Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent home furnishing, in particular to a household floor washing machine.
Background
In the prior art, floor washers are generally divided into commercial floor washers and household floor washers, the commercial floor washers are generally used in places with large areas, such as factories, garages, shopping malls and supermarkets, and the household floor washers are generally suitable for families with small areas (generally less than 200 square meters).
The household floor washing machine structurally mainly comprises a floor washing machine main body and a floor brush, wherein a water tank (for supplying water to a roller) and a sewage tank (for collecting sewage) are arranged on the floor washing machine main body; the device is also provided with a controller, a liquid spraying device, a roller motor for controlling the roller, a suction device and a main motor for controlling the suction device; the floor brush is mainly internally provided with a roller and a flow guide channel for cleaning the ground. When the device works, the liquid spraying device is in an open state and sprays liquid to the roller; the roller motor is in an open state, so that the roller rotates; the main machine motor is in an open state, and liquid (sewage) flowing through the roller is sucked to the liquid suction pipeline from the flow guide channel and finally flows into the sewage tank. Such small household floor washers are popular because of their convenience and practicality.
At present, according to the feedback of users, water stains can remain on the cleaned surface (such as the ground, a wood floor surface and the like) in the use process of the floor washing machine.
Aiming at the problems, the bottom of the floor brush of the existing floor washing machine is provided with a rubber scraping strip for scraping sewage (and particle impurities and the like) into the flow guide channel. However, in practical applications, the following 2 practical problems are found: (1) water stains cannot be completely scraped only by the rubber scraping strip at the bottom of the floor brush, or residues exist; firstly, because the existing rubber scraping strips are soft, gaps are generated between the scraping strips and a cleaned surface, sewage cannot be scraped well, and sewage residues are caused; secondly, when the floor brush is dragged backwards, the rubber scraping strip at the bottom can not be scraped; (2) because the rubber scraping strip is often overturned and then restored, the service life of the rubber scraping strip is short, and the rubber scraping strip is locally broken and falls off or cracks after being often used for a period of time, so that bad use experience is left for users.
Therefore, develop a new scrubbing brush to realize better cleaning, avoid sewage to remain, with the improvement user experience, obviously have positive realistic meaning.
