In some embodiments, processor 110 may include one or more interfaces. The interface may include an integrated circuit (I2C) interface, an integrated circuit built-in audio (I2S) interface, a Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) interface, and/or a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, etc.
The power management module 141 receives input from the battery and/or charge management module and provides power to the processor 110, the internal memory 121, the display 194, the camera 193, the wireless communication module 160, and the like.
The wireless communication function of the terminal device 200 may be implemented by the antenna 1, the antenna 2, the mobile communication module 150, the wireless communication module 160, a modem processor, a baseband processor, and the like.
The antennas 1 and 2 are used for transmitting and receiving electromagnetic wave signals. The antennas in terminal device 200 may be used to cover a single or multiple communication bands. Different antennas can also be multiplexed to improve the utilization of the antennas. For example: the antenna 1 may be multiplexed as a diversity antenna of a wireless local area network.
The mobile communication module 150 may provide a solution including wireless communication of 2G/3G/4G/5G, etc. applied on the terminal device 200. The wireless communication module 160 may provide a solution for wireless communication applied to the terminal device 200, including Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) (e.g., wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) networks), bluetooth (bluetooth, BT), Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), Frequency Modulation (FM), Near Field Communication (NFC), Infrared (IR), and the like.
In some embodiments, antenna 1 of terminal device 200 is coupled to mobile communication module 150 and antenna 2 is coupled to wireless communication module 160 so that terminal device 200 can communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communication techniques. The wireless communication technologies may include global system for mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), BT, GNSS, WLAN, NFC, FM, and/or IR technologies, among others.
The terminal device 200 realizes a display function through the display screen 194. The display screen 194 is used to display images, video, and the like. The display screen 194 includes a display panel. In some embodiments, the terminal device 200 may include 1 or N display screens 194, where N is a positive integer greater than 1.
After the camera 101 in the terminal device 200 is turned on, a shooting function can be realized by the camera 193 or the like. The camera 193 is used to capture still images or video. In some embodiments, the terminal device 200 may include 1 or N cameras 193, N being a positive integer greater than 1.
The external memory interface 120 may be used to connect an external memory card to extend the memory capability of the terminal device 200. The external memory card communicates with the processor 110 through the external memory interface 120 to implement a data storage function.
The internal memory 121 may be used to store computer-executable program code, which includes instructions. The internal memory 121 may include a program storage area and a data storage area. The storage program area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required by at least one function, and the like.
The pressure sensor 180A is used for sensing a pressure signal, and converting the pressure signal into an electrical signal. In some embodiments, the pressure sensor 180A may be disposed on the display screen 194.
The acceleration sensor 180E can detect the magnitude of acceleration of the terminal device 200 in various directions (generally, three axes).
The fingerprint sensor 180H is used to collect a fingerprint. The terminal device 200 can utilize the collected fingerprint characteristics to realize fingerprint unlocking, access to an application lock, fingerprint photographing, fingerprint incoming call answering and the like.
The touch sensor 180K is also called a "touch device". The touch sensor 180K may be disposed on the display screen 194, and the touch sensor 180K and the display screen 194 form a touch screen, which is also called a "touch screen". The touch sensor 180K is used to detect a touch operation applied thereto or nearby.
The keys 190 include a volume key and the like. The keys 190 may be mechanical keys or touch keys. The terminal device 200 may receive a key input, and generate a key signal input related to user setting and function control of the terminal device 200.
The sensor module 180 may also include a positioning module 180L. For example, the positioning module may perform positioning based on a GPS system, or may perform positioning based on a beidou system or other positioning systems. The location module 180L may be used to estimate the geographic location of the terminal device 200.
Taking the terminal device as a mobile phone as an example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 (a), the function of taking a picture of the mobile phone may be implemented by using a picture taking mode of a camera of the mobile phone.
