The embodiment of the invention provides a small amount secret-free limit control method which can be implemented by a computer or other devices with data analysis and processing functions. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a small amount of secret-free credit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the method for controlling the small amount of secret-free credit includes:
s101, determining the number of times that the sum of single consumption of the consumer in the previous preset period falls into each consumption sum interval.
Specifically, the preset period is a preset time period, and may be, for example, a month, a quarter, a year, or other suitable time period. If the predetermined period is one month, the previous predetermined period may be thirty days before the current day or the first day to the last day of the previous month. The consumption habits of each consumer are different, different consumption groups need to be distinguished through consumption grade division, and different consumption grades can be quantified through the number of times that all single consumption falls into each consumption amount interval in the previous preset period. The consumption amount interval is the range within which the consumption amount of single consumption falls, and can be set by developers according to actual requirements.
Illustratively, the consumption amount interval may be divided into 5 intervals, the consumption level 1 corresponds to the consumption amount interval (0, 50), the consumption level 2 corresponds to the consumption amount interval (50, 200), the consumption level 3 corresponds to the consumption amount interval (200, 500), the consumption level 4 corresponds to the consumption amount interval (500, 1000), the consumption level 5 corresponds to the consumption amount interval (1000, ∞), and the number of times that a single consumption amount falls in the level 1 to the level 5 may be represented by a one-dimensional array as time { a, b, c, d, e }.
And S102, if the consumption amount interval with the most times is a preset interval, determining that the password-free amount of the consumer is a preset maximum value, and ending the control method, otherwise, calculating the consumption amount expectation of the consumer in the last preset period.
Specifically, the preset interval may be one or more intervals with the highest amount of money in the consumption amount interval, and is set according to the demand and the division of the consumption amount interval, for example, the preset interval may be (1000, ∞) one interval, or (500,1000] and (1000, ∞) two intervals, if the number of times that the amount of money of a single consumption in the last preset period falls into the preset interval is the highest, the privacy-free amount of the consumer is directly determined as the preset maximum value, the preset maximum value is the highest privacy-free amount that the bank can provide for the consumer, the highest privacy-free amount may be set in advance by the bank according to the credit rating, account balance and other information about credit and asset of the consumer, the highest number of times that the amount of money of a single consumption in the last preset period falls into the preset interval indicates that the consumption level in the last preset period is the highest, therefore, the secret-free quota is a preset maximum value, and high-price consumption of the consumer is facilitated. In addition, if the consumption amount interval in which the single consumption amount falls the most frequently in the previous preset period is not the preset interval, the consumption amount expectation of the single consumption of the consumer in the previous preset period needs to be further calculated and determined, wherein the consumption amount expectation is the mathematical expectation of the single consumption amount in the previous preset period. The spending amount is expected to macroscopically reflect approximately the single consumption level of the consumer within a preset period.
S103, determining the average level and the discrete degree of the single consumption amount of the consumer in the last preset period.
Specifically, the average level may refer to an average level of all the single consumptions of the consumer in the previous preset period, and may be calculated by an average value of all the single consumptions in the previous preset period. The discrete degree may represent the discrete degree of all the single consumptions of the consumer in the previous preset period, and may be represented by the variance of all the single consumptions in the previous preset period.
And S104, calculating the expected consumption cost of the consumer according to the consumption amount expectation, the average level and the discrete degree.
Specifically, the expected consumption cost is the consumption amount level in the preset period predicted according to all single consumption amounts in the previous preset period, and can be calculated according to the consumption amount expectation, the average level and the dispersion degree. Both the average level and the spending amount expectation are positively correlated to the expected spending fees. The discrete degree can reflect the consumption regularity, and the smaller the discrete degree value is, the more regular the consumption of the consumer in the preset period is.
And S105, determining a consumption characteristic adjusting value according to the consumption parameters of the preset time interval in the last preset period.
