and receiving a file identification and verification request processing result instruction sent by a user through a terminal, and deleting the electronic file information and destroying the log information when the processing result instruction indicates verification.

The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic archive information comprises electronic archive metadata and electronic archive text; the electronic archive metadata takes an XML file as a standard format, and the text of the electronic archive comprises file content, a batch order and accessories; the electronic archive information supports OFD and PDF layout files, pictures and texts.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method obtains the electronic archive information by means of standard interface data transmission, template import, or scan identification.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
carrying out full-text retrieval and/or classified retrieval on the electronic archive data according to the keyword information to obtain target electronic archive data; and performing online handover on an electronic file and/or a paper type source file corresponding to the electronic type source file and the paper type source file corresponding to the borrowing request, determining handover recorded data, and storing the handover recorded data.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
exporting the electronic file data, encrypting the electronic file data according to a preset encryption algorithm, and generating an encrypted data packet to report and backup the data.
6. An electronic archive processing system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the file management module is used for acquiring electronic file data, registering files based on the electronic file data and carrying out four-property detection on electronic type source files in the electronic file data; wherein the electronic archive data comprises: the electronic type source file and the electronic file corresponding to the paper type source file;
the archive collating module is used for archiving and batching the electronic archive data according to the type of a source file corresponding to the electronic archive data, and establishing an incidence relation between the electronic archive data and the corresponding source file;
the borrowing unit is used for receiving a borrowing request, determining an electronic file and/or a paper type source file corresponding to the electronic type source file and the paper type source file corresponding to the borrowing request according to the user permission, performing authorization operation and storing an authorization record;
the archive custody module is used for creating timestamp information for the electronic archive data, determining the verification and cancellation time of the electronic archive information according to the timestamp information, and initiating an archive identification and verification and cancellation request when the verification and cancellation time is reached; archive management includes management of paper archives in and out.
And the processing module is used for receiving a file identification and verification request processing result instruction sent by a user through a terminal, and deleting the electronic file information and destroying the log information when the processing result instruction indicates verification.

The system of claim 6, wherein the electronic archive information comprises electronic archive metadata and electronic archive text; the electronic archive metadata takes an XML file as a standard format, and the text of the electronic archive comprises file content, a batch order and accessories; the electronic archive information supports OFD and PDF layout files, pictures and texts.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the document management module obtains the electronic archive information by standard interface data transmission, template import, or scan recognition.
9. The system of claim 6, further comprising: a file utilization module for:
performing full-text retrieval and/or classified retrieval on the electronic archive data according to the keyword information to obtain target electronic archive data;
and performing online handover on an electronic file and/or a paper type source file corresponding to the electronic type source file and the paper type source file corresponding to the borrowing request, determining handover recorded data, and storing the handover recorded data.
10. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
the data management module is used for exporting the electronic file data, encrypting the electronic file data according to a preset encryption algorithm, and generating an encrypted data packet so as to report and backup the data;
and the system management module is used for providing the functions of overall management, user authority management, workflow definition, log management and basic setting.