In some embodiments, the photographing mode further includes a map mode setting item for activating a map mode function. For example, as shown in (1) in fig. 3, after the mobile phone enters the photographing mode, the mobile phone displays an interface in the photographing mode. Setting items 306 are included in the interface. In response to the user's operation on the setting item 306, the mobile phone displays a setting interface 307 as shown in (2) in fig. 3, and the setting interface 307 includes a "photo scale" setting item, a "voice-controlled photographing" setting item, a "smiling face snapshot" setting item, a "map mode" setting item, a "video frame rate" setting item, a "high-efficiency video format" setting item, an "AI movie hue" setting item, and the like. In response to a user's start operation of the "map mode" setting item 308, the cellular phone displays a setting interface 309 as shown in (3) in fig. 3. In the setting interface 309, a "map mode" setting item is opened, that is, the mobile phone has started a map mode function in the photographing function. In the present invention, the map mode is a mode shown in (3) in fig. 4, in which the current location of the user, the locations of the users around the user, and the information of the photos they take are displayed on a map interface; the map mode is used for providing the functions of sharing photographing information in real time and displaying the photographing information on the map interface.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a method and a system for sharing photographing information in real time, which use a camera 101 and a map function module in an existing terminal device to sense photographing positions and photographing contents of other users in real time, so as to know the characteristic scenic spot contents of a scenic spot in real time; the map navigation software 210 calls a map function module through an API (application programming interface) interface to realize a map navigation function, and displays the map navigation function on a display of the terminal equipment; similarly, the camera 101 may also call the map function module through the API interface to implement a map navigation function, and present the map navigation function on the display of the terminal device. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the user clicks the camera 101 in (a) of fig. 1, and enters a first interface 320 shown in (1) of fig. 4, where a preview screen shot by a rear camera is presented in the first interface 320, and the shooting button 205, the gallery 204, and the switching button 202; the user clicks the switch button 202 shown in (1) in fig. 4 again, the terminal apparatus 200 presents a second interface 321 described in (2) in fig. 4, a preview screen taken by the front camera is presented in the second interface 321, and the taking button 205, the gallery 204 and the switch button 202; the user clicks the switch button 202 shown in (2) in fig. 4 again, the terminal device 200 presents the third interface 322 shown in (3) in fig. 4, a screen of the map mode is presented in the third interface 322, and the photographing button 205, the gallery 204, and the switch button 202; the picture of the map mode comprises a map interface which displays the current position of the user, the positions of the users nearby the user and the information of the photos shot by the users; the number on the map mode interface shown in (3) in fig. 4 represents the position of the user, the number represents the position of the user, and so on, the number represents the position of the user, and the like, and the user can enter the display interface shown in fig. 6 by clicking the number, and displays and views the image shot by the user. The user clicks the switch button 202 shown in (3) in fig. 4 again, and the terminal device 200 switches to the first interface 320 shown in (1) in fig. 4 again; by analogy, the user can circularly switch among the three interfaces by clicking the switching button 202, so that three different functions are realized.
In the present invention, the map mode is a mode shown in (3) in fig. 4 in which the current location of the user, the locations of the users around the user, and the information of the photos they take are displayed on the map interface; the map mode is used for providing the functions of sharing photographing information in real time and displaying the photographing information on the map interface.
In an alternative embodiment, for example, fig. 5 (a) is a schematic structural diagram of a real-time shared photographing information system provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 (a), the real-time shared photographing system includes N terminal devices, a map server 12 and a shared platform server 11, where the N terminal devices include a first terminal device 301, a terminal device 2 and a terminal device 3 … …, N is a positive integer greater than 1, the N terminal devices are connected to the map server 12 and the shared platform server 11, and the shared platform server 11 and the map server 12 are connected to each other;
the N pieces of terminal equipment are all terminal equipment 200, and a map function module 102 and a camera 101 are integrated on the terminal equipment 200; the map function module 102 is configured to provide an interface for acquiring a data source in the map server 12 and a map interface control for a user to operate, is located in an application component of the terminal device 200, and is configured to provide an interface for acquiring a data source in the map server 12 for an application module;
the map server 12 is configured to provide functions such as map display data, positioning data, and navigation data for the terminal device 200, the map navigation software 210 in the terminal device 200 can access the map server 12 through the map function module 102 and display a map interface on the terminal device 200, and the existing map application programs such as Baidu and Gaode are implemented by this technology, and this function belongs to the prior art and is not described herein repeatedly;
the camera 101 is used for taking pictures, uploading and downloading the pictures, and calling the SDK in the map function module 102 to enter a map mode; as shown in fig. 4, by clicking the switch button 202 shown in (2) in fig. 4, the terminal device 200 presents a third interface 322 shown in (3) in fig. 4, and a screen of the map mode is presented in the third interface 322; the map mode is a mode shown in (3) in fig. 4, in which the current position of the user, the positions of the users around the user, and the information of the photos they take are displayed on the map interface; the map mode is used for providing the functions of sharing photographing information in real time and displaying the photographing information on the map interface. In the map mode, a plurality of terminal devices can acquire position information and pictures photographed with each other on a map interface in real time.
