Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application. In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for detecting voice dysfunction of VOLTE, and fig. 1 is one of flow diagrams of a method for detecting voice dysfunction of VOLTE according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s11: and acquiring the terminal identification of the abnormal terminal with abnormal VOLTE voice function.
The voice function abnormality of the VOLTE may be detected by the detection device, or may be reported by a user of the abnormal terminal through complaints or other manners. The abnormal terminal can be an electronic device with a communication function such as a mobile phone and a smart watch. The terminal identification of the abnormal terminal can be an identification capable of representing the abnormal terminal, and at any moment, the terminal identification corresponds to the abnormal terminal one by one. The unique abnormal terminal corresponding to the terminal identification can be determined.
S12: and acquiring voice service data associated with the abnormal terminal according to the terminal identifier, wherein the voice service data comprises data which is sent to a communication core network by a communication base station and used for indicating to establish voice service bearing.
By the terminal identification, voice service data associated with the abnormal terminal can be obtained. The voice service data may be data related to the VOLTE voice transmitted or received by the abnormal terminal, or data related to the VOLTE voice service of the abnormal terminal transmitted or received by a device such as a base station or a server.
The voice service data may be directly associated with the abnormal terminal or may be associated with the abnormal terminal through a terminal identification. In the embodiment of the application, the voice service data comprises data which is sent to the communication core network by the communication base station and is used for indicating to establish the voice service bearer. The data sent by the communication base station to the communication core network may specifically be data sent through an S1 interface, the data sent through the S1 interface may also be referred to as S1 XDR (External Data Representation), and the S1 XDR may be acquired through probe acquisition.
For example, the following information in S1 XDR may be extracted as voice traffic data:
attach flow: produceTYPE=1
TAU flow: procedure_type=5
PDN connectivity flow: procedure_Type=7andAPNLike '% IMS%' (indicating a default bearer that requests establishment of an IMS domain)
S13: and determining at least one abnormal process according to the voice service data.
In practical applications, the abnormal voice function of the VOLTE may be caused by one or more factors, specifically, when the VOLTE voice service is initiated, one or more bearers related to the voice service need to be established through the S1 XDR, and if an abnormality occurs in the process of establishing the bearers, the abnormality of the voice service is often caused. After the bearer is established, voice call abnormality may be caused by network abnormality, call terminal abnormality and the like in the process of executing voice call.
The voice service data comprise data for establishing voice service bearing, and whether each process is abnormal or not in the process of establishing voice service bearing can be at least determined by analyzing the voice service data, so that at least one abnormal process is determined.
S14: and determining the target abnormal type matched with the at least one abnormal process as the voice function abnormal type of the abnormal terminal according to a preset abnormal type standard.
The anomaly type standard can be preset manually according to experience, or can be automatically generated according to historical data through clustering, model training and the like. The abnormality type criteria include the kind, number, and type of abnormality corresponding to the abnormality process.
In a particular application, there may be multiple exception processes. In determining the target exception type matched with the exception process, the target exception type may be determined according to the number of exception processes, or may be determined according to the specific kind of each exception process. Optionally, the preset exception type standard includes priorities of the exception processes, and in the step of determining the target exception process, the target exception type matched with the exception process with the highest priority may be determined as the voice function exception type of the exception terminal.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the terminal identification and the voice service data of the abnormal terminal are obtained, so that at least one abnormal process related to the voice function abnormality of the VOLTE can be determined, and the voice function abnormality type of the abnormal terminal can be further determined. The voice service data comprises S1 XDR which is sent to the communication core network by the communication base station and used for indicating the establishment of voice service load, the problem that whether the data quality and the voice call signaling are lost before entering the multimedia subsystem (IPMultimediaSubsystem, IMS) are presented can be reflected through the S1 XDR, the type of voice function abnormality of the abnormal terminal can be accurately and efficiently determined, the abnormal cause can be conveniently detected, and the abnormal function repair is facilitated.
In addition, when the S1 XDR is abnormal, there may be a plurality of abnormal sub-processes, for example, the association relationship between the S1 stage abnormal process and the VOLTE voice function abnormality is as follows:
in the subsequent steps, the priority levels may be successively determined in the order of the above-described priority levels, and in this embodiment, the priority levels are classified into 4 levels in total from 0 to 3 from high to low.
