The newly-built user authentication application unit 253 sends the authentication, verification and application information to the operation and maintenance subsystem 1 through the operation interface module 21, the operation and maintenance subsystem 1 performs authentication, verification and application on the enterprise user, marks the enterprise user according to a verification result of the operation and maintenance subsystem 1, and sends a corresponding notification to the service module 23. Only when the new enterprise user is approved, the business module 23 can perform business operations on the enterprise user, such as creating projects, tasks, and the like.
Fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of a service module in an operator subsystem according to one embodiment of the present invention. The business module 23 includes an employment requirement information unit 231, a project creation unit 232, a task creation unit 233, and a task follow-up unit 234. The employment requirement information unit 231 generates employment requirement information according to the enterprise user information and the contract information, and issues the employment requirement information to the personal mobile terminals 3 of the personal users of all the associated work issuing platforms 4 through the employment issuing platform 4 by the operation interface module 21. Corresponding to the operation interactive interface 22, the work demand information of each enterprise can be edited and inquired through the task hall on the interface.
The project creating unit 232 creates and maintains a corresponding employment project according to employment requirements of enterprise users. To facilitate project management, a project management tab is provided in the operation interactive interface 22, in which project records are displayed item by item, each project record includes a plurality of fields, such as "project name", "belonging enterprise", "current status", and the like, and a detail page entry and a project task entry are provided in a linked manner. When a project detail page entry link is clicked, a detail page of the project can be displayed, wherein more detailed project information such as a business to which the project belongs, an offline settlement entity, associated business contract information, a check-out mode, a person in charge, time, a project number and the like are recorded, and a remark information column is provided for recording any related information. In one embodiment, each recruitment item corresponds to a one-time whole-package recruitment requirement of an enterprise, and the condition of the item is displayed by setting different state identifiers in the field of the current state, so that operators can know the general condition of the item when checking the item conveniently.
The task creating unit 233 is configured to generate one or more employment tasks corresponding to the employment projects, send the employment task information and the designated personal user information to the employment issuing platform 4 through the operation interface module 21, and push the task information to the personal mobile terminal 3 of the designated personal user through the employment issuing platform 4. For convenience of task management, the worker task information generated by the task creating unit 233 may be displayed in a task list of corresponding items one by one. For example, in one embodiment, clicking on a link to a project task entry in a project management tab of the operations interface 22 may proceed to a task list display page for the project. A plurality of tasks are recorded in the task list, each task record comprises a plurality of fields, such as a task name, a task state, an executive, a contact of the executive, a task unit price and the like, and corresponding operation content is set corresponding to the task state. For example, when the task status is "to be audited", the operation content may be "audit passed" or "audit not passed"; when the task state is "to be checked out", the operation content may be "check out passed", "check out failed", or "check out refusal", or the like. And a task newly-built entrance is arranged on the page, an operator can newly build a task through the task newly-built entrance, and the newly built task is displayed in a task list. When a new task is created, corresponding information such as basic task information and task content can be output according to the template, and the pushed individual user is selected from the talent library preferentially. When the new task is checked, the task information is sent to the recruitment publishing platform 4 through the operation interface module 21, and the task information is pushed to the personal mobile terminal 3 of the specified personal user through the recruitment publishing platform 4.
The task follow-up unit 234 receives the follow-up information from the employment issuing platform 4 through the operation interface module 21 to follow-up the task completion progress. For example, when an individual user makes an acceptance request for a task he receives, the employment issuing platform 4 may send acceptance request information to the task following unit 234, and the task following unit 234 updates the task status according to the received information. Or the operator updates the task state or marks the content in the operation content field according to the message from the enterprise user, so that the current progress state of the task can be displayed.