In a preferred embodiment, for example, when the user uses the camera 101 to take a picture or uses a picture taking function in other APP software such as a WeChat, the N terminal devices record a picture taking place and time in a picture taking process, and the N terminal devices are further configured to upload the picture taking place and time to the shared platform server 11. The shared platform server 11 stores the shooting place and time information of the N pieces of terminal equipment in real time; the first user opens the camera 101 of the first terminal device, then clicks to enter the map mode, the first terminal device 301 obtains the shooting location and time information of other terminal devices in the shared platform server 11 and the map data source in the map server in real time through the map function module, and displays the shooting location of other terminal devices around the first user at the current time in real time on the interface 322 of the map mode of the first terminal device 301.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, an interface for uploading the photo by the user after the photo is taken by the terminal device; as shown in fig. 7, after the user finishes taking the picture, the user may upload the taken picture to the sharing platform server 11 in real time by clicking the upload button 103 on the picture page, or, as shown in fig. 8, after the user finishes taking the picture, the user clicks the "more" button, then the "upload" button is presented, and the user clicks the "upload" button, and then the taken picture is uploaded to the sharing platform server 11 in real time; further, the photo shown in fig. 8 may also be an existing picture in the gallery, and after the user clicks the "more" button, the "upload" button is presented, and the user clicks the "upload" button, and uploads the existing picture in the gallery to the shared platform server 11. Further, in the map mode, the first terminal device 301 includes a download button, the first user downloads the shot photos taken by other users by clicking the download button, as shown in fig. 6, the user enters an interface shown in fig. 7 by clicking a mark in a map display interface, the interface displays photos taken by the user, the download button 105 is directly displayed on an enlarged page of the photos, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the download button 106 is stored in a "more" button, and after the user clicks "more" the user clicks the download button 106 to download the shot photos.
In another embodiment, the camera 101 is configured to take a picture, store the picture in a memory, and call the SDK in the map function module 102 to enter a map mode, and the terminal device 200 further integrates a cloud service module, which is configured to extract the picture from the memory and upload the picture, and download the picture and store the picture in the memory. The uploading and downloading functions shown in fig. 7 and 8 are implemented by the cloud service module, specifically, the user takes a photo and stores the photo in the internal memory 121, and the user clicks the upload button 103 on the photo page to call the cloud service module, and uploads the photo stored in the internal memory 121 to the sharing platform server 11 in real time. Similarly, after the user clicks the download button in fig. 7 or fig. 8, the photo is downloaded through the cloud service module and stored in the memory.
A first terminal device 301 in the N terminal devices is clicked by a first user on the camera 101 in (a) of fig. 1, and enters a first interface 320 shown in (1) of fig. 4; the first user clicks the switch button 202 shown in (1) in fig. 4 again, and the first terminal device 200 presents the second interface 321 shown in (2) in fig. 4; the first user clicks the switch button 202 shown in (2) in fig. 4 again, the first terminal device 200 presents the third interface 322 of the map mode shown in (3) in fig. 4, and transmits the first position and the first time of the first terminal device 301 to the map server 12. The third interface 322 presents a map mode picture, where the map mode picture includes a position where the user is currently located, positions where users nearby around the user are located, and information of photos they take, which are displayed on the map interface. The user clicks the switch button 202 shown in (3) in fig. 4 again, and the terminal device 200 switches to the first interface 320 shown in (1) in fig. 4 again; by analogy, the user can circularly switch among the three interfaces by clicking the switching button 202, so that three different functions are realized.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, when the user clicks the camera 101 in (a) of fig. 1, the user enters a first interface 320 shown in (1) of fig. 9, and a preview screen shot by the rear camera is presented in the first interface 320, and the shooting button 205, the gallery 204, the switching button 202 and the button 211 are displayed; the user clicks the button 211 shown in (1) in fig. 9, the terminal apparatus 200 presents the third interface 322 shown in (2) in fig. 9, a screen of the map mode is presented in the third interface 322, and the shooting button, the gallery 204, the switching button 202, and the button 211; the picture of the map mode comprises the position where the user is located at present, the positions where the users nearby around the user are located and the information of the photos shot by the users. The user clicks the button 211 shown in (2) of fig. 9 again, and the terminal device 200 switches to the first interface 320 shown in (3) of fig. 9 again; it can be seen that the user can cycle between the two interfaces by clicking the button 211 to implement two different functions. Similarly, when the user clicks the switching button 202 shown in (1) in fig. 9, the terminal device 200 presents a preview screen captured by the front camera, and at this time, the user can also enter the display interface of the map mode by clicking the button 211, and the user again clicks the button 211 to return to presenting the preview screen captured by the front camera.
Further, in the above embodiment, the button 211 may be a physical button on the side of the terminal device, instead of the button of the software interface shown in fig. 9. The user can complete the switching between the preview picture shot by the camera and the display interface of the map mode through the entity button on the side.
