For example, when a meal delivery merchant inputs verification information (such as a cabinet opening password) to trigger a meal delivery request at the second interaction device, the second interaction device sends the verification information input by the merchant as parameters of the meal delivery request to a management system of the meal delivery cabinet, and the management system compares the verification information carried in the meal delivery request with preset verification information of each meal delivery account previously bound to the meal delivery cabinet, and determines that the merchant is a bound meal delivery account of the meal delivery cabinet, that is, determines that the current meal delivery request is triggered by the bound meal delivery account of the meal delivery cabinet, when the verification information input by the merchant matches with the verification information set for any one of the meal delivery accounts bound to the meal delivery cabinet.
Furthermore, the management system can also determine a meal outlet account matched with the verification information, and the meal outlet account is a meal outlet account which is registered in advance on the meal outlet cabinet by the current merchant.
In some embodiments of the application, the determining whether the meal delivery request is triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound to the meal delivery cabinet includes: obtaining meal delivery order information associated with the meal delivery request; obtaining a current meal-out account according to the meal-out order information and the pre-obtained incidence relation between the meal-out order information and the meal-out account; and matching the current meal delivery account with each meal delivery account bound with the meal delivery cabinet, and determining that the meal delivery request is triggered by the meal delivery account pre-bound with the meal delivery cabinet under the condition of successful matching. As mentioned above, the user may scan the information code on the meal order through the second interactive device to trigger the meal storage request. When the second interaction device detects that a user of a certain merchant scans the information code of the meal order, the second interaction device can acquire the order number of the meal order carried in the information code by analyzing the scanned information code. And then, the second interaction device sends the delivery order number to a management system of the outgoing cabinet. The management system stores takeout order information of all the meal outlet accounts (such as a takeout system account) which are synchronized to the meal outlet cabinet in real time by the takeout platform system and bound with the meal outlet cabinet, wherein each takeout order information comprises an order number for uniquely identifying one takeout order. After receiving the meal delivery request sent by the second interaction device, the management system compares the order number carried in the meal delivery request with the order number of the pre-stored takeout order, and if the order number which is successfully compared is found, determines that the meal delivery request is triggered by the meal delivery account bound with the meal delivery cabinet.
Further, the management system may determine a meal delivery account currently performing meal delivery operations.
In some embodiments of the present application, the responding to the meal delivery request is triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound to the meal delivery cabinet, and before the acquiring the meal storable slot of the meal delivery cabinet, the method further includes: obtaining a meal-out time period matched with the meal-out account for triggering the meal-out request, wherein the meal-out time period is set when the meal-out account is registered and is bound with the meal-out account; responding to the meal delivery request triggered in the meal delivery time period, and executing the step of acquiring the meal storage slots of the meal delivery cabinet; and in response to the meal delivery request being triggered outside the meal delivery period, outputting prompt information indicating that meal verification fails. If the meal-out account of the merchant B performs meal-out operation in the meal-out cabinet at 3 pm to trigger a meal-out request, the management system determines that the time when the merchant B triggers the meal-out request is 3 pm by judgment, and the meal-out time period (i.e., 2 pm to 5 pm) set when the merchant B registers is within the meal-out time period, then step 120 is performed.

In some embodiments of the present application, the initial value of the usage status of each of the compartments of the meal outlet cabinet is the non-meal storage status. After a certain cell is stored with food, the management system identifies the cell as the stored food state. Meanwhile, the management system stores the grid, the order number of the stored food and the incidence relation between the meal-out accounts for executing the meal-out operation.
After determining that the current meal delivery request is triggered by the meal delivery account pre-bound to the meal delivery cabinet, the management system of the meal delivery cabinet further obtains the format of the meal capable of being stored in the meal delivery cabinet. The grid which can store food in the food outlet cabinet is not marked as the grid in the stored food state.

