The invention realizes the omnibearing automatic monitoring of the old, reduces the monitoring blind area as much as possible, introduces the identification and auxiliary realization functions of physiological demands, and greatly improves the experience of customers.

Background
With the increasing aging of the population, the problem of aging is a social concern. the system comprises an abnormality real-time feedback module, a manager and a management system, wherein the abnormality real-time feedback module is used for generating a corresponding abnormality troubleshooting task to a corresponding manager terminal through a preset template, and the manager can complete the corresponding abnormality troubleshooting task by completing filling and uploading of an abnormality troubleshooting report through the preset template; different abnormal behaviors correspond to different abnormal investigation task generation templates, the contents filled in the abnormal investigation report are evaluated by taking whether the problem corresponding to the abnormal behavior can be solved as a standard, the corresponding abnormal investigation task can be completed if the problem can be solved, if the abnormal behavior is still not solved after the abnormal investigation report is uploaded, a supervision module is started, and supervision staff is informed of carrying out auxiliary progress of the abnormal investigation task;