In another embodiment, the button 211 may also be provided in the "more" button option shown in fig. 4, and the user may display one of the options as "map mode" by clicking on the "more" button option. And the user clicks the map mode, the terminal equipment enters the map mode, and the camera display interface is switched to the map mode. As shown in (3) in fig. 4, in the displayed map mode interface, the photographed text display portion 206 of the terminal device displays a logo "map".
The map server 12 is configured to receive the first location and the first time sent by the first terminal device 301, and send an inquiry request to the shared platform server 11;
the shared platform server 11 is configured to store the photographing information uploaded by the N terminal devices, and return other user information and related photographing information near the first terminal device 301 to the map server 12 according to the query request sent by the map server; the user information refers to a user ID or user account information, is a unique identifier registered by each user in the map mode, and is used for distinguishing different users in the map mode.
The map server 12 is further configured to return the user information, the related photographing information thereof, and the map data to the first terminal device 301;
the first terminal device 301 is further configured to present the user information and the related photographing information on a map display interface after entering a map mode.
Further, the photographing information includes location information and time information of taking a photograph.
Further, the query request includes a first location and a first time when the first terminal device 301 enters the map mode.
Further, the terminal device 200 may load a data source of the map server 12 on line through the map function module 102 to display a map, or may load an offline map locally on the terminal device 200 to display the map.
Further, the sharing platform server 11 may also search for a public photo uploaded by the user on the internet, determine the photographing time and place according to information such as exif in the photo, import the information into the sharing platform server 11, and present the information to the user.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 (b), the shared platform server 11 may be a part of the map server 12, and belong to an integral server with the map server, or belong to the map server and belong to a part of the map server, in this embodiment, the interaction between the shared platform server and the map server belongs to the interaction between the inside of the server, and the content of the interaction is the same as that in the embodiment of fig. 5 (a), and is not described herein again.
In another preferred embodiment, the shared platform server and the map server have no communication interaction and operate independently from each other, as shown in fig. 5 (c), and the implementation principle is as follows: the map server 12 is configured to receive map data request information sent by the first terminal device 301; the shared platform server 11 is configured to receive an inquiry request sent by the first terminal device 301, where the inquiry request includes a first location and a first time when the first terminal device 301 enters the map mode.
The shared platform server 11 is configured to store the photographing information uploaded by the N terminal devices, and return other user information near the terminal device and related photographing information thereof according to a query request sent by the terminal device; in this scheme, after the shared platform server 11 receives the first position and the first time in the query request sent by the first terminal device 301, the shared platform server 11 queries information of other users near the first terminal device 301 and related photographing information thereof according to the first position and the first time, and returns the information to the first terminal device 301; the user information refers to a user ID or user account information, is a unique identifier registered by each user in the map mode, and is used for distinguishing different users in the map mode.
The map server 12 is further configured to return map data to the first terminal device 301 according to the map data request information;
the first terminal device 301 is further configured to display the received user information and the related photographing information on a map interface rendered by map data; that is to say, the first terminal device 301 is further configured to present the user information and the photographing information related to the user information on a map display interface after entering the map mode.
Further, the photographing information includes location information and time information of taking a photograph.
In another preferred embodiment, the shared platform server 11 stores map data therein, and the shared platform server 11 is further configured to mark the shot picture position information on a map after receiving the shot picture position information uploaded by the N terminal devices; here, the shared platform server 11 marks the collected location information uploaded by the N terminal devices on a map, so as to facilitate the subsequent first terminal device 301 to query the shooting locations of other terminal devices nearby according to its own first location.
In another embodiment, if no map data is stored in the shared platform server 11, the position information of the shot photos uploaded by the N terminal devices is transmitted to the map server 12, the map server 12 receives the position information of the shot photos and marks the position information of the shot photos on the map of the map server 12, for example, a user uploads the shot places of the terminal devices 2 to the shared platform server 11, the shared platform server 11 transmits the shot places of the terminal devices 2 to the map server 12, and the map server 12 marks the shot places of the terminal devices 2 on the map; by analogy, the location of the photo taken by the terminal device x is uploaded to the map server 12 through the shared platform server 11, and the map server 12 identifies on the map; the map server is a server in the prior art, and the terminal equipment can access the map server through a map APP on the terminal in the prior art to provide functions of map navigation, map lookup and the like for a user;
further, on the basis of the prior art, the invention adds a sharing platform server to provide a photographing sharing function for the user camera APP; after the user opens and switches to the map mode through the camera APP on the terminal equipment 2, the system map function is called through a system API interface in the terminal equipment 2, and identification information of the identified photographing place is displayed on a map; the other terminal devices can call the map function through respective system API interfaces and display the identification information near the current photographing place on the respective terminal devices;
in a possible embodiment, the shared platform server is further configured to divide the photographing information uploaded by the terminal device in a time dimension according to a time period T; and taking the picture taking information uploaded by the terminal equipment and collected by the sharing platform server as a picture taking information set of the time period every T time.