In one embodiment, the second finance module 24 is connected to the task follow-up unit 234, and cooperates with the task follow-up unit 234 to generate a corresponding finance form for the corresponding enterprise user. For example, a payment process may be entered after confirmation of task acceptance, at which point task follow-up element 234 may send a notification to second financial module 24 of the entry into the payment process. Second financial module 24, upon receiving the notification, generates an enterprise bill of collection, a task payment, and creates a form's progress record. The second financial module 24 may also count the financial information and various forms according to the set statistical indexes, and display the financial information and various forms through the operation interactive interface 22. For example, authorized operators may view enterprise bills of collection, job tickets, and enterprise invoices for all projects, and may be able to update the status of all financial forms, such as payment progress, billing progress, and the like. According to the requirement, the second financial module 24 supports basic management functions of business flow, inquiry and downloading of task details and the like, supports a capital transaction record management function of an operating merchant, and is convenient for the operating merchant to perform capital management, financial check management and other operations on historical capital flow. Each receiving and paying channel supports the function of downloading bill files, so that comparison and verification can be carried out after files are downloaded manually, the running water of the operation subsystem and the settlement channel is ensured to be consistent and correct, and when the amount of money is different, the function of screening and inquiring can be used for conveniently and quickly positioning difference forms and carrying out error processing.
Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of the operations subsystem according to another embodiment of the present invention, in this embodiment, the operations subsystem 2 further includes an enterprise interface 26 connected to the operations interface module 21 and configured to interact information and data with an enterprise. The enterprise interface 26 is an interface of a social application, a mail system, a short message platform, and a mobile communication terminal or a management system of a company. The enterprise user may send relevant information, such as task acceptance completion information, new task confirmation information, etc., to the operator subsystem 2 through the enterprise interface 26. The operation subsystem 2 receives the information through the operation interface module 21, and sends the information to the service module 23 or the second financial module 24 according to the content of the information, so that the operation subsystem 2 automatically completes corresponding processing on service or finance, such as marking the current state of a task, generating a corresponding financial form, and the like. In another embodiment, enterprise interface 26 may be coupled to operator interface 22 such that an operator may interact with enterprise users via the various enterprise interfaces 26 described above, with the operator manually performing business or financial transactions accordingly based on the results of the communication.
Fig. 8 is a functional block diagram of a personal mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the personal mobile terminal 3 includes a personal-terminal interface module 31, a registration module 32, an employment requirement information module 33, a task module 34, and a personal information module 35. The personal-end interface module 31 is connected with the operation and maintenance subsystem 1 and the recruitment publishing platform 4 through a network, and respectively interacts information with the operation and maintenance subsystem 1 and the recruitment publishing platform 4. The registration module 32 is connected to the personal-side interface module 31, and is used for registration, authentication and signing of the personal user after the personal user is associated with the employment publishing platform 4. The invention provides an on-line signing mode, which enables a personal server to sign a free professional server frame agreement with an off-line settlement entity after registration and authentication pass, and provides collection information such as bank card information, so that the off-line settlement entity can settle labor cost for the personal server, and the personal server becomes a personal user. The recruitment requirement information module 33 is connected with the personal-side interface module 31, receives the recruitment requirement information released by the recruitment release platform 4, and sends a response message of a personal user to the recruitment requirement information to the operation subsystem 2 releasing the recruitment requirement information through the recruitment release platform 4. After the user registration, authentication, signing and the like are finished, the home page of the terminal displays the recruitment requirement information and is provided with buttons for the user to operate, such as 'de-registration'. If the individual user clicks the "de-registration" button, the recruitment requirement information module 33 sends the information to the operation subsystem 2 via the recruitment publishing platform 4. Thereby, the operator subsystem 2 is provided with the individual users registered with the employment requirement information so as to provide the matched individual users for the created task. The task module 34 is connected with the personal-side interface module 31, receives task information from the recruitment issuing platform 4 through the personal-side interface module 31, and sends various follow-up information of the task to the operation subsystem 2 for issuing the task through the recruitment issuing platform 4. For example, a task menu of the personal mobile terminal 3 includes a plurality of task cards, such as "to receive", "to check for acceptance", "to confirm", "to