Specifically, the process management unit 22 performs keyword recognition and matching through the input content of the acquisition terminal, enters the corresponding process after matching is successful to complete related service handling, the process is composed of nodes with different functions, and the process is combined and linked according to the service requirements to finally form a closed-loop service.
As a possible implementation, referring to fig. 5, the message management unit 21 includes: a material management module 2101 and a card management module 2102;
the card management module 2102 is configured to convert information sent to the user terminal 1 into a corresponding card message and send the card message;
the materials management module 2101 is used to provide the card management module 2102 with materials necessary for generating a card message.
The material management module 2101 is mainly responsible for uploading, deleting, auditing and other functions of the message card materials. The auditing is firstly confirmed by internal auditing, is submitted to a communication operator for auditing through a third-party interface calling module after being confirmed, and can be used only after passing the auditing and being returned through the third-party interface calling module. The materials can be divided into: picture, video, voice, etc.
The card management module 2102 is responsible for manufacturing message cards which are divided into single cards, multiple cards, texts, videos, static cards, dynamic cards and the like, and can be reasonably matched and utilized according to business needs. The manufactured message card is firstly subjected to internal verification and confirmation, and is submitted to a communication operator for verification through the third-party interface calling module after confirmation, and the message card can be provided for the process for use after passing verification and being returned through the third-party interface calling module.
The flow management unit 22 includes:
a keyword matching module 2202, configured to identify user operation information sent by a user terminal, and start a corresponding processing flow based on an identification result;
the interface request module 2203 is configured to call a corresponding connection interface in the interface call unit according to the processing procedure initiated by the keyword matching module, so as to establish connection with the account platform or the payment platform; and
the message generating module 2201 is configured to invoke the message management unit to convert the result data generated in the processing flow into a card message in a preset format. And
the acquisition uploading module 2204 is used for identifying the feedback information of the user terminal in each processing flow and skipping the flow according to the identification result; and
the service skipping module 2205 is configured to match data generated by the current flow to the skipped flow when the flow skipping is performed.
Specifically, the keyword matching module 2202 defines an entry keyword of the flow, performs keyword recognition matching on information input by the user terminal, and enters a corresponding flow after matching is successful; the message generation module can be divided into a static node and a dynamic node, wherein the static node can quote a static message card, and the quoted static message card is issued when the process is executed to the node; the dynamic node can refer to a dynamic message card, and can be set as a remote dynamic message card, and the dynamic message card can modify the dynamic data of the characters or pictures of the original message card according to the data or pictures fed back by the third-party interface calling module, so that various display forms are achieved. The remote message card is the message card data which can be directly fed back through the third-party interface calling module to be temporarily generated and issued.
The interface request module 2203 is responsible for setting a third-party interface which needs to be requested in the process, executing the call through the third-party interface call module, and receiving the interface data feedback. The feedback data can be analyzed and redefined according to the service requirement, and the effective data is stored or the next stage branch condition is triggered according to the agreed feedback state code.
The collection uploading module 2204 may set a trigger branch flow condition keyword for the current flow stage, and when the user receives the message card and makes feedback, the feedback information is transmitted to chatbot, and at this time, the collection uploading node performs matching identification according to the feedback information, and when the identification is successful, the corresponding flow stage is skipped.
The service jump module 2205 may attach the data generated by the current flow when the current flow is switched to other flows. The function of seamless switching between the processes is achieved, and the service processes are unitized.
The payment method and the payment system provided by the embodiment of the invention enable a user to complete simple service interaction in the native short message application of the mobile phone terminal. The terminal carries the mobile phone number in an uplink mode, and login and authentication can be avoided by using the authentication function of the 5G message. The combined application of the 5G message and the existing charging system can not only concentrate on the interactive flow interaction, but also reuse the complete service output and safety capability of the existing system.
While, for purposes of simplicity of explanation, the foregoing method embodiments have been described as a series of acts or combination of acts, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated ordering of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently with other steps in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
It should be noted that, in the present specification, the embodiments are all described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other. For the device-like embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The steps in the method of each embodiment of the present invention may be sequentially adjusted, combined, and deleted according to actual needs, and the technical features described in each embodiment may be replaced or combined.
