Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of composite sheets, in particular to an easy-to-uncover film with a drying function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The easy-to-tear film is a product which is convenient for life style of people and brings good experience for consumers. The application of the easy-to-tear film is not limited to industrial products such as yogurt cup cover films, cosmetic cover films and the like, and medical appliance articles and medicines are also a large industrial field for the development of the easy-to-tear film. Some medical products are extremely sensitive to moisture, such as rapid test paper or dry powder inhalation preparations, and the packaging requirement cannot be met by a package with a barrier layer, and the residual moisture in the package and the moisture permeating from the side surface can cause the corrosion of the device or destroy the stability of drug molecules. Often, a small package of desiccant is placed inside the packaged product. The manufacturing process of adding small packages separately is complicated, and the cost is high; potential safety hazards exist when the product is contacted; accidents easily occur due to improper treatment. Therefore, the research on a sheet with strong hygroscopicity, good barrier property, high peel strength and excellent comprehensive performance is an urgent problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an easy-to-tear film with a drying function, which overcomes the defects in the prior art, and has the advantages of strong hygroscopicity, high barrier water permeability, low water permeability, high peeling strength, high tensile strength and excellent comprehensive performance in all aspects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to provide an easy-to-tear film with a drying function, which comprises an outer layer, a barrier layer and a heat sealing layer from outside to inside; the heat sealing layer comprises a composite layer, a moisture absorption layer and an easy-to-tear layer from outside to inside; the outer layer is made of one or more of PET, BOPP, paper, polyamide and NY; the barrier layer is made of aluminum foil or BOPP with a barrier coating; the composite layer in the heat sealing layer comprises 10-30 parts of LDPE, 15-30 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene resin, 12-25 parts of LLDPE, 6-20 parts of HDPE, 0.5-2 parts of shaping agent and 0.5-2.5 parts of cross-linking agent; the moisture absorption layer comprises 0-20 parts of LDPE, 15-35 parts of LLDPE, 3-35 parts of HDPE, 50-70 parts of terpene resin, 5-20 parts of polysiloxane modified epoxy resin, 2-8 parts of phenolic resin and 5-10 parts of drying agent; the easy-uncovering layer comprises 10-25 parts of polyethylene, 8-27 parts of polybutylene, 12-20 parts of EVA, 4-26 parts of polypropylene, 1-5 parts of poly alpha-olefin, 1-2 parts of antioxidant and 2-7 parts of reinforcing agent.
Material code and Chinese are compared as table:
PET | polyethylene terephthalate |
BOPP | Biaxially oriented polypropylene film |
NY | Nylon |
EMAA | Ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer |
LLDPE | Linear low density polyethylene |
HDPE | High density polyethylene |
LDPE | Low density polyethylene |
EVA | Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer |
PVC | Polyvinyl chloride |
EMA | Ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer |
Further, a functional layer is arranged between the barrier layer and the heat sealing layer, and the functional layer comprises one or more of PET, polyamide, NY and PVC. The functional layer can improve the straightness or easily tear the nature, can set up according to the demand of difference.
The outer layer is a printing layer, can realize printing or forming a protective layer, and can be designed to have an anti-fake function. The heat sealing layer is formed by three layers of a composite layer, a moisture absorption layer and an easy-to-tear layer through co-extrusion, and the easy-to-tear and moisture absorption functions are realized. The composite layer can adjust the proportion according to different stiffness requirements, the HDPE content is high, and the stiffness is increased.
Further, the barrier layer can be made of opaque high-barrier aluminum foil or a BOPP material with a transparent high-barrier coating according to customer requirements, and the BOPP barrier coating is one or more of silicon oxide, iron oxide, magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide.
