Abstract
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to an intelligent number searching and forwarding system based on a user state. The user state presenting application server obtains the user state information from the IP multimedia subsystem, obtains the position information of the signing user through the position server, and then synchronizes to the intelligent searching platform through the user state interface. When the number searching user initiates a number searching request, the matched signed user of the intelligent searching platform determines different scene modes according to the user state information and the position information, and feeds back the corresponding user number in a specified response mode according to the scene modes. The invention also comprises a conversion checking method. The invention effectively improves the call completing rate of the call forwarding and searching by using the states of the user and the related numbers, and simultaneously completes the intelligent call forwarding and searching of the numbers in a multi-scene mode according to the individual requirements of the user, thereby not only providing rich experience for the user, but also improving the satisfaction rate of the user and the call completing rate.

Technical Field

Background
Conventional directory assistance systems include voice relays, PBXs, directory assistance platforms, and voice agents. After dialing the directory number, the user routes the call through the communication network, and then the call is transferred to the voice seat by the PBX. The voice seat performs data record search on the directory assistance platform according to the name and the user information provided by the user. Once the records match, the agent will broadcast the corresponding number to the user. Or the telephone traffic can be relayed to the communication network through the PBX and the voice according to the needs of the user, and then the communication network completes the connection to the final checking and transferring user.
When a traditional telecommunication core network is evolved from a TDM/NGN network to an IMS network, a corresponding voice relay is changed from a TDM copper cable to a virtual relay based on IP bearing, a PBX is evolved into a virtual PBX based on IP and cloud resources, and meanwhile, a directory enquiry platform also realizes cloud virtualization. Ims (IP Multimedia subsystem) is an IP Multimedia subsystem, a complete solution to support real-time, customizable Multimedia services based on SIP signaling. The method can meet the requirements of more novel and diversified multimedia services of the current terminal client. Thirdly, the state of the user can be obtained in the previous CS domain network signaling, the real-time performance is poor, the instant state of the user cannot be reflected, and meanwhile, the user cannot be supported to independently set the state to realize intelligent dynamic number searching and forwarding.

When the network of the user does not support IMS or can not display the state, the method is compatible with the original forwarding checking system, and the original call service is not influenced.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide an intelligent number searching and forwarding system based on user states, which is characterized by comprising an IP multimedia subsystem, a user state presentation server and an intelligent searching platform; a call session control function network element in the IP multimedia subsystem receives a registration signaling and a call signaling of a signed user through a session boundary controller and transmits the registration signaling and the call signaling to the user state presentation application server to form user state information of the signed user; the user state presence service server obtains the position information of the signed user in the 4G or 5G network through the position server; the user state information and the position information are synchronized to the intelligent searching platform through a user state interface by the user state presenting server; when a directory enquiry user initiates a directory enquiry request, an artificial seat of the intelligent search platform is matched with the subscriber, different scene modes are determined according to the user state information and the position information, and a corresponding user number is fed back in a specified response mode according to the scene modes.
Further, the method also comprises a terminal application; and the subscriber autonomously sets the user state information or sets the response mode and the user number in each scene mode through the terminal application.
Further, the intelligent search platform comprises an intelligent engine; and the intelligent engine performs real-time voice recognition on the directory inquiry request, matches the signed user, determines different scene modes according to the user state information and the position information of the signed user, and feeds back the corresponding user number in the appointed response mode according to the scene modes.

obtaining the user state information corresponding to the signing user from the user state presentation service server, and then firstly judging whether the user number of the signing user is logged in;
if the user number is not logged in, switching on an intelligent response robot to play audio and video preset by the signed user, and ending the intelligent checking and transferring process;
judging whether the state of the user number of the signing user is idle or not;
if not, switching on a voice mailbox preset by the subscriber, and finishing the intelligent checking and transferring process;
judging whether the subscriber presets a user-defined state corresponding to the subscriber number or not;
if the user-defined state is not set, feeding back a corresponding user number according to a response mode preset by the subscriber, wherein the user number is broadcasted, and the call is transferred to the user number;
if the user-defined state is set, further judging whether a geographic information judgment requirement is preset or not;

