Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a technical solution: a waterproof, fireproof and rat and termite proof composite cable comprises a core body 1 positioned in the center of the cable, wherein an anti-falling plate 2 is attached to the outer side of the core body 1; the method also comprises the following steps: the core body 1 consists of a limit column 101, a tinned copper conductor 102, an insulating layer 103 and a control wire core 104, wherein the limit column 101 is positioned in the middle of the core body 1, the tinned copper conductor 102 and the insulating layer 103 are respectively attached to the outer side of the limit column 101, the control wire core 104 is filled between power wire cores, a halogen-free flame-retardant filling rope 105 capable of keeping a round cable is filled in the core body 1, and the cable twisting pitch diameter ratio of the halogen-free flame-retardant filling rope 105 is 25-30; the tin-plated copper conductor 102 and the insulating layer 103 arranged in the core body 1 are respectively selected from a high-quality anaerobic tin-plated copper conductor and a novel low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin material, and the tin-plated copper conductor 102 is formed by twisting high-quality anaerobic tin-plated copper conductors; the halogen-free flame-retardant filling rope 105 can keep the cable round, the flame retardant property of the cable is further improved, meanwhile, the insulating layer 103 adopts a novel low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin material, compared with the prior flame-retardant cable wrapping flame-retardant layer and the extrusion coating flame-retardant insulating material, the process flow is reduced, the material consumption is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the novel insulating material can form a ceramic hard shell when a fire disaster occurs, so that the novel flame-retardant filling rope has excellent insulating property and excellent flame retardant and fire-retardant property;
the inner part of the limit column 101 is provided with a reinforcing rib 1011 which can improve the impact resistance, the outer side of the limit column 101 is provided with a first arc-shaped concave surface 1012 and a second arc-shaped concave surface 1014 in a staggered way, and the surface of the first concave surface 1012 is uniformly provided with a non-slip block 1013; the side parts of the anti-falling plate 2 are respectively provided with a first groove 201 and a second groove 202, the first groove 201 and the second groove 202 are arranged in an arc shape, and the anti-falling plate 2 is distributed at equal angles relative to the center of the core body 1; the limiting column 101 and the anti-falling plate 2 respectively utilize the first concave 1012 and the second concave 1014 and the first groove 201 and the second groove 202 to realize the limiting action on the inner wire body of the core body 1, so that the position deviation in the subsequent wrapping operation is prevented, and the wrapping effect is improved;
the fireproof silk ribbon 3 is attached and wrapped on the outer side of the anti-falling plate 2, and the outer side of the fireproof silk ribbon 3 is wrapped with a flame-retardant waterproof wrapping tape 4 so as to realize the functions of fire prevention, flame retardance and water prevention of the cable body; the fireproof silk ribbon 3 and the flame-retardant waterproof wrapping tape 4 are in a single-layer overlapping wrapping mode, the wrapping covering rate of each layer is more than or equal to 20%, and the fireproof silk ribbon 3 is composed of glass silk ribbons with fireproof performance and rat and termite biting prevention functions; the fireproof, waterproof, rat and termite resistance of the cable can be effectively improved;
the polyethylene inner sheath layer 5 is wrapped on the outer side of the flame-retardant water-blocking tape 4, and the galvanized steel tape armor 6 is wrapped on the outer side of the polyethylene inner sheath layer 5, so that the polyethylene has good water resistance and extremely low water permeability, and can realize a radial waterproof function; the galvanized steel armors 6 adopt a double-layer gap covering and wrapping mode, and the wrapping gap rate of each layer is less than or equal to 50%; the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 is arranged on the outer side of the ceramic silicone rubber wrapping tape 7, and the ceramic silicone rubber wrapping tape 7 is wrapped on the outer side of the galvanized steel tape armor 6; the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape 7 adopts ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape with excellent flame retardant and fireproof performance, and the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape 7 adopts a single-layer wrapping mode; a sheath protection reinforcing layer 9 which is wrapped on the outer side of the low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin sheath 8 to improve the overall performance; the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 is produced by adopting a low-smoke halogen-free extrusion line, the extrusion mode adopts a semi-extrusion pipe type or extrusion type, the temperature of an extruder is controlled according to the plasticizing degree of a material, the average value of the extrusion thickness is not higher than the nominal value, the thinnest point is not less than the nominal value and is not less than 90-0.1 mm, wherein the extrusion die of the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 adopts an extrusion pipe type, the average value of the thickness of an outer sheath is not less than the nominal value, the sheath reinforcing protective layer 9 is prepared by arranging the material in an oven at 80-110 ℃ for drying for 5-6 h before extrusion, and adopts a separation type screw, the extrusion machine with the length-diameter ratio of 25:1 is adopted for extrusion, the extrusion temperature is between 200-240 ℃, and the ceramic silicon rubber belting 7 can also form a ceramic hard shell in case of fire disaster, thereby playing the roles of very good fire isolation, heat insulation, heat preservation and fire blocking, and fire prevention performances of a cable body are enhanced, so that the waterproof, fireproof and rat-proof tunnel performances are suitable for sealing, underground and environment-friendly places, and the whole cable structure is designed to be used, and harmless, environmental protection materials are harmless, and environmental protection, and the fire-retardant is not harmful and can be released to the human body, and the fire-friendly and the fire-resistant and is excellent.