In a specific embodiment, the shot photo information uploaded by N pieces of terminal equipment is classified in a time dimension, and the photo information is divided according to time periods; specifically, the preferred embodiment designs that the time and place of taking pictures by the terminal device are collected every T =5 minutes, for example, pictures taken between 9:00-9:05 (excluding 9:00, including 9: 05) are all collected in a 9: 05-taken picture set, pictures taken between 9:05-9:10 (excluding 9:05, including 9: 10) are all collected in a 9: 10-taken picture set, … … and so on, and the pictures are divided in the time domain by a time period of 5 minutes; when the first user turns on the camera 101 of the first terminal device 301 at 9:03, switching to the map mode, where all other users between 9:00-9:03 on the map that he sees take the location information of the uploaded photos; if the first user turns on the camera 101 at 9:05, the location information of the uploaded photos taken by all other users between 9:00-9:05 on the map that the first user sees; if the first user turns on the camera 101 at 9:00, all users on the map that the first user sees are identified as location information of the uploaded photos between 8:55-9: 00; by the method, the first user can acquire the information and the places of the photos taken by other users within the last 5 minutes on the map; the shot information exceeding 5 minutes is not displayed on the map in the map mode, but is stored only in the shared platform server 11.
Further, the time period T may be set to 6 minutes, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, or the like.
Further, the sharing platform server 11 includes an inquiry module 122, configured to inquire, according to the first time, a photographing information set a uploaded by other terminal devices in a time period T where the first time is located;
the query module 122 of the shared platform server 11 is further configured to query, according to the first location, a photographing information set B uploaded by other terminal devices around the first location by X meters; wherein, the X can be 1km, 2km or 5km, etc.
The shared platform server 11 returns the intersection of the photographing information set a and the photographing information set B to the map server 12. The map server 12 returns the intersection to the first terminal device 301; in the map mode of the first terminal device 301, photographing information of other users around X m in the T period and around the first position is displayed.
Preferably, in the map mode, the first position of the first terminal device and the position information of the photo taken by other terminal devices are presented on a map in real time;
in an embodiment, the first terminal device 301 includes a reminding module 302, and when there is another user who is more than S in the vicinity of the same location to take a picture and upload the picture taking information in a T period, the reminding module 302 reminds the first user in a map mode interface; preferably, when more than 8 people take a picture near the same position and upload the picture taking information within a time period of 5 minutes, the reminding module 302 reminds the first user in a map mode, and the reminding can be displayed on a screen interface or can be reminded in a ringing or flash mode.
As shown in fig. 4, when the first user uses the first terminal device 301 to play in a scenic spot of "splendid chinese folk village", since it is unclear which parts of the scenic spot are better scenic spots, and it is unclear where the scenic spot has a large performance, or where there is an animal feature performance, etc., the camera APP can be opened by using the first terminal device 301, as shown in fig. 4, by clicking the front-rear switching button 202 in the camera 101, a switching function is added on the basis of the function of originally switching between the front camera and the rear camera of the camera 101, in addition to switching between photographing of the front camera and photographing of the rear camera, the map display function shown in fig. 4 can be switched, and the above three functions are switched cyclically; as shown in fig. 4, a first user switches a camera function of a first terminal device 301 to a map mode through a front-back switching button 202, and can clearly see that the first user is currently located at a position of an identifier 1 on a map, and can also see identifiers of other users who take pictures at other identifier positions, in fig. 4, the identifier is the position of a second user who uses a terminal device 2 to take pictures, and the second user uploads picture taking information after taking pictures, wherein the picture taking information includes position information and time information of the picture taking pictures, and the picture taking information may include the picture taking pictures; the position of the mark (c) is that the user 3 uses the terminal device 3 to take a picture and uploads the picture taking information, … … and so on, so that the general position of the user who takes the picture can be known; as can be seen from the figure, most users currently identify the photographing position on the phoenix square, and it is seen that more users photograph on the phoenix square performance ground; at this time, the camera 101 may remind the first user in the map mode interface, such as displaying a prompt message, or may remind the user to watch the first user by ringing or flashing a flash.
