The statistical analysis module supports the decomposition, classification, collection, accumulation, analysis and management of bid information, standing information, contract information, task information and cost information, displays statistical information from multiple dimensions through multiple charts, and displays the statistical information from multiple dimensions, including displaying the statistical information from different time periods and contents, so as to meet the requirements of different levels of management, control, decision and the like.

As shown in fig. 11, strong association exists between the services of this embodiment, and corresponding strong association also exists between the modules corresponding to the services.

In the embodiment, from the beginning of bidding, a project library is established according to project categories, a project is taken as a main line, and after bidding, a system automatically sends a bidding information sheet and an item establishment information sheet to a contract subsection to fill in contract information and develop a contract approval process; after the contract approval is completed, the system automatically informs the business department and allocates tasks, the business department fills in project progress conditions, and information and stage data are fed back to the business department according to contract settlement nodes. Meanwhile, a general supervision and mission process is added in the system, so that the examination and approval process is simplified, and the examination and approval time is shortened. Because the bid entry time is relatively short, a task completion time (typically 24 hours) is required in the process. The embodiment obtains the cost management data through statistical analysis of the data, thereby extracting relevant necessary data from the ever-changing scattered information and providing decision bases for a decision layer, namely realizing dynamic management of the project contract information cost. The embodiment realizes the information-based integrated management of the whole processes of project establishment, bid and invitation, contract, collection, settlement, invoicing, collection and verification and sale, changes the original management mode and realizes the standardization, normalization and lean of supervision services. By confirming the business process, collecting the data required by the functions, carrying out requirement investigation and analysis, confirming key users and the like, combining with actual work to carry out functional design, database design, software framework construction and functional development, developing functional and non-functional tests, and repairing and optimizing problems in operation. When the result is evaluated, specific methods such as mathematical statistics, system analysis, model establishment, combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and the like are adopted. The system integrates various information resources, automatically supervises, checks and analyzes key business links, quantifies and accurately measures the management process and result data in time so as to improve the execution power of management and the scientificity of decision making.

after a user inputs contract information into the contract information input module and generates a contract information sheet, performing assignment task operation, and acquiring information required by an assignment task from the contract information sheet by the system according to the task assignment operation of the user to generate a task assignment sheet;

and after the user inputs the information of the sub-items in the entrustment corresponding to the contract information sheet into the entrustment module and generates a contract sub-item information sheet, task delegation operation is carried out, and the system acquires the information required by delegation task from the contract sub-item information sheet according to the task delegation operation of the user so as to generate a task delegation sheet.

And the task delegation sheet is used for performing task delegation work according to the project information.

the process management function is used for configuring and displaying different approval processes for different documents;

the accessory uploading function is used for uploading accessory information required by the current service;

the system comprises a batch import function and a batch generation function, wherein the batch import function is used for importing the service data required by the current service in batches, and the system generates corresponding documents in batches according to the imported service data;

and the row operation function is used for performing operations of adding rows, invalidating rows, deleting rows and clearing rows aiming at the table data of the page when the data is input into the page.