Working principle: when the waterproof fireproof rat-proof composite cable is used, as shown in fig. 1-7, the conductor used in the core 1 of the cable is a tinned copper conductor 102, a halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin insulating layer 103 is extruded outside the tinned copper conductor 102, a glass ribbon fireproof ribbon 3, a flame-retardant waterproof tape 4, a polyethylene inner sheath layer 5, a galvanized steel tape armor 6, a ceramic silicone rubber tape 7, a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 and a novel nylon sheath protection reinforcing layer 9 are extruded outside the cable, so that the finished cable has the characteristics of environmental protection, water resistance, fire resistance, rat resistance and the like, can be widely applied to a circuit system in special environments such as moisture sealing, is a nontoxic and harmless environment-friendly material, is safe, environment-friendly and excellent in flame retardant performance, does not release harmful gas to generate secondary harm to human bodies under the condition of fire, and is beneficial to rescue.

the fireproof silk ribbon (3) is attached and wrapped on the outer side of the anti-falling plate (2), and the outer side of the fireproof silk ribbon (3) is wrapped with a flame-retardant waterproof wrapping tape (4) so as to realize the effects of fire prevention, flame retardance and water prevention of the cable body;
the polyethylene inner sheath layer (5) is wrapped on the outer side of the flame-retardant water-blocking tape (4), and the galvanized steel tape armor (6) is wrapped on the outer side of the polyethylene inner sheath layer (5), so that the polyethylene has good water resistance and extremely low water permeability, and can realize a radial waterproof function;
the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath (8) is arranged at the outer side of the ceramic silicone rubber wrapping tape (7), and the ceramic silicone rubber wrapping tape (7) is wrapped at the outer side of the galvanized steel tape armor (6);
a sheath protection reinforcing layer (9) which is wrapped on the outer side of the low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin sheath (8) so as to improve the overall performance;
the core body (1) consists of a limit column (101), a tin-plated copper conductor (102), an insulating layer (103) and a control wire core (104), wherein the limit column (101) is positioned in the middle of the core body (1), the tin-plated copper conductor (102) and the insulating layer (103) are respectively attached to the outer side of the limit column (101), the control wire core (104) is filled between the power wire cores, a halogen-free flame-retardant filling rope (105) capable of keeping a round cable is filled in the core body (1), and the halogen-free flame-retardant filling rope (105) has a cabling twisting pitch ratio of 25-30;
the inner part of the limit column (101) is provided with a reinforcing rib (1011) capable of improving impact resistance, the outer side of the limit column (101) is provided with a first arc-shaped concave surface (1012) and a second arc-shaped concave surface (1014) in a staggered manner, and the surface of the first concave surface (1012) is uniformly provided with an anti-skid block (1013);
the tin-copper plated conductor (102) and the insulating layer (103) arranged in the core body (1) are respectively selected from a high-quality oxygen-free tin-copper plated conductor and a novel low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin material, and the tin-copper plated conductor (102) is formed by twisting the high-quality oxygen-free tin-copper plated conductor;
the side part of the anti-falling plate (2) is provided with a first groove (201) and a second groove (202) respectively, the first groove (201) and the second groove (202) are arranged in an arc shape, and the anti-falling plate (2) is distributed at equal angles relative to the center of the core body (1);
the fireproof silk ribbon (3) and the flame-retardant waterproof wrapping tape (4) are in a single-layer overlapping wrapping mode, the wrapping covering rate of each layer is more than or equal to 20%, and the fireproof silk ribbon (3) is composed of glass silk ribbons with fireproof performance and rat and termite biting prevention functions;
the galvanized steel strip armoring (6) adopts a double-layer gap covering and wrapping mode, and the wrapping gap rate of each layer is less than or equal to 50%;
the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape (7) is a ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape with excellent flame retardant and fireproof performances, and the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape (7) is in a single-layer wrapping mode;
the sheath protection reinforcing layer (9) is made of novel nylon materials, and the sheath protection reinforcing layer (9) and the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath (8) are both made of extrusion coating technology.
