In the following embodiments, optional features and examples are provided in each embodiment at the same time, and the features described in the embodiments may be combined to form multiple alternatives, and each numbered embodiment should not be considered as only one technical solution.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The message processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for the condition that the logistics side system intercepts/releases orders before production according to the message sent by the commodity flow side system when the commodity flow side system is linked with the logistics side system. The method can be performed by a message processing device, which is implemented in software and/or hardware, preferably in a terminal device, for example in a logistics platform server of a logistics system.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for processing a message provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a logistics system, and may include the following steps:
s110, receiving an interception message or a release message of the order, and if the order message of the order is not received currently, caching the received interception message or release message through an order center.
In the embodiment of the invention, the business flow side system and the logistics side system can be linked through messages. The business flow side system can be considered as a system for supporting goods transaction service among terminals, and can comprise terminals such as an e-commerce platform server, a merchant client, a consumer client and the like. The logistics side system can be regarded as a system for supporting the cargo warehousing and transportation service, and can comprise a logistics platform server, all warehouse ends, a sorting center end, a distribution end, a station end and other terminals. The commodity circulation side system and the logistics side system can send order information of a commodity trade order (which can be simply called an order) to the logistics side system through linkage of the information, so that the logistics side system can produce according to the order information, such as warehouse goods allocation, logistics transportation and the like.
The business flow side system has the need of intercepting the order before production. For example, when a merchant client is heavily ordered due to pricing anomalies (e.g., over-priced goods), to avoid excessive losses, an intercept message may be initiated to suspend shipment of the goods.
In this embodiment, in order to support the implementation of the interception service, the business flow side system may send, in addition to the order message of the order to the logistics side system, a message such as an interception message and a release message of the order. If the commodity circulation side system sends an interception message to the commodity circulation side system, the commodity circulation side system can be considered to expect that the commodity circulation side system intercepts the order, namely, the order is not subjected to warehouse allocation production; if a release message is sent to the logistics side system, the business flow side system can be considered to expect the logistics side system to release the intercepted order, namely, the warehouse allocation production is started for the intercepted order. In addition, the business flow side system can send other messages, such as cancellation messages of orders, to the logistics side system for informing the logistics side system of canceling and deleting the received order messages, and the messages received by the logistics side system are not exhausted.
The logistics side system can receive the information sent by the business flow side system through the logistics platform server, and can conduct scheduling overall planning of orders through the logistics platform server. In some implementations, the logistics platform server may include, but is not limited to: order center and order fulfillment center (Order Fulfillment Center, OFC). The order center can be used for accepting various messages sent by the business flow side system; the OFC may be configured to schedule an order according to a message issued by the order center, for example, schedule an optimal delivery route of the order. The order center may directly receive the order message sent by the business flow side system, and for the interception message or the release message, etc. except for the order message, the order message may be sent to the order center after other modules of the physical flow side system perform preprocessing (for example, splitting processing). Wherein the splitting process may be considered as a process of distributing messages to different order processing centers.
For a certain order, the message generation stage usually generates an order message and generates a message such as an interception message, a release message and the like. Under the condition that an order center in the logistics side system receives an order message, the message received later can be directly issued to an OFC so as to execute processing operations such as order interception or release.
However, due to the influence of factors such as a network, there is a case where the receiving order and the generating order of each message are different, that is, there may be a case where the logistic side system receives the interception message and the release message first, but does not receive the order message. In this case, when the logistics side system determines that the order center does not receive the order message, the order center caches the received interception message or release message to a preset cache space. By caching the message, different processing can be performed according to the conditions of different cached messages when order information is issued, and normal execution of interception/release business can be ensured.
S120, determining a processing message from the cached interception message and/or release message when receiving the order message through the order center, and transmitting the processing message and the order message to the order performance center so as to intercept or release the order message according to the processing message through the order performance center.