In the embodiment of the application, two or more meal-serving accounts may be bound in the double-sided meal-serving cabinet, and since there is more than one meal-serving account, in order to avoid mutual interference when a plurality of meal-serving accounts operate simultaneously to serve meals in the cabinet, the meal-serving accounts may select to serve meals on different sides. For example, when a merchant triggers a meal delivery request through an interaction device (i.e., a first interaction device) located on a first side of the meal delivery cabinet, the meal delivery cabinet receives the meal delivery request sent by the first interaction device, and at this time, the meal delivery cabinet can be controlled to open a shelf door of a meal storage shelf located on the first side; when a merchant triggers a meal delivery request through the interaction device (namely, the second interaction device) on the second side of the meal delivery cabinet, the meal delivery cabinet receives the meal delivery request sent by the second interaction device, and at the moment, the meal delivery cabinet can be controlled to open the shelf cabinet door of the meal storage shelf on the second side.
In other embodiments of the present application, as described above, the meal-out account includes: the meal outlet account bound with the first side face of the meal outlet cabinet and the meal outlet account bound with the second side face of the meal outlet cabinet open the shelf cabinet door with the meal storage shelf at the determined side face, and the method comprises the following steps: and opening a shelf door of the meal storage shelf positioned on the first side or the second side bound by the meal outlet account triggering the meal outlet request. For example, in the case that meal outlets are already bound when meal outlet accounts are registered, some meal outlet accounts have bound meal outlets on the second side of the meal outlet cabinet, that is, the meal outlet account can only execute meal outlet operations through the second side of the meal outlet cabinet. In some embodiments of the present application, the management system of the meal outlet cabinet can synchronously acquire order information of the takeaway platform by establishing communication with one or more takeaway platforms. When a merchant who needs to use the meal outlet cabinet to take a meal binds the account of the takeout platform as the meal outlet account of the meal outlet cabinet, the management system of the meal outlet cabinet can acquire all meal orders of the merchant in each takeout platform in real time, and synchronously stores the meal orders into the management system of the meal outlet cabinet. The management system of the meal outlet cabinet can obtain meal account and order number information from the takeout platform by inquiring according to the order number carried in the meal outlet request, and determine the meal outlet account and the order platform of the order number carried in the current meal outlet request.

For example, after the merchant a scans an information code of a meal order through a first interaction device in a meal outlet cabinet, the first interaction device obtains an order number of the meal order by analyzing the information code, and sends the order number to a management system of the meal outlet cabinet through a meal outlet request. When a certain slot is triggered to be opened by the meal outlet account, the management system of the meal outlet cabinet marks the setting of the slot as the stored meal state. Then, the management system obtains the used condition of each grid of the meal outlet cabinet, which comprises: whether the grid is identified as the stored state, a meal outlet account of the meal stored in the grid (wherein the meal outlet account may comprise a meal outlet account bound with a first side of a meal outlet cabinet, and may also comprise a meal outlet account bound with a second side of the meal outlet cabinet), and a grid management interface of each meal outlet account in an application client of the updated management system. Furthermore, the management system determines all the stored meal slots occupied by the meal storage of the meal outlet account bound with the second side according to the meal outlet side bound with the meal outlet account, and the determined stored meal slots are used as locking slots. Furthermore, according to the sharing control method for the meal outlet cabinet disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the plurality of meal outlet accounts are bound in the double-sided meal outlet cabinet, and the meal outlet face matched with each meal outlet account is set, so that the double-sided meal outlet cabinet can be simultaneously provided for a plurality of merchants to use for meal outlet, and the grid resource utilization rate of the double-sided meal outlet cabinet is fully improved. On the other hand, according to the sharing control method of the meal outlet cabinet disclosed by the embodiment of the application, after the meal outlet account finishes the meal outlet, the meal outlet prompt message is automatically sent to the meal outlet platform of the meal outlet order, the meal outlet operation of a merchant is simplified, the meal outlet efficiency is improved, and the meal outlet order delivery delay caused by the fact that the merchant forgets to manually send the meal outlet prompt message is avoided.

Claims (14)