In addition, the root cause of the voice call abnormality may be analyzed by including information such as an alarm, MRO (Measurement Report Original) measurement report, etc., for example, as shown in the following table:
based on the solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the voice service data further includes a ticket of a VOLTE call progress, fig. 2 is a second flow chart of a method for detecting a VOLTE voice function abnormality according to one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, in step S13, at least one abnormal progress is determined according to the voice service data, and the method includes the following steps:
s21: determining call quality information according to the call ticket of the VOLTE call progress;
s22: and when the call quality information meets the preset call quality abnormal standard, determining the VOLTE call progress as an abnormal progress.
The ticket for the VOLTE call procedure may include a ticket for a procedure performed after the relevant bearer for the VOLTE voice service is established. For example, the ticket for the VOLTE call progress may include a synthesized XDR formed by interfaces of the VOLTE IMS system, and the ticket data may be simply referred to as the VOLTE XDR.
Alternatively, the following information in the VOLTE XDR may be extracted as voice traffic data:
service_type=1 (VOLTE caller flow);
service_type=2 and call_scene in (1, 6, 9) (VOLTE called flow).
D_TERMINAL table (containing TERMINAL information IS_SUP_VOLTE)
The VOLTE call process is a process after the IMS domain bearer is established, and the VOLTE XDR is derived from an IMS system single interface ticket. The call quality abnormality standard can be preset manually according to experience, or can be automatically generated according to historical data through clustering, model training and other modes.
The above-described VOLTE talk procedure may include one or more procedures for supporting VOLTE talk functions performed after a talk-related bearer is established. The VOLTE call procedure may specifically include a plurality of VOLTE call sub-procedures, through which information related to call quality can be determined. And further determining whether the VOLTE conversation process is abnormal according to the preset conversation quality abnormal standard. If the VOLTE conversation process is abnormal, it can be further determined which VOLTE conversation sub-processes are abnormal.
In the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the voice service data comprises S1 XDR and VOLTE XDR. The abnormality of the signaling before entering the IMS system and the abnormality of the signaling after entering the IMS system can be determined through S1 XDR analysis, the abnormality process is comprehensively analyzed and determined, the accuracy of the determined abnormal voice function abnormality type of the abnormal terminal is improved, and the determination of the root cause of the voice function abnormality is facilitated.
Based on the solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the voice service data further includes interaction data between the abnormal terminal and the cell where the abnormal terminal resides, in step S13, fig. 3 is a third flow chart of a method for detecting abnormal voice function of the VOLTE according to one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, and the determining at least one abnormal process according to the voice service data includes the following steps:
s31: determining network quality information according to the interaction data of the abnormal terminal and the cell where the abnormal terminal resides;
s32: and when the network quality information meets the preset network quality abnormal standard, determining the interaction process of the abnormal terminal and the cell where the abnormal terminal resides as an abnormal process.
In practical application, when the network quality of the cell where the abnormal terminal resides is poor, adverse effects are also generated on the VOLTE voice call service, and in particular, the situations of call disconnection, call swallowing, low call definition and the like may be caused.
When an abnormal terminal performs communication, interactive data of communication between the abnormal terminal and a camping cell is often generated. The interaction data may include, for example, a time for the abnormal terminal to transmit and receive data, a content of the transmitted and received data, a response time of the opposite terminal, and the like, and the network quality of the cell where the abnormal terminal resides can be determined according to the interaction data. When the interactive data indicate that the communication interval between the abnormal terminal and the resident cell is longer, the response time of the opposite terminal is longer, or the conditions of non-response retransmission and the like exist, the network quality of the cell where the abnormal terminal resides is not good. Network quality information indicating the network quality of the camping cell can be generated from the interaction data.
The network quality anomaly criteria may be preset manually according to experience, or may be automatically generated according to historical data by means of clustering, model training, etc. For example, the network quality anomaly criteria may include a plurality of criteria associated with network quality, such as a length of response time being greater than a predetermined length of response time, a network speed being less than a predetermined network speed, and so on. When the network quality information accords with one or more indexes in the preset network anomaly standard, the poor network quality of the cell where the anomaly terminal resides can be determined, so that the interaction process is determined to be an anomaly process.
