A four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle effect can be used as anti-wrinkle cosmetic or used as raw material of anti-wrinkle cosmetic to be added into anti-wrinkle cosmetic.

In the invention, acetyl hexapeptide-8 inhibits synthesis of SNARE receptors, inhibits excessive release of catecholamine and acetyl choline (acetylcholine) of skin, locally blocks nerve transmission muscle contraction information, relaxes facial muscles and achieves the purpose of smoothing fine wrinkles. A method for preparing a four-component peptide/plant composition having anti-wrinkle function according to examples 1-3, comprising the steps of:
uniformly mixing sweet orange flower original juice, a red gulfweed extract, golden camellia original juice and a alpine edelweiss extract;
and step two, sequentially adding acetyl hexapeptide-8 or acetyl octapeptide-3, palmitoyl tripeptide, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 or acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 into the mixed liquid obtained in the step one, stirring for dissolving, freeze-drying, and subpackaging into small parts for storage.
An application of a four-component peptide/plant composition with an anti-wrinkle function can be used as an anti-wrinkle cosmetic or added into an anti-wrinkle cosmetic as a raw material of the anti-wrinkle cosmetic, wherein the cosmetic is a facial mask liquid, an essence emulsion or an essence cream.

Examples of the experiments

In the same area, 30 female volunteers aged 28-50 years were located and divided into six groups of 5 persons, each of which was applied to the face of each of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, and the subjects were applied once a day for 30 consecutive days without any other cosmetic of the same type during the test period. The smoothness data is obtained comprehensively by using a VISIA facial image analyzer under the conditions that the ambient temperature is 25 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity is 50 +/-5%, and the higher the data value is, the worse the skin smoothness is. The test results are shown in table 1.

The test results are shown in table 3.

From the above test data, it can be seen that the ability of the present invention to reduce expression wrinkles is better than that of comparative examples 1-2 and commercially available anti-wrinkle products to which two peptides were added.
(IV) skin elasticity test
In the same area, 30 female volunteers aged 28-50 years are found and divided into six groups, 5 persons in each group are respectively used for example 1-3 and comparative example 1-3 on the face and continuously used for 4 weeks, a German MAP580 skin tester is used for testing, the stretching amount Ue of the positioning elastic part is comprehensively obtained, and the higher the data value is, the better the skin elasticity is.

As can be seen from the above test data, the skin elasticity-restoring effect of the present invention is better than that of comparative examples 1-2 and the commercially available anti-wrinkle products to which both peptides were added.
(V) epidermal and dermal adhesion test
In the same area, 30 female volunteers between 28-50 years old are found and divided into six groups, 5 persons in each group are respectively used on the inner side of the arm, the female volunteers are soaked in 5% SDS lotion for 2 hours before the test after being continuously used for 7 days, then a Tewameter tester is used for testing the TEWL transdermal moisture loss rate compared with the TEWL transdermal moisture loss rate before the test, the comprehensive acquisition of the TEWL transdermal moisture loss rate is realized, and the lower data value indicates that the adhesiveness of the epidermis and the dermis is good. The test results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from the above test data, the adhesion between the epidermis and the dermis of the present invention is better than that of comparative examples 1-2 and the commercially available anti-wrinkle products to which the two peptides are added.
(VI) anti-glycation assay
In the same area, 30 female volunteers aged 28-50 years were located, divided into six groups of 5 persons, each of which was applied to the face of each of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, and the subjects were applied twice a day for 30 consecutive days without any other cosmetic of the same type during the test period. The glycation inhibition results obtained by the test using the german MAP580 skin tester are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from the above test data, the anti-glycation ability of the present invention is better than that of comparative examples 1-2 and commercially available anti-wrinkle products to which both peptides were added.
It should be noted that the four components are abbreviated as tetram in the art, so a four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle function of the present invention can also be referred to as a four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle function, and the two are the same meaning.

Claims (9)
1. A four-component peptide/plant composition with an anti-wrinkle function is characterized by comprising the following components: acetyl hexapeptide-8 or acetyl octapeptide-3, palmitoyl tripeptide, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 or acetyl tetrapeptide-3, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, orange blossom original dew, gulfweed extract, camellia chrysantha original dew and alpine edelweiss extract, wherein the total content of the acetyl hexapeptide-8 or acetyl octapeptide-3, the palmitoyl tripeptide, the palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 or the acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and the palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 is 75-78%.
2. The four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle function according to claim 1, wherein the palmitoyl tripeptide is palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-4 or palmitoyl tripeptide-5.
3. The four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle function according to claim 2, is composed of the following components: acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, orange blossom original dew, red sage extract, camellia chrysantha original dew and alpine edelweiss extract, wherein the weight ratio of acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl tripeptide, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 is 1: 3: 3: 2.
4. the four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle function according to claim 2, is composed of the following components: acetyl octapeptide-3, palmitoyl tripeptide-4, acetyl tetrapeptide-3, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, orange blossom original dew, red sage extract, camellia chrysantha original dew and alpine edelweiss extract, wherein the weight ratio of the acetyl octapeptide-3, palmitoyl tripeptide-4, acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 is 1: 4: 3: 2.
5. the four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle function according to claim 2, is composed of the following components: acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, orange blossom original dew, red sage extract, camellia chrysantha original dew and alpine edelweiss extract, wherein the weight ratio of acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 is 1: 3: 3: 1.
6. the four-component peptide/plant composition with the anti-wrinkle function according to claim 3, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: acetyl hexapeptide-810 parts, palmitoyl tripeptide-130 parts, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-730 parts, palmitoyl hexapeptide-1220 parts, neroli original juice 6 parts, gulfweed extract 5 parts, golden camellia original juice 8 parts and alpine edelweiss extract 10 parts.
7. A cosmetic comprising the four-component peptide/plant composition having an anti-wrinkle effect according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The cosmetic according to claim 7, wherein the cosmetic is a facial mask liquid, essence milk or essence cream.
9. The method for preparing the four-component peptide/plant composition with anti-wrinkle function according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
uniformly mixing sweet orange flower original juice, a red gulfweed extract, golden camellia original juice and a alpine edelweiss extract;
and step two, sequentially adding acetyl hexapeptide-8 or acetyl octapeptide-3, palmitoyl tripeptide, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 or acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 into the mixed liquid obtained in the step one, stirring for dissolving, freeze-drying, and subpackaging into small parts for storage.
