Background
In order to protect legal rights of consumers and merchants, the merchants adopt various anti-counterfeiting means to carry out anti-counterfeiting marking on the commodities, at present, the anti-counterfeiting label is a type of self-adhesive products, can be adhered, printed and transferred on the surface of a target object, or on the packaging of the target object, or on the accessories of the target object (such as commodity hanging cards, business cards and anti-counterfeiting cards) and plays a role in anti-counterfeiting.
The holographic anti-counterfeiting label is one type of anti-counterfeiting label, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the composition of a common holographic anti-counterfeiting label, and referring to fig. 1, the holographic anti-counterfeiting label generally comprises a base film layer 1, an anti-counterfeiting pattern layer 2, a holographic color layer 3, a plating layer 4 and an adhesive layer 5, and the anti-counterfeiting pattern is displayed after the base film layer 1 is torn off.
At present, the color of the holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film is determined by the color of dye added by a holographic color layer, and the color development is single; the holographic anti-counterfeiting mark is easy to imitate, so that the situation that the anti-counterfeiting mark cannot be anti-counterfeiting is caused, and the real anti-counterfeiting effect cannot be exerted.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at least one defect or improvement requirement of the prior art, the invention provides a colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the conventional holographic anti-counterfeiting label has single color, is easy to imitate and has poor anti-counterfeiting effect.

the first holographic color layer is attached to the surface of the base film layer and is provided with a local hollowed-out structure; the non-hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer presents a second preset color;
the second holographic color layer is arranged between the first holographic color layer and the coating film layer, and the second holographic color layer is partially filled in the hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer and is contacted with the base film layer; the second holographic color layer presents a third predetermined color;
one side of the first holographic color layer and one side of the second holographic color layer, which are close to the coating layer, are provided with microstructures capable of displaying holographic patterns under the action of the coating layer;
the colors presented by the base film layer, the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are overlapped, so that the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays different colors before and after the base film layer is uncovered.
Preferably, any two colors of the first predetermined color, the second predetermined color and the third predetermined color of the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film may be the same or different.
Preferably, when the base film layer is not uncovered, the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film displays a first color generated by overlapping the first preset color and the third preset color, and a second color generated by overlapping the first preset color, the second preset color and the third preset color.

s1, providing a base film layer capable of presenting a first preset color, and forming a first holographic color layer which is partially hollowed out on the surface of the base film layer; the non-hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer presents a second preset color;
s2, coating a second holographic color layer capable of presenting a third preset color on the surface of the first holographic color layer, wherein the second holographic color layer is partially filled in a hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer and is contacted with the base film layer;
s3, forming a microstructure on the surface of the second holographic color layer in a mould pressing mode;
s4, forming a coating layer on the surface of the second holographic color layer, and forming and displaying holographic patterns by the microstructure under the action of the coating layer;
s5, forming a self-adhesive layer on the surface of the coating layer.
In general, the above technical solutions conceived by the present invention, compared with the prior art, enable the following beneficial effects to be obtained:
(1) According to the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film and the preparation method thereof, the base film layer of the holographic anti-counterfeiting label film can present a first preset color; the anti-counterfeiting pattern layer is provided with a first holographic color layer and a second holographic color layer; the first holographic color layer is attached to the surface of the base film layer and is provided with a local hollowed-out structure, and the non-hollowed-out area presents a second preset color; the second holographic color layer is partially filled in the hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer and is contacted with the base film layer, and the second holographic color layer presents a third preset color; based on the structure, the colors presented by the base film layer, the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are overlapped, so that the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays different colors before and after the base film layer is uncovered. The holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film has a colorful color-spreading effect through the special color-spreading structure, so that the anti-counterfeiting strength of the product is improved, and the imitation difficulty is greatly improved.

Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a multicolor holographic anti-counterfeit label film provided in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeit label film includes a base film layer 101, an anti-counterfeit pattern layer 102, a coating film layer 103 and an adhesive layer 104 which are sequentially stacked.
The base film layer 101 can be made of various conventional film materials suitable for processing laser holographic patterns, such as a PET biaxially oriented film, and is a supporting structure of the whole multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film, and the whole multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film is covered and protected. Generally, the base film layer 101 is a transparent colored structure so as to obtain information content in other layer structures of the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film through the layer structure. In the present embodiment, the base film layer 101 presents a first predetermined color a, that is, the individual base film layers 101 have a first predetermined color a that can be perceived by human eyes, and the specific color type of the first predetermined color a is not particularly limited.

