The embodiment of the application provides a folding screen disinfection method, and a structure capable of emitting ultraviolet rays is arranged on a foldable terminal so as to realize ultraviolet ray disinfection of a screen without an additional disinfection tool.
Hereinafter, the folded screen sterilizing method, the sterilizing apparatus, the storage medium, and the foldable terminal will be described in detail, respectively.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a foldable terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the foldable terminal 100 may be a foldable mobile phone or a foldable tablet computer, and is folded and unfolded by a manner of arranging a foldable screen in combination with a rotating device.
Generally, the rotation means on the foldable terminal 100 is disposed at a middle position of the foldable screen, i.e., a position of a connection line at a midpoint position of both long sides of the foldable terminal 100, such that both ends of the connection line are respectively connected to the midpoint position of both long sides of the foldable terminal 100 after the foldable terminal 100 is folded.
In the embodiment of the present application, the foldable terminal 100 is provided with the foldable screen 10, the ultraviolet lamp 20 and the light barrier 30, the foldable screen 10 has the functions of display and touch control, and the foldable screen 10 can be folded and unfolded, the ultraviolet lamp 20 is used for realizing sterilization and disinfection of the foldable screen 10, the light barrier 30 is used for realizing the range of limiting the light of the ultraviolet lamp 20 to enter the external environment, so as to ensure that the human body is not affected while ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection are performed.
The foldable terminal 100 includes a first side (not shown) and a second side (not shown), where the first side and the second side are parallel to each other, and optionally, the first side and the second side may be two sides of the foldable terminal 100 located in a vertical direction, and the first side and the second side may also be two sides of the foldable terminal 100 located in a horizontal direction.
The ultraviolet lamp 20 is disposed on a side of the foldable terminal 100, and may be disposed on a side of a bottom of the foldable terminal 100, or may be disposed on a side corresponding to the first side, and after the ultraviolet lamp 20 emits light, a large amount of light is emitted toward a middle of the foldable screen 10, thereby achieving the purpose of sterilizing the foldable screen 10.
Here, the position of the uv lamp 20 is not limited as long as it is satisfied that the light thereof is mainly emitted in the direction of the folding screen 10.
The light barrier 30 is disposed on the first side edge, and the connection manner may be a fixed connection, or a movable connection such as a snap connection, and herein, the assembly manner of the light barrier 30 and the side edge of the foldable terminal 100 is not limited.
Although a large amount of light is emitted toward the folding screen 10 after the light of the ultraviolet lamp 20 is emitted, a portion of the light overflows the folding screen 10 due to the scattering effect of the light, and thus, the light blocking plate 30 is required to be provided to limit the portion of the light.
Alternatively, in order to ensure the limiting effect on the ultraviolet rays, after the light-blocking panel 30 is assembled with the first side edge, it should partially protrude from the first side edge, and the protruding direction thereof should be the same as the folding direction of the foldable terminal 100, so that after the foldable screen 10 is folded, the second side edge can come into contact with the light-blocking panel 30, thereby enabling the light-blocking panel 30 to block the gap between the two side edges of the folded foldable screen 10 and limiting the ultraviolet rays from overflowing from the gap.
Alternatively, in order to better limit the overflow of light, the light-blocking panel 30 is disposed on three sides of the foldable terminal 100, the three sides are a first horizontal side and a second horizontal side in the horizontal direction, and a vertical side in the vertical direction, respectively, and the length of the light-blocking panel 30 on the first horizontal side and the second horizontal side is less than or equal to 1/2 of the length of the side, and the length of the light-blocking panel 30 on the vertical side is equal to or close to the length of the side.
When disinfecting, folding screen 10 is fold condition, and folding department itself of folding screen 10 under fold condition has the effect that restriction light spills over, and the space can appear in only three side, lights when ultraviolet lamp 20, and the barn door 30 of three side shelters from the ultraviolet ray, avoids light to spill over from the space for it is better to shelter from the effect.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for disinfecting a folding screen according to an embodiment of the present application, the method including the following steps:
101. and acquiring the folding angle of the folding screen.
In the embodiment of this application, in order to avoid causing the influence to the human body when realizing the ultraviolet sterilization disinfection, just can carry out the ultraviolet sterilization disinfection when setting up to folding screen is folding.
