trading system, the centralized trading system carries out daily and final settlement according to the stock right information and the default identification by combining with the stock right management system, and the stock right management system generates a quality assurance related file after settlement. The centralized transaction system sends incentive customer data to be disposed to the default disposal system according to default results, the default disposal system obtains the pledge related files of the share right management system, the stocks are processed according to the pledge related files, disposal details are generated and sent to the share right management system, and the share right management system is cleared according to the disposal details by combining with the centralized transaction system. The equity management system generates a financing innovation file centralized transaction system according to the equity related data, acquires the financing innovation file from the equity management system, and processes according to the financing innovation file.
The management system provided in the embodiment of the application comprises a stock right management system and a centralized transaction system, wherein the stock right management system receives service data sent by each service system, determines a target micro-service corresponding to the service system from the stock right management system according to the type of the service system, calls the target micro-service to process the service data to obtain a service data processing result, and the centralized transaction system receives the service data processing result and executes corresponding service operation according to the service data processing result to obtain a service execution result. The method adopts the micro-service architecture for the stock right management system, reduces the coupling of the stock right management system, supports flexible expansion on service, can independently realize stock right management, can also access a security dealer platform through an externally open interface, improves the individuation of the stock right management, only focuses on a specific service function by one micro-service, has clear service, and has higher efficiency when calling the corresponding micro-service to process data. Furthermore, the stock right management system is combined with the centralized trading system, so that the stockholder can manage the listed companies, the listed companies can manage the incentive objects, the autonomous rights of the incentive objects, the calculation of withholding taxes and the like, and the whole stock right management is ensured to have a complete service link.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a right management device for implementing the above mentioned right management method. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme recorded in the method, so the specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the rights management device provided below can be referred to the limitations of the rights management method in the foregoing, and details are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, there is provided an equity management apparatus including: a first receiving module 11, a determining module 12 and a calling module 13, wherein:
a first receiving module 11, configured to receive service data sent by a service system;
the determining module 12 is configured to determine, according to the type of the business system, a target micro-service corresponding to the business system from the equity management system; the stock right management system comprises micro services corresponding to a plurality of service systems;
and the calling module 13 is used for calling the target micro service to process the service data to obtain a service data processing result.
In one embodiment, the equity management system includes at least one of a user microservice, an equity incentive management microservice, a log management microservice, and an employee management microservice;
the user micro service is used for processing user information in the service data;
the right incentive management micro-service is used for processing right related data;
the log management micro-service is used for managing logs generated in the service data processing process;
the staff management micro-service is used for processing staff data.
In one embodiment, if the business system is a registration system, the corresponding target micro-service is a user micro-service;
if the business system is an over-the-counter trading system, the corresponding target micro-service is a rights incentive management micro-service;
if the service system is a short message system and/or a mail system, the corresponding target micro-service is a log management micro-service;
and if the business system is an ERP system, the corresponding target micro-service is the employee management micro-service.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the first receiving module 11 includes:
an obtaining unit 111, configured to obtain service data through an access gateway;
and the first sending module 14 is configured to send the service data processing result to the corresponding service system through the access gateway.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, there is provided an equity management apparatus, further comprising:
the second sending module 15 is configured to send the service data processing result to the centralized transaction system through the access gateway, so that the centralized transaction system executes a corresponding service operation according to the service data processing result to obtain a service execution result;
and a second receiving module 16, configured to receive a service execution result sent by the centralized transaction system through the access gateway.
The modules in the stock right management device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 13. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of rights management. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 13 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving service data sent by a service system;
determining a target micro-service corresponding to the business system from the stock right management system according to the type of the business system; the stock right management system comprises micro services corresponding to a plurality of service systems;
and calling the target micro service to process the business data to obtain a business data processing result.
In one embodiment, the equity management system includes at least one of a user microservice, an equity incentive management microservice, a log management microservice, and an employee management microservice;
the user micro service is used for processing user information in the service data;
the right incentive management micro-service is used for processing right related data;
the log management micro-service is used for managing logs generated in the service data processing process;
the staff management micro-service is used for processing staff data.
In one embodiment, if the business system is a registration system, the corresponding target micro-service is a user micro-service;
if the business system is an over-the-counter trading system, the corresponding target micro-service is a rights incentive management micro-service;
if the service system is a short message system and/or a mail system, the corresponding target micro-service is a log management micro-service;
and if the business system is an ERP system, the corresponding target micro-service is the employee management micro-service.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring service data through an access gateway;
correspondingly, the method further comprises the following steps:
and transmitting the service data processing result to the corresponding service system through the access gateway.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
sending the service data processing result to the centralized transaction system through the access gateway so that the centralized transaction system executes corresponding service operation according to the service data processing result to obtain a service execution result;
and receiving a service execution result sent by the centralized transaction system through the access gateway.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
receiving service data sent by a service system;
determining a target micro-service corresponding to the business system from the stock right management system according to the type of the business system; the stock right management system comprises micro services corresponding to a plurality of service systems;
and calling the target micro service to process the business data to obtain a business data processing result.
In one embodiment, the equity management system includes at least one of a user microservice, an equity incentive management microservice, a log management microservice, and an employee management microservice;
the user micro service is used for processing user information in the service data;
the right incentive management micro-service is used for processing right related data;
the log management micro-service is used for managing logs generated in the service data processing process;

In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:

and calling the target micro service to process the business data to obtain a business data processing result.

It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user device information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high-density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM), Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM), Phase Change Memory (PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others. The databases referred to in various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing based data processing logic devices, etc., without limitation.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A method of rights management, the method comprising:
receiving service data sent by a service system;
determining a target micro service corresponding to the business system from a stock right management system according to the type of the business system; the stock right management system comprises micro services corresponding to a plurality of service systems;
and calling the target micro service to process the business data to obtain a business data processing result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the equity management system includes at least one of a user microservice, an equity incentive management microservice, a log management microservice, and an employee management microservice;
the user micro service is used for processing user information in the service data;
the right incentive management micro-service is used for processing right related data;
the log management micro-service is used for managing logs generated in the service data processing process;
the staff management micro-service is used for processing staff data.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein if the business system is a registration system, the corresponding target micro service is the user micro service;
if the business system is an over-the-counter trading system, the corresponding target micro-service is the stock right incentive management micro-service;
if the service system is a short message system and/or a mail system, the corresponding target micro service is the log management micro service;
and if the business system is an ERP system, the corresponding target micro-service is the employee management micro-service.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the receiving the service data sent by the service system comprises:
acquiring the service data through an access gateway;
correspondingly, the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending the service data processing result to a corresponding service system through the access gateway.
5. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
sending the service data processing result to a centralized transaction system through an access gateway so that the centralized transaction system executes corresponding service operation according to the service data processing result to obtain a service execution result;
and receiving a service execution result sent by the centralized transaction system through the access gateway.
6. A management system, wherein the management system comprises an equity management system and a centralized transaction system;
the rights management system is for performing the rights management method of any of claims 1-5;
the centralized transaction system is used for executing corresponding business operation according to the business data processing result sent by the equity management system to obtain a business execution result.
7. An apparatus for rights management, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the service data sent by the service system;
the determining module is used for determining the target micro service corresponding to the business system from the stock right management system according to the type of the business system; the stock right management system comprises micro services corresponding to a plurality of service systems;
and the calling module is used for calling the target micro service to process the business data to obtain a business data processing result.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed by a processor.
