Under the synchronization system, a user can set a device to be bound in a smart phone A in advance, for example, a user account of the user is logged in the smart phone A, the smart phone A responds to a device binding operation triggered by the user to acquire currently logged user account information S, responds to a device binding operation triggered by a device to be bound (a smart watch B) by the user, determines the smart watch B as a device associated with the smart phone A, binds the smart watch B with the user account information S, and then sends the bound user account information to a server C so that the server C can generate corresponding device synchronization information. It should be noted that, the binding mentioned in this application refers to associating the user account information with the device, and in addition, when binding the device, the user may also set an information synchronization policy, such as a synchronizable synchronization period, a synchronizable information amount, and a synchronizable device amount, in the smart watch B.
In an actual information synchronization process, when the smart watch B receives target information, the smart watch B may detect whether user account information S is currently logged in, and if the smart watch B detects that the user account information S is currently logged in, the target information is reported to the server C, so that the server C sends the target information to an information receiver (a smart phone a) according to the user account information. On the other hand, the smart phone a may obtain currently logged-in user account information S, then send the user account information S to the server C, and receive device synchronization information returned by the server C according to the user account information S, optionally, the device synchronization information may include associated devices and an information synchronization policy, then, the smart phone a detects whether the smart watch B needs to perform information synchronization operation within a preset time period, then, when the smart phone a detects that the smart watch B needs to perform information synchronization operation within the preset time period, the smart watch B is determined as an associated device, then, the smart phone a receives target information to be synchronized of the smart watch B issued by the server C, and finally, the smart phone a synchronizes the target information according to the synchronization policy and the information type of the target information.
Therefore, according to the information synchronization method, the server receives the device synchronization information returned by the user account information to determine the associated device, and the target information is synchronized to the associated device based on the information synchronization strategy and the information type of the target information.
The technical solution shown in the present application is described in detail below by using specific embodiments, and the mobile phone control scheme is taken as an example, and is also applicable to control of smart homes, tablet computers, and personal computers. It should be noted that the following embodiments may exist alone or in combination with each other, and description of the same or similar contents is not repeated in different embodiments.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is another schematic flow chart of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The information synchronization method is applied to an information receiving party, and specifically comprises the following steps:
and S10a, receiving device synchronization information sent by the preset terminal according to the account information.
Optionally, the device synchronization information may include associated devices and/or an information synchronization policy, in this embodiment of the application, the associated devices are devices associated with the user account information, and the associated devices may be preset by the user or set by the server according to information reported by the devices.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the currently logged-in user account information may be sent to the server, and receive device synchronization information returned by the server according to the user account information, where the user account may be an account of a device synchronization application, the user account information is used to store a user account logged in by a user in an application program, and the user account is associated with personal information of the corresponding user in the application program, such as a user name or a user nickname, and a device identifier logged in with the account, and so on.
For example, a user account of a user is logged in both the smart terminal a and the smart terminal b, and at this time, a user name of the user, an identifier of the smart terminal a, and an identifier of the smart terminal b are recorded in the user login information.
For example, the number of times that the user account information logs in the device a is 50, the number of times that the user account information logs in the device b is 30, the number of times that the user account information logs in the device c is 1, the number of times that the user account information logs in the device d is 10, and the number of times that the user account information logs in the device e is 19.
