Exemplary method
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a mining method for a person transition history according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 1, the mining method 100 for a person transition history includes the following steps:
step 101, obtaining a plurality of pieces of personnel change information associated with a target object, wherein each piece of personnel change information comprises: change time and change information items.
Preferably, the acquiring the plurality of pieces of personnel change information associated with the target object includes: searching in a data source based on the identification information of the target object to acquire change records and illumination information associated with the target object; and analyzing the change records and the illumination information to acquire a plurality of pieces of personnel change information associated with the target object.
As one example, the target object may be various types of companies or businesses, and the identification information of the target object may be a name, a code, an identification code, or the like of the target object that can uniquely identify the target object.
In general, when a change occurs to an important person (for example, a legal person, a board of directors, a supervisor, a manager, and the like) of a company or a business, a person change record needs to be made to a relevant department (for example, a business office) to generate person change information. Therefore, when mining the person transition history of the target object, it is necessary to acquire a plurality of pieces of person change information associated with the target object.
In an embodiment of the present invention, each piece of person change information includes: change time and change information items. The alteration information item includes: an item change, a pre-change text, and a post-change text. Wherein the change item represents a personal change such as a legal person/stockholder/director, the text before the change includes name information and position information of a person before the personal change, the text after the change includes name information and position information of a person after the personal change, and the change item corresponds to the position information in the text before the change and the text after the change. Illustratively, taking the target object as company a as an example, the plurality of pieces of person change information associated with company a are:
1. [ 12/08/2015, change of directors, < wang-one (french), zhao-two (director), zhang-three (proctor) >, < wang-one (french), zhao-two (director), zhang-three (proctor), li-four (director) >;
2. [ 09 month 02 in 2016, change of proctor, < wang one (legal), zhao two (director), zhang three (director), li four (director) >, < wang one (legal), zhao two (director), liu five (director), li four (director) > ];
3. [ 25/05/2017, < wang one (legal), two (directors), liu five (prisoner), li four (directors) >, < wang one (legal), two (directors), liu five (prisoner), li four (directors), six (prisoner) > ];
4. (25/05/2017, change in board of chinese, < wang one (french), zhao two (chinese), liu wu (proctor), li four (chinese) >, < wang one (french), zhao two (chinese), liu wu (proctor), li four (chinese), tian qi (chinese) >;
5. [ 21/07/20121 days, change in directors, < wang one (legal), two (director), liu five (prison), li four (director), su six (prison), tian seven (director) >, < wang one (legal), two (director), liu five (prison), li four (director), su six (prison), and hu eight (director) >).
In a specific process of acquiring the personnel change information, firstly, searching is performed in the data source based on the identification information of the target object to acquire the change record and the illumination information associated with the target object, and then the change record and the illumination information are analyzed to acquire a plurality of pieces of personnel change information associated with the target object.
Generally, when a requester (e.g., a user or a mobile terminal of the user) needs to perform information mining on a person transition history of a target object, an information mining request is generated and sent to a processor (e.g., a processing interface of a server) of the information mining. The information mining request may include: identification information of the target object. When the processor receives an information mining request aiming at the target object from the requester, the processor analyzes the information mining request to acquire the identification information of the target object.
In order to be able to comprehensively acquire information associated with the target object, a search is performed within the data source based on the identification information of the target object to acquire change records and lighting information associated with the target object. Wherein, the change record is a data form of the related department (such as market supervision and management bureau) recording the change of the important personnel of the company, and the attendance information is another data form of the related department (such as the business bureau) recording the change of the important personnel of the company. The change record is company change information externally disclosed by related departments, and the company change information comprises personnel change information, business scope change information, investor change information and the like. The scene information is data information displayed by the scene of the company, the industry and the commerce, and the scene of the company, the industry and the commerce displays corresponding change time and change content each time the change occurs. The attendance information also includes personnel change information, business range change information, investor change information, and the like.
Further, since the change log and the illumination information include change information of various change types, it is necessary to analyze the change log and the illumination information, extract only person change information related to a person change from the change log and the illumination information, and acquire a plurality of pieces of person change information associated with the target object. By the method, the accuracy and the integrity of the acquired personnel change information associated with the target object are ensured.
