Example two
In this embodiment a reciprocating hair trimmer is disclosed, consisting of a reciprocating hair trimmer head as shown in embodiment 1 and a body adapted to the head, the body being provided with an associated collecting box for collecting broken hair falling out of the trimmer head.

The invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but various changes within the protective scope of the independent claims are possible within the protective scope of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. A tool bit of a reciprocating hair trimmer,
it comprises an annular stationary knife (1); an annular movable knife (2) which rotates in a forward and reverse horizontal reciprocating way by taking the central line of the inner ring as a rotation line; the upper part of the collet (4) with the upper opening is provided with the annular fixed knife (1) and the annular movable knife (2) in a superposition way of the central line of the inner ring and forms a hair trimming structure which is horizontally distributed up and down, wherein the inner ring of the annular fixed knife (1) and the inner ring of the annular movable knife (2) are covered by components;
the method is characterized in that: it also comprises
An annular broken hair collecting cavity (411) in the collet (4) is formed by sinking an upper opening of the collet (4); and broken hair falling-out structures formed on the peripheral wall of the collet (4) and communicated with each other through annular broken hair collecting cavities (411) to form upper receiving side peripheral falling-out structures; wherein the central line of the annular broken hair collecting cavity (411) coincides with the central line of the inner ring of the annular movable knife (2), and the projection of the inner ring and the outer ring of the hair trimming structure on the cross section of the upper opening of the annular broken hair collecting cavity (411) is between the inner ring and the outer ring of the annular broken hair collecting cavity;
the upper part of the annular stationary knife (1) body between the inner ring of the annular stationary knife (1) and the outer ring of the annular stationary knife is a skin contact part, and the skin contact part is an outer ring skin contact part (115) and an inner ring skin contact part (114); the outer ring skin contact part (115) is formed by smooth or gradient or irregular path transition from the outer ring to the inner ring according to the direction of the slope angle R1 exceeding the plane where the outer ring is positioned, and the inner ring skin contact part (114) is formed by smooth or gradient or irregular path transition from the inner ring to the inner ring according to the slope angle R2; the intersection of the inner ring skin contact part (114) and the outer ring skin contact part (115) is higher than the horizontal plane of the inner ring and the outer ring of the annular stationary knife, and the two parts are intersected to form a diversion angle.
2. A reciprocating hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 1 wherein:
a movable cutter rotating disc (3) which is horizontally arranged in the bottom support (4) and is driven to reciprocate positively and negatively and horizontally, and the annular movable cutter (2) which moves synchronously with the assembled movable cutter rotating disc;
the hair trimming structure is characterized in that a fixed plug-in fixing piece (113) is arranged on the annular fixed knife (1) body, the plug-in fixing piece (113) downwards penetrates through the annular movable knife (2) and the movable knife rotating disc (3) and then is plugged and fixed with the bottom support (4) and is matched with the annular movable knife (2) and the movable knife rotating disc (3) in a circumferential rotation mode, and an inner ring trimming blade of the annular fixed knife (1) and an outer ring trimming blade of the annular movable knife (2) are flatly matched after the plug-in fixing piece (113) is plugged and fixed with the bottom support (4), so that an inner ring and an outer ring rotating trimming ring of the hair trimming structure is formed.
3. A reciprocating hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 2 wherein:
arc-shaped hollow grooves (213) which are distributed at equal intervals on the body of the annular movable cutter (2) and have a circumferential track with the center of the inner ring as the center are formed, the arc openings of the arc-shaped hollow grooves (213) face the center of the inner ring of the annular movable cutter (2), arc-shaped through grooves (315) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the arc-shaped hollow grooves (213) are formed on the body of the movable cutter rotating disc (3), and the arc openings of the arc-shaped through grooves (315) face the center of the inner ring of the movable cutter rotating disc (3);
the pair of arc-shaped hollow grooves (213) and the arc-shaped through grooves (315) allow one plug-in fixing piece (113) to correspondingly penetrate through, wherein the sections of the plug-in fixing pieces (113) penetrating through the arc-shaped hollow grooves (213) and the arc-shaped through grooves (315) are arc-shaped and are in circumferential rotation fit with the arc-shaped hollow grooves (213) and the arc-shaped through grooves (315).
4. A reciprocating hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 2 wherein:
the swinging mechanism (7) is positioned on the bottom support (4) of the inner ring of the annular broken hair collecting cavity (411), and the swinging mechanism (7) drives the movable cutter rotating disc (3) to rotate forwards and backwards in the horizontal positive and negative circumferential direction;
the inner ring of the annular broken hair collecting cavity (411) is formed by the periphery of a surrounding block (412) extending upwards from the cavity bottom of the annular broken hair collecting cavity (411), an annular moving knife (2) is horizontally arranged on a moving knife rotating disc (3) supported by the upper part of the surrounding block (412), and two sides of an opening of the surrounding block (412) are contacted with the swinging mechanism (7) to form a lower part which is propped against to limit the maximum horizontal rotation angle of the swinging mechanism (7).
