According to the VTE risk monitoring and result quality control system, on the first hand, VTE risk evaluation grade information of a person to be detected can be determined in time according to a VTE risk evaluation model, corresponding VTE risk suggestion information is obtained according to the VTE risk evaluation grade information, VTE characteristic information is analyzed in time through a computer system, and analysis and evaluation efficiency is improved; and secondly, generating corresponding VTE processing result data information according to the VTE risk suggestion information, further obtaining corresponding VTE processing result feedback information by analyzing the VTE processing result data information, and determining whether VTE characteristic information needs to be subjected to VTE risk assessment again according to the VTE processing result feedback information, so that the processing efficiency and the data accuracy of the VTE characteristic information are improved, and the analysis complexity of the VTE characteristic information is reduced.

Claims (12)

1. A VTE risk monitoring and result quality control system, comprising:
the system comprises a VTE risk assessment end, a VTE risk suggestion end, a medical care mobile terminal and a VTE quality monitoring end;
the VTE risk assessment terminal is used for acquiring first characteristic information of a person to be detected, inputting the first characteristic information into a VTE risk assessment model, acquiring VTE risk assessment grade information which is output by the VTE risk assessment model and corresponds to the first characteristic information, and sending the VTE risk assessment grade information to the VTE risk suggestion terminal;
the VTE risk suggestion end is used for generating VTE risk suggestion data information corresponding to the VTE risk assessment grade information according to the VTE risk assessment grade information and sending the VTE risk suggestion data information to a medical care mobile terminal used by medical care personnel;
the medical care mobile terminal is used for acquiring the VTE risk suggestion data information, acquiring VTE processing result data information corresponding to the VTE risk suggestion data information, and sending the VTE processing result data information to the VTE quality monitoring end, wherein the VTE processing result data information at least comprises second characteristic information of the personnel to be detected;
the VTE quality monitoring end is used for acquiring the VTE processing result data information and generating VTE processing result feedback information corresponding to the VTE processing result data information according to VTE processing result standard grade; and if the feedback information of the VTE processing result is information indicating that risk assessment is proposed to the second characteristic information, sending the second characteristic information to the VTE risk assessment end so that the VTE risk assessment end can input the second characteristic information into the VTE risk assessment model and obtain VTE risk assessment grade information which is output by the VTE risk assessment model and corresponds to the second characteristic information.
2. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome quality control system of claim 1,
if the VTE processing result feedback information is information indicating that risk assessment on the second characteristic information is not recommended, sending the VTE processing result feedback information to the medical care mobile terminal;
the medical care mobile terminal is also used for displaying the VTE processing result feedback information.
3. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome quality control system of claim 1,
the first characteristic information is the characteristic information which is not input into the VTE risk assessment model by the VTE risk assessment end so as to obtain the VTE risk assessment grade information.
4. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome quality control system of claim 1,
the second characteristic information is characteristic information of a person to be detected included in VTE processing result data acquired by the medical care mobile terminal, wherein the VTE processing result data corresponds to the first characteristic information, VTE risk assessment grade information corresponding to the first characteristic information, and VTE risk suggestion data information corresponding to the VTE risk assessment grade information corresponding to the first characteristic information.
5. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome quality control system of claim 1,
the VTE risk assessment grade information comprises VTE-free risk information and VTE-carrying risk information;
if the VTE risk assessment grade information is VTE-free risk information, the VTE risk suggestion data information is information which indicates that the first characteristic information is not recommended to be processed;
and if the VTE risk assessment grade information carries VTE risk information, the VTE risk suggestion data information is information representing suggestion for processing the first characteristic information.
6. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome control system of claim 5,
and if the VTE risk suggestion data information is information representing suggestion of processing the first characteristic information, the VTE risk suggestion data information at least comprises VTE preventive processing suggestion data information and VTE implementation processing suggestion data information.
7. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome control system of claim 6,
the carrying VTE risk information comprises: VTE low risk grade information, VTE medium risk grade information or VTE high risk grade information;
if the VTE risk assessment grade information is VTE low risk grade information, the VTE risk suggestion data information is VTE preventive treatment suggestion data information, and correspondingly, the VTE treatment result data information is VTE preventive treatment result data information;
and if the VTE risk assessment grade information is VTE middle risk grade information or VTE high risk grade information, the VTE risk suggestion data information is VTE implementation processing suggestion data information, and correspondingly, the VTE processing result data information is VTE implementation processing result data information.

The VTE risk monitoring and outcome control system of claim 1, further comprising: and the VTE system database is used for storing and updating the characteristic information, VTE risk assessment grade information, VTE risk suggestion data information, VTE processing result data information and VTE processing result feedback information of the personnel to be detected, and establishing the corresponding relation among the characteristic information, VTE risk assessment grade information, VTE risk suggestion data information, VTE processing result data information and VTE processing result feedback information of the personnel to be detected.
9. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome control system of claim 8,
the VTE quality monitoring end is further used for sending an acquisition request to the VTE system database, wherein the acquisition request is used for acquiring the characteristic information, VTE risk assessment grade information and VTE risk suggestion data information corresponding to the VTE processing result data information, and generating VTE processing result feedback information corresponding to the VTE processing result data information by combining the VTE processing result standard grade.
10. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome control system of claim 9,
the VTE processing result feedback information is used for representing the type of the processing measure taken on the second characteristic information, and comprises information representing that risk assessment is carried out on the second characteristic information and information representing that risk assessment is not carried out on the second characteristic information.
11. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome control system of claim 9,
if the VTE processing result data information is VTE preventive processing result data information, the VTE quality monitoring end is specifically configured to determine whether a VTE preventive processing result score corresponding to the VTE preventive processing result data information is less than or equal to a VTE preventive processing result standard threshold preset in the VTE processing result standard grade;
if so, the feedback information of the VTE processing result is information which indicates that risk assessment is not recommended to the second characteristic information; otherwise, the feedback information of the VTE processing result is information representing that risk assessment is suggested to be carried out on the second characteristic information.
12. The VTE risk monitoring and outcome control system of claim 9,
if the VTE processing result data information is VTE implementation processing result data information, the VTE quality monitoring end is specifically configured to determine whether a VTE implementation processing result score corresponding to the VTE implementation processing result data information is less than or equal to a VTE implementation processing result standard threshold preset in the VTE processing result standard grade;
if so, the feedback information of the VTE processing result is information which indicates that risk assessment is not recommended to the second characteristic information;
otherwise, the feedback information of the VTE processing result is information representing that risk assessment is suggested to be carried out on the second characteristic information.