Preferably, the analyzing the change record and the lighting information to obtain a plurality of pieces of personnel change information associated with the target object includes: extracting a plurality of pieces of target information of which the change types belong to personnel change types from the change records and the lighting information; according to the change time and the change content in each piece of target information, carrying out duplicate removal processing on the plurality of pieces of target information; determining the plurality of pieces of target information subjected to the past re-processing as a plurality of pieces of person change information associated with the target object.
The change type corresponding to the target object includes, for example: personnel change type, business scope change type, business term change type, and registered capital change type. In the process of mining the personnel transition history of the target object, since the change information corresponding to the change types other than the personnel change type is useless information, it is necessary to extract a plurality of pieces of target information whose change type belongs to the personnel change type from the change log and the attendance information.
Generally, for the same personnel change item, after personnel change is recorded in the related department, the corresponding personnel change information may be published to the outside only through the data form of the change record, may be displayed to the outside only through the data form of the photo information, or may be published to the outside through both the data form of the change record and the photo information. Thus, there may be duplicate information in the pieces of target information extracted from the change log and the lighting information. Accordingly, it is necessary to perform deduplication processing on the acquired pieces of object information according to change time and change content in each piece of object information, and then determine the pieces of object information subjected to deduplication processing as pieces of person change information associated with the object. By the method, redundant or invalid data can be effectively filtered.
Preferably, the performing, according to the change time and the change content in each piece of target information, a deduplication process on the pieces of target information includes: judging whether the change contents corresponding to any two adjacent change times are consistent; and when the change contents corresponding to any two adjacent change times are consistent, deleting a corresponding piece of target information from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset first deletion rule.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of pieces of target information are, for example, but not limited to:
target information 1: [ 12/08/2015, change of directors, < wang-one (french), zhao-two (director), zhang-three (proctor) >, < wang-one (french), zhao-two (director), zhang-three (proctor), li-four (director) >;
target information 2: [ 12 months and 12 days 2015, change of directors, < wang one (legal), zhao two (director), zhang three (proctor) >, < wang one (legal), zhao two (director), zhang three (proctor), li four (director) >;
target information 3: [ 09 month 02 in 2016, change of proctor, < wang one (legal), zhao two (director), zhang three (director), li four (director) >, < wang one (legal), zhao two (director), liu five (director), li four (director) > ];
target information 4: [ 25/05/2017, < wang one (legal), two (directors), liu five (prisoner), li four (directors) >, < wang one (legal), two (directors), liu five (prisoner), li four (directors), six (prisoner) > ];
target information 5: (25/05/2017, change in board of chinese, < wang one (french), zhao two (chinese), liu wu (proctor), li four (chinese) >, < wang one (french), zhao two (chinese), liu wu (proctor), li four (chinese), tian qi (chinese) >;
target information 6: (21/07/20121 days, change in board, < wang one (legal), two (boards), liu five (prison), li four (board), six (prison), tian seven (board) >, < wang one (legal), two (boards), liu five (prison), li four (board), six (prison), eight (board) >;
target information 7: [ year 07, month 23 in 2018, change in board, < pseudo-ginseng (board of board;
target information 8: [ 08/01 th 2018, change in board of director, < mao (legal person), zhao di (board of director), liu wu (supervisor), li quan (board of director), su liu (supervisor), tian qi (board of director) >, < mao (legal person), zhao di (board of director), liu wu (supervisor), li quan (board of director), su liu six (supervisor), and hu ba (board of director) >).
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to determine whether the change contents corresponding to any two adjacent change times are consistent. For example, based on the 8-entry tag information, it is necessary to determine whether or not two pieces of modified content corresponding to the target information 1 and 2 match, determine whether or not two pieces of modified content corresponding to the target information 2 and 3 match, and so on until the matching of the modified content corresponding to any two adjacent pieces of modified time in the 8-entry tag information is determined. It is determined that the changed contents of the target information 1 and the changed contents of the target information 2 coincide.
And when the change contents corresponding to any two adjacent change times are consistent, deleting a corresponding piece of target information from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset first deletion rule. It should be appreciated that the processor may preset the first deletion rule. For example, the preset first deletion rule may be configured to delete, when the change contents corresponding to any two adjacent change times match, the target information whose change time is earlier than the change time from among the two pieces of target information corresponding to the two change times. The preset first deletion rule may be configured to delete target information having a later change time from two pieces of target information corresponding to two adjacent change times when the change contents corresponding to the two change times match. The preset first deletion rule may be such that, when the modified contents corresponding to any two adjacent modification times match, one of the two pieces of target information corresponding to the two modification times is randomized.