In this embodiment, the order message may not need to be cached and may be received directly by the order center. When an order center receives an order message for an order, a cached message corresponding to the order may be looked up from the cache. In some implementations, the order message may carry an order identifier (e.g., an order number), and the intercept message and the clear message may also carry an order identifier; correspondingly, after receiving the order information, the order center can search whether the information carrying the order identifier exists in the cache space according to the order identifier carried by the order information. Furthermore, the order center can select the processing information which needs to be issued to the OFC from the cached information, so that the OFC can execute the processing such as interception or release of the order according to the processing information.
Fig. 2 is an exemplary schematic diagram of interaction of structural layers of a logistics system in a method for processing a message according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the structural layer shown in the drawing may be a structural layer of a logistics platform server in a logistics side system, and may include a preprocessing module, an order center and an OFC.
When the order center does not receive the order information of the order, the preprocessing module may preprocess (e.g. split) the received interception information/release information of the order, and then send the preprocessed information/release information to the order center for caching. The order center can cache the interception message/release message to a preset cache space. Wherein the order center may trigger a lookup of a message associated with the order from the cache space in response to a receipt event of the order message and determine to process the message accordingly. Further, the order center may issue the order message and the process message to the OFC to cause the OFC to perform the interception process or the release process.
In some alternative embodiments, if the order message of the order is not received currently, buffering the received interception message or release message by the order center includes: judging a target order center corresponding to the order based on the order receiving route of the order; and under the condition that the target order center does not receive the order information of the order, caching the received interception information or release information through the target order center.
The logistic side system may include at least one order center, for example, an order center that does not support intercepting services, and in this embodiment, an order center that supports intercepting services, that is, services of different orders may be processed by different order centers.
The preprocessing module can pre-store the corresponding relation between the order mark and the order receiving route; wherein the order taking route may be used to characterize an order center receiving the order. Correspondingly, the preprocessing module can determine the corresponding order receiving route with the order identification carried in the interception message/release message of the order according to the relation, and further determine the target order center for receiving the order.
After determining the target order center of the order, it may be determined whether an order message for the order was received in the target order center. And when the order information is not received, the received interception information/release information can be cached through the target order center, so that when the order information is received, the processing information issued to the OFC is determined according to the cached information condition, and the OFC can execute the processes of interception/release and the like.
In these alternative embodiments, a target order center for determining the order can be implemented, and upon determining that the target order center has not received an order message for the order, the received intercept/clear message is cached by the target order center.
According to the message processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the interception message or the release message of the order is received, and if the order message of the order is not received currently, the received interception message or release message is cached through the order center; when receiving the order information, the order center determines the processing information from the cached interception information and/or release information, and sends the processing information and the order information to the order performance center so as to intercept or release the order information according to the processing information through the order performance center.
By caching the interception message and/or the release message, and determining the processing message issued to the order fulfillment center according to the cached message when the order message is received, the method can realize the interception or release processing of the order message based on the processing message before the order fulfillment center performs bin allocation production on the order message.
The present embodiment describes in detail the determination step of processing a message on the basis of the above embodiment. For example, in some alternative implementations, the clear message may be generated based on the intercept message; accordingly, determining the processing message from the cached interception message and/or release message comprises: if the cached information is the interception information, the cached interception information is used as the processing information; if the cached information is a release information, the cached release information is used as a processing information; and if the cached information is the interception information and the release information, taking the cached release information as the processing information.
The release message is generated based on the interception message, and can be considered to be generated once in a stage before the bin allocation generation and generated once after the interception message is generated for the same order. Furthermore, the cancellation message may also be generated based on the intercept message.
Based on the generation logic of the information, after the logistics side system intercepts the order based on the interception information, if the cancellation information is further received, the order information can be deleted, so that order cancellation service is realized; and if the release message is further received, releasing the order to continue the track allocation. Therefore, before the warehouse allocation is generated, the order can be intercepted based on the interception information of the commodity circulation side system, and negotiation time is reserved for the follow-up processing of the order by the e-commerce platform side, the merchant and the consumer. And can delete the order based on the cancellation message of the business flow side system when the negotiation result is cancellation order; and when the negotiation result is that the order is not cancelled, releasing based on release information of the commodity flow side system so as to continue the warehouse allocation production.