In particular, when determining the privacy-free quota of the consumer, the determination of the consumption characteristics of the consumer is not limited to the expected consumption cost from the macroscopic perspective, and the consumption behavior in special situations also needs to be considered. The preset time interval may be a special consumption interval in the preset period, and for example, the preset time interval may be at least one of a unit interval with the highest consumption amount, a unit interval with the highest consumption number, a unit interval with the lowest consumption amount, and a unit interval with the lowest consumption number. The unit interval may be one day, one month, or other periodic time intervals. The consumption parameters may be number of consumption, amount of money, and time of consumption. The consumption characteristic adjustment value can reflect the characteristics of the consumption amount of a certain time period in a preset time interval. Illustratively, the consumption characteristic adjusting value in the time period from 7 am to 10 am every day of the month can be calculated according to the consumption amount of a single time in the time period from 7 am to 10 am in the day with the highest consumption amount, the day with the highest consumption number, the day with the lowest consumption amount and the day with the lowest consumption number in the last month, the consumption characteristic adjusting value can modify the privacy-free amount, so that the privacy-free amount is not only suitable for consumption behaviors in a common situation, but also suitable for consumption in a special consumption situation, and the special consumption situation comprises the consumption situation that the total consumption amount of a single day is higher than a normal range, the total consumption amount of a single day is lower than a normal range, the number of consumption strokes of a single day is higher than a normal range and the number of consumption strokes of a single day is lower than a normal range.
And S106, determining a risk factor according to the basic information and the risk information of the associated equipment card.
Specifically, the device card is a virtual card which is stored in a mobile phone near field communication chip (NFC chip) or other portable intelligent devices and simulates information of a physical bank card, the device card is associated with the bank card, and a consumer can hold the device card for consumption, and the device card has the same function as the bank card. The basic information of the equipment card is the information of the card opener of the equipment card and the basic information of the card, and can comprise a main card reputation grade, equipment card application time, equipment card expiration time and any other basic information. The risk information is related information of risk behaviors of the equipment card and can be transaction failure times, consumption failure time, blackened times, blackened duration and other information related to credit of consumers. The risk factor may represent the possibility of the consumer to perform a risk action using the device card, in relation to the basic information and the risk information of the device card.
And S107, calculating the free limit of the consumer according to the expected consumption cost, the consumption characteristic adjusting value and the risk factor.
In particular, the small amount of secret-free payment is a convenient payment service provided by banks, and when consumers hold cards for consumption, the payment can be completed without passwords and signatures. The secret free amount is the maximum amount of money which can be paid with a small secret free amount. The consumption characteristic adjusting value and the risk factor are introduced on the basis of expected consumption cost, so that the secret-free limit of the consumer can be calculated, the secret-free limit is a default secret-free limit provided by a bank for the consumer, and the consumption requirements of the user in different periods and under different conditions are adapted according to the consumption behavior of the last preset period and the period dynamic change during consumption.
According to the method for controlling the small secret-free amount, the expected consumption amount can be determined according to the consumption behavior of the consumer in the last preset period, the secret-free payment amount is directly determined to be the preset maximum value when the single consumption amount in the last preset period is generally high, the average level and the dispersion degree of the single consumption in the last preset period can be introduced, the expected consumption cost is calculated, the consumption characteristic adjusting value and the risk factor are introduced to calculate the final secret-free amount, the consumption habits and the risk consumption behaviors in all periods are considered for the secret-free amount, the consumption habits of the consumer can be better met, the dynamic control of the small secret-free payment amount is realized, the secret-free amount can dynamically adapt to the consumption habits of the consumer in all periods, the success rate of secret-free payment can be improved, and the experience feeling of the consumer can be improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1, optionally, after calculating the privacy-free amount of the consumer according to the expected consumption cost, the consumption characteristic adjustment value and the risk factor, the method further comprises:
and S108, determining an optional quota according to the discrete degree and the expected consumption cost.
Specifically, if the discrete value is less than or equal to the preset discrete value, it indicates that the consumption amount and time distribution of the consumer are relatively smooth and regular, and a certain level of privacy-free credit selection may be provided, for example, the selectable credit may be set to four levels for the consumer to select, which are 1/4 times of expected consumption cost, 1/2 times of expected consumption cost, 3/4 times of expected consumption cost, and one-time expected consumption cost, respectively. If the discrete value is higher than the preset discrete value, which indicates that the consumption amount and the time distribution of the consumer fluctuate obviously, more levels of selection of the privacy-free amount are required to be provided, and the selectable amount can be set to six levels for the selection of the consumer, such as 1/6 times of expected consumption cost, 1/3 times of expected consumption cost, 1/2 times of expected consumption cost, 2/3 times of expected consumption cost, 5/6 times of expected consumption cost and single-time expected consumption cost. The consumer can select one of the selectable quota according to the self requirement, and the selectable quota selected by the consumer is within the range of the expected consumption cost and has the authority higher than the privacy exemption quota determined in the step S107. If the consumer selects a certain selectable quota, the actual secret-free quota is the selectable quota, and if the consumer does not select the selectable quota, the actual secret-free quota is the secret-free quota determined in step S107. The consumer can select the amount according to the self requirement on the basis of adopting the expected consumption expense determined dynamically, so that the determined secret-free amount is more in line with the requirement of the user, the safety and the successful payment probability of the secret-free amount are ensured, and the experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another small secret-free credit control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, the small secret-free credit control method includes:
s201, determining the number of times that the single consumed amount of the consumer in the previous preset period falls into each consumed amount interval.