pay", "paid", and the like, which respectively correspond to tasks in different task states. When the employment issuing platform 4 pushes a task to the individual user, the task information is displayed in a task card to be received, and the detailed information of the task, such as work content, requirements, work places, task remuneration and the like, can be checked through a task detail page. If the individual user clicks the accept button on the task card to be received, the task module 34 sends the response message to the recruitment issuing platform 4, and returns to the operation subsystem 2 sending the task message through the recruitment issuing platform 4. According to the completion condition of the received task, the individual user carries out corresponding process response operation on the corresponding task card, such as applying for acceptance on the task card to be accepted, confirming the completion of the task on the task card to be confirmed and the like, and the response operation information is used as task follow-up information and returned to the operation subsystem 2 which sends the task information through the work issuing platform 4, so that the operation subsystem 2 updates the task state in the system according to the task follow-up information. The personal information module 35 is used for storing and managing personal information and financial information of the individual user, such as related settings of bound financial settlement information, a signed electronic contract, whether to automatically receive a push task, and the like.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a flexible employment information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flexible employment information processing method operates in an operation subsystem described in any one of fig. 4 to 7, and the method includes the following steps:
and step S1a, generating the labor demand information according to the labor demand of the enterprise user. In one embodiment, if the enterprise user is a new user, the enterprise user is newly created first, and basic information and contract information of the enterprise user are acquired, wherein the contract information includes offline settlement entity information signed with the enterprise user; then sending the basic information and contract information of the enterprise user to an operation and maintenance subsystem for authentication and verification; and when the authentication of the enterprise user passes, generating recruitment requirement information according to the recruitment requirement of the enterprise user. And if the enterprise user is an existing user, generating recruitment requirement information according to the recruitment requirement of the enterprise user according to a new project whole package service contract.
And S2a, releasing the employment requirement information to an employment releasing platform. The operation subsystem is associated with the employment release platform, so after the employment demand information is generated, the employment release platform can be released, and then the employment release platform pushes the employment demand information to personal mobile terminals of all personal users who pay attention to the employment release platform. When a personal user is interested in the employment demand and hopes to provide service for the employment demand, the personal user sends response information to the employment demand through a personal mobile terminal of the personal user, and the response information is sent to an operation subsystem sending out the employment demand information through an employment issuing platform. Therefore, when the operation subsystem issues an employment requirement, the individual user information responding to the employment requirement can be obtained and stored as the individual user group of the employment requirement.
And step S3a, creating one or more employment tasks corresponding to the employment requirement for the enterprise user. In one embodiment, for convenience of management, an employment project corresponding to the employment requirement is created for the enterprise user, and one or more employment tasks are created corresponding to the user project. When an employment task is created, a personal user can be appointed for the employment task from a personal user group matched with the employment requirement information, or personal user information is locally input in an operation subsystem to be used as an appointed personal user; preferably, in order to provide good-quality employees for the enterprise, the individual users in the talent base are prioritized as designated individual users for the newly created task.
And step S4a, pushing each employment task to a specified individual user through the employment issuing platform. The personal mobile terminal of the personal user can receive the tasks pushed by the employment issuing platform and display the tasks in the task cards to be received in the task management of the personal mobile terminal, and the personal user can click the tasks to check specific information. When the individual user determines that the task can be accepted, a response to the recruitment task is generated by clicking the "accept" button and returned to the operations subsystem via the recruitment issuance platform.
And step S5a, acquiring and recording the progress of each employment task. The individual user can send corresponding task follow-up information, such as information of acceptance application, acceptance completion confirmation and the like, in a related task card of the individual mobile terminal according to a preset flow in the task completion process, the task follow-up information is returned to the operation subsystem through the employment issuing platform, and the operation subsystem updates the task progress in the system according to the received task follow-up information. On the other hand, the operation subsystem can also receive follow-up information about the work tasks from the enterprise users, such as acceptance passing or rejection and the like, and update the task progress in the system according to the task follow-up information.