5. A reciprocating hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 4 wherein:
the part covering the inner ring of the annular fixed knife (1) and the inner ring of the annular movable knife (2) is an inner ring cover body (5), and the inner ring cover body (5) comprises a circular cover body (511), a positioning column (512), a first barrier strip (611), a second barrier strip (612), a third barrier strip (613) and two inner ring cover inserts (513);
the circular cover body (511) covers the inner ring of the annular fixed knife (1) and the inner ring of the annular movable knife (2), the front surface of the circular cover body (511) is a skin contact surface, the upper end of the positioning column (512) is connected with the center of the back surface of the circular cover body (511), and the lower end of the positioning column passes through the inner ring of the annular fixed knife (1) and the inner ring of the annular movable knife (2); the two inner ring cover inserts (513) are symmetrically arranged on the outer edge of the back surface of the circular cover body (511) by taking the center of the circular cover body (511) as the center of a circle, and are inserted and fixed with the enclosing shield (412); the first barrier strips (611), the second barrier strips (612) and the third barrier strips (613) are distributed on the outer edge of the back surface of the circular cover body (511) at intervals along a circumferential track taking the center of the circular cover body (511) as a circle center, wherein the first barrier strips (611) and the second barrier strips (612) are symmetrical, and the third barrier strips (613) are respectively equidistant from the first barrier strips (611) and the second barrier strips (612); the first barrier strip (611), the second barrier strip (612) and the third barrier strip (613) are correspondingly contacted with the movable cutter rotating disc (3) to form upper part propped against to limit the maximum horizontal rotating angle of the movable cutter rotating disc (3).
6. A reciprocating hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 5 wherein:
the movable cutter rotating disc (3) comprises a rotating disc body (311), three umbrella-shaped hollow areas (312) and a turntable positioning hole (313); three umbrella-shaped hollow areas (312) are arranged on the rotary disc body (311) along a circumferential track taking the rotary axis of the rotary disc (3) of the movable cutter as the center, and a rotary disc positioning hole (313) is arranged at the rotary center of the rotary disc (3) of the movable cutter and used for allowing the upper end of a positioning column (512) to pass through; a limiting structure for circumferential limiting by insertion is arranged between the rotary disc body (311) and the annular movable cutter (2); the rotating disc body (311) between the adjacent umbrella-shaped hollow areas (312) is a moving blade rotating disc framework (314), and the first barrier strip (611), the second barrier strip (612), the third barrier strip (613) and the two inner ring cover inserts (513) correspondingly penetrate through the umbrella-shaped hollow areas (312); wherein, a movable cutter rotating disc skeleton (314) moves between third blend stop (613) and inner ring lid cutting (513) of third blend stop (613) one side, a movable cutter rotating disc skeleton (314) is between third blend stop (613) and inner ring lid cutting (513) of third blend stop (613) opposite side, a movable cutter rotating disc skeleton (314) is between first blend stop (611) and second blend stop (612), movable cutter rotating disc skeleton (314) receives the offset of inner ring lid cutting (513) or third blend stop (613) in order to realize limit brake cutter rotating disc (3) biggest horizontal rotation angle.
7. A reciprocating hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 5 wherein:
the swinging mechanism (7) comprises a fixed shaft (711) extending towards the upper opening of the bottom support (4) and a swinging block (712) horizontally matched with the fixed shaft (711) in a rotating way; one end of the swing block (712) is provided with a power emission section (713) outside the opening of the enclosure (412), and the power emission section (713) is folded upwards at an angle to reduce the transverse size of the power emission section (713); the power-emitting section (713) pushes the movable blade rotating disk (3) to horizontally reciprocate back and forth, and the other head is in the inner side of the opening of the enclosure (412) and is forked into two spaced power-receiving ends (714).

the outer ring skin contact part (115) is provided with a plurality of outer shaving residue guide grooves (116) which are distributed at intervals and extend towards the outer ring of the annular fixed cutter from the intersection of the inner ring skin contact part (114) and the outer ring skin contact part (115), the outer ends of the outer shaving residue guide grooves (116) are close to but do not contact with the outer fixed tooth mouth of the annular fixed cutter, the track line of the outer shaving residue guide grooves (116) is not intersected with the outer fixed tooth mouth of the annular fixed cutter which is close to the first fixed tooth mouth, is intersected with the outer fixed tooth mouth which is close to the second fixed tooth mouth, or is intersected with the outer fixed tooth mouth which is close to the third fixed tooth mouth; the outer beard residue guiding groove (116) is an arc-shaped groove with arc-shaped groove tracks, and the arc opening of each arc-shaped groove is distributed clockwise along with the circumference; the inner ring skin contact part (114) is provided with a plurality of inner shaving residue guide grooves (117) which are distributed at intervals and extend towards the inner ring of the annular fixed cutter from the intersection of the inner ring skin contact part (114) and the outer ring skin contact part (115), the inner ends of the inner shaving residue guide grooves (117) are adjacent to but do not contact with the inner tooth openings of the annular fixed cutter, and the track line of the inner shaving residue guide grooves (117) is not intersected with the inner tooth opening adjacent to the first inner tooth opening adjacent to the second inner tooth opening or is intersected with the inner tooth opening adjacent to the third inner tooth opening; the inner beard residue guide grooves (117) are arc-shaped grooves with arc-shaped groove tracks, the arc opening directions of each arc-shaped groove are distributed anticlockwise along with the circumference, and the inner beard residue guide grooves (117) and the outer beard residue guide grooves (116) are correspondingly connected with each other one by one.
9. A reciprocating hair trimmer characterized by: having a reciprocating hair trimmer head and a body adapted to the head according to claim 1.