The processing side may set the first deletion rule in association with data in which data format the target information is from. The set first deletion rule is as follows: when the change contents corresponding to any two adjacent change times are consistent and the two pieces of target information corresponding to the two change times are from the same data (such as change records), deleting the target information with the later change time; when the change contents corresponding to any two adjacent change times are consistent and the two pieces of target information corresponding to the two change times are from different data (for example, one piece of target information is from the change record and the other piece of target information is from the photo information), the target information from the photo information is deleted.
For example, in the 8-entry tag information, the object information 1, 3, 4, and 5 are data whose change type extracted from the change log belongs to a personnel change type, and the object information 2, 6, 7, and 8 are data whose change type extracted from the care information belongs to a personnel change type. It is confirmed that the changed contents of the object information 1 and the changed contents of the object information 2 are identical and the object information 1 and the object information 2 are from different data, and the object information 2 needs to be deleted.
Preferably, the changed contents corresponding to any continuous three changing times are a first changed content, a second changed content and a third changed content; the performing deduplication processing on the plurality of pieces of target information according to the change time and the change content in each piece of target information includes: judging whether the second changed content is a partial content of the first changed content, and judging whether the third changed content is consistent with the first changed content; and when the second changed content is a partial content of the first changed content and the third changed content is consistent with the first changed content, deleting two corresponding pieces of target information from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset second deletion rule.
However, based on the 8-entry label information, it is necessary to determine the change contents corresponding to any three consecutive change times. Taking the target information 6, 7 and 8 as an example, the change times of the three target information are continuous, the first change content is the change content of the target information 6, the second change content is the change content of the target information 7, and the third change content is the change content of the target information 8. And determining whether the second changed content is a partial content of the first changed content, and determining whether the third changed content and the first changed content are consistent. It may be determined that the second changed content is a partial content of the first changed content, and the third changed content is identical to the first changed content. Accordingly, two pieces of corresponding target information need to be deleted from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset second deletion rule.
It should be understood, however, that the second deletion rule may be preset by the processing party. For example, the preset second deletion rule may be: when the second changed content is a partial content of the first changed content and the third changed content matches the first changed content, two pieces of object information whose change time is later are deleted from the three pieces of object information. In the above example, according to the second deletion rule, the target information 7 and 8 needs to be deleted from the target information 6, 7 and 8.
Preferably, the performing, according to the change time and the change content in each piece of target information, a deduplication process on the pieces of target information includes: determining the variation of the changed content corresponding to any two adjacent changed times; and when the variation is larger than the variation threshold, deleting a corresponding piece of target information from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset third deletion rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is first required to determine a variation of the modified content corresponding to any two adjacent modification times, and when the variation is greater than a variation threshold, a corresponding piece of target information is deleted from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset third deletion rule. It should be appreciated that the processor may set the change threshold and the third deletion rule in advance. Wherein the variation threshold is, for example, but not limited to, 85%. The third deletion rule is: and when the variation is larger than the variation threshold, deleting the target data with the later change time from the two target data.
Preferably, the performing deduplication processing on the plurality of pieces of target information according to change time and change content in each piece of target information further includes: determining the time difference value of any two adjacent different change times; and when the time difference is smaller than a time threshold, deleting a corresponding piece of target information from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset fourth deletion rule.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time difference value of any two adjacent different change times is determined, and when the time difference value is smaller than the time threshold, a corresponding piece of target information is deleted from the plurality of pieces of target information according to a preset fourth deletion rule. It should be appreciated that the processor may preset the time threshold and the fourth deletion rule. The time threshold may be in units of days, hours, and the like. The time threshold may be any reasonable value, for example, the time threshold is 3 days. The preset fourth deletion rule is as follows: and when the time difference value of any two adjacent change times is smaller than the time threshold, deleting the target data with the later change time from the two target data.
Based on the 8 items of label information, after the duplication removal is performed through the first deletion rule, the second deletion rule and the third deletion rule, the target information 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are left. The time difference of any adjacent two different change times of the target information 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, that is, the time difference of the change times of the target information 1 and 3, the time difference of the change times of the target information 4 and 5, and the time difference of the change times of the target information 5 and 6 are determined. It can be determined that the time difference between any two adjacent different change times in the 5 pieces of entry information is not less than the time threshold, and all the change times are reserved. Thus, the retained target information 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are determined as the person change information associated with the target object.