The modules and sub-modules in the device and the terminal of the embodiments of the invention can be combined, divided and deleted according to actual needs.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed terminal, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described terminal embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of a module or a sub-module is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when the terminal is actually implemented, for example, a plurality of sub-modules or modules may be combined or integrated into another module, or some features may be omitted or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Claims (10)

1. A method for paying electricity fee based on 5G message is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the message platform establishes communication connection with the user terminal based on the 5G message;
the message platform identifies user operation information acquired by the user terminal, and calls an account platform to verify the user identity after identifying an operation identifier contained in the operation information;
if the verification fails, the message platform initiates a registration process to the user terminal, and forwards the registration information sent by the user terminal to the account platform for registration;
the message platform acquires a user number list corresponding to a user after successful registration from the account platform, if the user number list is not acquired, a user number binding process is initiated to the user terminal, and the acquired user number in a preset format is sent to the account platform to be bound so as to generate the user number list;
after the user number list is obtained or the user number is successfully bound, the message platform sends the user number list to the user terminal;
if the operation identifier comprises a payment identifier, the message platform calls the account platform to inquire balance after acquiring a target user number sent by the user terminal, and sends balance information to the user terminal;
after the message platform acquires the payment amount sent by the user terminal, the account platform is called to send the payment amount to a payment platform, and the payment platform generates a corresponding payment order;
the account platform sends the payment order to the message platform, and the message platform sends the payment order to the user terminal;
the payment platform sends corresponding payment result information to the message platform after the payment order is completed;
and the message platform sends the payment result information to the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the operation identifier comprises an invoice identifier, the message platform calls the account platform to invoice after acquiring an account number invoice list sent by the user terminal, and sends information of all invoices issued to the user terminal;
and the account platform provides a corresponding download link in a preset time period for the user terminal to download the invoice based on the invoicing list sent by the user terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the operation identifier comprises an inquiry identifier, the message platform calls the account platform to inquire bills after acquiring the target account number, and the message platform sends corresponding bill information to the user terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the account number list only contains one account number, the message platform directly calls the account platform to carry out balance inquiry on the account number in the account number list, and balance information is sent to the user terminal.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the account number invoice list only contains one account number, the message platform directly calls the account platform to invoice, and the information of all invoices issued is sent to the user terminal;
and the account platform provides a corresponding download link for the user terminal to download the invoice based on the invoicing account number sent by the user terminal.
6. An electricity fee payment system based on 5G message, comprising: the system comprises a user terminal, a message platform, an account platform and a payment platform;
the message platform establishes communication connection with the user terminal based on the 5G message;
the message platform is used for identifying user operation information acquired by the user terminal, and calling the account platform to verify the user identity after identifying an operation identifier contained in the operation information;
if the verification fails, the message platform is further used for initiating a registration process to the user terminal and forwarding the registration information sent by the user terminal to the account platform for registration;
the message platform is further used for acquiring a user number list corresponding to the user after successful registration from the account platform, if the user number list is not acquired, initiating a user number binding process to the user terminal, and sending the acquired user number in a preset format to the account platform for binding so as to generate the user number list;
after the user number list is obtained or the user number is successfully bound, the message platform is further used for sending the user number list to the user terminal;
if the operation identifier comprises a payment identifier, the message platform is further used for calling the account platform to inquire the balance after acquiring the target user number sent by the user terminal and sending the balance information to the user terminal;
the message platform is further used for calling the account platform to send the payment amount to the payment platform after the payment amount sent by the user terminal is obtained, and the payment platform is used for generating a corresponding payment order;
the account platform is further used for sending the payment order to the message platform, and the message platform is further used for sending the payment order to the user terminal;
the payment platform is used for sending corresponding payment result information to the message platform after the payment order is completed;
the message platform is also used for sending the payment result information to the user terminal.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the message platform comprises: the system comprises a message management unit, a flow management unit and an interface calling unit;
the process management unit is used for managing the processing processes corresponding to the account platform and the payment platform;
the message management unit is used for managing the interactive information between the user terminal and the message management unit;
the interface calling unit is used for providing corresponding connection interfaces when information interaction is carried out between the interface calling unit and the account platform and between the interface calling unit and the payment platform.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the message management unit comprises: the system comprises a material management module and a card management module;
the card management module is used for converting the information sent to the user terminal into corresponding card information and sending the card information;
the material management module is used for providing materials required by generating the card message for the card management module.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the process management unit comprises:
the keyword matching module is used for identifying the user operation information sent by the user terminal and starting a corresponding processing flow based on an identification result;
the interface request module is used for calling a corresponding connection interface in the interface calling unit according to the processing flow initiated by the keyword matching module so as to establish connection with the account platform or the payment platform; and
and the message generation module is used for calling the message management unit to convert the result data generated in the processing flow into the card message in the preset format.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the process management unit further comprises:
the acquisition uploading module is used for identifying the feedback message of the user terminal in each processing flow and skipping the flow according to the identification result; and
and the service skipping module is used for matching the data generated by the current flow to the skipped flow when the flow is skipped.