S202, if the consumption amount interval with the most times is a preset interval, determining that the password-free amount of the consumer is a preset maximum value, and ending the control method, otherwise, calculating the consumption amount expectation according to a first calculation formula.
Specifically, the first calculation formula is

Wherein, a is the sum of the products of the maximum value and the corresponding times of each consumption amount interval, if the maximum value of the consumption amount interval is infinite, the maximum value of the consumption amount interval is the minimum value plus a preset amount, and the preset amount can be the maximum difference value of the previous consumption amount interval. Illustratively, if the consumption amount interval is (1000, ∞)]The last interval of the interval is (500, 1000)]Then the maximum value of the consumption amount interval is equal to the minimum value 1000 plus the preset amount 500. And B is the sum of the corresponding times of each consumption amount interval.

Table 1 is a table of relationship between consumption levels and corresponding amounts of consumption provided in this embodiment
Illustratively, the last preset period is the previous month during consumption, the consumption level and the corresponding consumption amount interval are shown in table 1, the number of times that the amount consumed by a single pen in the last preset period falls in the level 1 to the level 5 is represented by a one-dimensional array time ═ { a, b, c, d, e }, and if the maximum value in the time is e, the secret-free amount provided for the user is a preset maximum value 2000. Otherwise, calculating the expected consumption amount according to the first calculation formula
Figure BDA0003495413810000091
The spending amount is expected to macroscopically reflect the consumption level and the corresponding amount of the consumer within the last month.
And S203, calculating the average value of the single consumption amount of the consumer in the last preset period according to a second calculation formula.
Specifically, the preset period is one month. The second calculation formula is
Figure BDA0003495413810000092
Wherein, AM is the average value of the single consumption amount of the consumer in the last preset period, n is the consumption number of the consumer in the last preset period, and cost (i) is the consumption amount of the ith time. The average value may represent an average amount of a single consumption in a previous preset period.
And S204, calculating the variance of the single consumption amount of the consumer in the last preset period according to a third calculation formula.
Specifically, the third calculation formula is
Figure BDA0003495413810000101
Wherein, Var is the variance of the single consumption amount of the consumer in the last preset period. The variance may be represented by the extent to which the amounts of all single-stroke consumption are dispersed within the last preset period. The variance may also be replaced by a standard deviation or other mathematical parameter that characterizes the degree of data dispersion.
And S205, calculating the expected consumption cost according to a fourth calculation formula.
Specifically, the fourth calculation formula is
Figure BDA0003495413810000102
Omega is expected consumption cost, lambda is a first preset weight, lambda is more than 0 and less than 0.5, the value of the first preset weight can represent the correlation degree between the secret-free amount and the expected consumption amount in the previous period, the higher the correlation degree, the higher the value of lambda is, developers can determine the value of lambda according to actual requirements, mu is a second preset weight, 1 and more than mu are more than 0.5, the value of the second preset weight can represent the correlation degree between the secret-free amount and the average value of the consumption amount of a single pen in the previous period, the higher the correlation degree, the smaller the value of mu is, and the developers can determine the value of mu according to the actual requirements. The expected consumption cost is a predicted value of the single consumption amount in the period according to the consumption behavior in the last preset period.
And S206, calculating the consumption characteristic adjustment value according to a fifth calculation formula.
