Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural chemical industry, relates to a pesticide preparation technology, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of a flupyradifurone and metarhizium anisopliae compounded dispersible oil suspending agent.
Background
The fluoropyrazole furanone is a novel nicotine pesticide, is a butenolide compound and has a brand new chemical structure. Can be highly selectively acted on various piercing-sucking mouthpart pests, has good quick action and long duration, has no cross resistance with the conventional neonicotinoid insecticides, and has the most prominent characteristic of low toxicity to pollinating insects such as bees and the like. The insecticidal composition can be used for preventing and treating various pests such as aphids, whiteflies, scale insects, leafhoppers, frankliniella occidentalis, leaf miners, mealybugs, citrus psyllids, potato beetles and the like in tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, cucumbers, grapes, watermelons, coffee, nuts, oranges and field crops, has good systemic absorption and conductivity, is effective on all growth period pests such as larvae, adults and the like, and has quick pesticide effect and long lasting period.
Metarhizium anisopliae is a broad spectrum entomopathogenic bacterium, and can parasitize tortoise shell, weevil, wireworm, lepidoptera pest larva, hemiptera stinkbug and the like. The Metarhizium anisopliae has variants such as Metarhizium anisopliae and Metarhizium flavum, and is mainly produced by using a preparation of the variant of the Metarhizium anisopliae to control pests such as underground pests, trunk-boring pests, peach fruit borers, coconut leaf beetles, locusts, cabbage diamondback moths, cabbage caterpillars and tomato bollworms, and sanitary pests such as mosquito larvae in small water bodies. From the scale of prevention and treatment, metarhizium anisopliae develops into a fungal pesticide second only to beauveria bassiana. The Metarrhizium anisopliae is harmless to human and livestock, safe to natural enemy insects, and free of environmental pollution.
Compared with the fluopyram, the quick-acting property of the metarhizium anisopliae is slightly poor, and the quick-acting property and the lasting period of the metarhizium anisopliae can be improved by compounding the metarhizium anisopliae and the fluopyram. The invention prepares the dispersible oil suspending agent by compounding the metarhizium anisopliae, the fluropyrone and the like, applies the dispersible oil suspending agent to prevent and treat the insect pests such as whitefly, psylla chinensis and the like on crops, and can reduce some virus diseases caused by the insect pests.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a preparation method and application of a dispersible oil suspending agent prepared by compounding metarhizium anisopliae and flupyradifurone and used for preventing and treating whitefly, psylla chinensis and other insect pests of vegetables and fruit trees.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by fluoropyrafuranone and metarhizium anisopliae comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the emulsifier is one or any two or any combination of more than two of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether series emulsifier, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, agricultural milk No. 700, agricultural milk No. 2201, agricultural milk No. 1601, span-60 and Tween-60;
the dispersing agent is one or the combination of at least two of alkyl aryl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, polycarboxylate, EO-PO block copolymer, lignosulfonate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate.
The tackifier is one or the combination of more than two of white carbon black, organic bentonite, attapulgite, xanthan gum or magnesium aluminum silicate;
the vegetable oil of the dispersion medium comprises soybean oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, peanut oil or olive oil.
A preparation method of a dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by fluoropyrazole furanone and metarhizium anisopliae comprises the following specific steps:
the technical scheme includes that Metarrhizium anisopliae powder and white carbon black are mixed according to the mass ratio of 9.5: 0.5, crushing in an ultrafine crusher to obtain green muscardine fungus powder with the particle size D90 being less than or equal to 50 mu m, and then adding dry corn steep liquor powder for crushing and uniformly mixing for later use;
secondly, putting an emulsifier, a dispersant, a tackifier and a dispersion medium into a feeding kettle, shearing and stirring uniformly, adding a fluopyram active compound, shearing and stirring uniformly, adding the crushed powder, shearing and stirring uniformly, and grinding in a sand mill through a colloid mill;
sampling, detecting, and detecting to obtain the finished product after the grain diameter is qualified.
The dispersible oil suspending agent can be applied to control various pests such as aphids, whiteflies, scale insects, leafhoppers, frankliniella occidentalis, leaf miners, mealybugs and diaphorina citri in crops.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. the dispersion medium used in the invention is vegetable oil, which has no influence on the activity of the thalli, and is more environment-friendly and safer compared with the oil phase dispersion medium chemically synthesized by methyl oleate and the like. In addition, the corn steep liquor dry powder is added, so that an organic nitrogen source can be provided for spore germination of the metarhizium anisopliae, the thallus activity of the metarhizium anisopliae is ensured, and meanwhile, nutrient substances can be provided for crop growth.
2. The process is optimized in the preparation process, the green muscardine fungi and a proper amount of white carbon black are added and crushed to D90 less than 50 mu m by a crusher to ensure that the fungi powder is loose and does not agglomerate, and after the corn steep liquor dry powder is added and crushed uniformly, other materials are subjected to sand grinding development.
3. The dispersing medium used in the invention is vegetable oil, which has no inhibition effect on the growth of the metarhizium anisopliae thalli, compared with the traditional dispersible oil suspending agent, the process is improved, the metarhizium anisopliae powder is firstly crushed, a proper amount of white carbon black is added, the crushed and mixed until D90 is less than 50 mu m, the crushed and mixed powder is used as the raw material of the metarhizium anisopliae, meanwhile, the dry corn steep liquor powder is added in the formula and used as organic nitrogen, which provides a nitrogen source for the spore germination of the metarhizium anisopliae, and simultaneously provides a certain nutrient component for the growth of crops, and then the sand grinding development is carried out according to the preparation process of the dispersible oil suspending agent.
4. The invention has scientific and reasonable design, combines the fluopyram and the metarhizium anisopliae, has better quick action and longer duration for preventing and controlling the pests such as the crop whitefly, the psylla chinensis and the like, and is a dispersible oil suspending agent which is more environment-friendly and safer than other formulations, and has better moisturizing effect and better preventing and controlling effect after being sprayed on the leaf surface.