The second holographic color layer 106 is arranged between the first holographic color layer 105 and the coating film layer 103, and the second holographic color layer 106 is partially filled in the hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer 105 and contacts with the base film layer 101; the second holographic color layer 106 exhibits a third predetermined color C; i.e. the separate second holographic color layer 106 has a third predetermined color C which is perceivable by the human eye, again, the specific color type of the third predetermined color C is not particularly limited.
The second holographic color layer 106 is provided with one or more microstructures capable of forming a holographic pattern with an anti-counterfeiting effect, and the microstructures can be only arranged on one side surface of the second holographic color layer 106 close to the coating layer 103, or can penetrate through the whole second holographic color layer 106, and even the microstructures are formed on one side surface of the first holographic color layer 105, which is in contact with the second holographic color layer 106. Under the action of the film coating layer 103, the microstructure can present monochromatic, dynamic, homotopic and heteromorphic images based on diffraction, depth, holographic lenses, purple light, holographic patterns based on visual effects such as reflection cat eye, platinum relief, zero-order diffraction, nano optics and the like, and form certain information expression. The main function of the coating layer 103 is to prevent light from completely passing through, and when the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film is in use, after light is incident, reflection is formed at the interface between the coating layer 103 and the microstructure of the second holographic color layer 106, so that holographic patterns can be displayed. The coating layer 103 can be a metal aluminum layer or a dielectric layer, and the metal aluminum layer and the dielectric layer can be prepared by vacuum evaporation. When a metallic aluminum layer is used, the aluminum value thickness is 300-500 AI. The dielectric layer is selected from one or more of zinc sulfide, magnesium fluoride, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide, and the light transmittance of the dielectric layer is 60-80%. In this example, the peeling force between the first holographic color layer 105 and the base film layer 101 is small, when the base film layer 101 is uncovered, the contact surface between the base film layer 101 and the first holographic color layer 105 is completely separated, and the first holographic color layer 105 is left on the package surface; the peeling force between the second holographic color layer 106 and the base film layer 101 is larger, when the base film layer 101 is peeled off, the contact surface between the base film layer 101 and the second holographic color layer 106 cannot be completely separated, and the second holographic color layer 106 (except for being positioned below the first holographic color layer 105) is peeled off together with the base film layer 101; the second holographic color layer 106 is removed along with the base film layer 101 to produce a regular reveal effect.
At this time, a part of the second holographic color layer 106 remains on the base film layer 101, and the uncovered part develops a first predetermined color a of the base film layer 101 itself, and a first color D generated by overlapping the first predetermined color a with a third predetermined color C; and the part left on the surface of the package develops a third color E generated after the second predetermined color B is overlapped with the third predetermined color C, that is, the third color E generated by overlapping the first holographic color layer 105 with the second holographic color layer 106 located below the first holographic color layer 105.
In a specific example, the main component of the first holographic color layer 105 is a transfer coating, that is, the transfer coating is coated on the surface of the base film layer 101, and the first holographic color layer 105 is formed after drying; the peeling force between the first holographic color layer 105 and the base film layer 101 is less than or equal to 0.3N, when the base film layer 101 is uncovered, the contact surface between the first holographic color layer 105 and the base film layer 101 can be completely separated, and the first holographic color layer 105 is left on the surface of the package.
The main component of the second holographic color layer 106 is composite paint, namely, the composite paint is coated on the surface of the first holographic color layer 105 and inside the hollowed-out structure, and the second holographic color layer 106 is formed after drying; the peeling force between the second holographic color layer 106 and the base film layer 101 is not less than 3N, when the base film layer 101 is peeled off, the contact surface between the second holographic color layer 106 and the base film layer 101 is not completely separated, and the second holographic color layer 106 is peeled off together with the base film layer 101.
2. In this example, the peeling force between the first holographic color layer 105 and the base film layer 101 is large, and when the base film layer 101 is peeled off, the contact surface between the base film layer 101 and the first holographic color layer 105 is not completely separated, and the first holographic color layer 105 is peeled off together with the base film layer 101; the peeling force between the second holographic color layer 106 and the base film layer 101 is smaller, when the base film layer 101 is uncovered, the contact surface between the base film layer 101 and the second holographic color layer 106 is completely separated, and the second holographic color layer 106 is left on the surface of the package; since the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106 are both color layers and are firmly combined, the first holographic color layer 105 takes away part of the second holographic color layer 106; the first holographic color layer 105 and a portion of the second holographic color layer 106 are removed along with the base film layer 101 to produce a regular reveal effect.
