Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present application without making any creative effort, shall be protected by the present application.
In the property industry, maintenance, home care and other services are often needed for owners. The traditional property job scheduling mode is generally that a distributor is informed through telephone, talkback or instant messaging software, and then the distributor distributes a work order to corresponding workers. The method has low distribution efficiency, and the problem that a work order to be distributed is stocked on the hands of a distributor is easy to occur. In addition, in the distribution process, the distributor may distribute the work order according to personal emotion, which causes the phenomenon of unfair distribution.
In order to explain the technical means of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation flow of a work order allocation method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a terminal and may be applied to a situation where efficiency and fairness of work order allocation need to be improved. The terminal can be intelligent equipment such as a smart phone, a computer and a tablet device, and can also be server equipment such as a property server.
Specifically, the method for allocating the work order may include the following steps S101 to S104.
And S101, acquiring the work order information of the work orders to be distributed.
In the embodiment of the present application, the work order to be allocated refers to a work order that needs to be allocated to a worker to enable the worker to complete a work task. When the property owner needs to provide service or the property has related operation requirements, the terminal can acquire the work order information of the work orders to be distributed.
The work order information may include a work requirement of a work order to be allocated, a work order type, a processing object, a work timestamp, a project type, and the like.
Specifically, the terminal may obtain the work order information in different manners. For example, in some embodiments, the owner may send the work order information to the terminal through application software installed on a smart phone, a computer, or the like, so as to trigger the terminal to perform the allocation of the work order to be allocated. In other embodiments, the owner may also notify the distributor through a telephone, intercom or instant messaging software, and the distributor performs an input operation on the property system installed on the terminal, so that the terminal may generate the work order information of the work order to be distributed based on the input operation. Or, the terminal may periodically generate the work order information of the work orders to be distributed according to the actual demand.
And step S102, determining the preferred staff with the first priority according to the operation requirement.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can determine the allocation priority of each employee according to the operation requirement, so as to determine that the employee meeting the operation requirement and having the allocation priority of the first priority is used as the preferred employee.
The preferred employee may be an employee with the highest assigned priority, or may be any one or more employees with assigned priorities greater than a preset priority threshold.
And step S103, generating the order waiting information pointing to the preferred staff.
The order receiving information can be used for indicating the preferred staff to carry out order receiving operation. In the embodiment of the application, since the preferred employee is a better or optimal choice for processing the work order to be allocated, for example, an employee with higher or highest efficiency for processing the work order to be allocated, or an employee with better or best quality for processing the work order to be allocated, the terminal may generate the information of the order to be accepted pointing to the preferred employee, and the preferred employee preferentially selects to accept the order.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, after the terminal generates the order waiting information, the terminal may send the order waiting information to the device bound by the preferred employee. Preferably, the employee can log in the account in an employee system installed on the device of the employee, and trigger the acquisition of the order waiting information, so that the device receives the order waiting information sent by the terminal. At this time, the preferred staff may select to trigger the order receiving operation or the order rejecting operation by clicking a control or the like according to the actual situation, or may select not to trigger any operation.
And step S104, if the order receiving operation triggered by the preferred staff according to the order receiving information is not received, generating the order waiting information, and distributing the order to be distributed to the target staff.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the terminal receives an order receiving operation triggered by the preferred employee according to the information of the to-be-received order, the terminal may allocate the to-be-allocated work order to the target employee.
If the preferred staff triggers the order rejection operation or does not trigger any operation, the terminal cannot receive the order receiving operation triggered by the preferred staff according to the order receiving information, and at the moment, the terminal can generate the order receiving information. The information of the order to be robbed can be directed to each employee meeting the operation requirements. And each worker meeting the operation requirements can trigger the order grabbing operation according to the actual condition of the worker and the information of the order to be grabbed. After the terminal receives the order grabbing operation triggered by the staff, the terminal can distribute the work orders to be distributed to the staff triggering the order grabbing operation, and the staff is the target staff. That is to say, the target staff is the staff who triggers the order grabbing operation according to the information of the order to be grabbed and meets the operation requirements.
In some embodiments of the present application, the target employee may be the first employee to trigger the order grabbing operation.
It should be noted that the aforementioned work order information may include a work order type of the work order to be allocated, importance levels and processing time limits of different work order types are different, and the terminal may have different allocation strategies for the work orders to be allocated of different work order types.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, if the work order type of the work order to be allocated is a temporary type, the terminal may generate the information of the work order to be accepted, which has a first duration and is directed to the preferred employee. If the terminal does not receive the order receiving operation triggered by the preferred staff according to the order receiving information within the first time length, the terminal can generate the order receiving information.
The temporary type to-be-distributed work order can refer to the to-be-distributed work order submitted by the owner according to the required service, and the temporary type to-be-distributed work order is high in importance degree and short in processing time limit. If the terminal does not receive the order receiving operation triggered by the preferred staff according to the order receiving information within the first time period, the terminal can generate the order receiving information in order to ensure that the work orders to be distributed are distributed to the staff in time.
