If the mobile communication network link is smooth, the controller often obtains a plurality of feedback messages at one time after transmitting information messages of information of other urban lamps, which represents that the remote control platform smoothly obtains the information messages of the information of the urban lamps transmitted at the previous time.
If the mobile communication network link is not smooth, the controller often does not obtain one feedback message after continuously transmitting the information messages of the information of the urban lamps, or only obtains less than X feedback messages after continuously transmitting the information messages of the information of the X urban lamps, and at the moment, the controller can judge that the current mobile communication network has link abnormality.
The abnormal condition is that a link of a mobile communication network has an obstacle during the period of transmitting the information of the instant city lamps by the controller, so that the information of the city lamps transmitted by the controller is not obtained by the remote control platform, and the remote control platform can not transmit a feedback message to the controller; another abnormal situation is that the remote control platform obtains the information of the urban lighting fixture transmitted by the controller, and the link of the mobile communication network has an obstacle when performing feedback, so that the controller does not obtain the feedback message fed back by the remote control platform in a set time period.
Therefore, to ensure that the information of the urban lamps is completely received by the remote control platform, the controller retrieves and transmits the information message of the information of the urban lamps, which does not obtain the feedback message, in the cache, and executes the operation of reducing retransmission.
The timed link detection message mode comprises: the controller starts a concurrence program for transmitting the link detection message to reach each time distance y1(s), the controller transmits the link detection message to the remote control platform, the remote control platform waits for the feedback message determined by negotiation in advance, if the feedback message is obtained in the set overdue time period, the smoothness of the current mobile communication network can be determined to be good, and the software of the current remote control platform operates without errors; if the feedback message is not obtained in the set overdue time period, the mobile communication network is represented to have obstacles; here, the expiration period can be set according to a specific situation.

The urban lamp remote control system according to claim 1, wherein the phase-A branch, the phase-B branch and the phase-C branch are further respectively connected in series with a normally open contact I, a normally open contact II and a normally open contact III of a signal relay; and the coil of the signal relay is connected with the controller.