In another embodiment, the photographing information includes location information of taking a picture, time information, and taking a picture; in the map mode, the display interface of the first terminal device 301 not only presents the first position and the position information of the other terminal devices for taking pictures in real time, but also presents the shot pictures uploaded by other users in a small graphic mode near the position information; or, as shown in fig. 6, the position of the other user uploading the photographing information is displayed in the form of a mark near the position information, and when the first user clicks the mark (c), the photographed picture is displayed on the page in a smaller form and is displayed on the upper layer of the map; further, if the first user clicks the indicator on the first terminal device 301 again, the photo is retracted and disappears; and the first user can also click the identifier II while the photo of the identifier III is displayed on the page, and the photo of the identifier II is displayed on the page.
Further, in the map mode, after the first user clicks the position information or the shot picture taken by other users and selects navigation, the first user is shown a navigation route on the map interface.
Further, in the map mode, the first user zooms in by clicking the shot picture and fills the screen display, as shown in fig. 7.
Further, in the map mode, the first terminal device 301 includes a download button, and the first user downloads the shot photos taken by other users by clicking the download button, as shown in fig. 7, the download button 105 is directly displayed on the enlarged page, as shown in fig. 8, the download button 106 is stored in the "more" button, and after the first user clicks "more", the download button 106 is clicked to download the shot photos.
In another embodiment, in the map mode, the first user may score or like the shot viewed; and the sharing platform server recommends the shot photos with high scores or more approval times and highlights the shot photos on the map interface.
Further, the photographing information comprises position information and time information of the photographed picture, the photographing angle and photographing parameters, and the first user can click and view the photographing information on the photographed picture which is interested in; wherein the photographing parameters comprise parameters such as aperture and shutter.
In another embodiment, the reminding module 302 is further configured to set an event reminding function; after setting event reminding, when the first terminal device 301 finds that the photographing information of other terminal devices is the same as the setting event information of the first terminal device 301, triggering a reminding module 302 to remind a first user of photographing; furthermore, the first user can be reminded of going to check and the location information of the going place of the first user.

the map function module 102 is configured to provide an interface for acquiring map data in a map server and a map interface control for a user to operate;
the camera 101 is further configured to call a map function module according to a user request, access the map server 12, and enter a map mode in which the terminal device 200 presents photographing information of other terminal devices 200 on a map interface in real time.
The map function module 102 is configured to provide an interface for acquiring a data source in the map server 12 and a map interface control for a user to operate, is located in an application component of the terminal device 200, and is configured to provide an interface for acquiring a data source in the map server 12 for an application module;
the camera 101 is used for taking pictures, uploading and downloading the pictures, and calling the SDK in the map function module 102 to enter a map mode; the map mode is used for providing a function of sharing photographing information in real time and displaying the photographing information on a map interface, and in the map mode, a plurality of terminal devices can acquire position information and photographed pictures photographed with each other on the map interface in real time; illustratively, when a user uses the camera 101 of the N terminal devices to take a picture, or uses a photographing function in other APP software such as WeChat, the photographing place and time are recorded in the photographing process of the N terminal devices.
In an embodiment, the server is a map server, and at this time, a sharing platform server and a map server in the whole real-time sharing system are combined into one and are replaced by the existing map server.
In another embodiment, the server is a shared platform server, and the shared platform server is configured to return photographing information related to a request to the map server after receiving the request from the map server.
Further, the camera module further includes a front-back switching button 202, which is also used for causing the terminal device 200 to enter the map mode by user switching.
The map function module 102 includes a map SDK module, which is located in an application program component of the terminal device 200 and is configured to provide an interface for acquiring a data source in a map server for the application program module.
Preferably, the photographing information includes location information and time information of photographing a photograph, and the time and location when the terminal device 200 enters the map mode are a first time and a first location.
Further, in the map mode, the terminal device 200 presents, on the map interface, the photographing information of other terminal devices 200 within a T time period of the first time, within an X meter range around the first location, or within an administrative area range of the first location. In the map mode, the first position of the terminal device 200 and the position information of the photo taken by other terminal devices 200 are presented on a map in real time;
further, the camera module comprises a reminding module, and when other users exceeding the S position take pictures near the same position in the T time period and upload the picture taking information, the reminding module reminds the users in a map mode interface. Preferably, when more than 8 people take a picture near the same position and upload the picture taking information within a time period of 5 minutes, the reminding module 302 reminds the user in a map mode, and the reminding can be displayed on a screen interface or can be reminded in a ringing or flash mode.

