In operation S201, an access request for an order code of a target item is received.
In operation S202, the first requestor of the access request is authenticated based on the identity information carried in the access request.
In operation S203, in the case that it is determined that the first requester passes the authentication, a target logistics link to which the first requester belongs is determined based on the identity information.
In operation S204, in response to the access request, logistics information corresponding to the target logistics link is transmitted to the first terminal device associated with the first requester.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first requester may be any user who accesses the order code by scanning, inputting query, and the like, and the user includes, but is not limited to, a sender, a receiver, logistics personnel, other unrelated personnel, and the like of the target item.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the order code may have corresponding logistics business information, and the logistics business information may be stored in the server side device.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the order code may be represented as a character code, a barcode, or a two-dimensional code. The form in which the first requester accesses the order code may vary depending on the form in which the order code is presented. For example, when an order code in the form of a barcode or a two-dimensional code is aligned, a first requester may access the order code by using a code scanning function preset in a client in a terminal device; for another example, for an order code in a character code form, the visitor may input the order code into an access column of a preset client application of the terminal device to achieve access to the order code.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the identity information may include login account information used when the first requester logs in the client application related to the logistics service, and after the permission of the first requester is obtained, the server device may use the identity information backed up in the device to verify the identity information carried in the access request.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the logistics information corresponding to the target logistics link may be the minimum logistics information required by the target logistics link.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first terminal device may be various electronic devices, such as a mobile phone, a computer, etc., having a display screen and supporting a client software application.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving the logistics information, the logistics information can be displayed on the first terminal device, so that the first requester completes the corresponding logistics link according to the logistics information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving an access request, an identity authentication may be performed on a first requester based on identity information carried in the access request, and then, in a case that the identity authentication is determined to pass, logistics information corresponding to the first requester may be sent to a first terminal device, so that the first requester completes a corresponding logistics link based on the logistics information. Through the technical means, the complete logistics information of the target object is stored in the server, and the necessary logistics information is only returned to the requester when the requester accesses, so that the technical problem that sensitive information of a user is easily leaked due to the fact that sensitive information such as an address and a mobile phone number of a receiver is pasted on the logistics object in the logistics process of the related technology is at least partially solved, and the information safety of the receiver is effectively guaranteed.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure includes a method of applying for an address code, a method of generating an order code, and a method of processing a logistics service. In the method for applying for the address code, a user can send a request for applying for the address code to a server, so that the server registers the address code based on information such as an address, a telephone number, a nickname and the like input by the user. In the method for generating the order code, a user can directly fill in the address code when placing an order, the filled address code is validated by the server side equipment, and then the server side equipment can return a nickname used when registering the address code to the user after the address code is validated by the server side equipment so as to assist the user in selecting the correct address code; then, after the user finishes inputting, the server device may generate initial order information, feed back the order information to the merchant for information verification, and generate an order code corresponding to the order information after receiving the feedback that the verification passes. In the method for processing the logistics business, the server side can split the address information contained in the order code according to different logistics links, and returns the corresponding address information to the requester after receiving the access request of the corresponding requester.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the server device may perform only 1 or 2 parts of the above 3 parts of methods. For example, in some embodiments, only the method of generating the order code and the method of processing the logistics traffic may be performed, and the address code may use the address code that has been generated in other embodiments.
The method shown in fig. 2 and 3 is further described with reference to fig. 4A-6 in conjunction with specific embodiments.
Fig. 4A schematically shows a flowchart of a method of applying for an address code according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4A, the method includes operations S401 to S405.
In operation S401, in response to the address code registration request, the registration identifier, the address information, the contact information, the user identification information, the validity condition, and the mailing condition carried in the address code registration request are obtained.
In operation S402, an address code is generated based on the registration identification.
In operation S403, the address information, the contact information, and the user identification information are stored in the storage module to establish a correspondence relationship between the address code and the address information, the contact information, and the user identification information.
In operation S404, a life cycle of the address code is configured based on the valid condition.
In operation S405, a filtering rule of the address code is configured based on the mailing condition.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the registration identifier may be an ID of an address code that the user needs to register, for example, in a case that the registration identifier input by the user is "a 12345", after the registration is successful, the ID of the corresponding address code is "a 12345".
In other embodiments, the server device may also automatically generate the ID of the address code based on other preset rules when the user does not input the registration identifier. For example, the server device may generate the address code ID by using any encoding method according to the user information, such as an MD5 encoding method; alternatively, the server device may generate a character string by only a character string generation algorithm without any processing of the user information, encode the character string as a character of the address code, and establish a relationship between the character string and the user information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the ID of the address code is set, the server device may perform repetitive detection on the set name to ensure that the ID of the address code and the user information used during registration are uniquely corresponding.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the user identification information may be a registered user ID of the user on the client application related to the logistics service, such as a nickname of the user, or may be set by the user, which is not limited herein.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the valid condition may be, for example, "valid before XX days of XX month", "valid within XX month", "invalid after X times of mailing", and the like, and the specific valid condition may be set by the user according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited herein.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the mailing condition may be, for example, "only accept mailing of articles of XX category", "only accept articles of XX", and the like, and the specific mailing condition may be set by a user according to a specific application scenario, and is not limited herein.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, configuring the lifecycle based on the valid condition or configuring the filtering rule based on the mailing condition may be a process of converting the descriptive condition into a computer language that can be recognized by the server device, and the specific adopted method is not limited herein.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the address code may be expressed in the form of a character code, a barcode, a two-dimensional code, or the like.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the storage module may be a memory located inside the server device, may also be a storage device outside the server device, and may also be a database or a cloud storage device located in a cloud, which is not limited herein.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, since the address information, the contact information, the user identification information, and the like of the user are stored in the storage module, the user information input by the user is not exposed in form and content according to the address code generated by the user information. Only when the user accesses the address code, the server side can return corresponding information to the user according to the authority of the user for the address code. The user's authority for the address code may be, for example: the applicant of the address code has the authority to acquire all user information, and other users only have the authority to acquire partial address information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in a business scenario where any one of the receiving party or the sending party does not want to disclose specific address information, the address code can be used to replace the specific address information, and the business scenario includes but is not limited to mail traffic, network shopping and the like. By using the method of replacing the user information with the address code in the address system of the logistics business, the rights and interests of the user are effectively guaranteed, filtering and auditing of mailed articles can be realized, and the phenomenon of forced mailing is reduced.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the address changes, the use of the address code can reduce the labor and material costs of the notification process. For example, for an organization needing to receive material mailing, such as a newspaper company, a magazine company, a public service organization, and the like, when the address of the organization changes, the change is not required to be notified to other users, but only needs to interact with server equipment, address information is replaced in the server equipment, and other users can mail the material through the original address code, so that the labor cost and material resource cost in the notification process are effectively reduced.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the address code is also beneficial to the development of unmanned distribution technology, for example, when the robot is used for distributing the target object, the robot can directly use the address code to obtain the distribution address information from the server, so that the link of identifying the distribution address information of the target object by the robot is omitted.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a user can apply for a plurality of address codes by inputting different information, and can also apply for a plurality of address codes by using the same address information, contact information, user identification information and the like.
Fig. 4B schematically shows a schematic diagram of an address code according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the generated address code may be returned to the user in the form of a picture as shown in fig. 4B. The address code may include an address code name 401, an address two-dimensional code 402, and an address character code 403, and the address character code 403 may be the same as or different from the address code name 401. The user may scan the address two-dimensional code 402 using a preset application in the electronic device to obtain user information used when the user registers the address code.