The invention can effectively filter redundant or invalid data by the information duplication removal. By the method, the mining efficiency of the personnel transition process can be improved.
And step 102, determining a plurality of time nodes according to the change time, and processing the personnel change information at the same time node according to the change information items to determine the personnel job information at each time node.
In general, staff change information is a main data form in which relevant departments (e.g., market supervisors) record changes of important staff, business conditions, and the like of a company, and is divided into information content before the change and information content after the change. Ideally, the personnel change information should be "continuous" (i.e., the information content after the last change should be the information content before the current change), and each personnel change of the company is recorded. However, change records are sometimes not particularly "perfect" or "complete" for various reasons. This is also the main technical problem to be solved by the present invention, namely how to derive a "continuous" timeline by reasonable strategy.
Therefore, the present invention needs to determine a plurality of time nodes on a timeline, and specifically includes: grouping the plurality of pieces of personnel change information according to the change time to obtain a plurality of groups of personnel change information, wherein each group of personnel change information has the same change time and comprises at least one piece of personnel change information; and determining the change time corresponding to each group of personnel change information as a time node, thereby determining a plurality of time nodes.
Considering that the change items include legal changes and high-management changes, the high-management changes may have different categories, such as: board changes, proctor changes, manager changes, etc. Each high-management change requires one piece of personnel change information to record, so there may be multiple pieces of personnel change information on the same day. Therefore, it is necessary to group the plurality of pieces of person change information according to the change time to acquire a plurality of sets of person change information. For example, when the 5 pieces of person change information of company a are acquired, the change time in each piece of person change information is determined. Subsequently, 5 pieces of person change information are classified into four groups of person change information according to change time, for example, a first group of <2015 year 12 month 08 date, 1, a second group of <2016 year 09 month 02 date, 1, a third group of <2017 year 05 month 25 date, 2 > and a fourth group of <2018 year 07 month 21 date, 1.
And determining the change time corresponding to each group of personnel change information as a time node, thereby determining a plurality of time nodes. Then, the time node of company a includes: 12/08/2015 (first time node), 2016/09/02/2016 (second time node), 05/2017/25/2017 (third time node), and 07/21/2018 (fourth time node).
According to the invention, by determining a plurality of time nodes of the personnel change information associated with the target object, information mining can be more clearly and completely carried out according to the node mode of the time line.
Preferably, the processing the change information of the personnel at the same time node according to the change information item to determine the staff member information at each time node includes: and when the current time node only has a single piece of personnel change information, determining personnel job information at the current time node according to change information items in the personnel change information at the current time node.
Preferably, the processing the change information of the personnel at the same time node according to the change information item to determine the job information of the personnel at each time node further includes: when the current time node has a plurality of pieces of personnel change information, information fusion is carried out according to the change information items and the change types of the plurality of pieces of personnel change information so as to obtain single piece of personnel change information subjected to information fusion; and determining the staff occupational information at the current time node according to the change information items in the single staff change information subjected to information fusion.
In the embodiment of the invention, each time node in the plurality of time nodes is sequentially selected as the current time node according to the time sequence. The time sequence includes from the past to the present and from the present to the past, and in the present invention, the time sequence is explained by way of example from the past to the present. As described above, the first time node, the second time node, the third time node, and the fourth time node are sequentially selected as the current time node in time order.
When the first time node is selected as the current time node and the current time node only has a single piece of personnel change information, the personnel job information at the current time node needs to be determined according to change information items in the personnel change information at the current time node. Wherein, personnel's information of duties includes: name information, job information, and job status of the person involved at the current time node. The job status is used to indicate whether the person is in job.
As described above, the change time in the person change information at the first time node is 2015, 12 months and 08 days, and the corresponding change information items are: change of board of directors, < wang one (french), zhao two (board of directors), zhang three (prisoner) >, < wang one (french), zhao two (board of directors), zhang three (prisoner), li four (board of directors) >. Then, according to the change information item in the person change information at the first time node, it may be determined that the person job information at the first time node is: < wang one, french man, on-duty >, < zhao two, director, on-duty >, < zhang three, proctor, on-duty >, < li four, director, on-duty >.