1. A shared control method for a meal outlet cabinet, wherein the meal outlet cabinet comprises a plurality of grids, and a first side surface and a second side surface, the grids comprise: a cabinet door positioned on each of the first side and the second side, the method comprising:
responding to a meal serving cabinet to obtain a meal serving request, and determining a side face corresponding to the meal serving request, wherein the side face is the first side face or the second side face, the first side face is used for a specified merchant to serve, and the second side face is configured to be in a meal serving and taking common mode and used for serving by other merchants or taking meals by users;
acquiring a meal storage grid of the meal delivery cabinet;
and opening the shelf cabinet door with the meal storage shelf positioned on the determined side.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of opening the door of the housing with the dining compartment located at the determined side further comprises:
obtaining meal ordering information related to the meal ordering request;
determining an order placing platform of the current meal order according to the meal order information;
sending a meal delivery prompt message to the ordering platform, wherein the meal delivery prompt message carries one or two of the following information: the order number of the current meal order and the identification information of the meal storage grid.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the side corresponding to the meal delivery request in response to the meal delivery cabinet acquiring the meal delivery request comprises:
responding to a meal delivery cabinet to obtain a meal delivery request, and determining whether the meal delivery request is triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound with the meal delivery cabinet;
responding to the meal delivery request triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound with the meal delivery cabinet, and determining a side face corresponding to the meal delivery request.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to the step of determining whether the meal delivery request is triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound to the meal delivery cabinet, further comprising:
responding to the operation of registering a meal outlet account in the meal outlet cabinet, and taking the first side or the second side of the meal outlet cabinet selected by the operation as the meal outlet side of the currently registered meal outlet account;
and binding the currently registered meal outlet account with the meal outlet cabinet and the selected meal outlet surface.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the meal-out account comprises: the step of opening the shelf door of the meal storage shelf at the determined side comprises the following steps of:
and opening a shelf cabinet door of the meal storage shelf positioned on the first side or the second side bound by the meal delivery account triggering the meal delivery request.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of opening said door of said dining compartment located at said determined side comprises:
opening a grid cabinet door of the meal storage grid positioned on the same side of an interaction device sending the meal delivery request, wherein the interaction device comprises: a first interaction means located at the first side or a second interaction means located at the second side.
7. The method of any of claims 3 to 5, wherein the step of determining whether the meal delivery request is triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound to the meal delivery cabinet comprises:
and responding to the meal delivery request sent by a first interaction device positioned on the first side, and determining that the meal delivery request is triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound with the meal delivery cabinet.
8. The method of any of claims 3 to 5, wherein the step of determining whether the meal delivery request is triggered by a meal delivery account pre-bound to the meal delivery cabinet comprises:
obtaining meal delivery order information associated with the meal delivery request;
obtaining a current meal-out account according to the meal-out order information and the pre-obtained incidence relation between the meal-out order information and the meal-out account;
and matching the current meal delivery account with each meal delivery account bound with the meal delivery cabinet, and determining that the meal delivery request is triggered by the meal delivery account pre-bound with the meal delivery cabinet under the condition of successful matching.
9. The method of any one of claims 3 to 5, further comprising, prior to said obtaining the meal delivery bay of the meal delivery cabinet:
obtaining a meal-out time period matched with the meal-out account for triggering the meal-out request, wherein the meal-out time period is set when the meal-out account is registered and is bound with the meal-out account;
responding to the meal delivery request triggered in the meal delivery period, and executing the step of acquiring the meal storage slots of the meal delivery cabinet;
and in response to the meal delivery request being triggered outside the meal delivery period, outputting prompt information indicating that meal verification fails.
10. The method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the step of opening the shelf door with the dining compartment located at the determined side face further comprises:
identifying the meal storage grid as a stored meal state, and establishing an association relation between the meal storage grid and the meal delivery account triggering the meal delivery request;
acquiring each grid opening of which the outgoing cabinet identifier is in a stored state, and determining each grid opening which is in the stored state and is associated with the outgoing account bound with the second side of the outgoing cabinet as a locking grid opening according to the association relation;
and displaying the locking grid as a forbidden operation grid on a grid management interface of the meal-out account bound to the first side face.
11. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and opening the bin door of the meal outlet cabinet positioned on the second side surface in response to the meal outlet cabinet acquiring the meal taking request.
12. A shared control apparatus for a meal outlet cabinet, the meal outlet cabinet comprising a plurality of compartments, and, a first side and a second side, the compartments comprising: a compartment door located on said first side and said second side, respectively, said apparatus comprising:
the meal delivery side determining module is used for responding to a meal delivery request acquired by a meal delivery cabinet and determining a side corresponding to the meal delivery request, wherein the side is the first side or the second side, the first side is used for a specified merchant to deliver meal, and the second side is configured to be in a meal delivery and meal taking common mode and used for delivering meal by other merchants or taking meal by users;
the meal storage grid port acquisition module is used for acquiring the meal storage grid port of the meal delivery cabinet;
and the grid cabinet door opening module is used for opening the grid cabinet door with the meal storage grid positioned on the determined side face.
13. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and program code stored on said memory and executable on said processor, wherein said processor implements the method of shared control of a meal cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 11 when executing said program code.
14. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon program code, characterized in that the program code realizes the steps of the method of shared control of a pantry according to any of claims 1 to 11 when executed by a processor.