However, in the process of receiving messages by the logistics-side system, the sequence of receiving messages cannot be guaranteed to be equal to the message generation sequence. In order to ensure normal execution of the service, when the cached information is any one of the interception information and the release information, the cached information is determined to be the processing information, so that the interception processing or the release processing of the order information based on the processing information can be realized. And, since the release message is generated based on the previous intercept message, that is, when the cached message is both the intercept message and the release message, the order can be considered to have been confirmed as released. At this time, the processing information is determined to be the release information, so that the determined release information can be ensured to be normally released at the order fulfillment center, and the condition that the order is always intercepted due to the influence of the interception information on the order fulfillment center is avoided.
The present embodiment further describes in detail the determination step of processing the message on the basis of the above embodiment. For example, in some alternative implementations, the received intercept message may be generated for the business flow side system based on a delete order message or a risk order prompt message; the message processing method may further include: setting a processing identifier according to the processing message through an order center, and returning the processing identifier to a business flow side system; if the processing information is the interception information, the processing identifier is set to be successfully intercepted; if the processing message is a release message, the processing identifier is set to be release successful.
Wherein the delete order message may be generated by a merchant client or a consumer client. The risk order prompt message may be generated by the e-commerce platform server based on a pre-trained risk prediction model. The risk prediction model can be used for predicting prompts of malicious consumption behaviors such as a bill, and can generate deleting information of the order when the predicted order accords with the malicious consumption behaviors. The business flow side system can generate an interception message of the order according to the order deleting message or the risk order prompting message so as to intercept the order and process the order conveniently.
Wherein the processing identifier may characterize the current processing state of the order and may include, but is not limited to, intercept success and release success. The successful interception can be used for indicating that the order is in an interception state and the warehouse matching production is not performed; the successful release can be used for indicating that the order is in a release state and can be used for normal warehouse matching production.
In these alternative implementations, the processing identifier is set according to the processing message and returned to the business flow side system, so that the business flow side user can be notified of the processing condition of the current order, and the user experience can be improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the method for processing a message may further include: and receiving a release message of the order, and if the order message of the order is received currently and the interception message of the order is not received, directly transmitting the order message to an order performance center through the order center so as to release the order message through the order performance center.
In these alternative embodiments, in the case where the order center receives the order message first, the intercept message/release message received later may be directly issued to the OFC to perform the processing operations such as the intercept/release of the order. And if the release message is received first and the interception message is not received yet, the order message can be directly sent to the OFC without issuing the processing message, so that the OFC can directly execute the release operation without perceiving the operation of firstly intercepting and then releasing the order, and the processing logic of the OFC can be simplified to a certain extent. In addition, in the solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention, when the processing message is a release message, the order message may also be directly issued to the OFC, without issuing the release message.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of an order center in a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, after receiving an order message of an order, the order center may trigger retrieval of a cache message corresponding to the order from the cache center. If the cached information is the interception information, the cached interception information can be used as a processing information, the interception information and the order information can be issued to the OFC, and the processing identifier can be set as successful interception; if the cached information is a release information, the cached release information is used as a processing information, the order information can be issued to the OFC, and the processing identifier can be set as release success; if the cached information is the interception information and the release information, the cached release information is used as the processing information, the order information can be issued to the OFC, and the processing identifier can be set as release success. In addition, the order center in fig. 3 may delete the cached information related to the order after determining to process the information, so as to reduce the occupation of the cache resource to a certain extent.
On the basis of the embodiment, the embodiment of the invention describes the determining step of the processing information and the setting step of the processing identification in detail. By determining the cached message as the processing message when the cached message is any one of the interception message and the release message, the interception processing or the release processing of the order message based on the processing message can be realized. When the cached information is the interception information and the release information, the processing information is determined to be the release information, so that the influence of the interception information on the order performance center can be avoided, and the condition that the order is always intercepted is caused. The processing identification is set according to the processing information and returned to the business flow side system, so that the business flow side user can be informed of the processing condition of the current order, and the user experience can be improved.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention and the method for processing a message provided by the foregoing embodiment belong to the same inventive concept, and technical details not described in detail in the present embodiment can be referred to the foregoing embodiment, and the present embodiment has the same beneficial effects as the foregoing embodiment.