In another preferred embodiment, the present invention further provides a method for sharing photographing information in real time, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, which is applied to the aforementioned system for sharing photographing information in real time and using the aforementioned terminal device, and the method includes the following steps:

The sharing platform server receives the photographing information sent by the N pieces of terminal equipment, and stores the photographed photographing information in a spatial domain and a time domain in a classified manner in real time; specifically, in the spatial domain, if the shared platform server 11 contains map data, the map data is used for marking on a map after receiving the position information of the shot photos uploaded by the N terminal devices; here, the shared platform server 11 marks the collected location information uploaded by the N terminal devices on a map, mainly for the purpose of facilitating subsequent query when the first terminal device 301 queries the shooting locations of other terminal devices nearby according to its own first location;

In a specific embodiment, the shot photo information uploaded by N pieces of terminal equipment is classified in time dimension, and the photo information is divided according to time periods; specifically, the preferred embodiment designs that the time and place of taking pictures by the terminal device are collected every T =5 minutes, for example, pictures taken between 9:00-9:05 (excluding 9:00, including 9: 05) are all collected in a 9: 05-taken picture set, pictures taken between 9:05-9:10 (excluding 9:05, including 9: 10) are all collected in a 9: 10-taken picture set, … … and so on, and the pictures are divided in the time domain by a time period of 5 minutes; when the first user turns on the camera 101 of the first terminal device 301 at 9:03, switching to the map mode, where all other users between 9:00-9:03 on the map that he sees take the location information of the uploaded photos; if the first user turns on the camera 101 at 9:05, the location information of the uploaded photos taken by all other users between 9:00-9:05 on the map that the first user sees; if the first user turns on the camera 101 at 9:00, all users on the map that the first user sees are identified as location information of the uploaded photos between 8:55-9: 00; by the method, the first user can acquire the information and the places of the photos taken by other users within the last 5 minutes on the map; the shot information exceeding 5 minutes is no longer displayed on the map in the map mode, but is stored only in the shared platform server 11.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, a terminal device 200 for sharing photographing information in real time according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the terminal device 200 includes a camera module 101, a map function module 102, and a reminding module 302; the camera module 101 is used for taking pictures, recording photographing information and uploading the photographing information to the server through the terminal equipment; the map function module 102 is configured to provide an interface for acquiring map data in a map server and a map interface control for a user to operate; the camera module 101 is further configured to call a map function module according to a user request, access a map server, and enter a map mode in which the terminal device presents photographing information of other terminal devices on a map interface in real time. The reminding module 302 is also used for setting an event reminding function; after setting the event reminder, the terminal device 200 triggers the reminding module to remind the user to take a picture if the terminal device 200 finds that the picture taking information of other terminal devices is the same as the set event information of the terminal device 200. As shown in fig. 14, the camera module 101 is further provided with a switch button 202, an upload button 103 and a download button 105, where the switch button 202 is further used for enabling the terminal device to enter a map mode through user switching; after the user takes the picture, the user can upload the taken picture to the sharing platform server 11 in real time by clicking the upload button 103 on the picture page, and in the map mode, the user downloads the taken picture taken by other users by clicking the download button.

the terminal equipment is used for shooting pictures, recording shooting information and uploading the shooting information to the sharing platform server; a first terminal device in the terminal devices is used for entering a map mode according to a first user request and sending a first position and a first time of the first terminal device to the map server;
the map server is used for receiving the first position and the first time and sending a query request to the shared platform server;
the shared platform server is used for storing the photographing information uploaded by the N pieces of terminal equipment and returning the user information near the first terminal equipment and the related photographing information to the map server according to the query request sent by the map server;
the map server is also used for returning the user information, the related photographing information and the map data to the first terminal equipment;
the first terminal equipment is also used for switching and displaying a map interface on a camera preview picture after entering a map mode, and presenting the user information and the related photographing information on the map interface in real time;
and the sharing platform server is also used for counting and analyzing the shooting information uploaded by the terminal equipment and the shooting information collected offline and determining the best future shooting time and place.

the first terminal device comprises a reminding module, and when other users exceeding S position take pictures near the same position in the T time period and upload the picture taking information, the reminding module reminds the first user on a map mode interface.

The system of claim 17, wherein the photographing information includes location information of taking a picture, time information, and taking a picture; in a map mode, the display interface of the first terminal equipment not only presents the first position and the position information photographed by other terminal equipment in real time, but also presents the photographed pictures uploaded by other users in a small graphic mode near the position information; in the map mode, after the first user clicks the position information or the shot picture taken by other users and selects navigation, a navigation route is displayed to the first user on the map interface.