At this time, the first holographic color layer 105 and part of the second holographic color layer 106 remain on the base film layer 101, and the uncovered part develops a first predetermined color a of the base film layer 101 itself, and a second color F generated by overlapping the base film layer 101, the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106; the portion left on the surface of the package develops a third predetermined color C of the second holographic color layer 106 itself.
In a specific example, the main component of the first holographic color layer 105 is a composite coating, that is, the composite coating is coated on the surface of the base film layer 101, and the first holographic color layer 105 is formed after drying; the peeling force between the first holographic color layer 105 and the base film layer 101 is not less than 3N, when the base film layer 101 is peeled off, the contact surface between the first holographic color layer 105 and the base film layer 101 is not completely separated, and the first holographic color layer 105 is peeled off together with the base film layer 101.
The main component of the second holographic color layer 106 is a transfer coating, namely, the transfer coating is coated on the surface of the first holographic color layer 105 and inside the hollowed-out structure, and the second holographic color layer 106 is formed after drying; the peeling force between the second holographic color layer 106 and the base film layer 101 is less than or equal to 0.3N, when the base film layer 101 is uncovered, the contact surface between the second holographic color layer 106 and the base film layer 101 can be completely separated, and the second holographic color layer 106 is left on the surface of the package.
3. The contact surfaces of the base film layer, the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are completely separated, a part of the surface area of the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film displays a third preset color, and the other part of the surface area displays the third color generated after the second preset color and the third preset color are overlapped.
In this example, the peeling force between the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106 and the base film layer 101 is smaller, when the base film layer 101 is uncovered, the contact surfaces of the base film layer 101 and the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106 are completely separated, and at this time, the marking film has no regular disclosure effect, but still has a colorful peeling disposable effect.
At this time, the base film layer 101 is completely separated from the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106, the uncovered part of the color is the first predetermined color a of the base film layer 101 itself, the part of the area left on the surface of the package is the first predetermined color C of the second holographic color layer 106 itself, and the rest of the area is the third color E after the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106 are superimposed.
In a specific example, the main components of the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106 are transfer paint, so that the peeling force between the main components and the base film layer 101 is equivalent, and when the base film layer 101 is uncovered, the contact surfaces of the base film layer 101 and the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106 are completely separated.
In this embodiment, the thicknesses of the first holographic color layer 105 and the second holographic color layer 106 are 1 to 2 μm. The transfer coating and the composite coating can be mature products in the market, such as products of BH-12, FL-7104B or BS-01 of Vicat photoelectricity.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film, referring to fig. 3, the preparation process comprises the following steps:
s1, providing a base film layer 101 capable of presenting a first preset color A, and forming a first holographic color layer 105 which is partially hollowed out on the surface of the base film layer 101; the non-hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer 105 presents a second preset color B;
the base film layer 101 is made of a transparent film material suitable for processing a hologram pattern.
In this example, a transfer coating or a composite coating with a second predetermined color B is coated on the base film layer 101 by using a pattern-text or stripe-type anilox roller, and then the first holographic color layer 102 is formed by drying, and the first holographic color layer 102 has a partially hollowed-out structure.
S2, coating a second holographic color layer 106 capable of presenting a third preset color on the surface of the first holographic color layer 105, wherein the second holographic color layer 106 is partially filled in a hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer 105 and is contacted with the base film layer;
in this example, a full-width anilox roller is used to coat a transfer coating or a composite coating with a third predetermined color C on the surface of the first holographic color layer 105, and the second holographic color layer 106 is formed by drying, and part of the second holographic color layer 106 is filled in the hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer 105 and contacts with the base film layer 101.
S3, forming a microstructure on the surface of the second holographic color layer 106 in a mould pressing mode;
s4, forming a coating layer on the surface of the second holographic color layer 106, and forming and displaying holographic patterns by the microstructure under the action of the coating layer;
in this example, a film coating layer with a certain thickness is formed on the surface of the second holographic color layer 106 by adopting a vacuum evaporation method, the film coating layer is a metal aluminum layer with an aluminum value thickness of 300-500 AI, or a dielectric layer with a light transmittance of 60-80%, and the dielectric layer is one or more of zinc sulfide, magnesium fluoride, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide.