In view of the technical characteristics, the technical scheme of the invention fully considers the states of the user and the related numbers, is compatible with the fixed network and the mobile user, can effectively improve the call completing rate of the call forwarding check, simultaneously completes the intelligent call forwarding check of the numbers in a multi-scene mode according to the individual requirements of the user, and improves the satisfaction rate of the user and the call completing rate while providing richer experience for the user.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and such equivalents may fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses an intelligent number forwarding system based on user status. As shown in the figure: a preferred embodiment of the system comprises an IP multimedia subsystem 100, a user status presentation server 200, an intelligent search platform 300 and an operator IT system 400.
The IP multimedia subsystem is a system for supporting real-time, customizable multimedia services based on SIP signaling, which constitutes the IMS core network for the communication services. The IP multimedia subsystem 100 comprises a home subscriber server 101, a call session control function network element 102 and a session border controller 103. The home subscriber server 101 is configured to record various subscription information of the subscriber in the IP multimedia subsystem 100. The call session control network element 102 is used to process various call related signaling in the IP multimedia subsystem 100, and the session border controller 103 is used to access the end user 500 to the IP multimedia subsystem 100. The operator IT system 400 is composed of a service acceptance system and a user accounting system. The service acceptance system receives the subscription request of the user, generates subscription information, stores the subscription information in the user accounting system, and then informs the home subscriber server 101, and the home subscriber server 101 generates service trigger data according to the user subscription information and synchronizes the service trigger data to the call session control function network element 102. The service triggering data comprises triggering conditions and addresses of application servers which process the messages intelligently after triggering. In the intelligent number forwarding service, the triggering condition comprises a calling number, a called number and a protocol message type. The application server that triggers post-processing of the message is the user state presentation application server 200. That is, after the call session control function network element 102 receives the service trigger data, after the registration signaling and the call signaling of the user who signs the intelligent number forwarding service are transmitted to the call session control function network element 102 through the session border controller 103, the call session control function network element 102 converts the signaling information into user state information and transmits the user state information to the user state presentation application server 200, so that the intelligent number forwarding service is enabled to be effective.
When the subscriber is in the 4G or 5G network, the user state presence service server 200 converts the signaling information obtained from the call session control function network element 102 into user state information of the subscriber, and obtains location information through the location server 201. When the subscriber falls back to the 2G or 3G network, the subscriber status presence service server 200 will obtain the subscriber status information of the subscriber from the mobile switching center 203 and the location information through the gateway mobile location center 202. Then, the user status presence service server 200 packages the user status information and the location information in the JASON format, and synchronizes to the intelligent search platform 300 in real time through the user status interface 700 based on the HTTP protocol.
When a directory enquiry user initiates a directory enquiry request, the intelligent lookup platform 300 firstly matches the target user manually through a human agent 301 or automatically by an intelligent engine 302 supporting real-time speech recognition technology. If the target user is a subscriber of the intelligent number forwarding service, different scene modes are further determined according to the user state information and the position information provided by the user state presentation service server 200, and then the corresponding user number is fed back to the directory enquiry user in a specified response mode (broadcast to the directory enquiry user or forwarded to the directory enquiry user) according to the scene modes. In the forwarding mode, the forwarded destination number includes a number to be forwarded to a voice mailbox, an intelligent robot, or a subscriber.
The terminal application 600 is an application program provided by a subscriber and running on an intelligent terminal of the subscriber. The subscriber can autonomously set the user status information of the subscriber, such as user login, user idle, user busy, user offline, and user-defined status, through the terminal application 600. In the actual forwarding and searching service, the operator determines whether the state set by the user is the preferred state or the actual state of the user is the preferred state by configuration. The subscriber can also set a response mode and a subscriber number in each scene mode through 600. For example, a specific number of a fixed telephone or a relative number is designated to be switched to when the user is busy, a specific audio-video content is designated to be played by the intelligent robot when the user is offline, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, a process of converting the signaling information obtained by the network element 102 according to the call session control function into the user state information of the subscriber by the user state presence service server 200 is shown.
After the subscriber completes the intelligent number searching and transferring service, the subscriber opens the general subscriber state presenting function and simultaneously makes the calling and called IFC subscription in the network. Thereafter, when the subscriber starts the VOLTE function to access the 4G/5G network, the terminal user 500 first sends a registration (Register) signaling to the call session control function unit 102, and the call session control function unit 102 forwards the registration (Register) signaling to the user state presentation application server 200. After receiving the signaling, the user state presentation application server 200 updates the user state information of the subscriber to user login and user idle. (step S101)
When the terminal user 500 initiates a call, the call session control unit 102 sends a corresponding call initiation signaling (inite) to the user status presentation application server 200, and after the called user answers (200OK), the user status presentation application server 200 updates the user status information of the subscriber to user busy. When the call is over, the user state presence application server 200 will again modify the user state information to idle after the on-hook signaling (BYE) is forwarded to the user state presence application server 200 again. (step S103)
When the terminal user 500 is called, the user status presenting application server 200 sets the user status information as user busy after receiving a 200OK response to the origination signaling (inite). (step S104)
After the call is finished, the user state presenting application server 200 receives a hang-up signaling (BYE), and sets the user state information as user idle. (step S105)
If the user is called and the call is failed, the user status presentation application server 200 determines whether the user is actively hung up or is disconnected or busy due to network reasons through the returned error message (4xx) and the corresponding error return value, and updates the user status. For example, if the user status presence application server 200 receives 486BUSY signaling, it is considered that the user is actively hanging up. (step S106) if the user status presentation application server 200 receives 408TIMEOUT signaling, it is deemed that the user is not reachable. (step S107)
After receiving the logout information forwarded by the call session control unit 102, the user status presentation application server 200 will determine whether the terminal user 500 is passively offline or actively powered off when time out according to the historical signaling information and update the user status information to be offline. (step S108)
While updating the user state information, the user state presentation application server 200 updates the user geographical location data in time according to the PANI parameter in the call signaling parameter.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention further provides an intelligent number forwarding method based on user status, the implementation process of a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
step S201, the directory enquiry user initiates voice directory enquiry to the intelligent number transferring system.
The intelligent number checking and forwarding system acquires the information of the checked and forwarded user through an intelligent engine or a manual agent, for example, the information is information of a certain business company;

judging whether the state of the user number of the signing user is idle or not;
if not, switching on a voice mailbox preset by the subscriber, and finishing the intelligent checking and transferring process;
judging whether the subscriber presets a user-defined state corresponding to the subscriber number or not;
if the user-defined state is not set, feeding back a corresponding user number according to a response mode preset by the subscriber, wherein the user number is broadcasted, and the call is transferred to the user number;