Then, when the user needs to disinfect the folding screen, the folding screen needs to be folded, so that the foldable terminal presents a folding state, then the folding angle of the folding screen is obtained, and subsequent steps are carried out according to the size of the folding angle.
It should be understood that the folding angle is a bending angle of a side of the folding screen of the foldable terminal, for example, an angle between the folding screen folded into two parts when the foldable terminal is folded.
102. And judging whether the folding angle is smaller than or equal to a preset angle or not, finishing when the folding angle is larger than the preset angle, and executing the subsequent step 103 when the folding angle is smaller than or equal to the preset angle.
When ultraviolet ray sand tools need to be disinfected, the foldable terminal is folded to obtain a folding angle, and the size of the folding angle is judged to obtain a result of whether to continue to operate or not.
In the embodiment of the application, the subsequent work can be started only when the folding angle reaches the preset angle, otherwise, the process is ended.
The preset angle can be set to 0 degree, namely, when the folding screen is folded to be in a state that two parts are parallel to each other, of course, due to the deviation of process design and the precision problem of product manufacturing, an included angle is formed between the screens of the two parts after folding, for example, the preset angle can be set to 8 degrees, when the folding angle reaches 8 degrees or is smaller than 8 degrees, subsequent work can be triggered, and otherwise, the process is ended.
103. And judging whether the second side edge is in contact with the light barrier, finishing when the second side edge is not in contact with the light barrier, and executing step 104 when the second side edge is in contact with the light barrier.
Because set up the barn door on the first side parallel with the second side, after judging that folding angle is less than or equal to and predetermines the angle, judge whether the second side contacts with the barn door, judge whether the barn door can shelter from the space between the two parts screens after folding in fact, reduce the sterile in-process light of ultraviolet sterilization and spill over, perhaps, avoid the sterile in-process light of ultraviolet sterilization to spill over.
After the folding angle is judged to be smaller than or equal to the preset angle and the second side edge is contacted with the light barrier, ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection can be carried out.
104. And controlling the ultraviolet lamp to start.
After meeting the conditions required to be met by sterilization and disinfection, the foldable terminal controls the ultraviolet lamp to start the lamp, so that ultraviolet rays are emitted to realize sterilization and disinfection of the foldable screen.
Optionally, in some embodiments, before acquiring the folding angle of the folding screen, the method further includes: and receiving a disinfection instruction input by touch, judging whether a disinfection mechanism of the foldable terminal is started or not, ending when the disinfection mechanism is not started, and acquiring the folding angle of the folding screen when the disinfection mechanism is started.
Set up the disinfection mechanism in collapsible terminal, realize control through the mode that the virtual button of touch-control was transferred, when the user need carry out the disinfection of ultraviolet sterilization to the folding screen, touch input disinfection instruction, the virtual button that touch control corresponds promptly to, and, start the disinfection mechanism to realize disinfecting, then, after accomplishing the disinfection of disinfecting, close the disinfection mechanism, and touch control closes the disinfection.
In the design of the foldable terminal, the foldable screen is usually set to be closed and not displayed after being folded so as to control the working state of the foldable screen, so that a disinfection mechanism and corresponding virtual keys are set for control in order to distinguish, and the problem that the foldable terminal has disordered functions is avoided.
For example, a disinfection mechanism and a disinfection mechanism control button are arranged in the foldable terminal, and when a user needs to sterilize and disinfect the foldable screen, the user touches and clicks the control button to start the disinfection mechanism.
Generally, the foldable terminal is provided with volume keys, including a volume up key and a volume down key, which are physical keys, and the control is realized by pressing with external force, and the continuous and simultaneous pressing of the volume keys can be set to trigger the disinfection mechanism.
Optionally, after the disinfection mechanism is started, the folding screen displays disinfection duration selection information, the information includes a plurality of selection keys, and the disinfection duration is determined by the input selection keys.
For example, after the disinfection mechanism is started, the folding screen displays disinfection duration selection information, the information includes a first selection key, a second selection key and a third selection key, the first selection key corresponds to 10 seconds, the second selection key corresponds to 20 seconds, the third selection key corresponds to 30 seconds, and if the user selects the first selection key for click input, the disinfection duration is 10 seconds.