And S6a, generating a corresponding financial form by matching with the progress of the employment task, recording the progress of the financial form and storing form data. Wherein the financial forms include an enterprise billing form, an enterprise checkout form, and/or a task payment form. For example, according to a preset flow, when the employee task confirms acceptance, a receipt is generated for the enterprise, when information of payment completion for the individual user from an offline settlement entity is received, a task payment sheet is generated, and the enterprise is invoiced and stored according to invoicing information of the enterprise. For ease of management, in one embodiment, a respective financial form record is generated for each item, such as an invoicing record, a collection record, a payment failure record, a funds flow record, and so forth, which can be viewed item-by-item, through the operator interface.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of a flexible employment information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the flexible employment information processing method in the present embodiment is applied to the personal mobile terminal shown in fig. 8. The method comprises the following steps:
and step S1b, associating the employment issuing platform and registering the personal user account. Wherein the subscription with the offline settlement entity is completed and the receipt information is provided during the registration process. In another embodiment, the registration process further includes a personal authentication step, that is, the operation and maintenance subsystem verifies the authentication of the personal server, and after the verification is passed, the personal server becomes a personal user and can receive the user requirement information and the pushed employment task.
And step S2b, receiving the employment requirement information from the associated employment issuing platform. The recruitment publishing platform pushes recruitment requirement information of the enterprise user to the individual user, and the recruitment requirement information is displayed on a corresponding page of the individual mobile terminal.
And S3b, responding to the response operation of the individual user to the employment requirement information, and sending the individual user information and the corresponding employment requirement response information to the operation subsystem through the employment issuing platform. The corresponding page of the personal mobile terminal displays the recruitment requirement information released on the recruitment release platform by the operation subsystem, and the page is provided with a response button for the recruitment requirement information, such as a similar operation button like 'de-registration'. When an individual user has a desire to service the employment requirement, the button "de-entry" may be clicked. When the individual user clicks the button 'de-registration', the individual mobile terminal generates response information to the recruitment requirement, and the response information is sent to the operation subsystem for issuing the recruitment requirement through the recruitment issuing platform. In the large framework of the flexible employment system, the operation and maintenance subsystem can associate the same employment publishing platform to a plurality of different operation subsystems. Therefore, the personal mobile terminal can receive the recruitment requirement issued by all the operation subsystems through the recruitment issuing platform from the recruitment issuing platform, so that the personal user can freely select different recruitment enterprises from different operation subsystems, and the selection chance of the recruitment task is more and flexible.
And step S4b, receiving the employment task information from the associated employment issuing platform. And the recruitment publishing platform pushes the recruitment task created by the operation subsystem to the personal mobile terminal according to the set pushed personal user information, and the recruitment task is displayed on a task card to be received of the personal mobile terminal.
And step S5b, generating task follow-up information in response to the personal user' S operations such as acceptance of the employment task and the like, and sending the task follow-up information to the operation subsystem through the employment issuing platform. For example, an individual user may click an "accept" button on a "to-be-received" task card, an "acceptance application" button on the "to-be-accepted" task card, and the like, the individual mobile terminal generates corresponding task follow-up information and sends the task follow-up information to the operation subsystem through the employment issuing platform, and the operation subsystem may update the task progress in the system according to the task follow-up information.
Step S6b, in response to the received employment task settlement information, updating the task financial information of the individual user. For example, after the personal mobile terminal receives the payment information of the off-line settlement entity for a certain task, the task is moved to the 'paid' task card, and the personal user can inquire the tax return condition of the task and download files such as tax return forms.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart of a flexible employment information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, the flexible employment information processing method is applied to the flexible employment system shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
and S1c, generating the employment requirement information according to the enterprise employment requirement, and releasing the employment requirement information on an employment releasing platform. The operation and maintenance subsystem configures an employment issuing platform, configures a domain name for an operation merchant, and sets an operation account and a password. And each operation merchant logs in the operation subsystem according to the operation account and the password. The method provides project whole package service for enterprise users and provides task sub-package service in projects for individual service providers. When the operation merchant creates an enterprise user, the operation and maintenance subsystem authenticates and verifies the newly added enterprise user. And the operation subsystem generates the recruitment requirement information for the enterprise recruitment requirement and releases the recruitment requirement information to the recruitment release platform.
And step S2c, the personal mobile terminal associated with the employment issuing platform responds to the response operation of the personal user to the employment requirement information, and the employment requirement response information is generated. The individual user needs to register and authenticate, and after the authentication and verification of the operation and maintenance subsystem, the individual user performs online electronic signing with an offline settlement entity after the verification is passed. After the registration, the authentication, the verification and the signing are successful, the personal mobile terminal of the personal user receives the recruitment requirement information pushed by the recruitment publishing platform and can respond to the requirement information. And the response information is sent to an operation subsystem for releasing the recruitment requirement information through a recruitment release platform.
