2. The routing connection fails.
When the household appliance is connected with the route, the APP judges whether the route connection is successful or not, and resource waste is caused. Therefore, in this embodiment, the APP determines whether the home device is successfully connected to the route according to the preset period, so as to reduce resource waste.
For example, the preset period may be 3 s. Specifically, after the household appliance is disconnected from the APP, the APP starts timing, and determines whether the routing connection is successful after 3s, and if the determination result is no, the APP may determine whether the routing connection is successful after 3 s; and so on until the upper limit of the number of preset periods is reached, which may be, for example, 4 times.
Of course, the size of the preset period and the specific value of the upper limit of the preset number may be adjusted according to actual conditions, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the APP determines whether the home device is successfully connected to the route, where the timing corresponds to the preset time.
For example, when the preset time is 3s, 5s, 10s, the APP determines whether the home device is successfully connected to the route after the home device is disconnected from the APP for 3s, 5s, 10s until the home device is successfully connected to the route, or the home device abandons the route connection (returns to the AP mode).
For another example, when the preset time is 1s, and is increased in steps, and the gradient is 2s, then the APP may also determine whether the home appliance is successfully connected to the route when the home appliance is disconnected from the APP for 1s, 3s, and 5s, until the home appliance is successfully connected to the route, or the home appliance abandons the route connection.
By above can know, through making APP judge whether tame electric installation is connected to the route successfully according to predetermineeing the cycle, perhaps make APP judge whether tame electric installation is connected to the route successfully according to corresponding with above-mentioned preset time, can show the wasting of resources of judging when the wireless module of tame electric installation is connecting the route.
Further, after the APP at the terminal judges that the household appliance equipment is unsuccessfully connected with the route, the household appliance equipment can be reconnected with the wireless module in the AP mode, so that an error code reading request can be sent to the wireless module, and error code information can be acquired.
After the error code information is obtained, the APP of the terminal may prompt the user AP for a specific reason of the distribution network failure according to the error code information, so that the user may take further action. Such as re-entering a password, updating an interface protocol, restarting a Wi-Fi router, etc.
Specifically, the APP prompts the user for the specific reason of the AP network distribution failure, which may be in the form of text prompt, picture prompt, voice prompt, light prompt, or the like. The embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow diagram of an AP distribution network processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides an AP distribution network processing method, including:
s310, the terminal sends distribution network information to the household appliances so that the household appliances can connect with the router according to the distribution network information;
s320, the household appliance equipment determines that the routing connection is failed according to the distribution network information within a preset time period, acquires error code information and sends the error code information to the terminal;
and S330, the terminal carries out connection error prompt based on the error code.
According to the AP distribution network processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the error code information is recorded under the condition that the AP distribution network is not connected to the route (distribution network failure), and the terminal acquires the error code information, so that the terminal can prompt the specific reason of the AP distribution network failure of the user according to the error code information, and the user can conveniently take corresponding operation according to the failure reason, therefore, the defect that the user cannot acquire detailed information of the AP distribution network failure in the prior art is solved, the user experience is improved, and guidance suggestions are provided for the problems of after-sale, maintenance and the like of household appliances.
Before step S310, the method further comprises:
s300, the terminal acquires SSID information of the AP broadcasted by the household appliance.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the corresponding APP of the terminal may acquire SSID information of an AP broadcasted by the wireless module before sending the distribution network information.
When the household appliance needs to carry out AP network distribution, the wireless module of the household appliance can be switched to an AP mode. In this mode, the APP of the terminal can then be connected with the wireless module to send the distribution network information to the wireless module, so that the wireless module connects the route.
After the wireless module receives the distribution network information, the current AP mode is switched to the STA mode, and the connection with the APP is disconnected, so that the routing is connected.
If the wireless module fails to connect to the route within a preset time period, error code information is acquired. And switches the current STA mode back to the AP mode.
When the wireless module is switched from the AP mode to the STA mode, the APP is disconnected with the wireless module. At this moment, the APP can inquire whether the household appliance is on-line or not at the cloud end, and if the household appliance is not on-line, it is indicated that the household appliance is possibly not successfully connected with the router. Therefore, the APP scans surrounding AP hotspots, and judges whether the household appliance is switched back to the AP mode from the STA mode according to the obtained SSID information of the AP of the household appliance.
If yes, the fact that the household appliance is failed in the current connection route is described, and the APP can be connected with the wireless module again under the condition that the wireless module returns to the AP mode. Then, the APP sends an error code reading request to the wireless module.
After receiving the error code reading request sent by the APP, the wireless module feeds back the obtained error code information to the APP. After the APP obtains the error code information, the APP can prompt the user AP of the reason of the distribution network failure according to the error code information.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an AP distribution network processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an AP distribution network processing apparatus, which includes a routing module 510, a determining module 520, and a feedback module 530.
The routing module 510 is configured to receive distribution network information sent by a terminal, and perform routing connection according to the distribution network information;
the determining module 520 is configured to determine that routing connection according to the distribution network information fails within a preset time period after the AP mode is switched to the STA mode, and acquire error code information;
the feedback module 530 is configured to switch the working mode from the STA mode to the AP mode, and send error code information to the terminal, so that the terminal performs connection error prompt based on the error code information.
According to the AP distribution network processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the error code information is obtained under the condition that the AP distribution network is not connected to the route (distribution network failure), and the error code information is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can prompt the specific reason of the AP distribution network failure of the user according to the error code information, and the user can conveniently take corresponding operation according to the failure reason, therefore, the defect that the user cannot obtain the detailed information of the AP distribution network failure in the prior art is solved, the user experience is improved, and guidance suggestions are provided for the problems of after-sale, maintenance and the like of household appliances.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an AP distribution network processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an AP distribution network processing apparatus, including a sending module 610 and a prompting module 620.
The sending module 610 is configured to determine that the home appliance is in the AP mode, and send distribution network information to the home appliance, so that the home appliance performs routing connection according to the distribution network information;
the prompting module 620 is configured to receive error code information sent by the home appliance device, and perform connection error prompting based on the error code information;
the error code information is obtained after the home appliance device determines that routing connection fails according to the distribution network information within a preset time period after switching the working mode from the AP mode to the STA mode, and is sent after switching the working mode from the STA mode to the AP mode.
According to the AP distribution network processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the error code information is obtained under the condition that the household appliance equipment is not connected to the route (distribution network failure), and the specific reason of the AP distribution network failure is prompted to the user according to the error code information, so that the user can conveniently take corresponding operation according to the failure reason, the defect that the user cannot obtain the detailed information of the AP distribution network failure in the prior art is overcome, the user experience is improved, and guidance suggestions are provided for the problems of after-sale, maintenance and the like of the household appliance equipment.
Fig. 7 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)710, a communication interface (communication interface)720, a memory (memory)730 and a bus (bus)740, wherein the processor 710, the communication interface 720 and the memory 730 communicate with each other via the bus 740. Processor 710 may call logic instructions in memory 730 to perform the following method:

Fig. 8 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 8, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)810, a communication interface 820, a memory 830 and a bus 840, wherein the processor 810, the communication interface 820 and the memory 830 communicate with each other via the bus 840. The processor 810 may call logic instructions in the memory 830 to perform the following method:
determining that the household appliance is in an AP mode, and sending distribution network information to the household appliance so that the household appliance can perform routing connection according to the distribution network information;
and receiving error code information sent by the household appliance equipment, and carrying out connection error prompt based on the error code information.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.
Further, embodiments of the present invention disclose a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions, which when executed by a computer, the computer is capable of performing the methods provided by the above-mentioned method embodiments, for example, comprising:
receiving distribution network information sent by a terminal, and performing routing connection according to the distribution network information;
after the working mode is switched from the AP mode to the STA mode, determining that the routing connection according to the distribution network information is failed in a preset time period, and acquiring error code information;
and switching the working mode from the STA mode to the AP mode, and sending error code information to the terminal so that the terminal can perform connection error prompt based on the error code information.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
determining that the household appliance is in an AP mode, and sending distribution network information to the household appliance so that the household appliance can perform routing connection according to the distribution network information;
and receiving error code information sent by the household appliance equipment, and carrying out connection error prompt based on the error code information.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented to perform the transmission method provided in the foregoing embodiments when executed by a processor, and for example, the method includes:
receiving distribution network information sent by a terminal, and performing routing connection according to the distribution network information;
after the working mode is switched from the AP mode to the STA mode, determining that the routing connection according to the distribution network information is failed in a preset time period, and acquiring error code information;
and switching the working mode from the STA mode to the AP mode, and sending error code information to the terminal so that the terminal can perform connection error prompt based on the error code information.

and switching the working mode from the STA mode to the AP mode, and sending the error code information to the terminal so that the terminal can perform connection error prompt based on the error code information.
2. The AP distribution network processing method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the error code information to the terminal comprises:
and after receiving an error code reading request sent by the terminal, sending the error code information to the terminal.
3. The AP network distribution processing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the receiving the distribution network information sent by the terminal and performing the routing connection according to the distribution network information, the method further comprises:
and broadcasting SSID information of the AP so that the terminal can acquire the SSID information.
4. An AP distribution network processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining that the household appliance is in an AP mode, and sending distribution network information to the household appliance so that the household appliance can perform routing connection according to the distribution network information;
receiving error code information sent by the household appliance equipment, and carrying out connection error prompt based on the error code information;
the error code information is obtained after the home appliance device determines that routing connection fails according to the distribution network information within a preset time period after switching a working mode from an AP mode to an STA mode, and the working mode is transmitted after switching the STA mode to the AP mode.
5. The AP network distribution processing method according to claim 4, wherein before receiving the error code information sent by the home device, the method further comprises:
and sending an error code reading request to the household appliance.
6. An AP distribution network processing device, comprising:
the routing module is used for receiving the distribution network information sent by the terminal and carrying out routing connection according to the distribution network information;

the sending module is used for determining that the household appliance is in an AP mode and sending distribution network information to the household appliance so that the household appliance can carry out routing connection according to the distribution network information;
the prompting module is used for receiving error code information sent by the household appliance equipment and carrying out connection error prompting based on the error code information;
the error code information is obtained after the home appliance device determines that routing connection fails according to the distribution network information within a preset time period after switching a working mode from an AP mode to an STA mode, and the working mode is transmitted after switching the STA mode to the AP mode.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the AP distribution network processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, or implements the AP distribution network processing method according to claim 4 or 5.
