The digital copyright protection center comprises a database and an identification module, wherein the database is used for storing the existing digital works with copyright registration; the identification module is used for carrying out similarity comparison analysis on the digital works and digital works registered by the existing copyright in a database, dividing the digital works into a plurality of dimensional vectors, limiting the multi-dimension to audio, video and text, fusing the comparison information of the plurality of dimensional vectors to generate contribution expression vectors of the digital works, and then carrying out weighted calculation on the contribution vectors of the digital works of the plurality of dimensions to obtain the contribution degree.
The image management system IDB is used for uploading the digital work certificate and the authorization data to a block chain based on the metadata structure and the block structure;
the user wallet calls an account address from the NFT digital work management platform and stores the account address as an exclusive Ethernet shop wallet of the user, and is used for managing the Ethernet shop encrypted digital assets of the user based on a rights and interests distribution mechanism of an intelligent contract;
and the DApp browser is used for visualizing the operation of the uplink block chain of the digital work.
The node centralized management and control system is used for managing and controlling a data storage layer, comprises all nodes on an NFT fragment chain and a certificate storage metadata base, and management and control contents are not limited to digital works, certificate storage metadata, digital work certificate storage identifiers, digital work NFT transaction and destruction and the like.
The protocol layer is provided with an NFT (network file transfer protocol) chain protocol and an intelligent contract;
the consensus layer is provided with node centralized control, cooperative alliance nodes and virtual machines: the virtual machine is used for testing the function of the protocol layer; the intelligent contract is used for issuing a system prearranged event;
the data storage layer is deployed with a plurality of NFT fragment chains on the block chain and a certificate storage metadata base, wherein the certificate storage metadata base is not limited to MSSQL, MYSQL and Crade.
Specifically, a user can obtain a user account address of an exclusive block chain by registering on a digital work APP or a digital work portal website. The method comprises the steps that a user logs in a user account which is exclusive to the user, self-made digital works are uploaded to an NFT digital work management platform, the NFT digital work management platform uploads the self-made digital works to a digital copyright protection system, the digital copyright protection system identifies and registers the digital works to be processed, the digital works are compared with a database which has copyright registration, the contribution degree and the difference point of the digital works intelligence achievement are identified through similarity comparison, the digital works are subjected to authorization operation according to the difference point and the NFT copyright authorization identification of the digital works is generated, and if the difference point does not exist, the NFT copyright identification is not generated through non-operation. Meanwhile, the NFT digital work management platform acquires user personal information from an account address of the uploaded digital work, packages and encrypts the digital work and the user personal information to generate evidence storage data, wherein the encryption algorithm adopts an SM3 algorithm, and generates a unique hash value as an evidence storage token through hash calculation. And matching the unique hash value with the exclusive account address of the user to generate a deposit certificate identifier. The NFT digital work management platform uploads the evidence storage data and the NFT copyright identification of the digital work to an image management system IDB, and the image management system IDB selects the contribution degree and the difference point of the intellectual achievement of the digital work, the copyright identification, the user personal information, the timestamp and the evidence storage identification token to be packaged and synthesized into digital work information TX and added into a metadata base on the basis of a metadata structure; and linking the user wallets based on the block link structure, casting the NFT digital work token, wherein the NFT digital work token has non-homogeneous token attributes and is taken as an NFT link node of the Ethernet workshop network and is managed and controlled by node centralized management and control.
According to the method, the digital works to be processed are obtained, contribution degree and difference points of the digital works are obtained, then the difference points are used for carrying out weight confirming operation on the digital works and generating weight confirming identification, and then the user information of the digital works is obtained and is generated according to the user information, the weight confirming identification of the digital works is obtained and then the digital works to be processed, the weight confirming identification and the evidence storing identification are uploaded to a block chain, and the contribution degree of the digital works, the difference points, the user information, the weight confirming identification and the evidence storing identification are stored in an evidence storing metadata base to be subjected to risk management and control. The method can be used for determining and storing the copyright of the digital works, and the contribution degree of the intellectual achievement of the digital works can be obtained by carrying out similarity analysis on the data works, so that evidence backup is provided for copyright division of the digital works.