And S3c, determining the personal user group matched with the employment requirement according to the employment requirement and the personal user information responding to the employment requirement. When the operation subsystem receives response information corresponding to a certain employment requirement, corresponding individual user information can be obtained. In one embodiment, all individual users responding to the employment requirement are taken as an individual user group of the project created according to the employment requirement. In another embodiment, when the operator subsystem maintains a talent pool, the individual users that can be preferentially designated in the talent pool are determined from the group of individual users responding to the employment requirement.
And S4c, creating a recruitment task based on the enterprise recruitment requirement, and determining a designated individual user pushed by the task from the individual user group matched with the enterprise recruitment requirement. In one embodiment, for convenience of management, the operation subsystem creates a corresponding project based on enterprise employment requirements, creates more than one employment task for the project, and specifies individual users needing to be pushed for each employment task. The designated individual user may be a random individual user in the individual user group determined in the previous step, or may be a priority designated individual user determined from a talent library. In another embodiment, when the operator subsystem does not have a talent base at present, it is also possible to temporarily calculate each individual user in the current individual user group according to big data to determine a high-quality individual user that can be preferentially designated. For example, individual users are evaluated according to high-quality talent standard indexes such as skills, academic calendars, work experiences, task completion conditions and the like, individual users in the current individual user group are ranked according to evaluation results, and the individual user with the highest current ranking is used as the designated individual user of the task.
And step S5c, pushing the recruitment task to a specified individual user through the recruitment publishing platform. The designated personal user can receive the task pushed by the operator subsystem through the work issuing platform at the personal mobile terminal, for example, the task is displayed in a task card to be received at the personal mobile terminal. The individual user may receive the task by clicking on an "accept" button in the task card.
And step S6c, generating task follow-up information according to the process operation of the recruitment task received by the individual user, so as to follow up the progress of the recruitment task. And the personal mobile terminal generates corresponding task follow-up information according to the operation of the user on the task, such as receiving the task, applying for acceptance, confirming acceptance and the like, and sends the corresponding task follow-up information to an operation subsystem for issuing the task through the work issuing platform. And the operation subsystem records the progress of each recruitment task according to the received task follow-up information.
Because the enterprise user and the individual user in the invention both sign an agreement with the offline settlement entity, the enterprise user pays the labor remuneration for the individual user who completes the employment task through the offline settlement entity. On one hand, the business user settles the business fee, the service fee and the like to an offline settlement entity, the offline settlement entity provides bills such as invoices and the like for the enterprise user, and on the other hand, the offline settlement entity settles the labor reward for the individual user and pays tax for the individual user according to the corresponding tax requirement to obtain the tax completion certificate. Thus, in step S7c, financial and tax data is acquired. For example, according to financial and tax receipts provided by an offline settlement entity, various financial form data are generated and input for enterprise users according to the progress of an employment task; and recording and counting the payment condition of the reward of the individual user and the payment condition of the personal tax, and recording the tax completion certificate into the system.
The flexible employment system provided by the invention constructs a flexible and reliable engineering-searching bridge between enterprises and personal servers through the operation subsystem and the popular third-party platform. On one hand, an operator issues employment requirements for an enterprise, and the employment requirements can be issued to all personal users associated with a third-party platform, so that the issuing range is wide; an operator formulates a reasonable and effective backup talent screening mechanism and brings excellent flexible workers into a talent management library through HR and big data technology, so that a backup talent team is established for the future labor demand of an enterprise, and when the enterprise needs the useful workers, high-quality personal servers can be matched for the enterprise, so that the enterprise can solve the labor problem in time and obtain the high-quality workers to obtain high-quality services; because the employment demands of the enterprises are short-term employment, most enterprises have the problems of difficult and disordered short-term employment management, such as uninterrupted recruitment, interviewing, messy and miscellaneous bill problems, and the like. On the other hand, the individual service provider can receive all the recruitment requirements issued by the operators related to the same third-party platform, and has more selection opportunities; when the task of the individual user is finished, the user can enter a talent library of an operator, so that the priority of the employment opportunity can be obtained; and when becoming a user, the individual service person signs a legal agreement with the off-line settlement entity, so that the right guarantee at the legal level can be obtained, for example, the labor reward can be obtained in time, the tax can be paid according to the tax law requirement, and the reliable right guarantee can be obtained.
