receiving service data sent by a service system;

determining a target micro service corresponding to the business system from a stock right management system according to the type of the business system; the stock right management system comprises micro services corresponding to a plurality of service systems;

and calling the target micro service to process the business data to obtain a business data processing result.

In one embodiment, the stock right management system comprises at least one of a user microservice, a stock right incentive management microservice, a log management microservice and an employee management microservice;

the user micro service is used for processing user information in the service data;

the right incentive management micro-service is used for processing right related data;

the log management micro-service is used for managing logs generated in the service data processing process;

the staff management micro-service is used for processing staff data.

In one embodiment, if the service system is a registration system, the corresponding target micro service is the user micro service;

if the business system is an over-the-counter trading system, the corresponding target micro-service is the stock right incentive management micro-service;

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

The equity management method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment comprises a computer device, which can be a server, and the internal structure diagram of the application environment can be shown in FIG. 1. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the data related to the stock right management. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of rights management. The server may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided a stock right management method, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the computer device in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

The registration system comprises a registration system and a stock right management system, wherein when a user registers or logs in the stock right management system, business data is input into the registration system, and the user micro-service in the stock right management system realizes the processing of the business data; the over-the-counter trading system comprises a plurality of stock right incentive management micro-services, wherein when a user inputs basic data and a right plan of a client, business data are input in the over-the-counter trading system, and the stock right incentive management micro-services in the stock right management system realize the processing of the business data; the short message system and/or the mail system are/is an alarm system, and are used for monitoring log data generated in log management microservice of the stock right management system and sending alarm information. The ERP system comprises performance information of employees of the company, and the employee management micro-service can acquire the performance information of the employees of different companies.

In this embodiment, different service data correspond to different service systems, and a target microservice corresponding to a service system is determined from the equity management system according to the type of the service system. In the micro-service architecture, different micro-services have different request addresses, and after receiving the service data, the stock right management system identifies the service data so as to determine the different micro-services. For example, the users of the equity management system may include listed companies and dealer, the listed companies being the grantors of the equity incentive plans, the listed companies mainly using the equity incentive management system for data maintenance and query of the equity incentive plans; the agent dealer maintains basic parameters of the management system, and provides work such as service quotation and data clearing of the incentive objects. The broker dealer mainly manages listed companies using the equity incentive management system, and manages trading activities of incentive objects using the related trading system. When the stock right management system receives account information of a listed company or a security dealer, the received account information is identified, the account information is detected to belong to user data sent by a service system, and the corresponding target micro service is determined to be the user micro service.

The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme recorded in the method, so the specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the rights management device provided below can be referred to the limitations of the rights management method in the foregoing, and details are not described herein again.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, there is provided an equity management apparatus including: a first receiving module 11, a determining module 12 and a calling module 13, wherein:

a first receiving module 11, configured to receive service data sent by a service system;

the determining module 12 is configured to determine, according to the type of the business system, a target micro-service corresponding to the business system from the equity management system; the stock right management system comprises micro services corresponding to a plurality of service systems;

and the calling module 13 is used for calling the target micro service to process the service data to obtain a service data processing result.

In one embodiment, the equity management system includes at least one of a user microservice, an equity incentive management microservice, a log management microservice, and an employee management microservice;

the staff management micro-service is used for processing staff data.

In one embodiment, if the business system is a registration system, the corresponding target micro-service is a user micro-service;

if the business system is an over-the-counter trading system, the corresponding target micro-service is a rights incentive management micro-service;

if the service system is a short message system and/or a mail system, the corresponding target micro-service is a log management micro-service;

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the first receiving module 11 includes:

an obtaining unit 111, configured to obtain service data through an access gateway;

and the first sending module 14 is configured to send the service data processing result to the corresponding service system through the access gateway.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, there is provided an equity management apparatus, further comprising:

the second sending module 15 is configured to send the service data processing result to the centralized transaction system through the access gateway, so that the centralized transaction system executes a corresponding service operation according to the service data processing result to obtain a service execution result;

The modules in the stock right management device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 13. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of rights management. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 13 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
