Detailed Description
The invention provides a clean vacuum cup and a cup cover thereof, which are used for making the purposes, the technical scheme and the effects of the invention clearer and more definite, and the invention is further described in detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a cup cover for a clean thermos cup. The drawings are only for the purpose of illustrating the structural principles and are not to scale with respect to actual products. The invention is mainly characterized in that the cup cover is arranged on the cup body, so that the structure of the cup body is not particularly limited. The terms "top" and "bottom" as used herein refer to the condition in which the thermos cup is normally placed on a table top, based on the view of fig. 1.
The cup cover of the clean vacuum cup comprises an outer cover 1 and an inner cover 2, wherein the inner cover is connected with a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism is in threaded connection with the outer cover, and the inner cover can axially reciprocate relative to the outer cover. The rotating mechanism comprises a rotating rod and an end cover, one end of the rotating rod is connected with the inner cover, and the other end of the rotating rod is connected with the end cover; the end cover is connected with the outer cover through threads. That is, the outer cover is provided with a through hole through which the rotating lever passes. The inner cover and the outer cover are in clearance fit, so that the inner cover can move along the axial direction, the shape of the inner cover is matched with the shape of the inner surface of the outer cover, and when the inner cover is used, the inner cover moves up and down by rotating the end cover and utilizing screw transmission.
The connection mode of inner cup and pivot rod has a variety, provides a connection mode here: the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating rod 3 and an end cover 4, one end of the rotating rod is connected with the inner cover, and the other end of the rotating rod is connected with the end cover; the end cover is connected with the outer cover through threads. During assembly, the rotating rod is connected with the end cover, the end cover is connected with the outer cover, and the end cover is rotated, so that the rotating rod penetrates through the corresponding through hole in the outer cover, then the rotating rod is connected with the inner cover, and the first square boss is in interference fit with the first square groove of the inner cover. In practical application, the vacuum cup generally has no maintenance problem, and the inner cover is not required to be frequently pulled out and then replaced, so that the fixed connection between the rotating rod and the inner cover is realized in an interference mode, and the vacuum cup is simple, quick and practical.
Preferably, silica gel liners (not shown) are disposed in the first square groove and the second square groove. The silica gel lining has certain elasticity, is convenient for first square boss inserts wherein realizing interference fit.
Preferably, the top of the inner wall of the outer cover is provided with a sealing groove in which a sealing ring 5 is arranged. By arranging the sealing ring, water in the cup body is prevented from seeping out from a gap between the inner cover and the outer cover due to shaking and the like. The term "top" as used herein is based on the perspective of fig. 1, and the azimuthal expression should be reversed if based on the perspective of fig. 2.
Further, the outer cover is provided with at least one lug 12. When in actual use, some users can screw the cup cover and the cup body tightly, and the user can apply force to the cup cover by arranging the lugs so as to easily unscrew the cup cover.
Preferably, the outer cover is provided with two lugs, and the two lugs are arranged opposite to each other.
Preferably, the inner cap comprises a straight section 21 and a constricted section 22, the constricted section being connected to the top of the inner cap.