The above embodiments are provided only for illustrating the present invention and not for limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention, and therefore, all equivalent technical solutions should fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (19)

1. A flexible employment system comprising:
the operation and maintenance subsystem is used for configuring the recruitment publishing platform, providing user authentication and verification, recruitment support data and recruitment settlement information;
the operation subsystem is connected with the operation and maintenance subsystem through a network, is associated with the recruitment publishing platform, and is configured to publish recruitment demand information and task information of enterprise users through the recruitment publishing platform, follow up task progress and record and manage related financial information of the enterprise users; and
and the personal mobile terminal is connected with the operation and maintenance subsystem through a network, is associated with the employment issuing platform, and is configured to receive the employment demand information and the task information from the employment issuing platform and manage the task related information received by the personal user.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance subsystem comprises:
an operation and maintenance interface module configured to be connected with the operation subsystem, the personal mobile terminal and the employment publishing platform;
the operation and maintenance interactive interface is configured to provide configuration, data query and display windows of various parameters; wherein the parameters at least comprise an employment issuing platform configuration parameter, a financial settlement configuration parameter and an operation merchant configuration parameter;
the first user management module is connected with the operation and maintenance interface module and the operation and maintenance interactive interface, is configured to manage enterprise users of each operation merchant according to configuration parameters of the operation merchants and enterprise user data from an operation subsystem, and manages individual users according to individual user data from the individual mobile terminal; and
and the first financial module is connected with the operation and maintenance interface module and the operation and maintenance interactive interface and is configured to record and count the financial data and/or tax return data of the user according to the financial settlement configuration parameters, the user information and the employment related data thereof.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the first user management module comprises:
a first user database configured to store operating merchant information, enterprise user information, and personal user information; and
and the authentication and verification unit is configured to perform identity authentication and verification when an enterprise user and/or an individual user is newly added.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the operator subsystem comprises:
an operation interface module configured to connect with the operation and maintenance subsystem and the recruitment issue platform;
an operation interactive interface configured to provide windows for configuring parameters, querying data and displaying;
the business module is connected with the operation interface module and the operation interactive interface, is configured to generate enterprise recruitment requirement information and releases the enterprise recruitment requirement information to the recruitment release platform through the operation interface module; creating an employment project and a task, sending the employment task to the employment issuing platform through the operation interface module, and pushing the employment task to a specified personal mobile terminal by the employment issuing platform; receiving task follow-up information from the recruitment issuing platform to obtain task completion progress;
a second financial module configured to record and manage financial-related information for all projects of an enterprise user; and
a second user management module, connected with the operation interface module and the operation interactive interface, configured to manage enterprise users and corresponding individual users.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the second user management module further comprises:
a second user database configured to store enterprise user information and personal user information;
the new user authentication application unit is configured to apply authentication verification for the new enterprise user; and
and the personal user matching unit is configured to specify the personal user for the employment task when the employment task is created according to the received response message of the personal user to the enterprise employment requirement.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the second user management module further comprises:
the talent base construction unit is configured to evaluate the individual users according to the high-quality talent standard index and store the individual user information meeting the high-quality talent standard index together to form a talent base; correspondingly, when the individual user matching unit is used for appointing the individual user for the employment task, the individual user is preferentially appointed from the talent library.