The system of claim 24, wherein in the map mode, the first user zooms in and fills the screen display by clicking on the captured picture; in the map mode, the first terminal device comprises a download button, and the first user downloads the shot pictures shot by other users by clicking the download button; in the map mode, the first user may score or like the captured photographs viewed; the sharing platform server recommends shot pictures with high scores or large numbers of praise times, and highlights the shot pictures on the map interface;
the photographing information comprises position information and time information of photographing pictures, photographing angles and photographing parameters, and the first user can click and view the photographing information for the photographing pictures interested.

The system of claim 23, wherein the reminder module is further configured to set an event reminder function; and after the event reminding is set, the first terminal equipment triggers a reminding module to remind a user to take a picture when finding that the picture taking information of other terminal equipment is the same as the set event information of the first terminal equipment.
27. The system of claim 26, wherein the first terminal device recommends or alerts the first user when the first user is near the venue and can walk to the venue before the future best shot time arrives.
28. The system of claim 27, wherein the first user can chat with other users uploading photos by clicking on the map mode interface, or the first user arranges and publishes the photos within a certain time or a certain location range for other users to view the shooting route.
29. The system of claim 18, wherein the terminal device further comprises a determining module, configured to provide a user with a determination whether to allow uploading of the photographing information to the shared platform server;
if the user selects an 'allow' option, the photographing information is immediately and automatically uploaded to the sharing platform server after the user photographs; and if the user selects the 'disallow' option, the photographing information is not uploaded to the sharing platform server after the user photographs.
30. A method for sharing photographing information in real time, which is applied to the system for sharing photographing information in real time according to any one of claims 17 to 29, and which uses the terminal device according to any one of claims 1 to 16, the method comprising the steps of:
s1: a first user opens a camera module of a first terminal device;
s2: the first user requests to enter a map mode through the camera module and sends a first position and a first time of the first terminal device to a map server;
s3: the map server receives the first position and the first time and sends a query request to a sharing platform server;
s4: the sharing platform server returns the user information near the first terminal equipment and the related photographing information thereof to the map server according to the query request sent by the map server;
s5: the map server returns the user information, the related photographing information and the map data to the first terminal equipment;
s6: and the first terminal equipment receives the user information and the related photographing information and the map data, enters a map mode, switches and displays a map interface on a camera preview picture, and presents the user information and the related photographing information on the map interface in real time.
31. The method of claim 30, wherein the photographing information comprises location information and time information of photographing, and the query request comprises the first location and the first time when the first terminal device enters the map mode.
32. The method according to claim 30, wherein the step S1 further comprises:
s11: the first terminal equipment shoots photos, records shooting information and uploads the shooting information to the sharing platform server.
33. The method according to claim 32, wherein the step S11 further comprises:
s12: displaying an option on the first terminal device whether to allow the photographing information to be uploaded to the sharing platform server;
if the first user selects an 'allow' option, the photographing information is immediately and automatically uploaded to the sharing platform server after the first user photographs; and if the first user selects the 'disallow' option, not uploading the photographing information to the sharing platform server after the first user photographs.
34. The method according to claim 30, wherein the step S6 further comprises:
s61: in the map mode, the first position of the first terminal equipment and the position information of the photographing of other terminal equipment are presented on a map in real time;
and when other users are photographed near the same position and upload the photographing information within the T time period, the first terminal equipment reminds the first user on a map mode interface.
35. The method of claim 34, wherein the photographing information includes location information of the photographed image, time information, and the photographed image; the step S6 further includes:
s62: in a map mode, the first terminal equipment display interface not only presents the first position and the position information photographed by other terminal equipment in real time, but also presents photographed photos uploaded by other users in a small graphic mode near the position information;
s63: in the map mode, after the first user clicks the position information or the shot picture shot by other users and selects navigation, displaying a navigation route to the first user on the map interface;
s64: in the map mode, the first user zooms in the shot picture by clicking the shot picture and fills the screen for displaying;
s65: in the map mode, the first user downloads the shot pictures shot by other users by clicking a download button of the first terminal device.
36. A shooting method applied to the terminal device according to any one of claims 1 to 16, wherein the terminal device comprises a camera and a display screen, and is provided with a map function module; characterized in that the method comprises:
the terminal equipment responds to the operation of starting the camera by a user and displays a shooting preview interface; the shooting preview interface comprises a first preview image;
the terminal equipment responds to the switching operation of a user for switching the camera mode, the first preview image of the terminal equipment in the camera preview picture is switched to a map display interface, so that the terminal equipment enters the map mode, and in the map mode, the terminal equipment displays the photographing information of other terminal equipment on the map interface in real time.