Specifically, the preset time interval includes a day with the highest single-day consumption amount, a day with the lowest single-day consumption amount and no more than 0, a day with the highest single-day consumption pen count, and a day with the lowest single-day consumption pen count and no more than 0. The fifth calculation formula is
Figure BDA0003495413810000103
Wherein theta is a consumption characteristic regulating value, s is the average value of the single consumption amount in a preset time period of the day with the highest single-day consumption amount, and t is a preset time of the day with the lowest single-day consumption amount and not 0The average value of the single consumption money in the section, p is the average value of the single consumption money in the preset time period of the day with the largest number of consumption strokes per day, q is the average value of the single consumption money in the preset time period of the day with the smallest number of consumption strokes per day and not 0, Max (s, t, p, q) is the maximum value of s, t, p and q, CMMax (s, t, p, q) is the average value of the single consumption amount in the corresponding preset time interval. The preset time period is a preset time period in a day, and may be, for example, 6 a.m.: 00-8:00, the calculated consumption characteristic adjustment value is 6: the characteristic adjustment value of 00-8:00 can be calculated according to the consumption characteristic adjustment value as 6 a.m.: the secret-free quota is corresponding to 00-8: 00. The secret-free quota can be changed according to different time periods in a day, and the consumption characteristic adjusting value can reflect the relation between the special consumption behaviors and the time periods in the day due to different probabilities of the special consumption behaviors in the time periods in the day. Illustratively, if the amount and frequency of the consumer rush before sleep is higher in the last month than before one month, the consumption characteristic value of 9:00-12:00 in the evening of this month will increase. Furthermore, the secret-free limit can be properly improved every night of 9:00-12:00 every day in the month so as to meet the demand of consumers for shopping at night.
And S207, calculating the risk factor according to a sixth calculation formula.
Specifically, the sixth calculation formula is
Figure BDA0003495413810000111
Wherein epsilon is a risk factor, x is the number of transaction failures occurring in the history of the associated device card, k is the number of mobile payment consumed by a consumer in the last preset period, P is the total blackened time length of the associated device card, T is the effective time length of the associated device card, and L is the credit value of the main card. The risk factor is positively correlated with the transaction failure times and the black-out time, and negatively correlated with the credit of the main card, and the risk factor can quantify the consumption risk of the consumer. The risk factor is considered when the secret-free limit is calculated, so that a lower secret-free limit can be provided for a consumer with a higher risk, the consumption risk of the consumer is reduced, and the account security is improved.
And S208, calculating the secret-free limit according to a seventh calculation formula.
Specifically, the seventh calculation formula is
Figure BDA0003495413810000112
Wherein EXP is a secret-free amount, theta is a consumption characteristic adjusting value, omega is an expected consumption expense, and epsilon is a risk factor.
Illustratively, under the condition that a consumer agrees to automatically adjust the secret-free limit by adopting a small secret-free limit control method, a server of a bank can calculate a dynamic secret-free limit according to the consumption condition of the consumer in the last month, the credit value, the black-pulling duration of the associated equipment card and the effective duration of the associated equipment card, the secret-free limit can change along with different daily periods and last preset periods, and the secret-free limit can adapt to the daily consumption amount of the consumer, consumption characteristics and consumption risks in different periods.
S209, determining the selectable quota according to the discrete degree and the expected consumption cost.
Step S209 is the same as step S108, and is not described herein again.
The small-amount privacy-free limit control method provided by this embodiment directly determines the privacy-free limit as the preset maximum limit when the last month consumption amount falls into the highest consumption interval for the most times, otherwise determines the expected consumption cost of this month according to the consumption amount of the last preset period, further determines the consumption characteristic adjustment value according to the time period and amount of special consumption of the last month by the consumer, calculates the risk factor of the consumer according to the credit value and the blackened time length of the consumer, further calculates the privacy-free limit according to the expected consumption cost, the consumption characteristic adjustment value and the risk factor, and provides the selectable limit for the consumer to select when the consumer does not want to use the dynamic privacy-free limit, thereby realizing the dynamic calculation of the small-amount privacy-free limit, and the introduced consumption characteristic adjustment value can make the privacy-free limit more suitable for the special consumption requirements of the consumer at different time periods, and improving the success rate of privacy-free payment, and the introduction of the risk factor can reduce the risk of secret-free payment, and further improve the account security.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another small secret-free quota controlling method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 3, the small secret-free quota controlling method includes:
s301, judging whether the consumer is a distrusted person or not according to the credit mark of the associated equipment card.