The embodiment optimizes the strategy of caching the message based on the embodiment. For example, in some alternative implementations, an interception message or a release message of the order is received, and if the order message of the order is not received currently, the received interception message or release message is cached by the order center, including: receiving an interception message or a release message of an order, and if the order message of the order is not received currently and the currently cached message is empty, caching the received interception message or release message through an order center; or receiving release information of the order, and if the order information of the order is not received currently and the information cached currently is interception information, replacing the cached interception information with the received release information through the order center; or receiving an interception message of the order, and stopping caching the received interception message through the order center if the order message of the order is not received currently and the currently cached message is a release message.
When receiving the interception message or the release message of the order, the logistics side system can determine whether the order message of the order is received currently through the order center. If not, the condition of the currently cached message can be further determined through the order center. Furthermore, the corresponding message caching step can be performed according to the current cached message condition and the strategy of caching only one message.
According to the current cached information condition and the strategy of caching only one information, the corresponding information caching can be performed by: if the currently cached information is empty, the currently received interception information or release information can be cached; if the currently cached message is an interception message, the received release message can be used for replacing the interception message, for example, the cached interception message is deleted, and the release message is cached; if the current cached information is a release information, the received interception information is not cached.
It will be appreciated that when the cached message is empty, the order center may cache the currently received message; when the cached message is not empty, the order center can replace the interception message with the release message, and can not replace the release message with the interception message. By only caching one message in the order center for a certain order, the occupation of the cache space of the order center can be reduced to a certain extent, and therefore storage resources can be saved.
Referring again to fig. 3, if the caching policy provided in this embodiment is added, the case that the cached message is the interception message and the release message in fig. 3 will not occur, so that the determining step of processing the message can be simplified to a certain extent.
Based on the embodiment, the embodiment of the invention optimizes the strategy of caching the message. By only caching one message in the order center for a certain order, the occupation of the cache space of the order center can be reduced to a certain extent, and therefore storage resources can be saved.
The present embodiment optimizes the issuing step of processing the message on the basis of the above embodiment. The order center can temporarily not issue the order message to the OFC when the message is processed as the interception message; and when the release message is further received, the order message is issued to the OFC. Therefore, the interception function can be handed over to the order center for charge, the OFC only needs to carry out warehouse allocation scheduling overall planning when receiving the order information, and the function decoupling between the order center and the OFC can be realized, so that the realization of the subsequent service modularization expansion and segmentation is facilitated.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the method for processing a message provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s410, receiving an interception message or a release message of the order, and if the order message of the order is not received currently, caching the received interception message or release message through an order center.
S420, determining processing information from the cached interception information and/or release information when receiving the order information through the order center.
If the processing message is the interception message, in response to the receiving event of the release message, the processing message is updated to the release message, and the process goes to S440.
S432, if the processing message is a release message, jumping to S440.
S440, issuing the release message and the order message to the order fulfillment center so that the order fulfillment center can perform release processing on the order message according to the release message.
In this embodiment, when the identification processing message is a release message, the release message and the order message may be issued to the order fulfillment center, so that the order fulfillment center performs release processing on the order message according to the release message. When the processing message is identified as the interception message, the order center can control the order message to be temporarily not issued to the OFC. When receiving the release message of the order, the method can carry out updating operation of processing message and processing identifier; and then the release message and the order message can be issued to the order fulfillment center, so that the order fulfillment center can perform release processing on the order message according to the release message, and the processing identification is returned to the business flow side system so as to inform that the order is released.
Referring again to fig. 3, if the processing scheme of the functionally decoupled message provided in this embodiment is executed, the case of issuing the intercepted message to the OFC in fig. 3 will not occur. And when the processing message is a release message, the release message can not be issued to the OFC, so that the condition of issuing the processing message to the OFC can not occur, and the processing logic of the OFC is simplified to a certain extent.
Based on the embodiment, the embodiment of the invention optimizes the issuing step of the processing message.