S5, forming a self-adhesive layer on the surface of the coating layer.
In this example, a self-adhesive layer 104 is formed by coating self-adhesive on the plating layer 103; and compounding silicone paper on the surface of the adhesive layer 104 to obtain the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention, but any modifications, equivalents, improvements or alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
Claims (7)
1. The colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film comprises a base film layer, an anti-counterfeiting pattern layer, a coating film layer and an adhesive sticker layer which are sequentially stacked, and is characterized in that the anti-counterfeiting pattern layer comprises a first holographic color layer and a second holographic color layer; wherein,
a base film layer exhibiting a first predetermined color;
the first holographic color layer is attached to the surface of the base film layer and is provided with a local hollowed-out structure; the non-hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer presents a second preset color;
the second holographic color layer is arranged between the first holographic color layer and the coating film layer, and the second holographic color layer is partially filled in the hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer and is contacted with the base film layer; the second holographic color layer presents a third preset color, and one side of the second holographic color layer, which is close to the coating layer, is provided with a microstructure capable of displaying holographic patterns under the action of the coating layer;
the base film layer, the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are transparent and colored structural layers, and the colors respectively presented are overlapped, so that the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays different colors before and after the base film layer is uncovered;
controlling the stripping force between each of the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer and the base film layer through components of the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer;
when the base film layer is uncovered, the method comprises the following steps:
the contact surface of the base film layer and the first holographic color layer is completely separated, and the contact surface of the base film layer and the second holographic color layer is not completely separated, and the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays a third color generated after the superposition of a second preset color and a third preset color;
the contact surface of the base film layer and the first holographic color layer is not completely separated, and the contact surface of the base film layer and the second holographic color layer is completely separated, and the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays a third preset color;
the contact surfaces of the base film layer, the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are completely separated, part of the surface area of the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film displays a third preset color, and other part of the surface area displays the third color generated after the second preset color and the third preset color are overlapped.
2. The multi-color holographic security label film of claim 1, in which any two of the first predetermined color, the second predetermined color, and the third predetermined color are the same or different.
3. The multi-color holographic anti-counterfeiting label film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the multi-color holographic anti-counterfeiting label film displays a first color generated by overlapping a first predetermined color and a third predetermined color and a second color generated by overlapping the first predetermined color, the second predetermined color and the third predetermined color when the base film layer is not uncovered.
4. The multi-color holographic anti-counterfeiting label film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the components of the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are transfer paint or composite paint.
5. The multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickness of the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer is 1-2 μm.
6. The multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting label film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the coating layer is a metal aluminum layer or a dielectric layer;
the aluminum value thickness of the metal aluminum layer is 300-500 angstroms;
the dielectric layer is selected from one or more of zinc sulfide, magnesium fluoride, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide, and the light transmittance of the dielectric layer is 60-80%.
7. The preparation method of the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, providing a base film layer capable of presenting a first preset color, and forming a first holographic color layer which is partially hollowed out on the surface of the base film layer; the non-hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer presents a second preset color;
s2, coating a second holographic color layer capable of presenting a third preset color on the surface of the first holographic color layer, wherein the second holographic color layer is partially filled in a hollowed-out area of the first holographic color layer and is contacted with the base film layer;
the base film layer, the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are transparent and colored structural layers;
s3, forming a microstructure on the surface of the second holographic color layer in a mould pressing mode;
s4, forming a coating layer on the surface of the second holographic color layer, and forming and displaying holographic patterns by the microstructure under the action of the coating layer;
s5, forming a self-adhesive layer on the surface of the coating layer;
the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays different colors before and after the base film layer is uncovered;
controlling the stripping force between each of the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer and the base film layer through components of the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer;
when the base film layer is uncovered, the method comprises the following steps:
the contact surface of the base film layer and the first holographic color layer is completely separated, and the contact surface of the base film layer and the second holographic color layer is not completely separated, and the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays a third color generated after the superposition of a second preset color and a third preset color;
the contact surface of the base film layer and the first holographic color layer is not completely separated, and the contact surface of the base film layer and the second holographic color layer is completely separated, and the multicolor holographic anti-counterfeiting mark film displays a third preset color;
the contact surfaces of the base film layer, the first holographic color layer and the second holographic color layer are completely separated, part of the surface area of the colorful holographic anti-counterfeiting label film displays a third preset color, and other part of the surface area displays the third color generated after the second preset color and the third preset color are overlapped.
