After the use is accomplished, when needing to fold and accomodate, manual depression bar 1303 that presses down, depression bar 1303 drives briquetting 1304 and limiting plate 1305 and moves down, and briquetting 1304 promotes from the locking piece 1301 and moves down, when moving from the locking piece 1301 upper surface to with axis of rotation 301 outer wall parallel and level, then the dead function of lock is relieved, axis of rotation 301 can reverse rotation again.
When the upper surface of the self-locking block 1301 moves to be flush with the outer wall of the rotating shaft 301, at the moment, the limiting plate 1305 abuts against the bottom of the large hole, and the pressing block 1304 is limited to continue moving downwards.
