the circular flow guiding device comprises a first urinary catheter (5), a circular catheter (9), a first circular piston valve (1) and a circular horn mouth (6); one end of the circular catheter (9) is connected with the bottom of the first expansion bag (15), the other end of the circular catheter (9) is connected with the circular horn mouth (6), the outer side wall of the first circular piston valve (1) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the circular catheter (9), one end of the first urinary catheter (5) penetrates through the first circular piston valve (1), and the other end of the first urinary catheter (5) is positioned outside the circular catheter (9);
the annular flow guiding device comprises an annular piston valve (4), an annular guide pipe (8), an annular horn mouth (7) and a catheter II (10); the annular guide pipe (8) is sleeved on the circular guide pipe (9), one end of the annular guide pipe (8) is connected with the bottom of the expansion bag II (13), the other end of the annular guide pipe (8) is connected with the annular horn mouth (7), and the annular piston valve (4) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the annular guide pipe (8); one end of the catheter II (10) penetrates through the annular piston valve (4), and the other end of the catheter II (10) is located outside the annular catheter (8).

A novel urological bladder fistulization tube according to claim 2, characterized in that: the one-way flow guide valve comprises a light spring (22), a circular baffle plate (21), an annular baffle plate (20) and a parallel baffle plate (19), wherein the side walls of the circular baffle plate (21) and the annular baffle plate (20) are fixedly connected with the inner side wall of a first liquid inlet pipe (16) or a second liquid inlet pipe (2), a through hole (18) penetrating through the top and the bottom of the circular baffle plate (21) is formed in the circular baffle plate (21), the top of the annular baffle plate (20) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the circular baffle plate (21), one end of the light spring (22) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the circular baffle plate (21), the other end of the light spring (22) is fixedly connected with the top of the parallel baffle plate (19), and the top of the parallel baffle plate (19) is contacted with the bottom of the annular baffle plate (20).