Alternatively, the information synchronization policy may be preset by a user or a server or a device, and the information synchronization policy may include a synchronizable synchronization period, a synchronizable information amount, and a synchronizable device amount. Optionally, the information synchronization policy may further include associated devices that can be synchronized within the synchronization period, for example, the associated devices that can be synchronized within the synchronization period t1 are device a and device b, the associated devices that can be synchronized within the synchronization period t2 are device a and device c, the associated devices that can be synchronized within the synchronization period t3 are device b and device c, the time that triggers the information synchronization operation is tc, and if tc is within the synchronization period t1, the information can be synchronized to device a and device b; if tc is in the synchronization time period t2, the information may be synchronized to device a and device c; if tc is in the synchronization time period t3, the information may be synchronized to device b and device c, and so on, which will not be described herein.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the user may log in the device synchronization application using its own user account, and after the user sets the information synchronization policy and the associated device, the device may upload the information to the server, so that the server generates device synchronization information according to the uploaded information.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the server may generate an information synchronization policy, and optionally, the server may generate a corresponding information synchronization policy according to the device type of the device, for example, when the associated device is a smart phone, the server may set a synchronization time period of the associated device to be 8 am to 8 pm; when the associated device is a smart watch, the server may set the synchronization time periods to 8 am to 9 am and 6 pm to 7 pm, or of course, may set other time periods, which is merely an example and is not a limitation to the present application. In addition, the server may also set the number of messages that the same device is allowed to receive in different time periods, for example, the number of messages that the smartphone can synchronize from 9 am to 10 am is set to 100, and the number of messages that the smartphone can synchronize from 12 am to 2 pm is set to 10, which is determined according to actual situations and will not be described herein again.
And S20a, detecting the information synchronization operation which needs to be executed by the associated equipment in the preset time period.
For convenience of description, a device corresponding to the information receiving side is hereinafter referred to as a master device.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the master device may periodically obtain the information synchronization request from the server within a preset time period, and when the master device obtains the information synchronization request, it is determined that the associated device needs to perform the information synchronization operation within the preset time period, and then, step S40a is performed.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the main control device may also actively send an information synchronization detection request to the server, and when an information synchronization request issued by the server according to the synchronization detection request is received, it is determined that the associated device needs to perform an information synchronization operation, that is, step S20a may specifically include:
(11) sending an information synchronous detection request to a server within a preset time period;
(12) and when an information synchronization request issued by the server according to the information synchronization detection request is received, determining that the associated equipment needs to execute the information synchronization operation.
Optionally, after receiving the information synchronization detection request, the preset terminal may obtain an information synchronization instruction sent by the associated device associated with the main control device, and then, the preset terminal issues the information synchronization request to the main control device according to the information synchronization instruction, and the main control device determines that the associated device needs to perform information synchronization operation.
It should be noted that there may be one or more associated devices associated with the master control device, and specifically according to the actual situation, optionally, in the same time period, the master control device may synchronize information of one associated device, or synchronize information of multiple associated devices.
For example, the user sets a t1 time period as a synchronization time period for information synchronization in the associated device in advance, when the time period reaches t1, the associated device sends an information synchronization instruction to the server, the server receives the information synchronization instruction and sends an information synchronization request to the master device, and then step S30a is executed.
Optionally, the user adds an information synchronization parameter to the associated device in advance, where the information synchronization parameter includes a synchronization period, a target device (a master device), and a message content that can be synchronized, and then the user uploads the information synchronization parameter to a server corresponding to an information synchronization application through the associated device, where the server stores the information synchronization parameter and extracts the synchronization period from the information synchronization parameter, and when the start time point of the synchronization period is reached, the server triggers an information synchronization operation, and determines the master device and the associated device corresponding to the master device based on the information synchronization operation.
And S30a, receiving target information to be synchronized of the associated equipment sent by the preset terminal.
Optionally, the target information to be synchronized of the associated device issued by the preset terminal may be received based on a wireless communication mode, where the wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including GSM, CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and a future new network system (such as 5G), and the like, without limitation, and the target information includes voice call information, video call information, real-time text call information, short messages, email information, and the like.
S40a, according to the information synchronization strategy and/or the information type of the target information, synchronizing the target information.
Optionally, the information synchronization policy may be preset by a user, or may be preset by a server or a device, for example, before performing information synchronization, the user may add, to a device (a master control device or an associated device), a synchronization time period for information synchronization, a device that can be synchronized within the synchronization time period, and the number of information that can be synchronized by each device, to form an information synchronization policy, or after setting the information synchronization policy, the user may upload the information synchronization policy to the server through the device, so that the server stores the information synchronization policy corresponding to each device, and the memory usage amount of the device is reduced. For another example, when the user does not set the information synchronization policy, the server may first determine the commonly used devices of the user, and then synchronize the target information of all the commonly used devices, it should be noted that the server may determine the commonly used devices of the user according to the usage condition of the information synchronization application in each device, for example, the server may determine the commonly used devices of the user according to the usage times or the data update frequency inside the information synchronization application, thereby determining the commonly used devices of the user, which may be determined specifically according to the actual situation, and is not described herein again.
