Subsequently, the insert assembly 700 is placed on the middle case 100, and the insert assembly 700 is fixed by thermally fusing the first insert assembly positioning portion 1251 and the second insert assembly positioning portion 1252; thereafter, the photographing button 800, the electric wires inserted into the package 700 are soldered to the integrated circuit board 410 in the electronic package 400, respectively, completing the assembly in the first stage.
Third electronic component positioning portion 1233, first insert component positioning portion 1251 and second insert component positioning portion 1252 need to be soluble, and specific materials are not limited herein, and polypropylene material, polycarbonate material or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene material is merely exemplified. The material of the third electronic component positioning portions 1233, the first insert component positioning portions 1251, and the second insert component positioning portions 1252 may be the same as or different from the material of the middle case body 110.
Step S20: the second stage of assembly is completed by placing the suction assembly 500 onto the intermediate housing 100 and then adhering the instrument tube in the insertion assembly 700 to the suction assembly 500.
Step S30: the rolling assembly 600 is fitted into the rolling assembly positioning portion 126 of the middle housing 100, and the two wire ropes inserted into the assembly 700 are passed through the holes in the rolling assembly 600 and fixed, completing the third stage of assembly, resulting in the preassembled middle housing 100.
Example 4:
as shown in fig. 4, 10, 11, and 12, embodiment 4 of the present invention provides a method for assembling an endoscope handle, including the steps of:
step S51: obtaining a pre-assembled intermediate shell according to the using method of the intermediate shell;
step S52: the lower housing 300 is assembled from below the pre-assembled intermediate housing by the lower housing positioning portions 121, and the upper housing 200 is assembled from above the pre-assembled intermediate housing by the upper housing positioning portions 310 provided on the lower housing 300.
Specifically, the pre-assembled intermediate housing is loaded into the lower housing 300 through the first lower housing positioning portion 1211, the second lower housing positioning portion 1212, the third lower housing positioning portion 1213, and the fourth lower housing positioning portion 1214, thereby completing the first-stage assembly of the endoscope handle. And then the upper shell is installed on the assembly part of the first stage of the endoscope handle by using the upper shell positioning part 310, meanwhile, the upper shell 300 and the lower shell 200 can be connected and/or positioned in a clamping manner, and the upper shell positioning part 310 is at least sequentially provided with a first upper shell positioning part 311, a second upper shell positioning part 312 and a third upper shell positioning part 313 along the axial direction of the middle shell 100, so that the assembly of the first stage of the endoscope handle is completed. Finally, the adjustment handle 900 is loaded onto the endoscope handle first stage assembly using the connector, thereby completing the assembly of the entire endoscope handle.
The middle shell provided by the invention is simple in structure, the mold for preparing the middle shell is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, and the middle shell is easy to manufacture and realize; meanwhile, the automatic assembly is realized in the subsequent assembly process, the stability and the accuracy of the assembly are ensured, and the assembly efficiency of the endoscope handle is greatly improved, so that the production efficiency of the endoscope is improved, and a breakthrough contribution is made to the actual production of the endoscope.
The above description is intended to be illustrative of the preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention, but rather, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