Referring to fig. 4, a system for controlling copyright of digital works according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a first module 401, configured to obtain a digital work to be processed;
a second module 402, configured to obtain contribution and difference points of the digital work;
a third module 403, configured to perform a right-determining operation on the data work according to the distinguishing point and generate a right-determining identifier;
a fourth module 404, configured to obtain user information of the digital work;
a fifth module 405, configured to generate a certificate storing identifier of the digital work according to the user information;
a sixth module 406, configured to upload the digital work to be processed, the right-determining identifier, and the certificate-storing identifier to a block chain;
a seventh module 407, configured to store the contribution degree of the digital work, the difference point, the user information, the right-determining identifier, and the certificate-depositing identifier in a certificate-depositing metadata database for risk management and control.
The contents in the above method embodiments are all applicable to the present system embodiment, the functions specifically implemented by the present system embodiment are the same as those in the above method embodiment, and the beneficial effects achieved by the present system embodiment are also the same as those achieved by the above method embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wind control device for copyright of digital works, including:
at least one processor 301;
at least one memory 302 for storing at least one program;
the at least one program, when executed by the at least one processor 301, causes the at least one processor 301 to implement the method of managing copyrights in digital works shown in fig. 3.
The contents in the above method embodiments are all applicable to the present apparatus embodiment, the functions specifically implemented by the present apparatus embodiment are the same as those in the above method embodiments, and the advantageous effects achieved by the present apparatus embodiment are also the same as those achieved by the above method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a storage medium having stored therein processor-executable instructions, which when executed by a processor, are configured to implement a method for managing copyrights of digital works as shown in fig. 3.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for controlling the copyright of digital works in a wind way is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a digital work to be processed;
acquiring the contribution degree and the difference point of the digital work;
performing right confirming operation on the data works according to the distinguishing points and generating right confirming identifications;
acquiring user information of the digital work;
generating a deposit certificate identifier of the digital work according to the user information;
uploading the digital work to be processed, the right-confirming identification and the evidence-storing identification to a block chain;
and storing the contribution degree of the digital work, the distinguishing points, the user information, the right-confirming identification and the evidence-storing identification into an evidence-storing metadata base for risk management and control.
2. The method of wind control of copyright of digital works according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
generating a digital work token according to the contribution degree.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the uploading the digital work to be processed, the right-determining identifier, and the proof-of-deposit identifier to a blockchain specifically includes:
uploading the digital work to be processed to a blockchain through a decentralized application;
and uploading the right-confirming identification and the evidence-storing identification to a block chain through an image management system.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the contribution degree and the difference point of the digital work specifically comprises:
acquiring existing digital work data;
carrying out similarity comparison analysis on the digital work to be processed and the existing digital work data to generate multi-dimensional vector comparison information and difference points;
generating a multi-dimensional contribution vector according to the multi-dimensional vector comparison information;
and carrying out weighted calculation on the multi-dimensional contribution vector to obtain the contribution degree.
5. The method for controlling copyright of digital works according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the evidence storing identifier of the digital works according to the user information specifically comprises:
integrating the user information and the digital works, and encrypting the integrated data through a preset algorithm to generate a deposit certificate;
and associating the certificate storage with the user information to generate a certificate storage identifier.
6. The method for controlling copyright of digital works according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the user information of the digital works specifically comprises:
acquiring an account address for uploading the digital work;
and acquiring user information according to the account address.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the voucher metadata database comprises:
MSSQL, MYSQL, and Crade.
8. A system for the wind management of digital work copyrights, comprising:
the system comprises a first module, a second module and a third module, wherein the first module is used for acquiring a digital work to be processed;
a second module for obtaining contribution and difference points of the digital work;
the third module is used for performing right confirming operation on the data works according to the distinguishing points and generating right confirming identifications;
a fourth module for obtaining user information of the digital work;
a fifth module, configured to generate a certificate storing identifier of the digital work according to the user information;
a sixth module, configured to upload the digital work to be processed, the right-determining identifier, and the evidence-storing identifier to a block chain;
and the seventh module is used for storing the contribution degree of the digital work, the distinguishing points, the user information, the right-confirming identification and the evidence-storing identification into an evidence-storing metadata base for risk management and control.
9. A pneumatic control device for copyright of digital works, comprising:
at least one processor;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
when executed by the at least one processor, the at least one program causes the at least one processor to implement the method of curating a copyright for a digital work according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein processor-executable instructions, which when executed by a processor, are for implementing a method of curating a copyright of a digital work according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
