In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method can be implemented in other ways. The embodiment of the application can acquire and process related data based on an artificial intelligence technology. Claims (10)

1. An incoming call processing method, comprising:
when an incoming call event of a client is monitored, acquiring an incoming call number of the incoming call event;
inquiring the incoming call type corresponding to the incoming call number in a preset database;
when the incoming call type is a preset type, answering the incoming call event according to an answering rule corresponding to the preset type;
and when the incoming call type is not a preset type, displaying the incoming call number on a preset incoming call interface of the client.
2. The incoming call processing method according to claim 1, wherein when the incoming call type is a preset type, performing an answering operation on the incoming call event according to an answering rule corresponding to the preset type, includes:
when the incoming call type is a first type, terminating the incoming call event;
when the incoming call type is a second type, controlling an intelligent answering system pre-installed on the client to answer the incoming call event, acquiring incoming call voice corresponding to the incoming call event in real time, and performing text conversion on the incoming call voice to obtain an incoming call text;
extracting keywords in the incoming call text, screening a corresponding answer text in a preset answer database according to the keywords, and performing voice conversion on the answer text to obtain answer voice;
and controlling the intelligent answering system to output the answering voice to answer the incoming call voice, and returning to the step of acquiring the incoming call voice corresponding to the incoming call event in real time until the incoming call event is terminated.
3. The incoming call processing method according to claim 2, wherein the step of controlling the intelligent answering system to output the answering voice to answer the incoming call voice and returning to the step of obtaining the incoming call voice corresponding to the incoming call event in real time is performed until the incoming call event is terminated, and the method further comprises:
and extracting key information from the incoming call text and the response text, and outputting the key information to a user of the client in a preset mode.
4. The incoming call processing method according to claim 2, wherein after extracting keywords in the incoming call text and screening corresponding answer text in a preset answer database according to the keywords, the method further comprises:
judging whether a corresponding response text can be screened in a preset response database;
if the corresponding answer text can not be screened, the incoming call event is forwarded to the user of the client;
and if the corresponding response text can be screened, performing voice conversion on the response text to obtain response voice.
5. The incoming call processing method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the querying the incoming call type corresponding to the incoming call number in a preset database includes:
inquiring whether a contact database of the client contains the incoming call number or not;
when the contact database contains the incoming call number, confirming the incoming call type of the incoming call number as a local contact;
when the contact database does not contain the incoming call number, inquiring whether a preset local database of the client contains the incoming call number;
when the local database contains the incoming call number, obtaining the incoming call type according to the type corresponding to the incoming call number marked in the local database;
when the local database does not contain the incoming call number, inquiring whether a preset cloud database contains the incoming call number;
when the incoming call number is contained in the cloud database, obtaining the incoming call type according to the type corresponding to the incoming call number marked in the cloud database, and updating the local database according to the incoming call number and the type corresponding to the incoming call number in the cloud database;
and when the incoming call number is not contained in the cloud database, determining the incoming call type of the incoming call number as an unfamiliar incoming call.
6. The incoming call processing method as recited in claim 5, wherein said first type comprises fraud and promotional calls and said second type comprises courier and take-away calls.
7. The incoming call processing method according to claim 6, wherein the step of screening a corresponding answer text in a preset answer database according to the keyword comprises:
screening out a first response text for inquiring a receiving address from the preset response database;
acquiring the incoming call voice replied based on the first answer text;
acquiring information of the receiving address according to the replied incoming call voice, acquiring the current position of the client, and performing distance calculation according to the current position of the client and the receiving address information to obtain a target distance;
and screening out a corresponding second response text from the preset response database according to the target distance.
8. An incoming call processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an incoming call monitoring module, a call processing module and a call processing module, wherein the incoming call monitoring module is used for acquiring an incoming call number of an incoming call event when the incoming call event of a client side is monitored;
the type query module is used for querying the incoming call type corresponding to the incoming call number in a preset database;
the incoming call processing module is used for answering the incoming call event according to an answering rule corresponding to the preset type when the incoming call type is the preset type; and when the incoming call type is not a preset type, displaying the incoming call number on a preset incoming call interface of the client.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the incoming call processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the incoming call processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