Correspondingly, the disinfection time can be calculated from the moment when the ultraviolet lamp is started, and can also be calculated from one second after the ultraviolet lamp is started.
Optionally, in some embodiments, after the second side edge is in contact with the light barrier, the method further includes: collecting front image information, identifying and judging whether the front image information contains face image information, finishing when the face image information exists, and controlling the ultraviolet lamp to start when the face image information does not exist.
The foldable terminal is provided with an image acquisition structure, the image acquisition structure comprises a camera, the image acquisition structure acquires a front image of the foldable terminal, and the front image is identified and judged to have face image information, namely, whether a person is in front of the foldable terminal is acquired, so that the ultraviolet lamp is controlled to be started or not according to a judgment result.
To better realize image acquisition, the image acquisition structure can be arranged on the back of the foldable terminal, because the foldable terminal can be sterilized by ultraviolet light only after being folded, and after the foldable terminal is folded, a user can observe the back of the foldable terminal, and the front foldable screen cannot be viewed.
Of course, the front image may be collected by combining with a rear camera of the foldable terminal, and the setting position of the image collecting device is not limited herein.
Optionally, in some embodiments, after the second side edge contacts the light barrier, the method further includes: collecting front image information, identifying and judging whether face image information exists in the front image information, controlling an ultraviolet lamp to start when the face image information does not exist, calculating the actual distance between a face corresponding to the face image information and a folding screen when the face image information exists, judging whether the actual distance is greater than a preset distance, controlling the ultraviolet lamp to start when the actual distance is greater than the preset distance, and ending when the actual distance is less than the preset distance.
An image acquisition structure is arranged on the foldable terminal to obtain a front image, and whether human face image information exists or not is identified according to the front image, so that whether a person exists in front of the foldable terminal or not is judged.
When the foldable terminal is judged to be occupied, the distance between the human face and the foldable screen is measured and calculated, the distance is the actual distance between the human face and the foldable screen, the actual distance is compared with a preset distance value preset by a system, and whether sterilization or process ending is carried out is controlled according to a comparison result.
Because the face information is the face information of the human body, the eye parts on the face of the human body are easily influenced by ultraviolet rays, the actual distance is calculated after people are identified in front of the foldable terminal, and the safety distance of the eyes of the user is actually calculated during disinfection.
On the basis of the existing manufacturing technology and precision requirements, people pursue the beauty and ultrathin appearance of the foldable terminal, and the limitation of the manufacturing cost is added, so that the problem that light rays overflow exists in the final foldable terminal, namely, when the foldable terminal is sterilized, part of the light rays overflow, and ultraviolet light has certain adverse effect on human bodies, particularly human eyes, therefore, in order to avoid the influence of the overflowing ultraviolet light, the actual distance is calculated and compared with the preset distance, so that the sterilization is carried out within the safe distance from the eyes of users, or the sterilization is carried out within the safe distance from the faces of the human bodies.
Optionally, in some embodiments, after the second side edge is in contact with the light barrier, the method further includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the actual electric quantity of the foldable terminal, judging whether the actual electric quantity is lower than the preset electric quantity or not, finishing when the actual electric quantity is lower than the preset electric quantity, and controlling the ultraviolet lamp to start when the actual electric quantity is higher than the preset electric quantity.
After the second side edge is in contact with the light barrier, it is described that the foldable terminal meets the sterilization and disinfection conditions, but a certain amount of electricity is consumed in the sterilization and disinfection process, so that the electricity condition of the foldable terminal needs to be evaluated first, whether the foldable terminal is suitable for sterilization and disinfection is judged according to an evaluation result, and whether the foldable terminal performs the sterilization and disinfection actions is judged.
When the actual electric quantity of the foldable terminal is larger than the preset electric quantity, the electric quantity of the foldable terminal is enough to be used for a certain time, the ultraviolet lamp is started to sterilize the foldable screen, and on the contrary, when the actual electric quantity of the foldable terminal is smaller than the preset electric quantity, the ultraviolet lamp is not started.
Under the development trend of the current society, the intelligent terminal becomes an indispensable part of lives of most people, the foldable terminal belongs to the intelligent terminal, and payment, communication, entertainment and the like can be realized through the intelligent terminal.
