And deleting the formal adjacent cells and the temporary adjacent cells which are arranged behind the maximum specification number of the adjacent cells.
Thus, the flow shown in fig. 2 is completed.
In this embodiment, the base station sends the working parameter information of the cell to the link-building network management system through the working parameter information acquisition event, so that the network management system realizes automatic updating of the neighboring cell, and the problem that the existing method for updating the neighboring cell needs to add a large amount of working parameter information manually is solved.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a device for updating an automatic neighbor relation ANR, where the device is applied to a base station, and the device includes:
the acquisition unit 401: receiving a work parameter information acquisition notice sent by a network management system, and sending cell work parameter information acquired based on the work parameter information acquisition notice to the network management system;
transmitting PCI unit 402: receiving an unknown PCI reported by a terminal, and sending the unknown PCI to the network management system so that the network management system queries a candidate cell with the same PCI as the unknown PCI;
determining the neighbor cell 403: and receiving a neighbor cell candidate set which is sent by the network management system and contains the cell information of the candidate cell, and selecting a target cell from the neighbor cell candidate set as a temporary neighbor cell.
In another embodiment, the sending, by the acquiring unit 401, the cell operation parameter information acquired based on the operation parameter information acquisition notification to the network management system includes:
the base station compares the information in the table structure storage module with the currently maintained cell work parameter information, wherein the information in the table structure storage module comprises the cell work parameter information sent to the network management system at the previous time;
if the comparison result is inconsistent, the base station updates the information in the table structure storage module to the currently maintained cell parameter information and sends an ACK message to the network management system; the ACK message carries an updated table structure storage module;
and if the comparison result is consistent, the base station sends NACK information to the network management system.
In another embodiment, the determining the neighbor cell unit 403 selects the target cell from the neighbor cell candidate set as the temporary neighbor cell includes:
and calculating a cell closest to the cell accessed by the terminal according to the cell information, and determining the cell closest to the cell as a target cell, wherein the cell information comprises the longitude and latitude and the direction angle of the cell.
In another embodiment, after the determining the neighbor cell unit selects 403 the target cell from the neighbor candidate set as the temporary neighbor, the apparatus further includes:
determining a formal neighbor unit 404: and the system is used for counting the switching success rate and the switching success frequency of the terminal for switching from the cell accessed by the terminal to the temporary neighbor cell in a period, and when the switching success rate and the switching success frequency simultaneously meet the threshold set by the base station, determining the temporary neighbor cell as a formal neighbor cell and informing the network management system.
Thus, the description of the structure of the device shown in fig. 4 is completed.

Claims (10)

1. An Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) updating method is applied to a 5G network management system and comprises the following steps:
sending a cell parameter information acquisition notice to each base station; receiving and caching the cell work parameter information acquired by the base station based on the cell work parameter information acquisition notice;
receiving an unknown Physical Cell Identity (PCI) sent by the base station from a terminal, inquiring a target PCI matched with the unknown PCI in cached cell parameter information, determining a cell corresponding to the target PCI as a candidate cell, and sending a neighbor cell candidate set containing cell information of the candidate cell to the base station so that the base station selects the target cell from the neighbor cell candidate set as a temporary neighbor cell.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the cell parameter information acquisition notification to each base station comprises:
when the network management system enables the work parameter information acquisition, a cell work parameter information acquisition notice is sent to each base station; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and setting the work parameter information acquisition time for the work parameter information, and sending a cell work parameter information acquisition notice to each base station by the network management system when detecting that the work parameter information acquisition time is up.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending work parameter information synchronization notice to other network management systems; and receiving and caching the work parameter information synchronously notified by the other network management systems based on the work parameter information of the network management systems.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the sending the synchronization notification of the working parameter information to other network management systems comprises:
when the network management system enables the synchronization of the work parameter information, a work parameter information synchronization notice is sent to other network management systems; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and setting work parameter information synchronization time for the work parameter information, and sending work parameter information synchronization notification to other network management systems when the network management systems detect that the work parameter information synchronization time arrives.
5. An Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) updating method applied to a base station includes:
receiving a work parameter information acquisition notice sent by a network management system, and sending cell work parameter information acquired based on the work parameter information acquisition notice to the network management system;
receiving an unknown PCI reported by a terminal, and sending the unknown PCI to the network management system so that the network management system queries a candidate cell with the same PCI as the unknown PCI;
and receiving a neighbor cell candidate set which is sent by the network management system and contains the cell information of the candidate cell, and selecting a target cell from the neighbor cell candidate set as a temporary neighbor cell.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the sending the cell operation parameter information collected based on the operation parameter information collection notification to the network management system comprises:
the base station compares the information in the table structure storage module with the currently maintained cell work parameter information, wherein the information in the table structure storage module comprises the cell work parameter information sent to the network management system at the previous time;
if the comparison result is inconsistent, the base station updates the information in the table structure storage module to the currently maintained cell parameter information and sends an ACK message to the network management system; the ACK message carries an updated table structure storage module;
and if the comparison result is consistent, the base station sends NACK information to the network management system.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the base station selecting a target cell from the candidate set of neighbor cells as the temporary neighbor cell comprises:
and calculating a cell closest to the cell accessed by the terminal according to the cell information, and determining the cell closest to the cell as a target cell, wherein the cell information comprises the longitude and latitude and the direction angle of the cell.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein after selecting the target cell from the candidate set of neighbor cells as the temporary neighbor cell, the method further comprises:
and counting the switching success rate and the switching success frequency of the terminal for switching from the cell accessed by the terminal to the temporary neighbor cell in a period, and determining the temporary neighbor cell as a formal neighbor cell and informing the network management system when the switching success rate and the switching success frequency simultaneously meet the threshold set by the base station.
9. An Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) updating device is applied to a 5G network management system, and comprises:
and a notification acquisition unit: the system comprises a cell configuration information acquisition module, a cell configuration information acquisition module and a cell configuration information acquisition module, wherein the cell configuration information acquisition module is used for transmitting cell configuration information acquisition notice to each base station; receiving and caching the cell work parameter information acquired by the base station based on the cell work parameter information acquisition notice;
determining a candidate cell unit: the base station is used for receiving an unknown physical cell identity PCI sent by the base station from a terminal, inquiring a target PCI matched with the unknown PCI in cached cell parameter information, determining a cell corresponding to the target PCI as a candidate cell, and sending a neighbor cell candidate set containing cell information of the candidate cell to the base station so that the base station selects the target cell from the neighbor cell candidate set as a temporary neighbor cell.
10. An apparatus for updating Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR), the apparatus being applied to a base station, comprising:
a collecting unit: the system comprises a network management system and a terminal, wherein the network management system is used for receiving a work parameter information acquisition notice sent by the network management system and sending cell work parameter information acquired based on the work parameter information acquisition notice to the network management system;
a sending PCI unit: the system comprises a network management system and a terminal, wherein the network management system is used for receiving an unknown PCI reported by the terminal and sending the unknown PCI to the network management system so as to enable the network management system to inquire a candidate cell with the same PCI as the unknown PCI;
determining a neighboring cell: and the neighbor cell candidate set is used for receiving the neighbor cell candidate set which is sent by the network management system and contains the cell information of the candidate cell, and selecting the target cell from the neighbor cell candidate set as a temporary neighbor cell.