When the second time node is selected as the current time node and the current time node only has a single piece of personnel change information, the personnel job information at the current time node needs to be determined according to change information items in the personnel change information at the current time node. As described above, the change time in the person change information at the second time node is 2016, 09, month and 02, and the corresponding change information items are: prisoner change, < wang one (french), zhao two (board), zhang three (prisoner), li four (board), < wang one (french), zhao two (board), liu five (prisoner), li four (board) >. Then, according to the change information item in the person change information at the second time node, it may be determined that the person job information at the second time node is: < wang one, french man, on-duty >, < zhao two, dong, on-duty >, < zhang three, proctor, off-duty >, < li four, dong, on-duty >, < liu five, proctor, on-duty >.
When the third time node is selected as the current time node and 2 pieces of personnel change information are available at the current time node, information fusion needs to be performed according to the change information items and the change types of the plurality of pieces of personnel change information to obtain single piece of personnel change information subjected to information fusion, and then the personnel job-holding information at the current time node is determined according to the change information items in the single piece of personnel change information subjected to information fusion. As described above, the change time in the person change information at the third time node is 2016, 09, month and 02, and the corresponding change information item includes:
1. prisoner change, < wang one (french), zhao two (board of directors), liu five (prisoner), lie four (board of directors), and mushroom six (prisoner) >;
2. change of board of south china, < wang one (french), zhao two (board), liu five (prison), lie four (board), pseudo-ginseng (board) >.
Then the two change information items may be information fused, thus becoming: prison and board change, < wang one (french), two (board) s on Zhao, liu five (prison), lie four (board) >, < wang one (french), two (board) s on Zhao, liu five (prison), lie four (board), six (prison) s on Taiwan, pseudo-ginseng (board) >.
According to the change information item in the staff change information at the third time node, it can be determined that the staff occupation information at the third time node is: first of king, french man, on duty >, < zhao, two of mao, on duty >, < li four, on duty, < liu five, proctor, on duty >, < six of mao, proctor, on duty >, < pseudo-ginseng, on duty.
When the fourth time node is selected as the current time node and the current time node has only a single piece of personnel change information, the personnel job information at the current time node needs to be determined according to change information items in the personnel change information at the current time node. As described above, the change time in the person change information at the fourth time node is 2018, 07, 21, and the corresponding change information items are: < wang one (court), two (director of Zhao), five (director of Liu), four (director of Li), six (director of Li), pseudo-ginseng (director of Li), < wang one (court), two (director of Li), five (director of Liu), four (director of Li), six (director of Li), eight (director of Li). Then, according to the change information item in the person change information at the fourth time node, it may be determined that the person job information at the fourth time node is: < WangYi, French, on-duty >, < Zhao two, Dong, on-duty >, < Li four, Dong, on-duty >, < Liu five, proctor, on-duty >, < Zu six, proctor, on-duty >, < Tianqi, proctor, off-duty >, < Hu eight, Dong, on-duty >.
According to the invention, through the information processing, the staff job information at each time node can be accurately determined, and the accuracy of mining the staff transition course can be improved through the method.
And 103, determining a personnel transition process corresponding to the target object according to the plurality of time nodes and the personnel job information at each time node.
Preferably, the determining the person transition history corresponding to the target object according to the plurality of time nodes and the person job information at each time node includes: carrying out consistency adjustment on the staffing information at each time node; and determining the personnel transition process corresponding to the target object according to the plurality of time nodes and the consistence adjusted personnel job information at each time node.
Preferably, wherein said making consistent adjustments to staff occupational information at each time node comprises: extracting personnel name information in the personnel job information at each time node to obtain a personnel name set; judging whether any two person name information in the person name set are consistent; when any two person name information in the person name set are inconsistent, carrying out format conversion on the two person name information according to a preset conversion rule; and when the two person name information after format conversion are consistent, performing text consistency adjustment on the two person name information according to a preset adjustment rule.
Preferably, the determining the person transition history corresponding to the target object according to the plurality of time nodes and the information of the role of the person at each time node after the consistency adjustment comprises: determining the information of the personnel who are present and the information of the personnel who are not present at each time node according to the consistence adjusted information of the personnel who are present at all the time nodes in the plurality of time nodes; according to the information of the personnel who are present and the information of the personnel who are not present at each time node and the corresponding previous time node, determining labeling information corresponding to the job-holding states of all the personnel involved at each time node; and determining the personnel transition process corresponding to the target object based on the information of the personnel who are present at each time node, the information of the personnel who are not present and the labeled information.