And in order to ensure that the work orders to be distributed can be distributed in time, if the order receiving operation is not received within the third time length, the terminal can generate manual order dispatching information and monitor the order dispatching operation triggered by the distributor according to the manual order dispatching information. The order dispatching operation is used for confirming any staff meeting the operation requirements as target staff so that the target staff can process the work orders to be distributed.
It should be noted that the first time period and the third time period may be set according to actual situations, for example, the first time period may be 10 minutes, and the third time period may be 5 minutes.
In other embodiments of the present application, if the work order type of the work order to be distributed is a periodic type, the order receiving time limit is generated to be the second time length, and the order receiving information points to the preferred employee. If the terminal does not receive the order receiving operation triggered by the preferred staff according to the order receiving information within the second time length, in order to ensure that the work orders to be distributed are distributed to the staff in time, the terminal can generate manual order dispatching information and monitor the order dispatching operation triggered by the distributor according to the manual order dispatching information.
The periodic type work order to be allocated may refer to a work order to be allocated periodically generated by the terminal, and the importance degree of the type work order to be allocated is low or the processing time limit is long.
Likewise, the second time period may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the second time period may be 4 hours.
In the embodiment of the application, after the work order information of the work orders to be distributed is obtained, the preferred staff with the first priority is determined according to the operation requirements of the work orders to be distributed, the information of the work orders to be received pointing to the preferred staff is generated, if the order receiving operation triggered by the preferred staff according to the information of the work orders to be received is not received, the information of the work orders to be snatched is generated, the work orders to be distributed are distributed to the target staff triggering the order receiving operation, the distribution process of the work orders does not need to be carried out by the distributor in a complicated operation mode, the work order distribution efficiency is improved, meanwhile, under the condition that the preferred staff does not receive the work orders, the staff can carry out order snatching, the condition that a large number of work orders are accumulated in hands of the distributor is avoided, and the distribution of the work orders is more fair.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to more fairly select the preferred employees of the processed work orders to be distributed, as shown in fig. 2, the step S102 may specifically include the following steps S201 to S203.
Step S201, acquiring employee information of an employee.
In some embodiments of the present application, the terminal may obtain employee information pre-stored in the memory; or sending an acquisition request to the database server to acquire employee information of each employee stored by the database server.
The employee information may specifically include skill information, a current state, a work range, and the like of the employee.
And S202, determining the initially selected staff meeting the operation requirements according to the operation requirements and the staff information.
That is, the above-mentioned initial staff is a staff who can complete the work order to be assigned.
In some embodiments of the present application, the work requirement may specifically include a work area of the work order to be assigned and skill requirement information.
The work area refers to an area to which an employee needs to go when processing an order to be allocated, and may refer to an area where a processing object of the order to be allocated is located in some cases. For example, when the order to be allocated is a work order for servicing an elevator, the work area may refer to the cell in which the elevator requiring servicing is located.
The skill requirement information refers to the skill requirement required to complete the order to be allocated. For example, when the order to be distributed is a homemade work order, the skill requirement information may indicate that a homemade service can be performed.
Accordingly, the employee information may include skill information, current status, and work scope of the employee.
The current state indicates whether the employee is currently in a working state, if the current state of the employee is the working state, it indicates that the employee can process the to-be-allocated worksheet, and if the current state of the employee is the vacation state, it indicates that the employee cannot process the to-be-allocated worksheet. The skill information refers to information on skills held by the employee. The working range refers to an area where employees can go to during work.
After the operation requirement and the staff information are obtained, the terminal can match the skill information with the skill requirement information of the work order to be distributed, the working range comprises the working area of the work order to be distributed, and the staff with the current working state is used as the primary selection staff.
And step S203, determining the distribution priority of each primary employee, and taking the primary employee with the distribution priority as the preferred employee.
That is, the terminal may determine the allocation priority of each of the primary employees to screen out preferred employees from the primary employees.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the determination process of the allocation priority may include the following steps S301 to S303.
And step S301, acquiring reference information of the initially selected staff.
The reference information may include a distance between the current position of the initially selected employee and a work area of the work order to be allocated, total working hours of the work order to be processed of the initially selected employee, historical work order satisfaction of the initially selected employee, and the like.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the application, the terminal may obtain a current position uploaded by the intelligent device bound by the primary employee in real time, and calculate the distance according to the current position and a work area of the work order to be allocated. The longer the distance, the longer the time required for the initial employee to travel to the work area.
In some embodiments of the application, the terminal may obtain the working hours required by each to-be-processed work order uploaded by the intelligent device bound by the primary staff in real time, and further add up the total working hours of the to-be-processed work orders of a certain primary staff. Since the pre-selected employee needs to complete the work order to be processed and then perform the next work order, the longer the total man-hour is, the later the time to complete the work order to be allocated is.
In some embodiments of the present application, the terminal may obtain its satisfaction with the historical work order uploaded by the owner via the smart device. The higher the above satisfaction, the better the quality of service for the employee. In addition, in order to be more suitable for practical application, the satisfaction degree obtained by the terminal can be the satisfaction degree of the historical order which is the same as the work area and the work order type of the order to be distributed and the skill requirement.
