The invention provides an environment-friendly adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, wherein the environment-friendly adhesive tape is prepared by (1) weighing the following raw materials: carbon fiber, dioctyl phthalate, plant fiber, polylactic acid, hydroxyl silicone oil, nitrile rubber, polyethylene glycol, methyl vinyl silicone rubber, graphene oxide, diatomite, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and a tackifier; mixing the above raw materials; (2) and carrying out banburying on the mixed raw materials, then sending the banburied raw materials into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and finally carrying out calendering. The product obtained by the invention has no volatilization of organic gases such as solvent and the like in the using process, and has the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection.

Background
Although the performance of the conventional adhesive tape product manufactured by the prior art can basically meet various production requirements, the material is derived from petroleum substances, so that organic pollutants, such as toxic or irritant gases such as ethyl acetate, butanone, toluene and xylene, can be volatilized from an adhesive layer in the using process, and the environment is polluted.

the raw materials in parts by weight: 2.1-4.2 parts of carbon fiber, 3.2-4.2 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 0.4-0.8 part of plant fiber, 0.3-0.5 part of polylactic acid, 1.4-2.3 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 1.4-2.7 parts of nitrile rubber, 2.3-4.2 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.2-0.4 part of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 0.2-0.4 part of graphene oxide, 1.2-2.4 parts of diatomite, 1.2-1.4 parts of white carbon black, 2.3-2.5 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.1-0.3 part of tackifier.
Mixing the above raw materials;
(2) and carrying out banburying on the mixed raw materials, then sending the banburied raw materials into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and finally carrying out calendering. And banburying is carried out for 35min at the banburying temperature of 110-125 ℃. The extrusion temperature was 90 ℃.
The plant fiber is prepared by taking plant stems and oranges as raw materials, sequentially cutting, rolling, steaming, washing and drying, and crushing and passing through a screen when the water content is 10-15%.
The method comprises the following steps of (1) cooking, adding alkali and water, wherein the weight of the alkali is 2-6% of that of the plant kumquat; the water adding amount is 4-6 times of the weight of the plant stalk oranges; the cooking conditions are as follows: the temperature is 140-160 ℃, the time is 60-90 minutes, and the pressure is 3-5 atmospheric pressures.
An environment-friendly adhesive tape obtained according to the preparation method. No organic gases such as solvent and the like are volatilized in the using process, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

the raw materials in parts by weight: 2.1 parts of carbon fiber, 4.2 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 0.5 part of plant fiber, 0.3 part of polylactic acid, 1.5 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 2.7 parts of nitrile rubber, 2.3 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.2 part of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 0.3 part of graphene oxide, 1.6 parts of diatomite, 1.2 parts of white carbon black, 2.3 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.3 part of tackifier.
Mixing the above raw materials;
(2) and carrying out banburying on the mixed raw materials, then sending the banburied raw materials into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and finally carrying out calendering. The banburying temperature is 125 ℃, and the banburying is carried out for 35 min. The extrusion temperature was 90 ℃.

Mixing the above raw materials;

the raw materials in parts by weight: 4.2 parts of carbon fiber, 3.2 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 0.4 part of plant fiber, 0.5 part of polylactic acid, 1.8 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 1.4 parts of nitrile rubber, 4.2 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.4 part of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 0.4 part of graphene oxide, 2.4 parts of diatomite, 1.2 parts of white carbon black, 2.5 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.1 part of tackifier.
Mixing the above raw materials;
(2) and carrying out banburying on the mixed raw materials, then sending the banburied raw materials into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and finally carrying out calendering. The banburying temperature is 110 ℃, and the banburying is carried out for 35 min. The extrusion temperature was 90 ℃.

mixing the above raw materials;
(2) and carrying out banburying on the mixed raw materials, then sending the banburied raw materials into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and finally carrying out calendering.

3. The preparation method of the environment-friendly adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the banburying temperature is 110-125 ℃, and the banburying is carried out for 35 min.