7. The system of claim 4, wherein the traffic module comprises:
the recruitment requirement information unit is connected with the operation interface module, is configured to generate recruitment requirement information according to enterprise user information and contract information, and sends the recruitment requirement information to the recruitment publishing platform for display through the operation interface module;
the project creating unit is connected with the recruitment requirement information unit and is configured to create and maintain a corresponding recruitment project according to the recruitment requirement of the enterprise user;
the task creating unit is connected with the project creating unit and the operation interface module, is configured to generate more than one recruitment task aiming at a recruitment project, sends recruitment task information and appointed personal user information to the recruitment publishing platform through the operation interface module, and pushes the task information to a personal mobile terminal of the appointed personal user through the recruitment publishing platform; and

The system of claim 7, wherein the second financial module is coupled to the task follow-up unit and is configured to cooperate with the task follow-up unit to generate a corresponding financial form for a corresponding enterprise user and to create and maintain a schedule record of the corresponding financial form.
9. The system of claim 4, wherein carrier subsystem further comprises an enterprise interface, coupled with the carrier interface module, configured to interact information and data with enterprise users.
10. The system of claim 9, the enterprise interface is one or more of a social application, a mail system, a text messaging platform, and a mobile communication terminal.
11. The system of claim 1, wherein the personal mobile terminal comprises:
a personal-side interface module configured to connect with the operation and maintenance subsystem and the employment issuing platform through a network;
a registration module connected with the personal-side interface module and configured for registration, authentication and subscription of a personal user;
the recruitment requirement information module is connected with the personal end interface module and configured to acquire recruitment requirement information released by the recruitment release platform and send a response message of a personal user to the recruitment requirement to the corresponding operation subsystem through the recruitment release platform;
the task module is connected with the personal-end interface module and is configured to receive task information pushed by the recruitment publishing platform through the personal-end interface module and send response and follow-up information to the task to the corresponding operation subsystem through the recruitment publishing platform; and
a personal information module configured to store and manage personal information, task information and financial information of an individual user.
12. A flexible employment information processing method applied to the operator subsystem of any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising:
generating recruitment requirement information according to the recruitment requirement of the enterprise user;
releasing the recruitment requirement information to a recruitment release platform;
creating more than one recruitment task corresponding to the recruitment requirement for the enterprise user;
the recruitment task is pushed to a specified individual user through a recruitment issuing platform;
acquiring task follow-up information from the recruitment publishing platform and recording the progress of each recruitment task; and
and generating a corresponding financial form by matching with the progress of the employment task, recording the progress of the financial form and storing form data.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
newly building an enterprise user, and acquiring basic information and contract information of the enterprise user, wherein the contract information comprises offline settlement entity information signed with the enterprise user;
sending the basic information and contract information of the enterprise user to an operation and maintenance subsystem for authentication and verification; and
and responding to the authentication and verification pass of the enterprise user, and generating the recruitment requirement information according to the recruitment requirement of the enterprise user.
14. The method of claim 12 wherein after the step of publishing the employment requirement information at an employment publishing platform further comprises:
acquiring response information of the individual user to the employment demand information from the user publishing platform; and
and acquiring the individual user group of each employment requirement based on the response information.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein in creating the employment task, individual users are designated for the employment task from a group of individual users corresponding to the employment requirements, or individual user information is entered locally at the operator subsystem as designated individual users.
16. The method of claim 15, further comprising:
evaluating the individual user according to the standard index of the high-quality talents; and
storing the personal user information meeting the high-quality talent standard index into a talent library;
correspondingly, when the individual user is designated for the created employment task, the individual user in the talent base is preferentially taken as the designated individual user.
17. The method of claim 12, wherein the financial form comprises one or more of a business invoice, a business receipt, and a task payment.
18. A flexible employment information processing method applied to the personal mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising:
the related employment issuing platform registers the personal user account; wherein the subscription with the offline settlement entity is completed during the registration process;
receiving recruitment requirement information from the associated recruitment publishing platform;
responding to response operation of an individual user to recruitment requirement information, and sending the response information of the individual user to the recruitment requirement to an operation subsystem through the recruitment publishing platform;
receiving recruitment task information from the associated recruitment publishing platform;
responding to the receiving operation of the individual user to the recruitment task and the corresponding follow-up operation in the task execution process, and sending the individual user information and the corresponding task follow-up information to an operation subsystem through the recruitment publishing platform; and
in response to the received employment task settlement information, task financial information for the individual user is updated.
19. The method of claim 18, further comprising a personal authentication step during the registration process.