It can be understood that, since the target information includes information such as voice call information, video call information, real-time text call information, short message information, and email information, the present application divides the types of information into a voice information type and a non-voice information type by using different synchronization methods for different types of information, that is, optionally, in some embodiments, step S40a may specifically include:
(21) identifying an information type of the target information;
(22) the information type of the target information is a voice information type, and the target information is synchronized according to a voice information synchronization strategy; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
(23) the information type of the target information is a non-voice information type, and the target information is synchronized according to a non-voice information synchronization strategy.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the Voice information may be Voice information based on a network Protocol, and the Voice information based on the network Protocol may include a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and a 4G high definition Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE), where the VOIP is to achieve a Voice call and a multimedia conference via an Internet Protocol (IP), that is, to communicate via the Internet, and the principle is to compress Voice data encoded by a Voice compression algorithm, then pack the Voice data according to a TCP/IP standard, send data packets to a receiving place via a network, concatenate the Voice data packets, and recover the original Voice signal after decompression, thereby achieving the purpose of transmitting Voice via the Internet. Whereas VoLTE is based on an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network, on LTE a profile (defined by the GSM association in PRD ir.92) is used that is tailored to the Control plane (Control plane) and Media plane (Media plane) of voice services, which enables voice services (Control and Media plane) to be transported as data streams in an LTE data bearer network without the need to maintain and rely on a traditional circuit switched voice network. In the present application, information other than speech information is determined as non-speech information.
For the condition that the target information is voice information, considering the real-time performance of the voice information and the number of the target information is one, converting the voice information into network information, and then synchronously converting the network information to obtain the network information; if the number of the target information is at least two, the target information may be synchronized based on the network protocol and the device corresponding to the voice information, that is, optionally, in some embodiments, the step "synchronizing the target information according to the voice information synchronization policy if the information type of the target information is the voice information type" includes:
(31) detecting the amount of target information;
(32) detecting that the number of the target information is one, converting the target information into network information according to a preset network protocol, and synchronously converting the network information to obtain network information;
(33) and if the number of the target information is detected to be at least two, determining the associated equipment corresponding to each target information, converting the target information into network information based on the associated equipment corresponding to each target information and/or a preset network protocol, and synchronizing the network information.
Referring to fig. 6, when the associated device receives a voice call (target information) and the number of the voice calls is one, the voice call of the associated device is converted into an IP voice call between the associated device and the main control device according to a network protocol, optionally, the incoming call notification is pulled up in both the associated device and the main control device, that is, the prompt information for the voice call is displayed in the associated device and the main control device.
If the number of detected target information is at least two, the following two cases are divided into: 1) at least one target information of the same device; 2) at least one target information of a different device;
for case 1), in the scheme of the embodiment of the present application, target information may be synchronized according to a time sequence of incoming calls; for case 2), the target information may be synchronized according to the network protocol and the priority corresponding to each device, that is, optionally, in some embodiments, the step "converting the target information into the network information based on the associated device corresponding to each target information and the preset network protocol, and synchronizing the network information" may specifically include:
(41) the associated equipment corresponding to each target information is the same equipment, and the target information is synchronized according to the timestamp corresponding to each target information; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
(42) and the associated equipment corresponding to each target information is different equipment, and the target information is synchronized according to a preset network protocol and the priority corresponding to the associated equipment.