Generally, the personnel transition history corresponding to the target object needs to reflect the main personnel and position changes of the target object that are all available until now. Therefore, the invention serially connects a complete time line according to the sequence of the time nodes, and determines the personnel transition process corresponding to the target object by combining the personnel job information at each time node.
Since the change log and the interview information are manually entered, for Chinese names, there are many homophones in them, resulting in the possibility that the same person may display multiple names (e.g., Yi Yuan Peak and Yi Yuan Feng). In addition, for english names, there is a case division, so that the same person may display different name information (e.g., Alen and Alen). Therefore, the invention needs to perform consistency adjustment on the staff occupation information at each time node, and then determines the staff migration process corresponding to the target object according to the plurality of time nodes and the staff occupation information subjected to consistency adjustment at each time node.
Firstly, the name information of the personnel in the information of the staff at each time node needs to be extracted to obtain a personnel name set, and then whether any two pieces of name information of the personnel in the personnel name set are consistent or not is judged. And when any two pieces of personnel name information in the personnel name set are inconsistent, carrying out format conversion on the two pieces of personnel name information according to a preset conversion rule. And when the two person name information after format conversion are consistent, performing text consistency adjustment on the two person name information according to a preset adjustment rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset conversion rule may be: when the person's surname is Chinese, it is converted into phonetic alphabet, and when the person's surname is English, it is converted into lowercase. The preset adjustment rule may be: and if the person name information comes from different data, the person name information in the change record is preferentially selected, and if the person name information comes from the same data, the person name information which appears first or has the highest appearance frequency is preferentially selected. For example, if the "easy Yuan Peak" is from the change record and the "easy Yuan Feng" is from the illumination information, the name information of the "easy Yuan Peak" is preferably obtained. Another example is: the "Yi Yuan Peak" and the "Yi Yuan Feng" are both from the change record, and the name information of the "Yi Yuan Peak" is preferentially taken when the "Yi Yuan Peak" appears first. Another example is: the "Yi Yuan Feng" and "Yi Yuan Feng" are both from the change record, and the "Yi Yuan Feng" has the highest frequency of occurrence, and the name information of "Yi Yuan Feng" is preferably selected. In this way, the staff due information at each time node can be effectively and consistently adjusted.
After the consistency adjustment is performed on the staff occupation information at each time node, the staff occupation information and the staff non-occupation information at each time node are determined according to the consistency adjusted staff occupation information at all the time nodes in the plurality of time nodes. For example, continuing with the above example, the corresponding consensus adjusted staff due information at the four time nodes of company a includes:
a first time node: < wang one, french person, on-duty >, < zhao two, director, on-duty >, < zhang three, proctor, on-duty >, < li four, director, on-duty >;
the second time node: < wang one, french man, on-duty >, < zhao two, dong, on-duty >, < zhang three, proctor, off-duty >, < li four, dong, on-duty >, < liu five, proctor, on-duty >;
a third time node: < wang one, french person, on-duty >, < zhao two, director, on-duty >, < li four, director, on-duty >, < liu five, prisoner, on-duty >, < star six, prisoner, on-duty >, < pseudo-ginseng, director, on-duty >;
the fourth time node: < WangYi, French, on-duty >, < Zhao two, Dong, on-duty >, < Li four, Dong, on-duty >, < Liu five, proctor, on-duty >, < Zu six, proctor, on-duty >, < Tianqi, proctor, off-duty >, < Hu eight, Dong, on-duty >.
Then, the on-duty staff information at the first time node is: < wang one, french person >, < zhao two, board >, < zhang three, proctor >, < li four, board >, the information of the staff not present is null; the staff-in-time information at the second time node is: < wang one, french >, < zhao two, board >, < lie four, board >, < liu five, prison >, the information of the people who are not present is: < Zhang III, prison >; the staff-under-work information at the third time node is: < wang one, french >, < zhao two, director >, < lie four, director >, < liu five, prisoner >, < su six, prisoner >, < pseudo-ginseng, director >, and the information of the staff absent is: < Zhang III, prison >; the staff-under-work information at the third time node is: < wang one, french >, < zhao two, director >, < lie four, director >, < liu five, prisoner >, < su six, prisoner >, < woba, director >, the absence staff information is: < Zhang three, prison >, < Tianqi, prison >.