In addition, when the number of cells in which the abnormal terminal has camped recently is plural, data between the abnormal terminal and which camping cell may be determined as the interaction data according to the camping duration or the camping frequency. For example, the data between the cell in which the abnormal terminal resides most frequently and the abnormal terminal is used as the interaction data, or the data between the cell in which the abnormal terminal resides most frequently and the abnormal terminal is used as the interaction data.
In addition, the network quality information may specifically include various performance data of the cell in which the terminal resides, for example, may include at least one of the following performance:
alert performance, coverage performance, interference performance, capacity performance, neighbor performance, other parameter performance.
By the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the abnormality exists in the process of establishing the voice related bearer and whether the abnormality exists in the process of initiating the voice after the bearer is established can be determined by the S1 XDR, and whether the abnormality exists in the conversation process can also be determined. According to the method and the system, the abnormity of the VOLTE call is detected from the three aspects of establishment of the bearer, initiation of the call and the call execution process, the type of the abnormity can be determined efficiently and accurately, the root cause of the call abnormity is determined, and the problem of the call abnormity is solved in a targeted manner.
Based on the solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, optionally, step S14 above determines, according to a result of matching the at least one abnormal process with a preset abnormal type criterion, a voice function abnormal type of the abnormal terminal, and fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for detecting a voice function abnormality of VOLTE according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, including the following steps:
s41: determining a voice function state of the abnormal terminal according to the at least one abnormal process, wherein the voice function state comprises at least one of a call process running state, a call function switch state, a call network supporting state and a call function registration state;
s42: and determining the voice function abnormality type of the abnormal terminal according to a matching result of the voice function state of the abnormal terminal and a preset abnormality type standard.
After at least one abnormal process is determined through the scheme, the voice function state of the abnormal terminal can be determined according to the abnormal process. The abnormal process can reflect the actual situation of the voice function of the abnormal terminal.
For example, if the abnormal process indicates that an abnormality has occurred in a process for supporting the VOLTE voice function in the abnormal terminal, the voice function status of the abnormal terminal may include that the call process running status is "abnormal".
If the abnormal process indicates that the process for supporting the VOLTE voice function in the abnormal terminal is normally operated, but the user does not open the soft switch of the VOLTE voice function, so that the abnormal terminal cannot use the VOLTE function, the voice function state of the abnormal terminal may include that the call function switch state is "off".
If the network in which the abnormal terminal is located is a 2G or 3G network, the voice function status of the abnormal terminal may include that the call network support status is "not supported".
If the abnormal terminal is an unregistered VOLTE network user, the abnormal terminal cannot be provided with the VOLTE voice function, and the voice function status of the abnormal terminal may include a call function registration status of "unregistered".
The voice function status may include one or more of the above-mentioned various statuses, and may further include other statuses for indicating abnormal voice functions of the terminal.
And then, determining the voice function abnormality type of the abnormal terminal according to the matching result of the determined voice function state and the preset abnormality type standard. According to the actual requirement, a matching rule of the voice function state and a preset abnormal type standard can be set. For example, a state may be determined according to a preset priority in the voice function states, and thus, the abnormal type of the match may be determined. The type of abnormality of the match may also be determined from a plurality of states of the voice function states.
For example, the voice function status of the abnormal terminal may be as shown in the following table:
the tag in the table may refer to a terminal identification of the abnormal terminal, the terminal capability is used to indicate whether the abnormal terminal supports the VOLTE voice function, and the user identification user indicates whether the user of the abnormal terminal is a user who has registered the VOLTE voice function.
By the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the voice function state can be determined according to the abnormal process, so that the voice function abnormal type of the abnormal terminal can be determined. The root cause of the voice function abnormality can be accurately and efficiently determined, and the problem of abnormal conversation can be conveniently and pointedly solved.
Based on the solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, optionally, fig. 5 is a fifth flowchart of a method for detecting abnormal voice function of VOLTE according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, in step S11, a terminal identifier of an abnormal terminal with abnormal voice function of VOLTE is obtained, and the method includes the following steps:
s51: acquiring voice function complaint information of a complaint terminal, wherein the voice function complaint information comprises information representing voice function abnormality of VOLTE;
s52: and determining the identification of the complaint terminal in the voice function complaint information as the terminal identification of the abnormal terminal.
