The milk tea is widely popular with people as a novel beverage appearing in recent years, so that a large number of milk tea shops are arranged in streets and alleys. Due to differences in brands, different milk tea shops have different formulas, and milk tea shops often sell dozens of drinks corresponding to dozens of formulas, however, in most shops, various ingredients are generally weighed in a purely manual mode in a milk tea making process, and then the ingredients are mixed together to finish ingredient selection of milk tea. The method needs to train personnel firstly, so that the relevant personnel memorize the formula of the milk tea, a large amount of manpower is consumed, and the efficiency is low.
In this regard, the dispensing machine 1000 provided in the present application is configured to collect materials contained in all formulas into one machine, for example, to load the materials into the first material barrel 100 and the second material barrel 200, and is further provided with a material outlet head 300, a pump 400, and other devices, so as to facilitate material extraction for dispensing milk tea; meanwhile, the working parameters of the pump 400 can be controlled to quantitatively pump the materials, so that the preparation process of the milk tea is automated, and the labor cost is reduced.
In particular, the dispensing machine 1000 of the present application may be used for commercial as well as home production.
The batching machine 1000 may comprise a discharge head 300 for outputting the material, and a first material barrel 100 and a second material barrel 200. First material bucket 100 and second material bucket 200 separately set up and deposit, in this embodiment, set up first material bucket 100 in the top of stub bar 300, second material bucket 200 sets up in the below of stub bar 300, can deposit the material of different storage environment separately like this, do benefit to the categorised save of material.
It is understood that the first material barrel 100 and the second material barrel 200 are separately provided to separately store materials with different storage conditions, for example, a part of the materials should be stored in a cold storage, and a part of the materials may be deteriorated in a low temperature environment, for example, sugar may be crystallized by moisture due to a problem of poor humidity treatment in the cold storage. Therefore, the first material barrel 100 can be arranged above the discharging head 300 by taking the discharging head 300 as a boundary, and the second material barrel 200 is arranged below the discharging head 300, so that the classified storage of materials is facilitated.
