and the tenderer qualified in quality, the bidder and the evaluation party evaluate the bidding on site, the tenderer qualified in quality decrypts the bidding document ciphertext on site, verifies the decrypted counting field and verifies whether the bidding document is evaluated correctly, the tenderer uploads the bid evaluation result to the block chain, the tenderer qualified in quality carries out consensus voting, and the bid evaluation result is recorded into the block chain when the voting passes.

The method has the advantages that the block chain technology is utilized, the safe, anonymous and reliable delivery of the bidding document is realized, the bidding document is ensured not to be leaked in the delivery process, and meanwhile, the method can be traced and cannot be tampered.

5. the tenderer calls intelligent contract audit additional information at a tendering management end;
6. and when evaluating the bid, decrypting the bid by intelligent decryption hardware on the site of the bidder, and then evaluating by the evaluation staff.