The voice function complaint information described in this embodiment may be information sent by an abnormal terminal user through complaint phone call, complaint short message, and the like. The voice function complaint information may include information about voice function anomalies of the VOLTE described by the anomalous end user. In addition, the voice function complaint information also comprises the identification of the abnormal terminal of the user complaint. In practical application, the user usually directly calls complaints through the abnormal terminal, so in the embodiment of the application, the identification of the terminal of the complaint executed by the user can be obtained, and the identification is determined as the terminal identification of the abnormal terminal.
By the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the terminal identification of the abnormal terminal can be obtained efficiently and accurately, the terminal with abnormal voice function can be conveniently identified, the abnormal type can be further determined, and the analysis of the root cause of the abnormal voice function is facilitated.
Based on the solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, optionally, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a sixth flowchart of a method for detecting voice dysfunction of VOLTE according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, in step S52, the step of determining, as a terminal identifier of the abnormal terminal, an identifier of the complaint terminal in the voice function complaint information includes the following steps:
s61: determining whether the complaint terminal has a VOLTE voice function according to the voice function complaint information;
s62: and when the complaint terminal has the VOLTE voice function, determining the identification of the complaint terminal in the voice function complaint information as the terminal identification of the abnormal terminal.
In practical applications, complaints received by telephone, sms, etc. are often sent by abnormal end users. Some users can only express abnormal results but cannot determine the cause of the abnormality, and some users can only express voice function abnormality but cannot determine whether the voice function abnormality is VOLTE voice function abnormality.
In the embodiment of the application, the VOLTE voice function of the complaint terminal is identified, and under the condition that only the complaint terminal supports the VOLTE voice function, the identification of the complaint terminal is determined to be the terminal identification of the abnormal terminal, so that the abnormal progress related to the VOLTE voice function of the abnormal terminal is identified in the subsequent steps. If the complaint terminal itself does not support VOLTE voice functionality, the user-expressed voice anomaly may be a 2G, 3G voice call or other type of call anomaly.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the complaint terminal with the VOLTE voice function can be identified, and whether the complaint content is relevant to the VOLTE voice function or not is further determined. Abnormal terminals with VOLTE voice function abnormality can be processed in a targeted manner.
Based on the solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, optionally, fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a voice dysfunction of a VOLTE according to one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, in step S14, after determining, according to a preset abnormality type criterion, a target abnormality type matched with the at least one abnormality process as a voice dysfunction type of the abnormal terminal, the method further includes:
s71: and determining the confidence degree of the voice function abnormality type of the abnormal terminal according to the number of the abnormal processes and a preset confidence degree standard.
In the practical application process, the reasons for causing the voice function abnormality of the VOLTE are many, so the embodiment of the application determines the confidence level of the determined voice function abnormality type through the confidence level standard and can provide data support for determining the solution.
The confidence criteria may be manually preset empirically, for example, the confidence criteria may be determined with reference to the following:
and preferentially judging the problems of the terminal and the user.
And matching is preferably carried out by adopting the bill within 1 hour before the complaint time.
Result matching delimited to wireless is preferentially adopted.
The XDR match is prioritized.
In addition, based on the cause that may cause voice dysfunction of the VOLTE, the following factors may also be considered:
analysis of the current network complaint work order shows that 99% of complaint problems are focused to wireless problems. The wireless problem has high reliability, and the non-wireless problem needs to refer to abnormal times.
Complaint users do not have the ability to distinguish between network problems and non-network problems; a small number of users complain about the problem of the users and the terminals; such problems tend to be characterized by high frequencies.
Before the XDR matches the data in S1, the XDR can be matched with the complaint type expressed by the complaint user; should have a higher priority than S1 matching; and when the type matching has a difference, the confidence level is required to be properly adjusted down.
The resident cell is used as a supplement under the extreme scene of a complaint user, and when one or more problems of alarming, coverage, interference, capacity, neighbor cell and parameters exist according to the performance analysis threshold, the confidence is 5 stars; if no data is found, serious problems exist in the quality of the characterization data, so that the S1 port data is also missing, and the confidence is only 1 star.
Based on the above factors, the preset confidence evaluation rules may be, for example, as follows:
/>
in this embodiment, the confidence level is classified from low to high into five levels of 1 star-5 star. In addition, a complaint record can be generated and stored according to the complaint information, and a worker can call the complaint information through any parameter, wherein the complaint record can comprise at least one of the following:
complaint work order number, complaint time, terminal capability, matching data, root cause analysis, solution advice, confidence.
