And if the credit information of the business object does not accord with the credit admission condition, sending feedback that the examination and approval is not passed to the operator server.
And if the credit information of the service object meets the preset admission condition, evaluating the grade of the service object according to the communication operation information and the credit information of the service object. Business object level refers to the credit level of a business object. The higher the credit level of the business object, the higher the credit line of the business object.
In the conventional loan approval loan limit determination, only the personal credit information of the business object and the income and expenditure conditions of the business object are generally considered, and in the embodiment, the loan limit is determined by combining the communication operation information and the credit information of the business object. That is to say, in the approval mode, when the business is processed, the business object information of a single dimension is not considered any more, and the communication operation information is combined, so that the information source of the access check is increased, the reliability of the business object is improved, and the reliability of credit is further improved.

The service processing method can initiate a service approval request by an operator application interface, combines service processing and communication operation, enables credit operation to be carried out based on an operator service object end, expands the operation scene of a user, brings convenience to the operation of the user, and evaluates the grade of the service object by using the communication operation information and the credit information of the service object so as to calculate the pre-credit access parameter, increase the check information of the service object, improve the reliability of the service object and reduce the fraud risk.

Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.

In another embodiment, the processing module comprises a branch processing module for receiving a confirmation file sent by the operator server after the delivery of the staged product is completed, and performing branch processing according to the staging information and the confirmation file.
In another embodiment, the processing module further includes a monitoring processing module, configured to receive a resource transfer detail sent by an operator server after transferring the periodically returned quota from the service object account to the cooperation institution account on the fixed return day, where the operator server preferentially transfers resources from the communication account of the service object; performing service monitoring on the service object according to the resource transfer details; and carrying out service monitoring on the communication operator according to the staging information and the resource transfer details.
In another embodiment, the staging information comprises a communication business hall for purchasing the staged product and a salesperson providing business information, and the monitoring processing module is used for determining overdue business objects based on the staging information and the resource transfer details; acquiring the number of business objects of a communication business hall and overdue business employees; if the number of the overdue business objects of the communication business hall is larger than the corresponding preset value, generating a risk early warning for the communication business hall, and if the number of the overdue business objects of the salesperson is larger than the corresponding preset value, generating a risk early warning for the salesperson, or determining the business handling number of the communication business hall and the salesperson based on the staging information; and if the business handling number of the communication business hall is greater than the corresponding threshold value, generating risk early warning for the communication business hall, and if the business handling number of the salesperson is greater than the corresponding threshold value, generating risk early warning for the salesperson.
In another embodiment, the processing module is further used for freezing the communication business hall of the risk pre-warning and business handling authority of a salesperson.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a service processing apparatus, including: a response module 502, a credit granting acquisition module 504, an staging processing module 506, a sending module 508 and a display module 510, wherein:
a response module 502, configured to respond to a service request triggered on a communication operator application interface, and obtain service object basic information and communication operation information.
And the credit granting acquisition module 504 is configured to acquire a determined credit granting amount according to the communication operation information and the credit information of the service object.
And the staging processing module 506 is configured to display the page of the dispatchable product, and obtain the products purchased on the basis of the page of the dispatchable product and the staging information obtained by the staging payment method, where the value of the purchased products is not greater than the credit line.
A sending module 508, configured to send the staging information to the cooperation mechanism, and the cooperation mechanism performs branch processing and return monitoring processing according to the staging information.
And the display module 510 is used for displaying the goods picking code of the purchased product, and the goods picking code is used for picking up the purchased product in the operator business hall.
In still another embodiment, the system further comprises a repayment processing module, configured to transfer the periodic return amount from the business object account to the cooperation institution account on the fixed return day, and send a resource transfer detail to the institution server, where the resource is preferentially transferred from the communication account of the business object; and the mechanism server performs service monitoring on the service object according to the resource transfer details and performs service monitoring on the communication operator according to the staging information and the resource transfer details.
The modules in the service processing device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. Claims (17)

1. A method for processing a service, the method comprising:
receiving a service approval request sent by a communication operator server, wherein the service approval request comprises service object basic information and communication operation information;
acquiring credit information of the service object according to the service object basic information;
matching credit information of the service object with a preset access condition, if the credit information of the service object meets the preset access condition, evaluating the level of the service object according to communication operation information and the credit information of the service object, and determining the credit line of the service object according to the level of the service object; the credit line is positively correlated with the level of the business object;
feeding back the credit line of the service object to a communication operator server;
acquiring stage information of stage products selectively purchased by the service object based on the credit line;
and performing branch processing and return monitoring processing according to the staging information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein performing forking based on the staging information comprises: and receiving a confirmation file sent by the operator server after the delivery of the staged product is finished, and performing branch processing according to the staging information and the confirmation file.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein performing a return monitoring process according to the staging information comprises:
receiving resource transfer details sent by the operator server after transferring corresponding quota from the service object account to the cooperation institution account on the fixed return date, wherein the operator server preferentially transfers resources from the communication account of the service object;
performing service monitoring on the service object according to the resource transfer details;
and carrying out service monitoring on the communication operator according to the staging information and the resource transfer details.

The method of claim 3, wherein the staging information includes a communication hall where the staged product is selected and a clerk who provides business information; the service monitoring is carried out on the communication operator according to the staging information and the resource transfer details, and the method comprises at least one of the following modes;
determining overdue business objects based on the staging information and the resource transfer details;
acquiring the number of overdue business objects of the communication business hall and the salespersons;
if the number of the overdue business objects of the communication business hall is larger than the corresponding preset value, generating a risk early warning for the communication business hall, if the number of the overdue business objects of the salesperson is larger than the corresponding preset value, generating a risk early warning for the salesperson, or,
determining the business handling number of a communication business hall and a salesperson based on the staging information;