In step S302, a target weight value associated with the reference information is obtained.
Wherein each item of reference information may be represented by a target weight value associated therewith.
In some embodiments of the present application, the target weight value may be a weight value set by a worker, or may be a weight value obtained by adjusting a weight value set by a worker based on an actual situation.
The specific adjustment process is as follows: the terminal can obtain an initial weight value associated with the reference information, wherein the initial weight value is a weight value set by a worker. And then, the terminal can obtain a work timestamp pointed by the work order to be distributed and the project type of the project to which the work order to be distributed belongs, and adjust the initial weight value according to the work timestamp and the project type to obtain the target weight value.
The work time stamp is a time point for processing the order to be distributed, and the project type is used for representing the number of the work points and the positions of the work points when the work order to be distributed comprises a plurality of work points.
For example, when the working timestamp is on a preset holiday, which indicates that the number of guests in the working area is increased, the terminal may increase the initial weight value associated with the distance. When the item type is a combined order of the same working area, for example, a combined order of a plurality of working points in the same cell, the terminal may increase an initial weight value associated with the satisfaction degree; when the item type is a combined order of different working areas, for example, a combined order of a plurality of working points of different cells of the same company, the terminal may increase the initial weight value associated with the distance.
It should be noted that, after the terminal obtains the target weight value through the above adjustment, the on-time completion rate of the work order within the adjusted specific time period may be counted. If the on-time completion rate is lower than the preset threshold, the weight can be adjusted again.
And step S303, calculating the distribution priority of the initially selected employee according to the reference information and the target weight value associated with the reference information.
Specifically, the terminal may perform weighted addition according to the reference information of a single primary employee and a target weight value associated with the reference information, calculate the allocation priority of the primary employee, and so on, calculate the allocation priority of each primary employee. In some embodiments of the present application, the higher the assignment priority, the higher the service quality corresponding to the primary employee, and the earlier the time for completing the order to be assigned.
For example, suppose that employee a is responsible for elevator maintenance work in cell a, employee B is responsible for housekeeping maintenance and elevator maintenance work in cell A, B, employee c and employee d are both responsible for elevator maintenance work in cell B, employee m is an assignor, a has 3 to-be-processed worksheets, B has 3 to-be-processed worksheets, c has 5 to-be-processed worksheets, d has 1 to-be-processed worksheet, the processing duration of each to-be-processed worksheet is half an hour, and the satisfaction of each employee in processing the historical orders between cell a and cell B at the current position of each employee is the same. The following operations exist that need to be allocated: the maintenance work order of the elevator in the community A is 001, the maintenance work order of the housekeeping in the community A is 002, the maintenance work order of the housekeeping in the community B is 003 and the maintenance work order of the elevator in the community B is 004. Through the allocation method, the employee b will become the preferred employee of the work orders 001, 002 and 003, the employee d will become the preferred employee of the work order 004, and assuming that the employee b does not trigger the order taking operation of the work order 001, but triggers the order taking operation of the work orders 002 and 003, and the employee d triggers the order taking operation, the work orders 002 and 003 will be directly allocated to the original b, the work order 004 will be directly allocated to the employee d, and the work order 001 may be directly allocated by the employee a to trigger the order grabbing operation or by the employee m when the order grabbing operation is not received.
In addition, the work order distribution method can be applied to a property server, namely a server used by the property server for distributing and managing the work orders. However, considering that some services are not required to be provided by property staff in practical applications, in some embodiments of the present application, the work order information may further include a processing object to which the work order to be allocated points and a work timestamp, after the work order to be allocated is allocated to the target staff, the terminal may receive work information uploaded by the target staff, and the work information may include verification information of whether the work timestamp is within a maintenance period of the processing object by a manufacturer. And if the check information points to that the working timestamp is in the maintenance period, generating transfer information and sending the transfer information to a server of a manufacturer.
That is, if the processing object is within the maintenance period at the time point of processing the job ticket to be processed, the terminal may generate and transmit the transfer information to the server of the manufacturer.
For example, the work order to be processed is an elevator maintenance work order, and if the target employee finds that the elevator is in the maintenance period of the manufacturer, it indicates that the elevator maintenance is not required by the target employee, the target employee may upload the verification information. The terminal can generate transfer information after receiving the verification information and send the transfer information to the server of the manufacturer so that the manufacturer can perform elevator maintenance work.
In other embodiments of the present application, the target employee may also fill in and upload completion information after completing the work order, for example, the completion information may be a picture of the processing object uploaded by the target employee after repair, and the like. And aiming at the completion information uploaded by the staff, the auditing staff can perform auditing regularly to prevent the staff from idling.
In addition, the terminal can receive the evaluation information uploaded by the owner for any one or more work orders so as to evaluate the working condition of the staff. If the evaluation information received by the terminal is the redo information, the terminal can regenerate a new work order to be distributed, and the work order is distributed again by the method so as to meet the requirements of the owner.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may, in accordance with the present application, occur in other orders.