In the case of at least one piece of target information of the same device, the master device may synchronize the target information sequentially according to the timestamp corresponding to the target information, i.e., each time the master device receives an information synchronization request, based on synchronizing the target information, optionally, in some embodiments, the master device may further obtain a preset information synchronization rule from the voice information synchronization policy, such as synchronizable time periods and synchronizable devices, etc., for example, referring to fig. 7, the present application provides an information synchronization system, the system comprises a master control device a, an association device b1 and an association device b2, optionally, the association device b1 receives a target voice call c1 at a time t1, the association device b1 receives a target voice call c2 at a time t2, the association device b2 receives a target voice call c3 at a time t2, and optionally, the information synchronization rule indicates: the device which can be synchronized in the T period is the associated device b1, optionally, the T1 time and the T2 time are in the T period, and the T2 time is later than the T1 time. As can be seen, in this embodiment, the master device synchronizes the target voice call c1 and the target voice call c2 of the associated device b1 in sequence within the T period; if the devices which can be synchronized in the T period are the associated device b2, the time T1 and the time T2 are within the T period, and the time T2 is later than the time T1, in this embodiment, the master device a sequentially synchronizes the target voice call c3 of the associated device b2 in the T period.
Referring to fig. 8, for at least one piece of target information of different devices, for example, the association device b1 receives the target voice call c1 'at time t1, the association device b2 receives the target voice call c 2' at time t1, the association device b1 receives the target voice call c3 'at time t2, the association device b2 receives the target voice call c 4' at time t2, the association device b1 receives the target voice call c5 'at time t3, and the association device b2 receives the target voice call c 6' at time t3, optionally, the information synchronization rule indicates: the devices which can be synchronized in the T period are a related device b1 and a related device b2, optionally, the time T1, the time T2 and the time T3 are all located in the T period, the time T2 is later than the time T1, and the time T3 is later than the time T2. Optionally, in some embodiments, the target information may be synchronized according to the priority corresponding to the associated device, and if the priority of the associated device b1 is higher than the priority of the associated device b2, the master device sequentially synchronizes the target voice call c1 ', the target voice call c3 ' and the target voice call c5 ' of the associated device b1 during the T period; if the priority of the associated device b2 is higher than that of the associated device b1, the master device sequentially synchronizes the target voice call c2 ', the target voice call c4 ' and the target voice call c6 ' of the associated device b1 during the T period.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the priorities of each device in different time periods may be different, for example, the cell phone a1 is a master device, and the cell phone a2 and the cell phone a3 are associated devices of the cell phone a1, optionally, the priority of the cell phone a2 in the T1 time period is higher than the priority of the cell phone a3 in the T1 time period, the priority of the cell phone a3 in the T2 time period is higher than the priority of the cell phone a2 in the T2 time period, then the cell phone a1 preferentially synchronizes the target information of the cell phone a2 in the T1 time period, and the target information of the cell phone a3 in the T2 time period, and the specific synchronization manner please refer to the foregoing embodiments, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that the priority of the device may be preset by the user or the server, for example, the user may add the priority corresponding to each device in the information synchronization application in advance, or the server may set the corresponding priority according to the type corresponding to each device in the information synchronization application, for example, the priority of the smart phone is greater than the priority of the smart tablet, and the priority of the smart tablet is greater than the priority of the smart watch, which may be specifically set according to the actual situation.
In addition, after synchronizing the target information according to the voice information synchronization policy, a corresponding control may be displayed in a display screen of the main control device, so that the user performs a corresponding operation, for example, displaying a voice answering control and a voice hang-up control, that is, the step "synchronizing the target information according to the voice information synchronization policy when the information type of the target information is recognized as the voice information type", may specifically include:
(51) displaying a voice answering control and a voice hanging-up control;
(52) responding to an answering operation triggered by the voice answering control, and playing target information; or the like, or, alternatively,
(53) and hanging up the target information in response to the hanging up operation triggered by the voice hanging up control.
It should be noted that, for non-voice information (such as video information), the processing capability of the main control device for information, such as the screen size of the main control device, is limited not to meet the requirement of a video call, and optionally, in order to ensure the communication quality of the non-voice information, therefore, the embodiment of the present application, for the non-voice information, adopts a method of displaying corresponding prompt information in the main control device so that a user knows, that is, the step "after synchronizing the target information according to the non-voice information synchronization policy when the information type of the target information is recognized as the non-voice information type", may specifically include: and outputting prompt information corresponding to the target information according to a preset rule, for example, displaying the prompt information corresponding to the target information in a screen.
