a system management module: the system comprises an organization information management module, a personnel information management module and a behavior statistical analysis module, wherein the organization information management module is used for registering and managing organizations, the personnel information management module is used for registering and managing personnel basic information and managing biological characteristics, and the behavior statistical analysis module is used for carrying out statistical analysis on the behaviors of personnel according to the use scene of a user;
an authorization management module: the system is used for authorizing the user operation according to the range of the use data, the data item and the personnel role;
the U shield uses the module: the system comprises a user application, a user application approval, a user process confirmation and a user return confirmation, wherein the user application, the user application approval, the user process confirmation and the user return confirmation are used for managing the U shield;
the data statistical analysis module: for common data analysis, custom statistics and analysis projects, comparative analysis, and statistical analysis data export;

2. The system according to claim 1, further comprising a U shield maintenance module, wherein the U shield maintenance module is configured to manage user maintenance applications, maintenance application approval, and maintenance completion confirmation of the U shield.

The U shield management system according to claim 1, further comprising a log recording module, an approval process module and an auditing function module, wherein the log recording module is configured to record usage traces of the U shield, including a normal usage log and an illegal overtime usage log; the approval process module is used for customizing an approval process according to a user use scene; the auditing function module is used for auditing the normal use log, the violation overtime use log and the non-compliance information.

The U-shield management system of claim 1, wherein the data statistics analysis module comprises a risk identification module and a risk analysis module, the risk identification module is configured to provide item risk potential and risk analysis data to a user, the risk analysis module is configured to assess a risk level of the item risk potential, estimate an occurrence probability and an occurrence time limit, and analyze a risk priority according to the risk level, the occurrence probability and the occurrence time limit after the analysis is completed.
5. The U-shield management system of claim 1, further comprising an identification module, wherein the identification module is configured to verify a biometric characteristic of a user, and support a dual identification mode of system password login and fingerprint verification.

The U-shield management system according to claim 1, further comprising a U-shield management device, wherein the U-shield management device is provided with a plurality of bank U-shields, a first fingerprint identification device, a first face identification device and a power supply, the power supply is used for supplying power to the bank U-shields, the first fingerprint identification device and the first face identification device, and the bank U-shields, the first fingerprint identification device and the first face identification device are respectively connected with the U-shield management system.

The U-shield management system according to claim 1, further comprising a stamp management device, wherein the stamp management device comprises a housing, a stamping motor and a stamp, the stamp is adjustably mounted to the housing along a height direction, the stamping motor is configured to drive the stamp to move, and the U-shield management system controls the stamping motor.