Further, according to each time node and the corresponding information of the staff members who are present and the staff members who are not present at the last time node, the labeling information corresponding to the job-holding states of all the staff members involved at each time node is determined. The label information corresponding to the incumbent state is, for example, new and quit. And if the person is in the new job state relative to the last time node, marking the person as new, if the person is in the quit state relative to the last time node, marking the person as new, and if the job state of the person relative to the last time node is not changed, adding marking information.
Based on the information of the staff members who are present and the information of the staff members who are not present at each time node, it can be determined that only "lie four" is a newly added person among all the persons involved at the first time node, so that the label information set for "lie four" is "newly added", and other persons do not need to add label information. The third Zhang of all the people involved at the second time node is the quitting person, and the fifth Liu is the newly added person, so that the labeling information set for the third Zhang is the quitting person, the labeling information set for the fifth Liu is the newly added person, and other people do not need to add the labeling information. The "six-drop" and "pseudo-seven" of all the people involved at the third time node are newly added people, so that the annotation information set for the "six-drop" and the "pseudo-seven" is "newly added", and other people do not need to add annotation information. The pseudo-ginseng is an exited person and the huba is an added person among all persons related to the third time node, so that the labeled information set for the pseudo-ginseng is the exited person, the labeled information set for the huba is the added person, and other persons do not need to add labeled information. Based on the information of the staff at each time node, the information of the staff who is not at the time node and the labeling information, the staff transition course corresponding to the target object can be determined.
Preferably, wherein the method further comprises: and displaying the personnel transition process according to a preset display rule.
The preset display rule is, for example: the personnel transition process is displayed from the past to the present according to the sequence of the change time, or the personnel transition process is displayed from the present to the past according to the sequence of the change time, the name of the personnel is displayed at each time node, the corresponding position information is displayed at the lower right corner of the name of the personnel, and the corresponding label information is displayed behind the position information for the personnel provided with the label information. Therefore, the personnel transition history is displayed according to a preset display rule, and a viewer can obtain the display page shown in fig. 2. Based on the display page, the viewer can know the staff transition course (including all the main staff who are available for the job and the job change thereof) of the target object, and can also know the job change condition of a single staff (for example, the time of joining the company, the time of exiting the company, the time of being available for the company and the like) through the marking information.
Preferably, wherein the method further comprises: rendering the information of the personnel who are present, the information of the personnel who are not present and the marking information in the personnel transition process according to a preset rendering rule; and displaying the rendered personnel transition history according to a preset display rule.
The preset rendering rule is, for example: and performing light color rendering on the on-duty personnel at the current time node, performing dark color rendering on the off-duty personnel at the current time node, and performing rendering by adopting different colors on the two pieces of marking information, namely 'adding' and 'exiting'. And after the rendering processing is carried out according to a preset rendering rule, displaying the personnel transition history subjected to the rendering processing according to the preset display rule.
Preferably, wherein the method further comprises: and when the person name information in the person transition process is clicked, displaying a detail information page of the person corresponding to the person name information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information displayed on the detail information page comprises the following information: profile information of people, risk information of people, partners, job information, past job information, actual control, belonging group/group, history information, honor information, news public opinion, etc. Through the mode, the viewer can view the detailed information of a certain person by clicking the name information of the person, and the viewer can be helped to further know the person quickly and conveniently through the detailed information.
Therefore, the mining method for the personnel transition histories provided by the invention is used for mining the main personnel and the position information of the target object at each time node from the plurality of pieces of personnel change information associated with the target object from the perspective of the target object (such as a company or an enterprise), and serially connecting the personnel transition histories of the target object according to the sequence of change time, so that the main personnel and the position changes of all the functions of the target object which is established up to now can be displayed through the personnel transition histories. Moreover, starting from a plurality of authoritative data sources, personnel change information of the plurality of data sources is integrated, so that the final mining result is more persuasive. And (4) aiming at the judgment of multiple positions of personnel, deducing and fusing according to the change information items, so that each personnel has complete position information. In terms of data presentation, all persons involved at a time node and their corresponding job changes can be grasped by the time node. In addition, by setting the marking information of 'adding' and 'exiting', the entering and exiting time of the personnel can be obviously displayed. Therefore, convenience is provided for a user to know the personnel transition process and the specific change time point of the target object, the background and the development history of the company can be quickly and conveniently known through the method, and the user is helped to better analyze the information such as the strength, the risk and the like of the company.