As described above, the information synchronization method of the present application detects information synchronization operation that needs to be performed by the associated device within a preset time period after receiving device synchronization information sent by the preset terminal according to the account information, then receives target information to be synchronized of the associated device sent by the preset terminal, and finally synchronizes the target information according to the information synchronization policy and/or the information type of the target information. According to the information synchronization method, the target information is synchronized to the associated equipment based on the information synchronization strategy and the information type of the target information, and through the technical scheme, when a user needs to control the equipment through voice, information synchronization between intelligent terminals does not need to be achieved under the same local area network, so that the diversity of information synchronization scenes is enriched.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present application. The information synchronization method is applied to an information sender, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s10 b: receiving target information;
s20 b: detecting the current login account information;
s30 b: when the current existence of the login user account information is detected, the target information is reported to the server, so that the server sends the target information to an information receiver according to the user account information.
Optionally, in step S10b, the target information may be received based on communication standards or protocols such as GSM, CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and future new network systems (e.g. 5G).
Alternatively, in step S20b, it may be detected whether the information synchronization application installed locally logs in the user account information, and if it is detected that the information synchronization application currently logs in the user account information, step S30b is performed.
Optionally, in step S30b, the target information may be uploaded to a server corresponding to the information synchronization application, so that the server determines a corresponding information receiving party (i.e., a master control device) according to the user account information, and then the server issues the target information to the corresponding information receiving party, so that the information receiving party performs information synchronization.
It should be noted that, before performing information synchronization, a user may further associate user account information with a device, so as to facilitate subsequent information synchronization, and optionally, the user may perform a device binding operation through an information synchronization application installed locally, so as to complete association between the user account information and the device, that is, optionally, in some embodiments, before the step "receiving target information", specifically, the method may further include:
(61) responding to equipment binding operation triggered by the information synchronization application, and acquiring the current login target user account information of the information synchronization application;
(62) and responding to the selection operation triggered by the equipment to be bound, determining the selected equipment to be bound as associated equipment, and binding the associated equipment and the target user account information.
To facilitate further understanding of the information synchronization method in the embodiment of the present application, the present application further provides an information synchronization system, please refer to fig. 10, where the information synchronization system includes an information receiving device a, an information sending device B, and a server C, where the information receiving device a and the information sending device B are both installed with an information synchronization application, and the specific flow is as follows:
in the device binding phase, the user may perform a device binding operation in the information sending device B, optionally, the information sending device B obtains the target user account information of the current login of the information synchronization application in response to the device binding operation triggered for the information synchronization application, and then, the information sending device B determines the selected device to be bound as the associated device according to a selection operation triggered by the user for the device to be bound, and binds the associated device with the target user account information.
In the information synchronization stage, the information sending equipment B receives target information, then the information sending equipment B detects whether user account information is logged in at present, and when the information sending equipment B detects that the user account information is logged in at present, the target information is reported to the server C, so that the server C sends the target information to the information receiving equipment A according to the user account information.
After the information receiving equipment A acquires the currently logged-in user account information, the information receiving equipment A sends the user account information to the server C, and the receiving server C determines the device associated with the information receiving device A as the information sending device B according to the user account information, then, the server C synchronizes the device synchronization information corresponding to the information transmitting device B, and then, the information receiving device A detects whether the associated device needs to perform the information synchronization operation within a preset time period, when the information receiving apparatus a detects that the associated apparatus needs to perform the information synchronization operation within a preset period, determining the associated device that needs to perform information synchronization operation as an associated device, and finally, synchronizing the target information by the information receiving device a according to the information synchronization policy and the information type of the target information.
As described above, the information synchronization method of the present application sends user account information to a server after obtaining the currently logged-in user account information, receives device synchronization information returned by the server according to the user account information, then detects whether the associated device needs to perform information synchronization operation within a preset time period, determines the associated device that needs to perform information synchronization operation as the associated device when detecting that the associated device needs to perform information synchronization operation within the preset time period, then receives target information to be synchronized by the associated device sent by the server, and finally synchronizes the target information according to an information synchronization policy and an information type of the target information. According to the information synchronization method, the receiving server determines the associated equipment according to the equipment synchronization information returned by the user account information, and synchronizes the target information to the associated equipment based on the information synchronization strategy and the information type of the target information.