Specifically, the credit mark is a credit level mark set for the customer account by the bank according to the storage, reception, payment and consumption records of the customer. The reputation token may reflect the credit status of the consumer account. If the credit mark is in an activated state, the credit mark indicates that the consumer is in a blacklist, and the consumer is a distrusted person in the current time period. If the reputation mark is in other states, the consumer is not in the blacklist, and the consumer is not a person who loses confidence in the current time period.
S302, if yes, the small amount secret-free payment service is not provided, and the control method is ended, otherwise, the next step is carried out.
Specifically, if the consumer is a lost person, the consumer is not provided with a small amount of secret-free payment service, so that excessive consumption of the lost person is prevented. If the consumer is not a distrusted person, the next step can be entered to normally determine the privacy-free quota of the consumer.
S303, determining the activity of the consumer according to the relative relation between the total consumption pen number of the consumer in the last preset period and the preset value.
Specifically, the total number of consumed strokes in the previous preset period is the number of times of all single-stroke consumption in the previous period, which may reflect the consumption activity of the consumer. The preset value is one or more preset consumption strokes, and a developer can set the preset value according to actual requirements. Different relative relations between the total consumption pen number in the last preset period and the preset value can correspond to different liveness of the consumer. And further judging whether the activity degree is in the set activity range. For example, if the total number of consumed strokes of the consumer in the last preset period is greater than or equal to the preset value, it may be determined that the liveness of the consumer is high, otherwise it may be determined that the liveness of the consumer is low.
S304, if the activity is in the set activity range, entering the next step, otherwise, determining the password-free amount of the consumer as the preset minimum value, closing the small-amount password-free payment function by default and ending the control method.
Specifically, the activity level not being in the set activity range indicates that the number of consumption of the consumer in the previous month is small. If the activity is not in the set activity range, the activity can be not larger than a preset activity value, at this time, the secret-free amount of the consumer can be directly determined to be a preset minimum value, the small secret-free payment function is closed by default, and the control method is ended. If the activity is in the set activity range, the next step can be carried out to further determine the secret free amount. The preset minimum value is a minimum secret-free amount value which can be provided for the consumer by a bank set in advance, and the consumer with the secret-free amount being the preset minimum value can consume by using secret-free payment only when the single consumption amount is smaller than the preset minimum value. The default closing of the small amount secret-free payment function means that the small amount secret-free payment function is correspondingly opened only by inputting a signal for opening the secret-free payment function again by the consumer.
Illustratively, the preset values may include a first preset value 10, a second preset value 30, and a third preset value 50. The liveness is 1 when the number of consuming strokes is less than or equal to 10, the liveness is 2 when the number of consuming strokes is greater than 10 and less than or equal to 30, and the liveness is 3 when the number of consuming strokes is greater than 30. The activity range is set to have an activity of not less than 2. If the number of consumption strokes of the consumer in the last month is 2 and is smaller than the first preset value 10, determining that the activity of the consumer is 1, the activity is not smaller than 2, and at the moment, the activity of the consumer is not in the set activity range, directly determining that the password-free amount of the consumer is a preset minimum value, closing the small-amount password-free payment function and ending the control method. If the activity of the consumer in the last month is not within the active range, the small amount secret-free payment function is closed by default, the user needs to input a signal for opening the secret-free payment function again to correspondingly open the small amount secret-free payment function in the current month, and the secret-free amount is provided as a preset minimum value.
S305, determining the number of times that the single consumption amount of the consumer in the previous preset period falls into each consumption amount interval.
S306, if the consumption amount interval with the most times is a preset interval, determining that the password-free amount of the consumer is a preset maximum value, and ending the control method, otherwise, calculating the consumption amount expectation according to a first calculation formula.
S307, calculating the average value of the single consumption amount of the consumer in the last preset period according to a second calculation formula.
And S308, calculating the variance of the single consumption amount of the consumer in the last preset period according to a third calculation formula.
And S309, calculating the expected consumption cost according to a fourth calculation formula.
And S310, calculating a consumption characteristic adjusting value according to a fifth calculation formula.
And S311, calculating the risk factor according to a sixth calculation formula.
And S312, calculating the secret-free limit according to a seventh calculation formula.
S313, determining the selectable quota according to the discrete degree and the expected consumption cost.
The contents of steps S305, S306, S307, S308, S309, S310, S311, S312, and S313 are respectively the same as the contents of steps S201, S202, S203, S204, S205, S206, S207, S208, and S209, and are not described herein again.
